In this paper, it is about to non-contact wireless power transmission according to various conditions of self induction principle between the two planar coils at a transmission unit and a receiving unit based on the theory of wireless power transmission. The experiments are occurred in order to power transfer of noncontact method from designed wireless circuits in the primely coil and secondary coil, and the applying to Half Bridge Resonant converter transmission unit and receiving unit. and that were able to prepared circumstance to calculate of the output voltage and power source. The main power of the inductive coupling the resonant converter at the transmission unit is converted electrical energy using the solar cell module and artificial light source (halogen lamp) as a replace light and received 24 V power supply from solar power was used a input power source for the wireless power transmission device. Experimental results, to received of power is used to illuminate the lighting and to charge the battery in receiving circuit. And the wireless power transmission efficiency measured at the output side of the transmission unit is obtained about 70% to 89% compared to input power of receiving unit.In addition, efficiency were tested through ID verification method and comparing the phase difference between the voltage when foreign substances interfere with wireless power transmission.
This study was conducted to increase the efficiency of farming practice in rainbow trout, Oncorhynchus mykiss, by sex reversal and chromosome-set manipulation techniques. To obtain phenotypic males, hormonal sex reversal was carried out using an exogenous hormone treatment method. 5 mg of 17 alpha-methyltestosterone per kg diet was supplied for 82 days after first feeding at $10^{\circ}C$ and $13^{\circ}C$. More than 93% of the male population was produced by this method and growth of hormone-treated fish at $13^{\circ}C$ was faster than that of untreated bi-sexual groups. Induced diploid gynogenesis was carried out using artificial insemination of UV-irradiated sperm into haploid eggs. Based on the appearance of the rate of haploid syndrome and survival of embryo, a UV ray dose of at least $3,600\;erg/cm^2$ was required to inactivate rainbow trout sperm genetically. Haploid embryos were restored to diploid by blocking the extrusion of the second polar body using heat shock treatment at $28^{\circ}C$ for 20 min, 10 min post insemination. Gynogenetic diploid sex ratios were confirmed after maturation of the fish erythrocyte measurements and chromosome counts.
Induced androgenesis, a form of artificial parthenogenesis is an important tool for the generation and use of genetically isogenic or clonal fish strain. An optimized protocol for the genetic inactivation of mud loach (Misgurnus mizolepis) oocytes (i.e. production of androgenetic haploid) was developed using UV-irradiation. Various dose levels of UV significantly affected the fertilizing capacity of the eggs, hatchability of embryos and incidence of haploidy. Based on the extensive examinations of treatment conditions on embryo viability and haploid incidence, the optimum dose level of UV irradiation was turned out to be $10,800ergs/mm^2$ with 56.9% of hatching success and 94.6% of haploidy. The overall yield of putative androgen under optimized treatment condition was more than 50% out of total eggs inseminated. The success of androgenetic reproduction of haploid genome was verified by flow cytometry and PCR amplification of transgene that is exclusive to either one of parental sexes. However, a small portion $(8\sim11%)$ of presumed androgenetic haploid larvae was proven to contain residual DNA fragment(s) from maternal parent.
Reproductive cycle of Haliotis discus hannai Ino was studied based on the samples which were collected in Yeosu area from January, 1973 to December, 1974. Particular emphasis was paid on the seasonal variation of gonad maturity factor, coefficieot of gonad maturity, fatnesss, and relationship of gonad weight to growth of the abalone. seasonal fluctuation of water temperature and induction of artificial spawnings were also checked. The abalone of this area spawns twice a year: spring spawning(early May-late July) and Autumn spawning(early September-late November). peak spawning occurs from late May to middle of June for spring spawning: it occurs from late September to early November for Autumn spawning. Gonad maturity factor was closely related to the spawning seasons. For the spring spawning Gonad maturity factor reached to its maximum value as 18.84 in April; for the Autumn spawning it reached to its maximum value as 22.65 in September. Annual minimum value was 12.65 in January. Annual maximum values of coefficient of gonad maturity were 44.10 in May and 49.05 in September and the annual minimum was 10.09 in January. Fatnesswas highest in July as 0.221 and it was lowest in October as 0.1058. Ratios of shell length to gonad weight were formulated as follows : $$In\;September\;GW=0.000003710SL^{3.7860}$$$$In\;January\;GW=0.000021198SL^{2.8564}$$$$Annual\;mean\;GW=0.00000005013SL^{4.2273}$$ Relations of total weight to gonad weight were formulated as follows : In September GW=0.1918TW-4.9231 In January GW=0.0992TW-0.1759 Annual maan GW=0.1568UW-3.5256.

This study was aimed to assess the new trial for minimal cavity preparation in composite restoration combined with resin infiltration, focusing at application sequence. 32 human primary molars with early carious lesions around small cavity were selected and randomly divided into two groups, according to the sequence of cavity preparation (P), composite filling (F) and resin infiltration (I) as IPF and PFI group. Each group was assessed about amount of tooth reduction, features of resin infiltration, and marginal leakage around restoration. Amount of tooth reduction evaluated using micro-CT was decreased compared with the original lesion size in both groups. Features of resin infiltration were verified under confocal laser scanning microscopy. In both groups, infiltrant resin was found on all around the composite and maintained in spite of extent of decalcification even after artificial caries induction. Marginal micro leakage assessed with silver nitrate immersion and micro-CT was found more frequently in PFI group. The technique combining resin infiltration and composite restoration might ensure better adhesion prognosis as applied by the sequence of resin infiltration, cavity preparation, and composite filling. This new trial was thought meaningful in minimizing the cavity size and contributing to minimal invasive dentistry.

All-female diploid Paralichtlrys olivaceus populations were produced by the artificial fertilization with the normal eggs and gynogenetic diploid males sperms. All-female triploids were also conducted to the fertilized eggs by cold shock. Floating, fertilization and hatching rates of the all-female diploid eggs were not significantly different from that of the diploid control eggs (P>0.05). All-female triploids were also not significantly different from their diploid controls or all-female diploid groups (P>0.05) in the floating and fertilization rates of eggs. However, hatching rates of all-female triploid groups were lower than that of the control (P<0.05). Induction of the triploids were confirmed by the measurement of erythrocyte sizes and by the chromosome counts. The volumes of erythrocytes and nucleus of triploid were larger than those of diploids, respectively. Percent incidences of triploid were $92.6\%$ in this experiment. The chromosome number of diploids and triploids showed 2n=48 and 3n=72, respectively, and their karyotypes were consisted of all acrocentric chromosomes. The gonads of 4-month-old triploids were histologically sterile.

Polydeoxyribonucleotide (PDRN) is known to accelerate wound healing process by acting on specific adenosine receptors. Differently from the PDRN substances obtained so far from piscine tissues, unique PDRN was prepared recently from Porphyra, a seaweed species. In this study, effects of the Porphyra PDRN was evaluated by inducing artificial skin wounds in Nile tilapia Oreochromis niloticus. The wound recovered almost completely in 2 weeks without any treatment, however only a partial recovery was done after one week. Facilitated healing was observed by PDRN fed for 5 days before wound induction at 10 or 20 mg/kg, against the partially recovered 1-week old wound. The healing effects were identified not only by visual observation, wound area measurement, but also by colorimetric estimations. These novel wound healing effects suggest beneficial therapeutic utility of Porphyra-derived PDRN for wound treatments in fishes occurring from various causes.
This study was conducted to investigate the effects of melengesterol acetate (MGA) and $PGF_{2{\alpha}}$ administrations on serum progesterone level, synchrony of estrus and conception rates in Han-woo. Firstly, ten heifers and one freematin were fed 0.5 mg MGA/day for 14 days in a grain carrier, and after 19 days of MGA feeding, a single injection of 25 mg $PGF_{2{\alpha}}$ were treated. Blood samples were collected to evaluate serum progesterone concentrations from the start of feeding of MGA until the end of feeding and subsequent estrous detection and artificial insemination (AI) at 3 days intervals, and on days of $PGF_{2{\alpha}}$ injection, estrous detection, AI, and 15th and 60th days after AI. The level of progesterone in the blood began to increase from 7 days after MGA feeding, and 9 days after feeding it became 5.4 ng/ml and maintained that level thereafter. On the 33th day when the $PGF_{2{\alpha}}$ was injected, it reached the peak level of 7.6 ng/ml. However, 2-3 days after $PGF_{2{\alpha}}$ injection, it dropped to 1.4 ng/ml drastically (p<0.05). Secondly, one hundred and ninety four Hanwoo heifers or cows were divided into two groups to compare estrous induction and conception rates: the one treated with MGA and $PGF_{2{\alpha}}$, (n=104) and the other with $PGF_{2{\alpha}}$ treatment (two injections at 11 days interval, n=90). The heifers or cows treated with MGA and $PGF_{2{\alpha}}$ were identical to those used as above. The percentages of heifers or cows showed estrus were higher in the $MGA+PGF_{2{\alpha}}$ treatment (91.3%) than in the $PGF_{2{\alpha}}$ treatment (72.2%, p<0.05). Conception rates were also higher in the $MGA+PGF_{2{\alpha}}$ treatment (94.2%) than in the $PGF_{2{\alpha}}$ treatment (88.9%, p<0.05). The results of this experiment indicate that estrus synchronization using $MGA+PGF_{2{\alpha}}$ is more effective than that using $PGF_{2{\alpha}}$ (two injections) in Hanwoo.
A study on the restoration process of a stream ecosystem and the water quality renovation technique by removing algae, vegetation and fish monitoring as evaluating the removal of the algae by dietetic characteristics of fishes were performed on Sangdong stream in the B city after stream restoration it to the artificial stream as the cases, restoring urban stream into close-to-nature stream are being increased domestically with the aim of ecological city. As a result, restoration and rehabilitation of the fundamental stream ecosystem was well maintained 4 years later the reclamation at the moment and total 93 diagnosis which were all vascular plant phylum including 44 families, 73 genuses, 79 species and 14 varieties in flora and vegetation community were observed. 3 families, 8 species and 354 populations in total among Fishes were found and Pseudorasbora Parva, Cyprinus Carpic and Carassius Auratus strongly resistant to water pollution were dominantly appeared in order of 50.5% of Pseudorasbora Parva 21.2% of Cyprinus Carpic, 20.9% of Carassius Auratus, 7.1% of Macropodus chinensis and 0.3% of Misqurnus anguillicaudatus according to relative richness index. It turned out to be that Cyprinus Carpic ingests algae over 90% and Carassius Auratus takes it over 30% according to the analysis about the alimentary object of the fishes as a consequences of algae's excrescent from characteristics of the tested experimental stream. It is reported that a Cyprinus Carpic, about 34 cm in length, ingested wet-weight 43.2g algae on the rough analysis toward the sample which makes us recognize how effective a macro community Cyprinus Carpic is for removing algae. As a consequence of this research, the effect of stream ecosystem characteristics and water quality purification could not be expected by aquatic plants and trees which were eliminated at experimental stream. From now on, a close-to-nature stream should be formed of ecological hydraulic and hydrologic engineered modeling from the beginning so that it can perform the water quality purifying function. It is determined that the structure of food chain will be abundantly influenced by the induction of oversized macro community like Cyprinus Carpic because a biomass of a consumer of higher order is increased. It is estimated that the removal algae by fishes is not effective despite in some cases of dietetic characteristics so much more studies should be executed in the future.
In geophysical field surveys, commercial equipments often fail to resolve the subsurface target or even sometimes fail to be applied because they do not fit to the various field situations or the physical properties of the medium or target. We developed a geophysical measurement system, which can be easily adapted for the various field situations and targets. The system based on PXI with A/D converter and some stand alone equipment such as Network Analyzer was applied to borehole radar survey, borehole sonic measurement and electromagnetic noise measurement. The system for borehole radar survey consists of PXI, Network Analyzer, dipole antennas, GPIB interface is used for PXI to control Network Analyzer. The system for borehole sonic measurement consists of PXI, 24 Bit A/D converter, high voltage pulse generator, transmitting and receiving piezoelectric sensors. The electromagnetic noise measurement system consists of PXI, 24 Bit A/D converter, 2 horizontal component electric field sensors and 2 horizontal and 1 vertical component magnetic filed sensors. The borehole radar system has been successfully applied to detect the width of the artificial tunnel through which the borehole pass and to image buried steel pipe, while the commercial borehole radar equipment failed. The borehole sonic system was tested to detect the width of artificial tunnel and showed a reasonable result. The characteristic of electromagnetic noise was grasped at an urban area with the data from the electromagnetic noise measurement system. The system is also applied to characterize the signal distortion by induction between the electric cables in resistivity survey. The system can be applied various geophysical problems with a simple modification of the system and sensors.
