One might have a retrospect on the relationship between the forest and human being from the viewpoint of ecological perspective. It is no doubt that most of the fossil humans should have lived on the forest and the latter provided foods and shelters for humans from their beginning stages, Since the so-called agricultural revolution, humans have extensively started to exploit the forest which had beer, their cradle. The industrial revolution has created another situation against the forest in terms of the quality of ecosystem. These two revolutions have set up the so-called civilization which seems to have been based on the sacrificial oblation of the forest. The cradle for human being has been kept exterminating for the shake of "economic development and miracle." This might be a synoptic history of relationships between the forest and human beings in a sense. designates the behavioral aspects of human being against the forest and people consider the forest only as exploitable resource in this context, and the latter means that people live on the forest and strive to adapt the order of forest ecosystem. The resourcism has developed a strategy of colonialism to exploit the forest and provided a winner's position for the human beings against the forest, This idea and behavioral perspective seems to have started the backfire against the exploiter who is the owner of the civilization. However, there are different philosophies and ideas to view the relationship between the forest and human beings. People within the forest who are mostly considered as "primitives" still keep their idea of the ontology of the forest. There is a theoretical assumption of the "socionatural system" to look into the ecosystem. The forest could be viewed in the above frame of analysis. There are five variables : environment, resource, technology, organization, and ideology. Ideological aspect of the forest can be explained in the context of belief systems. Forest has a meaning of religion and rituals and people within the forest should admire it in anyway of religious reasons. This aspect of the forest cannot be separated from the environmental aspect of the forest. People within the forest acknowledge and practice the above idea. People outside the forest have lost the idea, however, at the cost of acquiring the civilization. They have expelled themselves from the forest and divided the socionatural system of the forest by way of colonialism. The efforts like agroforestry and social forestry would be strategies for recovering the idea of ontology of the forest as well as the sense of community including the forest and human being. People within the forest will be a prospective model for the future socionatural system of the forest for the people outside the forest. At this point, an ecological anthropologist can work with the forest specialists.

The purpose of this study is to suggest necessity of idea expression method suitable for people in our country and deduct Graphic Ideation method by grasping problems of existing idea expression method. The idea expression method (association stimulating method, conceptual shifting method, information combination method) used by many graphic designers is effective in suggesting initial keyword, but has difficulty in the course of deducting the concept. Though deduction of core keyword is important to develop as a concept, the course of separation, combination in keyword connection play an important role, and most of idea expression methods are unavailable for suggesting concrete method for the course. Also as most of idea expression methods were developed and delivered in English-speaking world, it is suitable in English-speaking world culture which has thinking focused on words, but people in our country, which have thinking focusing on narration, cannot consider difference in language thinking due to limitation in idea for each stage. This study deducted idea expression method suitable for emotion of people in our country by proving the value of this idea expression method with style of suggesting and demonstrating 4 hypotheses in order to make the course for easy connection, separation, combination of keyword deducted by existing idea expression method, as well as suggesting idea expression method design based on these hypotheses. This idea expression method used rhetoric so that it is suitable for people our country who are strong for narration expression.

This research aimed at investigating Kim Gyoshin's recognition on Korean traditional ideology and harmony of Christian idea and traditional idea through the writing and diary in "Bible Joseon". Kim Gyoshin expressed positive interest in Korean traditional idea and traditional religion, and intended to localize Christian belief through communicating with them. He expressed infinite respect for national cultural asset of Buddhism, intending to research Korean Buddhism. He paid utmost attention to Confucianism among traditional ideas. He had a strong affection for learning(好學), benevolence(仁義), conscience(良心) of Confucianism as patriotic character. He calmly practiced caution and solitary(愼獨) of sincere(誠), solemnity(敬) of Confucianism through his life, however he chose Christian belief by accepting atonement belief realizing human sinful nature fundamentally inherent in human being. He personally respected Confucius and lived after the model of him, however he searched the spirit of life to renew the people from Christianity. Academically, he respected Confucius, and believed in Jesus in religion. He highly evaluated the attitude of patriot(志士), which highly regarded the academic attitude of learning(好學) and benevolence(仁義), in this regard, criticized blind and non-intellectual belief. He had an open attitude toward Korean traditional idea with no prejudice. As human individuals have their own inherent moral value, he viewed that each people would have their inherent ethnicity and mission. He considered that Korean Peninsula where contradiction and yoke of the world history are inherent is the center of East Asia that would purify injustice of the world. He viewed that Korean people had owned their original good heart[仁] even before Buddhism and Confucianism had been transmitted to the country. He determined that Korean people were good people, who received goodness from the heaven. However, while Uchimura created Japanese style Christianity by adapting Japanese knighthood to Christian idea, Kim Gyoshin lacked sharp critical mind regarding how to establish Korean style Christianity by adapting which of Korean traditional idea to Christian idea.

Since the military servants' rebellion, the society of the Goryeo(高麗) dynasty had been getting into crisis worse and worse until late in it. Late in the 14th century, the society was constantly meeting tension and chaos including decline of the Yuan(元) dynasty, sudden rise of the Ming(明) dynasty and etc. This study is aimed to investigate the idea of justice and theory of governing advocated by Yaeun Jeon Nok Saeng, who lived in such tensed and chaotic era. Under the circumstance that threatened the national power of the Goryeo dynasty in the era where the Yuan dynasty changed to Ming dynasty, his idea of justice was expressed as "Theory for Friendship with Ming and Against Yuan", which was proposed in the aspect of considering the safety and maintenance of the nation and getting back the original national power of a country Goryeo. He thought that you should not make your people bothered by or troubled in their works but you should make them concentrate on their jobs for living to govern them eased. He emphasized that you should focus on stability of people's welfare in gentle ways not bothering your people even a little bit because he thought that the situation of that era looked like a thread bobbin so that it could get naturally and easily twisted if you went in hurry.

Recently, the importance of entrepreneurship based on innovative ideas is being emphasized. Most startup companies misunderstand that a good solution is a good idea, so they try to start a business by choosing an idea that prioritizes solutions, products, and technology rather than problem-first. However, to be a successful startup, it is essential to focus on the quality of the problems your customers are trying to solve. The online community is a place where many people exchange their thoughts and communicate with each other through a network, and communities about consumption, a concern of modern people, are developing. Against this background, this study proposed an integrated methodology that combines big data and netnography analysis so that entrepreneurs can use online community data to derive customer-centered startup ideas. The integrated methodology was verified based on the actual start-up case, who derived a startup idea based on the data of domestic cloth diapers online cafe. The case company found customer problems based on online community data and used it to develop startup items and new products. The integrated methodology for deriving entrepreneurial ideas in this study is expected to be an important guideline that explains in detail the consumer-centered idea derivation process.

Social Evolution was the most influential idea in modern China. Chinese intellectuals, who had made the survival of their country and people a top priority in the face of threats from Western powers, accepted the theory of social evolution as an idea calling for national unity. For Liang Qi chao, the theory of social evolution was a reason to raise the modern nation-state and the new people, along with the need for reform. This article examines that philosophical content and meaning modern Chinese social evolution has around his concept of "nation". His ideas, which are regarded as the origin of Asian nationalism, reflect his belief in and will toward a nation-state, and occupy a unique position in the political history of modern China.

The purpose of this study is understanding the principle of space construction in traditional houses in Cheju under the premise of house being the dweller's place. I studied it by shamanist interpretatiov. First I understood the quality and meaning of space by the theory of space and shamanism. As the method of study. I studied the space theory and shamanism and had a general idea of them. And then I looked upon the concept of space as residence and analyzed the traditional houses in Cheju. The conclusion of the study is this. I considered shamanism as a part of their way of life. Thus shamanism was a chief idea of Cheju people's thought, religion, and a view of the world. Naturally shamanism was the chief principle with which Cheju people constructed the residence. Because this cultural social aspect of shamanism, it is understood and used as the principle of space construct in modern architecture of Cheju.

The purpose of this study is to analysis the influence in furniture and interior design of pop design. Pop design is a trend which was in fashion for a short time between 1950s and 1960s. It is an experimental transient form in a flow of postmodernism. Through such a trend, we can analogize an idea and values of people speaking for a rapid change of society and culture chat that time. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to examine what environment of society and culture and what idea had an effect on people at that time. Also, the study will examine how the above had an effect on interior design and furniture design. Considering the above results, the study will examine an influence and meaning of pop design in design history. According to the result of analysis, characteristic of pop design is anti-modern, expendability, future mood.

Although the industrial society gained people with material wealth, they were panic-stricken, felt in lack of everything, not to mention how fast the environment was destroyed. In the midst of this social flow, more and more people who became aware of the problems of the industrial society began to crave happy and beautiful lives through the combination of mental and physical health. This resulted in a new lifestyle called 'well-being'. Lohas, which has become a prominent figure through deep thoughts on social well-being is beyond the persuation of an individual's health and quality of life. Not only does Lohas propose a lifestyle for the mental and physical health of an individual, it also proposes sustainable consumption without hurting the world or the environment. The appearance of the Lohas provided an opportunity not only for people to look in a different aspect on the problems of pollution and ecosystem but to develop and design different products accordingly. Through furniture designs with the idea of lifestyles of health and sustainability applied, this thesis analyses how the main concept of the 3R-Recycle, Reuse, and Reduce is being applied and put to use productively in furniture design.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the main characteristics of the environmentalism expressed in contemporary fashion. i.e. 'eco-look'. They can be categorized into naturalism symbolism primitiveness and concern about recycling. First naturalistic tendency can be found in through the method of some contemporary eco-looks which are using natural colors harmonisation of the colors in similarity and in controst and expressing in a realistic manner some natural entities or use some ornaments representing them. Such trends easily let people to feel the clothes unified with the nature and human beings. Secondly some contemporary eco-looks express environmentalistic ideas for examples the idea for protection of the nature or the idea against pollution of the earth and destruction of nature in a symbolistic way. Thirdly primitiveness is one of the most characteristic feature in contemporary eco-looks.
