As performance measurement is important for systematic management, the key indicators for performance measurement have been consistently researched in the construction industry. However, there are only a few cases in which performance measurement is performed because it requires strenuous efforts to collect data for measurement. Unlike the public sector, which has been collecting project data through laws, the private sector has very little data to measure performance. In contrast, supervision work concerns important data necessary for the performance management on building construction sites in accordance with the Building Act. Therefore, in this study, we used the data from supervisory reports to measure the performance of private building projects. First, we derived 6 performance areas and 15 indicators through a few rounds of expert group discussions and 2 surveys. Then, we identified the performance indicators with high feasibility of data collection and computed their degree of significance via the analytic hierarchy process. It is expected that the performance indicators and their computational processes derived in this study can be used to systematically measure the performance and aid the speedy diagnosis of private building construction sites.

Commercialization of level-4 (Lv.4) autonomous driving applications requires the definition of a safe road environment under which autonomous vehicles can operate safely. Thus, a risk assessment model is required to determine whether the operation of autonomous vehicles can provide safety to is sufficiently prepared for future real-life traffic problems. Although the risk factors of autonomous vehicles were selected and graded, the decision-making method was applied as qualitative data using a survey of experts in the field of autonomous driving due to the cause of the accident and difficulty in obtaining autonomous driving data. The fuzzy linguistic representation of decision-makers and the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP), which converts uncertainty into quantitative figures, were implemented to compensate for the AHP shortcomings of the multi-standard decision-making technique. Through the process of deriving the weights of the upper and lower attributes, the road alignment, which is a physical infrastructure, was analyzed as the most important risk factor in the operation risk of autonomous vehicles. In addition, the operation risk of autonomous vehicles was derived through the example of the risk of operating autonomous vehicles for the 5 areas to be evaluated.
Based on the challenges encountered in the urban regeneration projects (general neighborhood-type) of Anjung District and Sinjang District in Pyeongtaek City, this study aims to explore the key factors of improvement measures for urban regeneration projects. Using the first survey conducted among shopping mall owners, employees, and residents, this study finds a significant level of awareness and very strong needs for urban regeneration projects. On the other hand, the overall satisfaction levels are observed to be low across the three factors: social, economic, and cultural. The second expert survey and the subsequent Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis conducted for improvement measures reveal notable discrepancies in the prioritization of factors between administrative experts and practical experts. For the importance of administrative experts, the establishment of network-type regional governance was ranked first for the importance, followed by hosting events related to the U.S. military and long-term pre-market operations, and expanding exchange and cooperation between the U.S. Forces Korea and the community. For the importance of working-level experts, hosting U.S. military-related events and long-term pre-market operations was ranked first, while supporting U.S. military-related festivals and developing local natural landscape resources was ranked second. Our findings suggest the need for proactive measures such as attracting commercial facilities to stimulate demand from both the U.S. military and local residents, thereby revitalizing general neighborhood-type urban regeneration projects, developing programs for local tourism, and operating pre-market operations in the long run. Therefore, this study highlights the importance of regional government cooperation for urban regeneration projects.

Recently ICT, new technologies such as IoT, Cloud, and Artificial Intelligence are changing the information society explosively. But personal information leakage incidents of consignee's company are increasing more and more because of the expansion of consignment business and the latest threats such as Ransomware and APT. Therefore, in order to strengthen the security of consignee's company, this study derived the checklists through the analysis of the status such as the feature of consignment and the security standard management system and precedent research. It also analyzed laws related to consignment. Finally we found out the relative importance of checklists after it was applied to proposed AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) Model. Relative importance was ranked as establishment of an internal administration plan, privacy cryptography, life cycle, access authority management and so on. The purpose of this study is to reduce the risk of leakage of customer information and improve the level of personal information protection management of the consignee by deriving the check items required in handling personal information of consignee and demonstrating the model. If the inspection activities are performed considering the relative importance of the checklist items, the effectiveness of the input time and cost will be enhanced.
The purpose of this study is to draw a systematic access method of career intervention for dance majors. This study conducted Delphi survey and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). As a result of study, 16 elements of career intervention were produced in total 4 areas. Results show that vocational guidance puts emphasis on the understanding of the various vocations, career education on the career planning and goal, career counseling on the macro-narrative to the life and career intervention network on the dance job fair and workshop. In the complex weight of all factors, ratings of weight show that dance vocation guidance and career education are demanded significantly. Results show that expansion of career alternatives, application of diversified dance career development road map to the curriculum, development of test tool and outcome standard, dance educators' systematic career intervention education and systematization of network for career support were suggested as measures for dance career intervention. This study discussed about dynamic reality and systematic access method for dance majors based on theories of Holland(1997), Super(1990), and Savickas(2005).

The Potential Flood Damage (PFD) is widely used for representing the degree of potential of flood damage. However, this cannot be related with the design frequency of river basin and so we have difficulty in the use of water resources field. Therefore, in this study, the concept of Potential Risk for Flood Damage Occurrence (PRFD) was introduced and estimated, which can be related to the design frequency. The PRFD has three important elements of hazard, exposure, and vulnerability. The hazard means a probability of occurrence of flood event, the exposure represents the degree that the property is exposed in the flood hazard, and the vulnerability represents the degree of weakness of the measures for flood prevention. Those elements were devided into some sub-elements. The hazard is explained by the frequency based rainfall, the exposure has two sub-elements which are population density and official land price, and the vulnerability has two sub-elements which are undevelopedness index and ability of flood defence. Each sub-elements are estimated and the estimated values are rearranged in the range of 0 to 100. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is also applied to determine weighting coefficients in the equation of PRFD. The PRFD for the Anyang river basin and the design frequency are estimated by using the maximum rainfall. The existing design frequency for Anyang river basin is in the range of 50 to 200. And the design frequency estimation result of PRFD of this study is in the range of 110 to 130. Therefore, the developed method for the estimation of PRFD and the design frequency for the administrative districts are used and the method for the watershed and the river channel are to be applied in the future study.

This study is based on Degree of Recognition and AHP surveys for experts, this study investigates changes in the demand of seafarers in response to changes in the shipping industry environment in which Maritime Autonomous Surface Ships(MASS) emerge according to the application of the fourth industrial revolution technology to ships, and it looks into changes in seafarers' skills. It also analyzes and proposes a plan for cultivating seafarers accordingly. As a result of Degree of Recognition and AHP analysis, it is analyzed that a new training system is required because the current training and education system may cover the job competencies of emergency response, caution and danger navigation, general sailing, cargo handling, seaworthiness maintenance, emergency response, and ship maintenance and management, but jobs such as remote control, monitoring diagnosis, device management capability, and big data analysis require competency for unmanned and shore based control.By evaluating the importance of change factors in the duties of seafarers in Maritime Autonomous Surface Ships, this study provides information on seafarers educational institutions response strategies for nurturing seafarers and prioritization of resource allocation, etc. The importance of factors was compared and evaluated to suggest changes in the duties of seafarers and methods of nurturing seafarers according to the introduction of Maritime Autonomous Surface Ships.It is expected that this study is meaningful as it systematically derived the duties and competency factors of seafarers of Maritime Autonomous Surface Ships from a practical point of view and analyzed the perception level of each relevant expert to diagnose expert-level responses to the introduction of Maritime Autonomous Surface Ships.

In this paper, we proposed a methodology to effectively determine the selection and prioritization of new business and innovation projects using AI technology. AI technology is a technology that can upgrade the business of companies in various industries and increase the added value of the entire industry. However, there are various constraints and difficulties in the decision-making process of selecting and implementing AI projects in the enterprise. In this paper, we propose a new methodology for prioritizing AI projects using Morphology, AHP, and TOPSIS. The proposed methodology helps prioritize AI projects by simultaneously considering the technical feasibility of AI technology and real-world user requirements. In this study, we applied the proposal methodology to a real enterprise that wanted to prioritize multiple AI projects in the HR field and evaluated the results. The results confirm the practical applicability of the methodology and suggest ways to use it to help companies make decisions about AI projects. The significance of the methodology proposed in this study is that it is a framework for prioritizing multiple AI projects considered by a company in the most reasonable way by considering both business and technical factors at the same time.

Impact investment involves investing in companies that pursue both social value and financial returns. It focuses on addressing various social problems through innovative solutions while generating profits. The domestic impact investment ecosystem has experienced significant growth with the support of the government and public institutions. In 2021, it witnessed a 3.5-fold increase over three years, reaching a total of 700 billion won in operating assets. In order to foster qualitative growth alongside this quantitative expansion, it is crucial to conduct research specifically on impact investment, which sets it apart from conventional venture investment. This study aims to empirically analyze the unique factors that influence impact investment decisions. Firstly, the factors affecting investment decisions were identified through a literature analysis. Then, a consultation and Delphi survey involving 11 representatives and evaluators from impact investment companies was conducted to determine the major investment determinants. Subsequently, an AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) survey was carried out with 10 impact investment evaluators to ascertain the relative importance of these factors. The analysis revealed the following order of importance for the top factors: market>entrepreneur(team)>product/service>finance. Furthermore, the importance of specific factors was identified in the following order: market competition and entry barriers>new market creation>market growth and potential expansion>team expertise and capabilities. Unlike previous studies that primarily focus on general startup investment factors, this research demonstrates that impact investment places greater emphasis on market-related factors and considers the sustainability and profitability of the business model to be more important than the social impact of social ventures.

The total number of railroad stations managed in Korea is 322 (including general and wide-area railways), and a considerable number of stations are aging. In terms of the size of the existing railway station and the number of entrances, it has not been possible to secure adequate service capacity, and the demand for station improvement is increasing due to changes in surrounding conditions such as urban development. In the past, railroad stations were focused on the simple function of a connection passage in terms of maintenance or management, but in recent years, railroad stations are also changing to an atmosphere that they should be reborn as a user-centered comfortable, convenient, and safe service provision space. In this study, a case study related to the improvement of the old railway station was conducted to derive an improvement plan that meets the improvement standard of the old station, and the service level evaluation standard was developed. By introducing the concept of service level (LOS) in the development model, station congestion, station movement convenience, and station safety were selected as evaluation indicators. In addition, this development model applied an analytical stratification technique to divide various evaluation elements of each indicator into major and detailed elements and derive the relative importance of the elements by class. Priority for improvement was derived using the ratio of the number of E and F on the LOS for each facility. Based on this study, it is expected to be helpful in using it as an evaluation criterion for improving objective and equitable railway station.
