The advance of All-IP digital convergence is now triggering fundamental changes in the media industry. This article analyzes the evolution of the media industry based on a value chain model, with a special emphasis placed on the impact of digital technology on the structure of media production, distribution, and consumption. As the Internet has evolved into an access channel for all forms of media, the boundaries of the media industry remain unclear and open thus enabling anyone to become a creator of media. Furthermore, the scope of media continues to become more dynamic as competition grows between older and more innovative forms of media. In this light, adapting to innovative technologies and more effectively meeting the needs of customers represent key factors for the continued evolution of the media.
This paper is proposed all digital wide-range clock and data recovery circuit. The Proposed clock data recovery circuit is possible input data rate which is suggested is wide-range that extends from 100Mb/s to 3Gb/s and used an phase error detector which can use a way of over-sampling a data by using a 1/2-rate multi-phase clock and phase rotator which is regular size per $2{\pi}$/16 and can make a phase rotation. So it could make the phase rotating in range of input data rate. Also all circuit is designed as a digital which has a specificity against a noise. This circuit is designed to 0.13um CMOS process and verified simulation to spectre tool.
The present paper investigates some properties of the digital homology in [1, 4, 5] and points out some unclearness of the definition of a digital homology and further, suggests a suitable form of a digital homology. Finally, we calculate a digital homology group and a relative digital homology group of some digital wedge sums. Finally, the paper corrects some errors in [6]. In the present paper all digital images (X, k) are assumed to be non-empty and k-connected.
DESIGNIN AND OPERATION OF DIGITAL EVIDENCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM APPLYING COMPUTER FORENSICS AND ELECTRONIC CERTIFICATION Digital evidence will be used as a term, which means the electronic form of information which is necessary to confirm or prove the factum of all kinds of behaviors committed through the devices which have data processing ability including computer. It is expected that there will be the increase of legal conflicts surrounding electronic commerce activities as well as the increase of cyber crimes, as the number of Internet users are getting bigger. In order to solve the problems of conflicts derived from electronic commerce, the factum of electronic commerce activities must be confirmed. In order to confirm the factum of electronic commerce activities, the evidence is prerequisite. Almost all evidences relating to the electronic commerce activities exist in digital form. For the reason that the digital evidence can be easily damaged and changed, special management is required to collect, analyze, and preserve the digital evidence. In order to meet this requirement, this study proposes a basic model of digital evidence management system applying computer forensics and electronic authentication.
The purpose of this study is to determine priorities for designing digital citizenship education based on the key indicators of importance-performance. Survey data were collected from 283 university students in South Korea and analyzed with Importance-Performance Analysis to diagnose the current level of digital citizenship and draw their needs for educational treatment. The results showed that for all the factors except the Technical Skills (TS), the level of importance was significantly higher than that of performance. Another finding indicated that in the Importance-Performance matrix all the factors were located in the first quadrant (i.e. maintaining the current state) and the third quadrant (i.e. low demands for improvement). Specifically, two items located in the second quadrant where urgent treatment is required could have to do with the increasingly active participation in socio-political issues raised in South Korea. This study offered a window into what to focus on when designing digital citizenship education based on the systematic analysis of the needs for digital citizenship education in South Korea.
Objectives: This study aimed to identify the level of digital oral health literacy among Korean adults in Gangwon-do. Methods: A survey was conducted through face-to-face interviews with adults aged 30-89 residing in Gangwon-do, South Korea. The independent variables were socio-demographic characteristics, including gender, age, education level, income, and occupation. The dependent variable was digital oral health literacy. The statistical analysis included Independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis, all performed using the SPSS 27.0 software program. Results: The elderly and those with poor socioeconomic status (p<0.001) had lower average scores due to poor digital oral health literacy. The ease of searching for oral health information and the utilization of digital devices to search for information on oral health displayed a significant relationship (r=0.730, p<0.001). To develop the use of digital devices, simplifying the search for oral information (p<0.001) is essential. Conclusions: All socio-demographic characteristics, except gender, displayed a correlation with the level of digital oral health literacy. Both environmental and individual aspects of the respondents' living conditions must be considered to improve digital oral health literacy.
A VLSI digital filter design using a semi-custom method is described. The digital filters composed of TDM/FDM Transmultiplexer are designed. Using the polyphase network approach a filter bank composed of only all-pass digital filter sections was designed. The use of all-pass filters as basic building blocks is shown to provide a transmultiplexer structure that has low computational requirements, low quantization noise, and high modularity. The silicon compiler systems is used to reduce the design time and increase the credibility of designed filters. A design of 1st order and 2nd order all pass filters is done using CMOS 2um N-well double metal cell.

A high speed VLSI digital Winner-Take-All (WTA) circuit called simultaneous digital WTA (SDWTA) circuit is presented in this paper. A minimized comparison-cell (w-cell) is developed to reduce the size and to achieve high-speed. The w-cell which is suitable for VLSI implementation consists of only four transistors. With a minimized comparison-cell structure SDWTA can compare thousands of data simultaneously. SDWTA is scalable with O(mlog n) time-complexity for n of m-bit data. According to simulations, it takes 16.5 ns with $1.2V-0.13{\mu}m$ process technology in finding a winner among 1024 of 16-bit data.
