This study is to investigate the job characteristics and the job satisfaction of the administrators in small libraries. Also, it is to catch individual differences between the administrators and provide the preliminary data which is helpful to the operation of organizations and offer of information service with selection, supplement of administrators in small libraries and employment placement which is regarding individual characteristics that perceive specific job, and the job satisfaction. As a result, individual characteristics, such as marital status, gender, and age, don't affect the job characteristics, but certificates, and formation of employment influences meaningfully to the job characteristics. It convinced that the individual characteristics, such as marital status, age, and formation of employment, influence to the job satisfaction.

This study analyzes data on the management of university dormitories and provides information to enhance university students' welfare. The data used in this study are from the Korean University Dormitory Administrator Conference, which surveyed 71 universities in a year of 2001, 70 universities in 2002, and 82 universities in 2003. The data analysis was conducted with descriptive statistics, One-way ANOVA, Duncan's multiple range test. The results are as follows; 1. Most dormitories had less than 500 residents, which account for below 10% of each university's overall student enrollment. The fact reveals that the capacity of most dormitories is too small considering overall student enrollment. 2. Freshmen took up the highest rate of the dorm residents and seniors did the lowest. Dorm residents had various kinds of events and parties, such as "Open House" and "Welcome Party." 3. Maintenance expense and price of meals tended to increase, whereas self-government membership fee and deposit for facility use decreased. 4. Minimum needs of the dorm residents were satisfactorily met, but more subsidiary facilities for residents' welfare needed establishing.

Total monitoring device of leakage current in transformer can detects the flowing leakage current on the ground wire connected with the neutral point, and that is monitored at real-time by the transfer. If the over-flowing current is detected, Total monitoring device of leakage current in transformer will warn the administrator to prevent electrical accident. In this thesis, we are going to explain about Total monitoring device of leakage current in transformer. Also we measure leakage current and judge safety in customer.

It is necessary to develop a real-time monitoring system for electric facilities, operating and managing system for the accident prevention of electrical demand facilities anytime, anywhere. In this paper, we propose the implementation of distributing board monitoring system based on Internet of Things(IoT). The proposed system is installed in existing distributing board that it can transmit status information of distributing board and control information through the cloud server and the wireless local area network. The distributing board monitoring system can monitor and control the condition of distributing board by system administrator. The results show that the margin of error was ${\pm}5%$ in performance evaluation.

In WSN, at the initial stage, sensor nodes are randomly deployed over the region of interest, and self-configure the clustered networks by grouping a bunch of sensor nodes and selecting a cluster header among them. Specially, in WSN environment, in which the administrator's intervention is restricted, the self-configuration capability is essential to establish a power-conservative WSN which provides broad sensing coverage and communication coverage. In this paper, we propose a communication coverage-aware cluster head election algorithm for Herearchical WSNs which consists of communication coverage-aware of the Base station is the cluster head node is elected and a clustering.

Recently, the development of internet remote control system has been studied lively along with fast growth of internet. In this paper, we proposed the internet-based remote control and monitoring system using java platform. The apache web server that is now used worldwide was constructed for monitoring and controlling of an machine in administrator's web browser. We solved the limitation on security which is the biggest problem of internet control system due to strong security setting in web server. As a result of experiment which is used in the proposed remote internet control system, several time-delay occurred in internet. However, correct control result could be achieved without an error. And this system monitored informations of a RPM, temperature and the other condition in almost real time.

This research discusses knowledge contents needed to build an OLAP system for medical sector, OLAP functionalities from past studies, and a medical intelligence system which is a kind of OLAP. The knowledge requirements which consist of nine contents and OLAP fundamental functionalities are applied to the system. Most past studies have focused on developing a medical data warehouse rather than OLAP. The medical intelligence system supplies health care providers (i.e., doctors, clinicians, researchers and nurses) and non-providers (i.e., managers and business analysts) with multidimensional OLAP functionalities. The system can be used to gain a deeper understanding of specific medical issues. In this research, we focus not on medical data warehouse, but on the technical challenges of designing and implementing an effective medical intelligence system for health care information. An architecture is applied to developing the medical intelligence system for a medical center in order to illustrate its practical usage. Six packages in the developed system are discussed in this research: Explorer, Analyzer, Reporter, Statistician, Visualizer, and Meta Administrator packages. Evaluation of the system and ongoing research directions conclude the research.

This study analyzed on the effect worker's organizational citizenship behaviors of vision sharing and values congruence in social enterprise. Analysis results are as follows: the higher the degree of match value of worker and organization, organization's vision have on active organizational citizenship behaviors in social enterprise. And, non-profit organization, full-time employee and Non-disadvantaged are actively organizational citizenship behaviors. Social enterprises's purpose are to solve the social problem in communities and creating the jobs for the vulnerable. Therefore, the administrator of social enterprise strive to share the vision of the organization with worker, and should pay more effort in the selection process for selecting the worker that matches with organization's value.

Hospital Accreditation Programme(HAP) has been introduced in many countries in the world for these recent years. This article reviews the HAP in the aspects of the organization, survey and evaluation process, evaluation criteria, and its impact to the hospital quality improvement. The nations included in this study are USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Korea. To carry out this comparative study, the authors have reviewed articles and accreditation manuals having been issued in many countries. An expert panel of medical doctor, nurse, pharmacist, administrator, and specialist in health facilities formulated a study framework. The results of this study enhance understanding about hospital accreditation activities according to each nation's health care system. In recent years, the Korean government has launched the plan to improve the quality of health services by strengthening the hospital accreditation programme. This study results can provide useful information in development and implementation of the national hospital accreditation programme in Korea.

PLSI(Partership & Leadership for national-wide Supercomputing Infrastructure) Project is about providing computational resources which maintained by partner institutes to researchers. Each institutes use system monitoring tools adopted their environment different others, it is difficult to understand all system's status at a glance. In this paper, we have designed and implemented monitoring system which system administrator easily understanding all resources status like CPU Load, Job status, etc. in PLSI use web browser.
