일부지역 보건의료계열 대학생들의 직업가치관 구성요인에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Work Value of University Students Majoring in Health Care Management)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore and analyse the work value of university students majoring in health care management. The subjects of this study were 300 students. Maryland Work Value Inventory was used and the data were collected using a structured and self-administrated questionnaire. As a result of factor analysis, the following results were obtained. First, the work value consists of six factors (financial remuneration, social status, social contribution, capability, achievement, proper pride) and it can be classified extrinsic work value (financial remuneration, social status) and intrinsic work value(social contribution, capability, achievement, proper pride). Second, The mean extrinsic work value(4.16) was higher than the mean intrinsic work value(3.80). The preference order of the work value was like this; financial remuneration(4.36) the first, achievement(4.05), social status(3.96), proper pride(3.93), capability(3.78), and social contribution(3.45) the last. Third, the mean of the economic stability in extrinsic work value was the highest. The factors meaningfully relating with intrinsic work value were age, school grade and the experience of job. Forth, as a result of regression analysis, the more school grade they have, the less extrinsic work value and the less their mother's level of education, the higher extrinsic work value.

한국 중학생의 과학영역 성취정서 질문지(AEQ-KMS) 개발과 타당화 (Development and Construct Validation of the Achievement Emotions Questionnaire-Korean Middle school Science(AEQ-KMS))

  • 본 연구의 목적은 한국 중학생들이 과학을 학습하는 과정에서 경험하는 성취정서를 측정하기 위한 질문지를 개발하고 그 타당성을 검증하는 것이다. 본 연구에서 개발한 한국 중학생의 과학영역 성취정서 질문지는 영어판 성취정서 질문지를 바탕으로 중학교 교과 운영 특성 및 과학 학습의 특징을 반영하여 개발되었다. 총 232문항으로 3가지 학업상황에서 9개의 과학 영역 성취정서를 측정하도록 구성되어 있으면 통제-가치 이론에 근거를 두고 있다. 검증 결과, 높은 신뢰도를 보였으며, 성취정서의 4가지 구성요인 체계를 확인하기 위한 확인적 요인분석(CFA) 결과, 질문지의 각 문항이 성취정서의 구성 요인을 대표하는 지표로서 적절히 구성되어 있었으며 구조적으로 타당하였다. 또한 질문지를 통하여 측정되는 성취정서들 사이의 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 같은 상황에서 경험하는 각각의 정서 및 서로 다른 상황에서 경험하는 동일한 정서가 서로 적절히 변별 되었다. 성취정서와 학업상황 사이의 잠재적 관계에 대한 확인적 요인 분석 결과에서도 질문지의 내적 구조와 동일하게 3가지 학업상황 및 9가지 성취정서가 잠재변수로서 작용하고 있음을 확인하였다. 외적 타당도 검증은 통제-가치 평가, 학습 전략, 성취동기, 과학 성적 등을 준거 변인으로 하여 실시하였으며 검증 결과, 충분한 외적 타당도를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 정량적으로 분석할 수 있는 질문지의 개발을 통해 중학교 과학 교과에서 학생들이 경험하는 성취정서를 이해하는 기본 발판이 마련되었음을 시사한다.

학력에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on factors Affecting Academic Achievement in a Nursing School)

  • The present study was undertaken to find the factors affecting academic achievement in a nursing school. 172 students were selected for this study and were divided into higher & lower 12 percent. Tools & measures used for this study were the interest test, personality test, test of self-concept, test of adjustment & school achievement. The major findings obtained from this study were as follows : 1. Factors affecting school achievement except intellectuality were thus : 1) Artistic interest, literary interest, scientific interest biological & scientific interest -physical affected the academic achievement . 2) Sociability, reasonability, depression & refractiveness affected the academic achievement. 3) Self criticism, total positive self-score, & personal self - score affected the academic achievement. 4) Adjustment to school, personal economics, health & value Morality affected the academic achievement. 2. Correlation between school achievement & interest, personality, self-concept or adjustment in the higher 81 lower group were thus; 1) There was a significant relationship between academic achievement & the following: artistic interest, scientific interest-biological, scientific interest-physical, out-door interest, refractiveness, sociability, responsibility, depression, self satis faction- score, personal self -score, social self - score, self behavior score, adjustment to school, health & values morality in the higher group. 2) There were no significant factors related with academic achievement in the lower group. 3. Difference or difference in relationship between higher & lower group in the interest, personality, self-concept & adjustment were as follows, : 1) There was a significant difference between higher & lower group in artistic -interest. literary interest, scientific interest-biological , out-door interest, sociability, depression, refractiveness, self criticism, total positive self score, personal self score, adjustment to school, personal economics, health & values morality. 2) There was a significant difference in relationships between higher & lower group in artistic interest, scientific interest, scientific 3) There was a significant difference in relationships between higher 8E lower group in artistic interest, scientific interest -biological, out -door interest , sociability, responsibility, refractiveness, depression, self identity score, self satisfaction score, adjustment to school, health, personality & value morality.

대학생의 라이프스타일 유형과 자녀관에 관한 연구 -경상남도 지역을 중심으로- (A Study on the Lifestyles of University Students and their Perception of Childbirth with a Focus on the Gyeongsangnam-do Area)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of lifestyle on the perceived value of children in university students. Questionnaires were distributed to 467 university students with questions covering topics including general personal information and characteristics, lifestyle type, and value of children. First, a cluster analysis based on lifestyle showed that the subjects could be categorized into three groups: negative-leisure types, active-achievement types, and affirmative-fidelity types. The negative-leisure type was highly leisure-oriented and showed a negative self-value; the active-achievement type showed a perspective that valued personal and occupational self-development and a high level of labor-oriented value; and the affirmative-fidelity type favored materialism, seeking occupational aptitude and worth and showing a positive self-value. Second, an investigation of the impact of these three lifestyle types on the students' value of children revealed that the active-achievement type group had high level of belief in the necessity of childbirth, the affirmative-fidelity type group highly valued fulfilling an active parent role, and the active-achievement type group were inclined to delay childbirth. Further, the negative-leisure type group wanted the lowest number of children, while the affirmative-fidelity type group wanted the highest number of children. This study reveals that university students' lifestyle does have an effect on their value of children. It is therefore proposed that a value-focused population education for increasing fertility should relate not only to individuals' value of children but also to their broader lifestyle.

간호대학생의 임상 시뮬레이션 학습동기가 학습성취도에 미치는 영향: 학습몰입의 매개효과 (The impact of clinical simulation learning motivation on nursing student learning achievement: The mediating effect of learning immersion)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to examine the mediating effect of learning immersion in clinical simulations on the relationship between nursing student learning motivation and achievement in clinical simulation. Methods: This study was conducted using a cross-sectional survey with 184 nursing students from two universities who participated in clinical simulation between September and December 2022. The participants completed a self-administered questionnaire, and the collected data were analyzed using independent an independent t-test, Mann-Whitney U-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis to identify the mediating effects of learning immersion on the relationship between nursing student learning motivation and achievement. Results: Among the subvariables of nursing student learning motivation, task value and self-efficacy for learning and performance had a significant effect on learning immersion (respectively, β=.36, p=.001; β=.31, p<.001) and learning achievement (respectively, β=.48, p<.001; β=.38, p<.001). With the input of learning motivation variables, the direct effect of learning immersion on learning achievement was significant (β=.20, p=.003), and the effects of learning motivation and task value and self-efficacy on learning achievement was reduced after controlling for learning immersion, which is a mediating variable (respectively, β=.41, p<.001; β=.32, p<.001). The bootstrapping test to confirm the mediating effect of learning immersion was also significant (task value 95% confidence interval [95% CI], 0.02~0.20; self-efficacy 95% CI, 0.01~0.12). Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that simulation educators should consider learners' motivation and immersion when organizing and operating clinical simulations.

하브루타를 적용한 신병훈련의 효과가 훈련병의 만족도 및 성취도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Recruit Training with Havruta on the Satisfaction and Achievement of Trainees)

  • The army is concerned about the decrease in enlistment resources due to the low birth rate and the weakening of military combat power due to the shortening of the military service period. Now, the military's quantitative growth is no longer limited and it is a time for qualitative growth. To this end, the Army has been applying the Israeli learning method Havruta to recruit training to improve the quality of training since 2019. After applying Havruta, several scholars have studied the effect of recruit training applying Havruta. As a result, it was verified that recruit training applying Havruta improves the inner motive, creativity, and military service value of trainees. This study investigated how trainees' inner motive, creativity, and military service value affect their satisfaction and achievement. In addition, it was studied whether the effect of recruit training applied with Havruta on achievement differs according to the educational background (high school graduate or higher) and military family (professional soldiers within 4th degree) of the trainees. To this end, a survey was conducted on 472 recruits, and the structural relationship between each variable and the moderating effect were analyzed using the structural equation model. As a result of the study, military service value did not affect training satisfaction. Also, there was a difference in the effect of creativity on training satisfaction according to the educational background of new recruits, and there was a difference in the effect of military service value on training satisfaction and training achievement according to military family members. The purpose of this study is to contribute to the improvement of the army's recruit training development plan and effective training system.

Statistical Study on the Academic Achievement in Science of a Loneliness

  • To explore effects on each friendship, family, romance, and community in sub-variables of loneliness on academic achievement in science for Y-middle school students, multiple regression analysis is carried out by stepwise method. As the results, I found the following facts. Academic achievement in science for the students was expressed by the following equation. Academic Achievement=48.765+4.012${\times}$[Family](t=2.082, p=.039)-3.957${\times}$[Romance](t=-3.147, p=.002)+5.281${\times}$[Community](t=2.965, p=.003). And each variable value of the explanatory power affecting academic achievement in science for the students is presented in order of community (12.0%), family (6.6%), and romance (6.3%). But the friendship variable is not significant in affecting academic achievement in science.

전공과 성별에 따른 대학생들의 직업가치관 분석: 공학 및 사회과학 계열을 중심으로 (The Analysis about Work Value of Undergraduates According to Major and Gender: In Focus of Engineering and Social Science Department)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 전공과 성별에 따른 대학생들의 직업가치관을 분석하기 위한 것이다. 연구 결과 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공학계열과 사회과학계열 대학생들은 직업가치 중 성취와 몸과 마음의 여유를 매우 중시했다. 둘째, 대학생들은 성취, 직업안정, 심신의 여유, 금전적 보상, 인정 영역에 높은 가치를 부여했고, 내재적 가치 지향이 외재적 가치 지향보다 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 두 집단은 봉사, 지식 추구, 애국, 금전적 보상, 인정, 실내활동 영역에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 넷째, 성별에 따른 직업가치관 분석 결과 남학생은 심신의 여유, 성취, 직업 안정, 지식추구, 금전적 보상 순으로 높은 가치를 부여했다. 여학생은 금전적 보상, 심신의 여유, 성취, 직업 안정이 높게 나타났다. 다섯째, 봉사, 애국 등의 영역이 낮은 가치 수준에 머무르고 있는 것은 진로교육을 통해 지속적으로 개선해야 할 여지가 있다고 보아진다. 결론적으로 본 연구의 결과는 대학생들의 진로 탐색에 대한 지도와 조언을 위한 교육과정을 구성하고 운영하는 데 있어서 시사점을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

중학생의 성취가치와 학업적응의 관계에서 자기조절과 진로정체감의 매개 및 조절효과 (Mediating and Moderating Effects of Self-regulation and Career Identity in the Relationship Between Achievement Value and Academic Adjustment of Middle School Students)

  • 본 연구는 중학생의 성취가치로 학업적응을 예측함에 있어서 자기조절의 매개효과와 진로정체감의 조절효과를 알아보는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 중학교 3학년 남학생 1088명과 여학생 970명이다. 연구방법은 SPSS와 hayes의 process macro를 사용하여 조건부과정분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성취가치와 학업적응 간의 관계에서 자기조절의 부분매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성취가치와 자기조절 및 성취가치와 학업적응 간의 각 관계에서 진로정체감의 조절효과는 모두 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로, 성취가치가 자기조절을 경유하여 학업적응에 영향을 미치는 매개효과의 크기는 진로정체감의 수준에 따라 조절되는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 성취가치가 낮은 중학생에게 진로정체감을 개발하도록 지원하는 것이 자기조절과 학업적응의 향상에 도움이 된다는 것을 보여준다. 그러나 진로정체감의 영향이 성취가치나 자기조절의 영향보다 낮은 것으로 나타났으므로, 향후 연구를 통하여 성취가치를 높이도록 지원하기 위한 방안을 강구할 것을 제안한다.

근거 중심의 학습을 통한 학생들의 임상 실무 능력 개선에 관한 연구 (The Study of an Improvement of Clinical Competency through Evidence Based Learning)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect that the academic achievement of the students about the evidence based learning investigates the learning utility value about and the request. Method : The agreement of college students explaining the purpose of research for 12 weeks against 17 students and investigate through a questionnaire. The level of academic achievement according to the sex and claim showed a characteristic with a percentage. An utility investigate the descriptive epidemiologic characteristic about the class of the evidence based learning. Result : The most of college students the level of academic achievement and requests the expected grade of the students about the evidence based learning wanted the 'high' grade of 9 persons, 'middle' grade of 8 persons in the part and the expectation for the class taken so much was high(p<.05). There was the significant different in the utility aspect in the need of the evidence based learning, homework solution, learning synergy effect improvement, and reference search ability improvement(p<.05). Conclusion : These finding revealed that the evidence based learning the satisfaction with class raises the improvement and utility value, and provided the need and the has to develop the educational model which the college students contentment raises an improvement after this opportunity for the new recognition.
