간호대학생의 자기효능감, 셀프리더십 및 학업수행 관련요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on related factors of nursing students' self-efficacy, self-leadership and academic performance)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 자기효능감(일반적 자기효능감과 사회적 자기효능감을 포함하는)과 셀프리더십 및 학업수행 관련요인을 조사하기 위해 시행되었다. 수집된 자료를 SPSS/WIN 19.0으로 분석한 결과, 적성에 맞추어 입학한 집단, 주관적 학교성적이 높은 집단, 외향적인 집단과 리더십이 높은 집단의 일반적 자기효능감이 유의하게 높았다. 사회적 자기효능감은 연령이 낮은 집단, 외향적인 집단과 리더십이 높은 집단이 유의하게 높았다. 적성에 맞추어 입학한 경우 셀프리더십이 높았고, 여학생과 주관적 학교성적이 높은 집단의 학업수행이 유의하게 높았다. 사회적 자기효능감은 일반적 자기효능감 및 셀프리더십과 양의 상관관계가 있었고, 학업수행과는 음의 상관관계가 있었다. 성별과 일반적 자기효능감 및 사회적 자기 효능감은 학업수행을 10.5% 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 반복연구 후 간호대학생의 자기효능감, 셀프리더십 및 학업수행을 돕기 위한 중재프로그램의 기초로 활용될 수 있다.

일부 치기공학과 학생들의 학습태도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Learning Attitude of some Dental of Dental Technology Department students)

  • Purpose: The research comprehends learning attitude level of Dental Technology Department students, searches variable element to affect and is trying to provide basic material of method arrangement to induce change of positive learning attitude. Methods: It was conducted survey 410 students, who understand purpose of the research, consentient to involve research, in universities which is located in Daegu area, Daejeon City, Gangwon province from Aug., 1stto Nov.,10th2017, Questionnaires were distributed to 410 students totally. it was finally analyzed 374 questionnaires except 36 questionnaires that answer was not sufficient. Results: The positive answer over 'Average (3)' among study attitude factors was presented highly in order of 'Targeting & Execution' (3.351). 'Effective Content Summary' (3.307), 'Study Plan' (3.173), 'Priority and Self-Management' (3.116), and 'Study Habit & Enhancement' (2.925) showed negative trend under average. The five sub-factors of learning attitude were examined according to general characteristics and there were statistically significant differences according to gender, grade, high school of origin, academic aptitude(p<0.01, p<0.001). Conclusion : As male students show more positive learning attitude than female students, we need to develop more special programs to encourage them. Meanwhile we also need to find out a motive to bring positive effect to change the academic aptitude and learning attitude of female students, or methods to improve their learning attitude in a complementary way by their high school, gender and grade.

간호원의 근무성적 예측에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Possibility of Predicting Nurse′s Efficiency after Graduation.)

  • This study was made to assess the possibility of predicting the nurses efficiency after graduation in college through their entrance examination and general attitude test results and their academic records. It was observed that generally nurses with the highest academic records were the most efficient in their work after graduation while those with high general aptitude test results came next although their college entrance examination results were comparatively low. Therefore it could be deduced from this study that college entrance examination results alone could not be depended upon in predicting the nurse's working efficiency after bet graduation.

간호대학생의 정서인식, 정서표현양면성, 정서조절이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Emotional Awareness, Ambivalence over Emotional Expressiveness and Emotional Regulation Style on Nursing Student Adjustment)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to identify influence of emotional awareness, ambivalence over emotional expressiveness and emotional regulation style on nursing student adjustment. Method: One hundred and sixty nine nursing students completed the questionnaires from May to June, 2013. Data analysis was done using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression with SAS v 9.3. Results: Ambivalence over positive emotional expressiveness, motivation of application for nursing-aptitude, emotional awareness-mood labeling, avoidant/distractive style of emotion regulation, and parents-both alive were identified as factors influencing nursing student adjustment. The model explained 37% of variance in nursing student adjustment. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that programs for promoting mood labeling and reducing ambivalence over positive emotional expressiveness and avoidant/distractive style of emotion regulation are important for college adjustment in nursing students. In addition, aptitude test for nursing applicants can be considered.

오디에이션 음악활동이 유치원 아동의 음악소질 향상에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Music activitics using audition on Music Aptitude development for Kindergarten Children)

  • 에드윈 고든(Edwin E. Gordon)에 의하면 음악소질은 선천적인 자질과 후천적인 환경이라는 두 가지 요인의 상호 작용에 의하여 결정되며 만 9세 이전에는 환경의 영향에 따라 유연하게 반응하여 환경이 좋으면 발달되고 환경이 나빠지면 수그러드는 유동음악소질의 시기에, 또한 9세 이후에는 환경의 영향에 대하여 민감하게 반응하지 않는 고정음악소질의 시기에 놓인다. 본 연구는 유동음악소질의 시기에 경험하는 풍부한 음악적 교육환경의 제공시기가 이를수록, 또한 교육의 제공기간이 길수록 소질의 향상에 미치는 효과가 더욱 크다는 음악학습이론의 가설을 증명하고자 하였다. 그리고 미국의 템플 대학의 음악학습이론 수업을 모델로 하여 설립된 유아음악감수성계발프로그램 "오디"가 계발한 오디에이션 음악활동이 음악소질에 미치는 교육효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 교육은 매주 30분 씩 연구자와 연구자 외 1인의 협력교사가 함께 아이들을 가르치는 Co-teaching 형식으로 음악지도의 형태가 아닌 음악안내의 교육방법으로 진행되었다. 다양한 조성, 가사 없는 선율노래와 리듬노래, Free-Flowing Movement를 중심으로 한 다양한 동작, 개별적 반응활동인 패턴학습 등 음악학습이론의 원칙이 지켜졌으며 대그룹 수업을 위하여 오디가 발전시킨 새로운 수업전개방식과 기술이 적용되었다. 실험집단은 각각 1년간 오디수업을 받은 만 5세 유치원 아동과 만 4세 때부터 2년간 오디수업을 받은 만 5세 유치원 아동으로서 두 집단 모두 만 5세 때 고든의 오디에이션기초평가 Primary Measures of Music Audiation(Gordon, 1979)을 사용하여 학년초, 중, 학년말 등 3회에 걸쳐 음악소질을 측정하였다. 연구의 결과는 첫째, 오디의 활동을 5세 동안 1년 교육받은 실험집단 1의 음악소질검사결과를 4세부터 2년 동안 교육받은 실험집단 2의 음악소질검사와 비교할 때 음감소질은 유의미한 차이가 없었으나 리듬소질에서는 유의미한 차이가 발생하였다. 둘째, 오디의 활동을 교육받은 실험집단과 오디의 음악수업을 받지 않은 비교집단의 학기초 음악소질검사 결과는 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않았으나 학기말 검사결과에서는 유의미한 차이를 보였다.

간호대학생의 전문직 자아개념, 학업적 자기효능감 및 학과만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Professional Self-Concept, Academic Self-Efficacy and Department Satisfaction in Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호학과 재학중인 327명을 대상으로 대학생의 전문직 자아개념, 학업적 자기효능감 및 학과만족도 정도를 알아보고, 학과만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료수집은 2017년 5월 29일부터 6월 12일까지 진행하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's 검증, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient, 다중회귀분석을 통하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 대상자의 일반적 특성 중 입학동기와 교우관계, 학교성적은 전문직 자아개념, 학업적 자기효능감, 학과만족도 모두에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 성별, 나이, 종교는 모든 변수에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 전문직 자아개념과 학업적 자기효능감, 학과만족도 간에는 순 상관관계가 있었으며, 학과만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 전문직 자아개념이었고 그 외 요인은 학업적 자기효능감, 학과선택시 적성고려 여부로 44.3%의 설명력을 보였다. 따라서, 간호대학생의 학과만족도를 높이기 위한 전문직 자아개념을 높일 수 있는 다양한 프로그램 개발 및 적용이 필요하며, 학생들의 학업적 자기효능감을 높이기 위한 추후연구가 더 이루어져야 할 것이며, 학생 선발에 있어 학과에 대한 적성을 고려한 선발이 이루어져야 할 것으로 사료된다.

간호학생의 진로 및 취업의사결정 과정에 관한 연구 (Process of the Nursing Students Decision-making for Their Course and Job)

  • This study examines attitudes among nursing student, attitudes that give direction in life and effect the decision-making process when seeking employment. The exigency of which derives from the need to design a proper guidance program to assist students in their search for employment. Data was collected from a survey conducted between November 20 and November 25, 1995, the respondants of which were 120 nursing students without jobs. The data was analyzed by examining frequency, percentage, average, Chi-square, one-way ANOVA and t-test through an SPSS $PC^+$ program. The results of the study can be summarized as follows : 1) There are positive relationship between a student's academic major and employment(So responded 84.3% of the subjects with only 2.5% claiming that his major didn't matter). 2) Students believe that 'good jobs' are secured through aptitude. 'Good jobs' are seen as ones which develop an individuals abilities and which offer the opportunity for advancement. However they do not believe that 'good Jobs' contribute to society 3) Students have not been supplied the proper guidance and information necessary for finding employment. The student's life research institude, professor and assistants provide Insufficient information and counseling. Personal goals are decisive factors in determining what direction a student may take as well as the kind of employment he will seek. However, advice from parents, siblings, friends, alumni, professors, assistants and counselors is also considered. 4) Students do not think it reasonable to base their career decisions on one factor only(33.9% responded that aptitude and personal interests were the most important factor, and 14.9% that income was the key determinant). 5) Location and size of the hospital are important considerations when choosing a job. There is a preference for larger hospitals. 6) A lack of stability and few opportunities for advancement are perceived as the primary reasons for the possibility of leaving one's job.

치위생과 학생들의 전공교육 및 직업관에 대한 의식 조사 연구 (A Study on Dental Hygiene Students' Consciousness about Course Education and their Occupation)

  • For the purpose of strengthening Dental Hygiene students' confidence and motivation in the Dental Hygiene Department and helping construct proper professionalism, survey on Dental Hygiene students' consciousness of attitude to and satisfaction of the course, career plan and occupation mind set was carried out. 530 three year students in 8 Dental Hygiene academies in Seoul and Kyonggi province were questioned. The results of the survery are as follows:. 1. Dental Hygiene students' motives consisted primarily of employment and a desire for professionalism 25% of them entered the course after one failure in the entrance examination and 17% had family members engaging in the dentistry field 84%, the largest portion, were from an academic high school. 24% had some knowledge of Dental Hygiene, which they had acquired from seniors, friends, and teachers. 2. Patient care and treatment assistance related matters were not considered important in the course. The weak points of the course turned out to be education in computers and foreign languages, but the weakest was the ability of patient care during clinical training. 53% had experiences had thought of changing their major while in the course because it didn't match their aptitude and interest. 3. As for a career after graduation, 49% worried about it Most students wanted to work at a dental hospital or general hospital, The most favored duty was coordination or reception or oral disease preventive work. They wanted to work untill they had a stable living. 68% answered they would get a job at an oral clinic and 70% said they would continue studying for self-realization. 4. Satisfaction with the major was high in students whose aptitude and interest matched the course, who had background knowledge of the major, and who. didn't think of changing the major but would continue studying resulting in statistically slight difference(p<0.001). As to satisfaction with the faculties, it was high in the students whose aptitude and interest matched the major and who didn't think about a career after graduation showing a slight difference(p<05, p<0l). As for satisfaction with clinical training, students whose aptitude and interest matched the major and who didn't consider changing the major answered positively showing a statistically slight difference(p<.001, p<.01). As to satisfaction with the course, it was high in the students who entered with aptitude and interest, who had preliminary knowledge, who didn't consider changing the major, and who didn't think about a career after graduation showing a statistically slight difference(p<.001, p<.05). 5. Occupation mind-set was positive for students who entered with interest and aptitude, who had preliminary knowledge, and who had not considered changing the major showing a statistically slight difference(P<.001). The higher the satisfaction with the major, faculty and clinical training was, the more positive the occupation mind-set was(p<.001).

대학 영재원 영재선발시험의 단계별 연관성에 관한 연구 : 창의성의 일반 영역적 관점과 특수 영역적 관점에서 (Analysing a Selective Examination for the Gifted and Talented : on the basis of domain-general and specific viewpoint of creativity in a college gifted center)

  • This study aims to analyze a selective examination for the gifted and talented from a domain-general and special standpoint. For this, we analyzed gifted and talented test results carried out by Gifted and Talented Education institute affiliated with the university of Education located in the central region of South Korea. This test consisted of three sections which are giftedness in the first round, academic aptitude in the second round and interview in the last round. I conducted the analysis of variance of the giftedness test result to the gifted and talented group in each subject from the domain-general point of view. As a result, the each group was not significant. This means that the gifted and talented in each subject has giftedness from the domain-general viewpoint. Secondly, I implemented the analysis of correlation among three test such as giftedness, academic aptitude and interview conducted during the selective process for the gifted and talented. The result was that they had a low or no correlations between them and were not significant. This demonstrated that each test checked a different area. That is, we came to realize that the first, second and third test evaluates a different area and in particular, with the result that the first and second test had a low or no correlations between both of them we realized that they evaluated a different area from a domain-special standpoint. The purpose of this study is meaningful to investigate in terms of how the selective test for the gifted and talented is conducted from a domain-general and special standpoint as a recent study viewpoint about the gifted and talented along with creativity. It is too limited to generalize this result because this test was sampled by one region but, this study indicates that we should take a domain-general and special standpoint into account when it comes to selection for the gifted and talented.

의료기관 종사자의 고객접점 (MOT)서비스교육만족도, 고객지향성 및 서비스몰입 간의 관계 (The Relationships among the Service Education Satisfaction, Service Involvement, and Customer Orientation of Hospital Employees)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to evaluate the relationships among the service education satisfaction, service involvement, and customer orientation of hospital employees after yearly-planned MOT service education. Methods: The data collection was done through the questionnaire survey in a university hospital located in D city from March 15 to 31, 2010. The statistical analysis was done by SPSS/WIN 18.0 program. Results: The enrolled employees were two hundred and seventy six. Among the characteristics of employees, adequate work load, good payment, reasonable promotion system, suitability of work aptitude and good relationships with staff improved the service education satisfaction, customer orientation, and service involvement of hospital employees. For the customer orientation, old age and lower educational background were positive factors. The correlations among the service education satisfaction, customer orientation, and service involvement of hospital employees were significant. The factors that affect customer orientation and service involvement were found to be age, suitability of work aptitude and service education satisfaction. Conclusion: In conclusion, customer orientation and service involvement were related with the satisfaction of employees for working condition and service education. In terms of good medical service quality, plans for maintaining adequate working environment and systematic service education should be established.
