AIS is one of the most critical systems in any organization. Data quality plays a critical role in a knowledge-based economy. The objective of this study is to identify the most important factors for accounting information quality and their impact on AIS data quality outcomes. This study includes an extensive literature review to identify a set of CSF for data quality. The study uses empirical data to test the research hypothesis and resluts show that the top three most important factors that affect AIS's data quality are toop management commitmentm the nature of the AIS and input controls. The study further uses regression analysis to test the effect of those factors on AIS data quality, finding that there is a significant positive relationship between the perceived performance of the three factors and AIS data quality putcomes. To be develop to AIS data quality further study for CSF's control methodology is necessary.

Each country has recently established and operated so called Aids to Navigation(AtoN) AIS system collecting and transferring information on the sea state and AtoN's position. Korea has also decided to introduce the system and been establishing it. And it has already installed and operated this system in Incheon and Daesan. For the purpose of giving the national standards of AtoN AIS, this paper is to investigate the present states of AtoN AIS systems in the above two area and to suggest the improvement to the operation of AtoN AIS system. To make it, the paper deals with the international regulations of related AtoN AIS and the cases of foreign's AtoN AIS system installed and also investigates the operation states of the system, in five modules such as system management, system composition, information, function and cooperation. The followings are concluded; improving the inconsistency of system management, reducing operator's confusion caused by excessive display of AtoN AIS system, improving the problem of receiving unnecessary information, improving the functional problems caused by AIS communication inability and improving AtoN AIS information which is presently not used on board.

As the marine transportation has increased, the safe maneuvering system has been required. SOLAS obligated regulations for carrying AIS(Automatic Identification System) onboard. This system provides navigational information including identification, classification, position, a ship's course and voyage status from own vessel to ground and other vessels. Being utilized in the most development of application service for safe maneuvering, they are to be managed systematic. In this paper, we introduce a database system to manage the voyage status and navigational information of AIS message. It is classified by static or dynamic. An electronic navigational chart display system is implemented to verify the design.

Sharing both locations and positions of ships makes it possible to utilize critical item for their safe and efficient navigation in such diversifying meantime environments. AIS is the representative technology for the sharing solutions. The AIS is even used in airspace and ground stations, so that AIS could facilitate the ships' safety navigation and their prevention/rescue from endangers. Due to AIS's many advantages, IMO(International Maritime Organization) made adapting the AIS mandatory for international passenger ships and the ships that are over than 300 tons. AIS uses VHF band areas for transmitting information and the information can be propagated to several hundreds km in range. Due to the large range, AIS monitoring system can acquire huge number of ships, which makes system performance lower and busier. In this paper, we propose the strategy of AIS information extraction for efficient monitoring system. Thus, the monitoring system has higher processing performance and lower network usage. As well as, the proposal affects the monitoring system has more capacity to include other systems' targets, in result.

Accounting information systems (AIS) capture and process accounting data and provide valuable information for decision makers. However, in a rapidly changing environment, continual management of the AIS is necessary for organizations to optimize performance outcomes. I suggest that building a dynamic AIS capability enables accounting process and organizational performance. Using the dynamic capabilities framework (Teece 2007). I propose that a dynamic AIS capability can bedeveloped through the synergy of three competencies: having (1) a flexible AIS, (2) a complementary business intelligence system, and (3) accounting professionals with IT technical competency. Using survey data, I find evidence of a positive association between a dynamic AIS capability, accounting process performance, and overall firm performance. The results suggest that developing a dynamic AIS resource can add value to an organization. This study provides guidance for organizations looking to leverage the performance outcomes of their environment.

As AIS AtoN has worked an essential role for aids to navigation, the World-wide IALA-Net has announced plans to build the system. Systematic beacon network may offer opportunities to make an infrastructure for information service and upgrade AtoN service performance. This paper proposes Aids to Navigation information service network for e-NAV. Network based on AIS is consist of AIS AtoN channels as Real, Synthetic or Virtual AIS AtoN. And inner network is consist of Wireless networks as AIS, WCDMA, WIFI, WIBRO, USN or VSAT. Introducing of various network systems can lead to combine and design aomong land, beacon and service network infrastructures.

본 논문은 스마트기기용 선박 안전 모니터링 시스템을 위한 AIS(Automatic Identification System) 메시지 처리 방법과 AIS-PPWC(Pilot Plug to Wi-fi Converter) 개발에 대한 내용을 다룬다. 해상 접안 모니터링 서비스를 제공하는 스마트기기 기반의 앱은 레저용 요트와 같은 non-solas 선박에 최적화되어 있는 class B만을 다루기 때문에 AIS class A를 사용하는 solas 선박에서 사용할 경우 자선위치 정보가 나타나지 않는 문제점이 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 class A 신호 체계를 따르는 solas 선박에서도 기존 해상 모니터링 스마트앱에서 자선 정보를 확인할 수 있는 AIS 메시지 처리 기법과 이러한 기능을 포함한 PPWC 개발에 대한 내용을 제안한다.

In the maritime mobile radiocommunication service, AIS(Automatic Identification System) devices are most widely using for the exchange of ship's navigational information. The AIS time slot usage increases due to increasing number of ships installed with AIS, and thus the reception rate of AIS data decrease. In order to mitigate this problem, international organizations recommend a sectorised receiving technique using directional antenna. This paper analyzed the sectorised receiving effectiveness of AIS data using Yaga antenna.

Lately, trend is change to concept that management traffic of ship is magnified gradually to near shore waters from harbor. Therefore, introducing the AtoN AIS technology that install AIS in the ground station, lighthouse, bouy, sea facilities etc.. that is support equipment for safety sailing of ship and safety security of harbor and ship administration. The operation and maintenance of AtoN AIS are required to efficient method. With this actuality, sea advanced nation They has been apply for developing AtoN AIS equipment that is connected equipment of technology standard in IALA. Because of it is expected to depend equipment in income, that is required to domestic technology of the AtoN AIS. This paper is targeted to development that is suitable automation AtoN AIS equipment in environmental peculiarity for construnstrunstrAtoN operating administration center. It has been realization the interface module for control and monitoring system and the communications protocol for information interchange.
