In this paper, we introduce the concept of a right derivation in incline algebras and give some properties of incline algebras. Also, the concept of d-ideal is introduced in an incline algebra with respect to right derivation.

Let R be a 2-torsion free semiprime ring. Suppose that there exists a 4-permuting 4-derivation ${\Delta}:R{\times}R{\times}R{\times}R{\rightarrow}R$ such that the trace is centralizing on R. Then the trace of ${\Delta}$ is commuting on R. In particular, if R is a 3!-torsion free prime ring and ${\Delta}$ is nonzero under the same condition, then R is commutative.

Let A be an algebra and D a derivation of A. Then D is called algebraic nil if for any $x{\in}A$ there is a positive integer n = n(x) such that $D^{n(x)}(P(x))=0$, for all $P{\in}\mathbb{C}[X]$ (by convention $D^{n(x)}({\alpha})=0$, for all ${\alpha}{\in}\mathbb{C}$). In this paper, we show that any algebraic nil derivation (possibly unbounded) on a commutative complex algebra A maps into N(A), where N(A) denotes the set of all nilpotent elements of A. As an application, we deduce that any nilpotent derivation on a commutative complex algebra A maps into N(A), Finally, we deduce two noncommutative versions of algebraic nil derivations inclusion range.

$Fo{\check{s}}ner$ [4] defined a generalized module left (m, n)-derivation and proved the Hyers-Ulam stability of generalized module left (m, n)-derivations. In this note, we prove that every generalized module left (m, n)-derivation is trival if the algebra is unital and $m{\neq}n$.

Vukman obtained some results concerning orthogonal derivations in semiprime rings which are related to the result that is well-known to a theorem of Posner for the product of two derivations in prime rings. In this paper, we present orthogonal generalized derivations in semiprime near-rings.

By means of coloring of plane nets a number of different tetrahedral frameworks can be derived. With the aid of this method all tetrahedral framework structures which built up of layer structures with 2, 4, 8 tetrahedra per unit cell and 6-membered ring or 4-8-membered ring are given. For the systematic derivation of all possible structures, graph theory may be introduced.
