Factors affecting to mothers' self-efficacy were parity, antepartum admission and husband's job, and to their postpartum depression were mothers' education, monthly income and antepartum depression. Prevalence of postpartum depression in the 1st and 6th week were 33.3% and 1.7% each. There were significant differences in increasing self-efficacy and in decreasing postpartum depression(p<.001), and there was a negative correlation between two variables(r=-.62, p=.01). Husbands' help brought convergence effects on increasing mothers' self-efficacy and decreasing postpartum depression(p<.001). This results could be used in developing intervention programs in managing mothers' self-efficacy and postpartum depression after repeated studies with wider range of subjects.

The convenience sample consisted of 400 college students in six universities. The data were collected from May to June in 2013 using the following instruments: the Self-Efficacy Scale, the Interaction Anxiousness Scale and the Ways of Coping Questionnaire. Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficient were used to analyze the data using SPSS 21.0. Self-efficacy was found to have negative relation with social anxiety and positive relation with active coping style while social anxiety was negatively related to active coping style and positively to passive coping style. There were differences in social anxiety and stress coping style in accordance with the level of self-efficacy. The higher group in self-efficacy used more active coping than the lower group. The support and intervention program to increase self-efficacy would be effective in decreasing social anxiety and increasing active coping style among college students.

At the results, the average levels of fatigue and self-efficacy were 3.52/5($SD={\pm}.52$) and 3.29/5($SD={\pm}.47$) respectively that meant above moderate. Study participants having motive of admission to nursing school voluntarily and having high satisfaction with nursing major were shown higher self-efficacy. • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship pattern among paternal parenting behaviors, father involvement, parenting stress, and parenting self- efficacy. The subjects were 299 fathers of 3 to 4 year-old children at 2 child care centers and 11 kindergartens in Seoul and the Gyunggi-do area. Fathers responded to a modified version of Parenting Daily Hassles(Crinc & Greeberg, 1990), a re vised version of Parenting Sense of Competence(Gibaud-Wallston & Wandersman, 1978), and questionnaires including questions about parenting behaviors(Park, 2000) and father involvement developed by authors. Stepwise regression analyses showed that fathers' cognitive efficacy of parenting and the frequency of play involvement on weekdays significantly explained paternal 'warmth encouragement'. Also, cognitive efficacy and the frequency and time amount of play involvement on weekdays significantly explained paternal 'setting up the limitations'. Meanwhile, fathers' emotional efficacy and the amount of play time involvement on weekdays significantly explained paternal 'over-protection permission'. Finally, the cognitive and emotional efficacy of rearing and parenting stress significantly explained paternal 'rejection non-intervention'.

For this explanatory survey research, 71 clinical nurses working for a general hospital in D city were recruited. Data were collected with self-reported questionnaires from september 20 to october 4 in 2015 and analyzed with PASW Statistics (SPSS) 18.0 program. Job satisfaction significantly positively correlated with self-efficacy (r=.439, p<.001), but there were no significant correlation between self-efficacy and mindfulness (r=-.142, p=.241) or mindfulness and job satisfaction (r=-.067, p=.583). Self-efficacy was the only significantly influencing factor on job satisfaction (${\beta}=.429$, p<.001). • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between mindfulness (K-MAAS), Gratitude(Gratitude Questionnaire, GQ-6), and career decision-making self-efficacy (CDSES-SF) as a factor influencing adults career development. Subjects were 89 adults in cyber university and graduate school. SPSS 23.0 and PROCESS Macro were used for data analysis. As a result, there was a significant correlation between gratitude, mindfulness, and career decision-making self-efficacy. Also, the mediating effect was shown between GQ-6, CDSES-SF, and K-MAAS. The direct effect of GQ-6 and CDSES-SF was found to be a positive relationship, and indirect and total effects were also significant. This suggests that mindfulness is mediated in part by the relationship between gratitude and career decision-making self-efficacy. To improve career decision-making self-efficacy, group counseling and education programs are needed to experience gratitude and mindfulness.
