For efficient data processing, trace interpolation and regularization techniques should be antecedently applied to the seismic data which were irregularly sampled with missing traces. Among many interpolation techniques, MWNI (Minimum Weighted Norm Interpolation) technique is one of the most versatile techniques and widely used to regularize seismic data because of easy extension to the high-order module and low computational cost. However, since it is difficult to interpolate spatially aliased data using this technique, model-constrained MWNI was suggested to compensate for this problem. In this paper, conventional MWNI and model-constrained MWNI modules have been developed in order to analyze their performance using synthetic data and validate the applicability to the field data. The result by using model-constrained MWNI was better in spatially aliased data. In order to verify the applicability to the field data, interpolation and regularization were performed for two field data sets, respectively. Firstly, the seismic data acquired in Ulleung Basin gas hydrate field was interpolated. Even though the data has very chaotic feature and complex structure due to the chimney, the developed module showed fairly good interpolation result. Secondly, very irregularly sampled and widely missing seismic data was regularized and the connectivity of events was quite improved. According to these experiments, we can confirm that the developed module can successfully interpolate and regularize the irregularly sampled field data.
In this paper, we propose the α-Feature Map Scaling (α-FMS) method which extends the FMS method that was designed to enhance the discriminative power of feature maps of deep neural networks in Speaker Verification (SV) systems. The FMS derives a scale vector from a feature map and then adds or multiplies them to the features, or sequentially apply both operations. However, the FMS method not only uses an identical scale vector for both addition and multiplication, but also has a limitation that it can only add a value between zero and one in case of addition. In this study, to overcome these limitations, we propose α-FMS to add a trainable parameter α to the feature map element-wise, and then multiply a scale vector. We compare the performance of the two methods: the one where α is a scalar, and the other where it is a vector. Both α-FMS methods are applied after each residual block of the deep neural network. The proposed system using the α-FMS methods are trained using the RawNet2 and tested using the VoxCeleb1 evaluation set. The result demonstrates an equal error rate of 2.47 % and 2.31 % for the two α-FMS methods respectively.

In this paper, we present a framework which is used to develop, modify, maintain and extend a control and monitoring software easily for any kind of automatic instruments. The proposed framework is composed of three XML documents (IID, MAP, CMIML) and two tools (Virtual Instrument Wizard, Generator). Interface information of behaviors and states of instrument is written on IID. Mapping information between the interface information in IID and API of a real instrument driver is written on MAP Final information of the control and monitoring software is written on CMIML, IID, MAP and CMIML are written by XML format to provide a common usage and platform independence of the proposed framework. Vl Wizard generates CMIML intermediate platform independent document using IID and existing CMIML, and Generator generates the source code of a control and monitoring software platform dependent code automatically using CMIML and MAP. The suggested framework provides an easy development and maintenance because it automatically generates a control and monitoring software in GUI environment and it also provides common usage and platform independence in virtue of using description document of XML format. Also, reusability can be increased by reusing platform independent software description document and not reusing platform dependent software code.

In this paper, we propose a novel architecture for seamless mobility management to provide users with seamless Internet connection when users roam between diverse wireless local area networks (WLANS) controlled by different management entities. There have been many researches in IETF, i.e., MIPv6, HMIPv6, and PMIPv6, to provide the mobility management. However, practically since wireless access points or access routers, which are managed by an individual manager or ISP managers, have different authentication scheme and the supported mobility management, the previous mobility management protocol developed by IETF can not guarantee the quality of service of application services as the mobile node performs the handover. To solve this drawback, we propose the mobility management scheme to provide QoS-guaranteed Internet services during the handover by configurating the wireless networks which is defined by users. More specifically, we present a model, the architecture and an algorithm for user-defined network (UDN) to provide the seamless Internet service. Finally, the performance of the proposed algorithm is evaluated by the network simulation tool.
In this study, we intend to test whether experience variables such as sense, feel, think, relate, and action experiential activities of farming village can be usefully applied to revisit intention. As a result, we found that the sense, relate, and action experiences were adopted, while the feel and think variables were rejected, leading to the conclusion that Schmitt's (1999) experiential marketing theory was also applied to 6th industry experience marketing activities in rural areas. Therefore, the significant effect of rural experience activities on revisiting intention is thought to be related to the fact that they stimulated sensitivities by drawing attention and interest of consumers during the 6th industrial experience configuration, and to the environmental facilities connected to the experience site. The Feel experience has been rejected due to limitation of development of emotional element from the 6th industry certification business experience program, leading to the necessicity for development of a program that can stimulate the consumer's emotions. The reason why the Think experience was rejected is that the experience of the rural area 6th industry did not create surprises or curiosity, and thus does not meet the expectations of consumers. In case of relational experience, experiential marketing through social organizational relationship formation is expanding, and in case of behavioral experience, experience of 6th industry constitutes experience related to interaction with others and lifestyle.
Recently, there is a matter of common interests in 'classroom' because many pedagogues and teachers feel urgently the understanding of educational field. This study aims to investigates classroom researches for the last twenty years, asserts the theme 'the spatiality of classroom' which is important to understand diverse point of views in classroom theories and is overlooked at the same time, and considers it in terms of 'classroom space metaphors'. Specially, the author reviews the recent trend in classroom researches, and names it 'classroom theory' in that it deals with classroom not as a means but as an object and has undergone methodological transition. In the mean time, the author lays great emphasis on 'the spatiality of classroom' which is important to expand classroom theory and is overlooked at the same time. To approach this, the author categorizes the classroom space metaphors of existing classroom researches into 'classroom as a work space' and 'classroom as a learning space' by drawing the concept 'metaphor'. And then the author presents new metaphor 'classroom as a lived space' on the basis of the recent classroom theory, and tries to abstract its educational significance in classroom by way of Thirdspace.
The purpose of this study is to observe the meaning of the movement recognized by the millennials to derive the direction of the future mobility service strategy according to the change in the mobility paradigm. To do this, the concept of mobility was understood and related cases were analyzed. The characteristics of the millennials were theoretically summarized, and an in-depth interviews were carried out with 25 Korean millennials to analyze the emotion. As a result, it was observed that mobility is not just a movement, but a movement with a pleasant experience for them, and its meaning is being extending as an experiencing good that satisfied emotions, which makes life luxurious. To establish a mobility service strategy that satisfies them First, it is necessary to make an effort to curate a mobility life suited to different emotions. Second, a strategy is required to show the language and image with emotion as a service. Third, it is necessary to play the role of an expert leading the future mobility life to be realized through connection with various fields. We expect that this study will be used as fundamental data for establishing a future mobility service strategy.
This study investigates normative role model of the journalists under the changing environment. Firstly, this article explores what pressure the new media environment gives to the journalists in their routine of news production and distribution. These are stated from the angle of epistemological, professional and interactive pressure. Next, as a reference for the standard journalism in the age of mass media, the idea of Rhee Young-hee, a late journalist who won respects from many Korean journalists, is studied. His firm belief in the pursuit of hard facts, rigorous investigative writing and expertism are spelt out. Then, this study explores how, in real term, this pressure changes the journalistic value, norm and practices in the newsroom. Ten of Koran journalists are interviewed in order to get their idea about the emerging journalistic standards under the digital environment. From this in-depth interviews, it is conclued that the pursuit of hard fact, investigative writing, expertism of Rhee Young-hee are, nonetheless the change of the media technology, still effective and provide good reference points for the enhancement of the standard of journalism in Korea. However, it is also suggested that the methods to fulfil desirable journalism in the digital age should be different from that of the mass communication age. The interviewees make propose that the journalist, as a network node, news curator or coordinator, should actively interact with the audiences facilitating their enhanced potential as a news 'prosumer'(producer and consumer).
Unlike the era of manufacturing-oriented industrial economy in the past, the era of service economy has characteristics intangible goods center, knowledge universalization, and expansion of needs, and many things that are of the economy are changing. In the past, the change in the environment was not fast, so even after analyzing the changed environment and deriving the talent needed for the company, it was possible to maintain a talent for the organization for a long time, so it is not proactive to build and apply talent. It became difficult to manage effectively. Therefore, in this paper, we conducted a normative study for deriving a desirable talent model rather than a descriptive human resource model. Human resources image suitable for the modern service economy era, the modern economic society and modern spirit were analyzed and reflected. The model in which the two opposing members of the organization, managers and employees, interact intensely and balance dialectically. A desirable talent in a modern organization must play the role of a manager, and the management and talent models in a modern organization can be said to be connected to each other like the front and back sides of a coin. The philosophy of human resources was presented in five dimensions: human, historical, social, economic, and management. The human resource model from eight factors: mastery, rationality, wisdom, customer orientation, innovation, flexibility, autonomy, collaboration. This study suggested that general talent model may vary depending on the company's type, empirical follow-up studies are needed the talents in each company in the future.
