The collaboration is becoming ever more widespread in scientific research. Unlike collaboration in other areas such as in a company, research collaboration has an unique feature that it is reflected by scholars' characteristics. Based on previous studies on research collaboration, five major factors are identified. We propose five hypotheses from them and examine these by using both in-person questionnaire survey and relational bibliometric analysis. The survey analysis informs individual choice factors and the bibliometric analysis informs collective consequence factors. The results of this study may have implications for science policies and digital collaboration services.

In this study, the practical implementation process and performance of cooperation were analyzed by analyzing the cases of collaboration to resolve conflicts related to the installation of military facilities in the cultural heritage protection zone in P city. In addition, through this, factors affecting collaboration were derived. The collaboration case within the cultural heritage protection area of P city, the subject of this study, is an excellent case of collaboration, and in-depth interviews were conducted with the participants in the collaboration. Through these in-depth interviews, the background, collaboration process, performance and success factors of the collaboration task within the P city cultural heritage protection area were examined. The success factors of cooperation related to the installation of military facilities in the cultural heritage protection zone of P city were derived as follows. First, it is important to form a consensus for collaboration, and for this, it is very important to have a common goal of community development. Second, support at the institutional level is essential to successfully induce collaboration. Not only the head of the institution, but also the middle managers need interest in collaboration and various support for it. Third, formal and informal communication between collaboration participants is very important. For collaboration, formal as well as informal communication are important. Through these results of this study, it is judged that it can contribute to inducing collaboration in the local community in the future.

최근 스마트폰이 급속히 보급됨에 따라 이동 환경에서의 협업 수행을 지원하기 위한 협업시스템의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 일반적인 협업시스템은 컴퓨터 인프라 기반의 자원 공유와 통신 등의 기능을 활용하여 효율적인 공동작업 수행 환경을 제공한다. 무선 인터넷 기반의 이동 환경의 등장은 이러한 협업시스템을 활용할 수 있는 새로운 장을 열었지만, 이동 환경을 고려한 협업 기능의 표준화된 정의 와 이를 지원하는 프레임워크의 부재로 인하여 쉽게 개발되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 이동 환경을 효과적으로 지원하는 협업시스템을 개발하기 위하여 모바일 협업서비스를 정의하고 이를 명세하였다. 이동 환경에서 발생할 수 있는 일반적인 협업 상황들을 분석하고 이를 모바일 협업서비스로 정의하여 분류하였다. 그리고 협업시스템을 위한 효과적인 프레임워크를 개발하기 위하여 정의된 모바일 협업서비스를 정형적으로 명세하였으며, 이를 통하여 모바일 협업서비스의 표준화 방향을 제시한다.

In recent years, the global financial crisis has worsened the economic environment for small and medium-sized businesses. A great number of South Korean enterprises are having various managerial difficulties, such as insufficient funds, shortage of manpower and lack of market information. To overcome these difficulties, many experts have suggested plans to encourage cooperation among small businesses, and such cooperation has provided diverse services to complement the insufficient capabilities of the individual companies. In spite of the efforts made by government to incite cooperation, however, the businesses themselves have displayed a lack of willingness to such cooperation. Cooperation requires a series of complicated and interdependent processes and, thus, governmental support alone cannot guarantee the necessary willingness to cooperate among small businesses. This research empirically analyzed how cooperative and creative leaderships influence the willingness to cooperate among corporate members. We also empirically studied how relationships among corporate members vary in accordance with their absorptive capacity.

인터넷의 성장은 고객에게 많은 혜택을 주었지만, 방대한 양의 정보는 오히려 장시간의 상품 탐색과 제품 선택을 어렵게 만들었다. 이에 따라, 정보의 양을 줄여 줄 수 있는 서비스를 고객들은 요구를 하기 시작하였고, 이에 따라 다양한 방법들이 고객에게 제시 되어졌다. 제시되어진 방법 중의 하나가 개인화 추천 시스템이다. 추천 시스템은 고객의 취향과 관심에 적합한 상품을 추천 해 주는 서비스로서 상품 검색 노력을 줄여 주고, 고객의 취향에 적합한 제품을 제시 해 줌으로써 고객충성도 제고에도 많은 도움을 주고 있다. 이러한 추천 시스템에서 가장 많이 사용되어지고 있는 기법은 협업 필터링이다. 협업 필터링은 협업에서도유용한 기법으로 인정을 받았다. 하지만 희박성과 확장성이라는 문제점으로 인해 추천의 정확도가 다소 떨어진다는 것이 단점이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 단점을 극복할 수 있는 방법으로써 Hybrid 협업 필터링 기법을제시하고, 이를 토대로 추천 기법이 혼합되어진 Hybrid 추천 시스템에 대한 개념을 제시하고자 한다.

This study is intended to determine that there is a casual relationship between technological innovation capability and new product development performance in small and mid-sized venture companies, and that the introduction of collaboration as a means to step up technological innovation capability will improve new product development performance. To achieve this, a survey was carried out to employees who are engaged in R&D work for small and mid-sized venture companies based in Korea, and the results were analyzed by regression analysis. The findings showed that technology strategy, technology learning and open innovation belonging to technological innovation capability in small and mid-sized venture companies had an effect on new product development performance. In other words, the selection of collaboration as a wider array of core strategies on new product development performance showed that collaboration was a strategy affecting new product development performance. In addition, the moderating role of technological innovation capability in boosting new product development performance through the introduction of collaboration showed that common collaboration had a positive effect on stepping up technology strategy, and collaboration as a core strategy had a positive effect on the size of new product development performance by strengthening technology strategy and open innovation.

Although the requirement of enterprise security implementation has been raised, a few research on security collaboration, which is one of the methods for enterprise security has been performed. This paper approached information security from the collaboration-centric perspective and propose critical success factors for security collaboration. In this study, a model of security collaboration, which includes coordination and cooperation activities was devised. Based on the previous research on organizational collaboration literature, the eight success factors for collaboration were deduced and examined the significance of the eight factors using the PLS-SEM statistical method with data of 106 samples who are security and IT professionals who have worked for more than 7 years. The result of the hypothesis test supported that trust, expertise motivation, collaboration performance criteria, top manager support and collaboration tools are the prominent factors of security collaboration.

네트워크의 발달로 인하여 지역적으로 원거리에 위치한 다수의 사용자들이 공동 작업을 수행할 수 있는 다양한 기술들이 개발되었다. 공동작업을 지원하는 협업시스템은 HTTP 프로토콜을 사용하거나 또는 각자의 고유한 통신 프로토콜들을 정의하여 구현하였다. 이러한 방법은 협업시스템 간의 상호 운용성이 결여되는 문제를 발생시켰다. W3C의 IETF에서는 협업지원을 위한 WebDAV 명세가 발표되었다. WebDAV는 웹상의 공동 저작활동을 지원하기 위한 표준프로콜로서, 원거리에 있는 사용자들 간에 인터넷상의 파일을 편집하고 관리할 수 있도록 해주는 HTTP의 확장이다. 이를 이용하여 협업시스템을 구성하면 협업시스템 간의 상호 운용성을 높일 수 있을 것이 다. 협업시스템의 클라이언트는 협업지원 서버의 자원들을 효율적으로 이용할 수하고 팀원들 간의 상호작용이 원활 하게 이루어 져야한다. 이러한 요구 조건을 고려하여 본 논문에서는 WebDAV 프로토콜을 이용한 협업시스템의 클라이언트를 설계하였다. 고급기능으로 사용자가 협업지원 서버의 파일을 편집할 때 자동으로 저작프로그램을 연결하고 저작프로그램을 종료할 때 파일의 변화된 내용과 파일의 버전관리를 실시간으로 서버에 적용될 수 있게 디자인하였다. 또한 드래그앤드롭(Drag & Drop)을 통한 파일이동을 지원하고 파일의 읽기모드와 쓰기모드를 지원하는 기능을 설계하였다.

전자 상거래의 증가에 따른 물적 흐름의 증가와 기업의 경쟁력 확보를 위한 물류비용 최소화는 이미 큰 이슈가 되었다. 또한 성공적인 비즈니스를 수행하기 위해 전통적인 기업프로세스에서 벗어나 기업간 경계를 뛰어 넘는 기업간의 물류업무에 대한 협업은 필수 요소가 되어가고 있다. 물류 처리의 효율성 향상과 기업간의 협업을 위해서는 개방형 정보 인프라를 통한 물적 흐름의 가시성과 즉시성이 확보되어야 하는데 이러한 것은 정보통신 기술을 이용한 다자간 협업 물류 기술로 해결할 수 있다. 하지만 전자상거래에 참여하는 상당수의 기업은 그 규모가 크지 않아 이러한 정보시스템을 구축하기가 쉽지만은 않은 상황이다. 본 기고에서는 다자간 협업 물류의 정의와 다자간협업 물류를 개발, 운영하고 있는 선진 물류사업자와 국내의 사례를 분석하여, 이후 관련 시스템 개발에 분석 및 비교 자료로 활용되고자 한다.

This research aims to propose new direction of mobile collaborative service by supplying functional supports which surpass data resource in smart devices. In this paper, we present Smart Collaboration Service Model that supports two types of collaboration, so called Supplying Collaboration and Sharing Collaboration. This model is a platform for supporting the resources as follows; sharing of data contact in other devices and supplying of special functions, like camera operation and picture transmission from other devices. To show its applicability, a prototype of Smart Collaboration Service Model has been implemented in the Android application for exchanging contact data and renting camera function. We expect that Smart Collaboration Service Model is to help the emergence for a new type of collaboration service. Also, user can reduces resource wastes for device as well as form personal smart space by utilizing all devices owned.
