A Study on Competency Evaluation and Improvement Plan of Electrical Construction Management Using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA를 활용한 전기공사 건설사업관리 역량 평가 및 개선방안 연구)

  • Since recent construction projects become larger and complicated, the level of difficulty of management skill is rising, and the risk is increasing accordingly so the necessity of improving management skill of projects is increasing. In order to solve this problem, Construction Management system was preferentially introduced in construction projects but in case of domestic construction industry, separate contracts by business boundary are being made so the actual state is that the function of the Construction Management system is not properly operated over the overall projects. The partial operation of Construction Management system like this may impose many restrictions on converged and combined projects such as smart grid and intelligent buildings etc. in the future. For improvement of management skill of domestic construction projects, the competence of project management skill by work areas that can overcome heterogeneity of the current project management skill shall be secured, and any factor that impedes cooperation ability shall be found and that shall be solved. Therefore, the difference of work competency of project management system of construction and electrical construction is to be analyzed by utilizing IPA model in this study, and a plan to introduce the project management system of electrical construction for efficient operation of projects is to be looked into.

  • Web Based Instruction has its theoretical background in constructivism paradigm of education. According to social changes called information era and thanks to the sophisticated internet mechanism the constructivism in education has been dominant paradigm. In this paradigm information and knowledge are not merely given by a instructor facing the loaners. This system of instruction has n almost every field of discipline introduced. This article aims to examine how far WBI and constructivism are applicable for design education. Richard Branchia predicted that the learner oriented instruction method would become the dominant education system. He stressed an interactivity of the teacher and students. Upon this can the applicability of WBI for design education be affirmed. Aspects of Meta-affect in Problem-Solving Process of Mathematically Gifted Children (수학 영재아의 문제해결 과정에 나타나는 메타정의의 특성)

  • According to previous studies, it shows that the metacognitive ability that makes the positive element of the problem solver positively affects the problem-solving process of mathematics. In order to accurately grasp causality, this study investigates the specific characteristics of the meta-affect factor in the process of problem-solving. To do this, we analyzed the types and frequency of data collected from collaborative problem-solving situations composed of 4th~6th grade mathematically gifted children in small group of two. As a result, it can be seen that the type of meta-affect in the problem-solving process of mathematically gifted children is related to the correctness rate of the problem. First, regardless of the success or failure of the problem-solving, the meta-affect appeared relatively frequently in the meta-affect types in which the cognitive factors related to the context of problem-solving appeared first, and acted as the meta-functional type of the evaluation and attitude. Especially, in the case of successful problem-solving of mathematically gifted children, meta-affect showed a very active function as meta-functional type of evaluation.

  • The trend of maker education has been mainly focused on program using digital devices, but maker education programs that can make students' creative ideas instantly in various shapes and make them by hand is insufficient. Therefore, in this study, we developed a maker education program using cement and molds and analyzed Effect on the convergence ability for creativity of students. In the preparation stage, educational use cases about cement and molds and the study objects and contents were extracted through the literature review. In the development stage, teaching-learning materials were developed and validity and evaluation tools to measure convergence ability for creativity were selected. In the implementation stage, the expert validity test on the teaching-learning materials and convergence ability test for creativity was evaluated, In the evaluation stage, the effects of the whole area and sub-area of the convergence ability for creativity was analysed. As a result of the t-test for the whole area of convergence ability for creativity, the students who took the maker education program showed a significant change. The test results on the teaching-learning materials showed a positive response to the communication, cooperation ability, knowledge and humanism.

A Design and Effect of Design Thinking-Based Team Project Learning in Nursing Clinical Practice (간호학 임상실습에서 디자인씽킹 기반 팀 프로젝트 학습 설계 및 적용효과)

  • This study aimed to verify the effects of design thinking-based team project learning on nursing college students' empathy and proactivity of problem solving. This study also examined the subjects' experiences obtained from participating in team project activity through reflective analysis. The research was a one-group, pre-and-posttest design. The subjects were 64 seniors majoring in nursing studies in N university who had attended the course of nursing management practice. During the course, they participated in a design thinking team project for a total of 10 sessions for two weeks, five times per week, and one and a half hour per day. Data was analyzed using SPSS Win 22.0, a paired t-test was conducted and Pearson's correlation coefficients were calculated. Content analysis was carried out on their experiences obtained from participation in team project activity. The subjects' empathy(t=-2.94, p=.005) and proactivity of problem solving(t=-6.23, p<.001) showed statistically significant difference between before and after the design thinking-based team project learning and had significant positive correlation(r=.634, p<.001). Analysis of team reflection revealed four themes: design thinking, empathy, problem solving ability, and critical thinking. This study verified that design thinking-based team project learning was very effective in developing nursing college students' empathy and proactivity of problem solving. Research Results Design Thinking Based on team learning, project learning is an effective teaching learning method for finding and defining customer needs, creating a solution to problems, and enhancing engagement and empathy through various stakeholder collaborations I could.

Development of Model Requirements Checklist for Utilizing BIM in Construction Phase - Focused on the MEP - (시공단계 BIM 활용을 위한 모델 요구조건 체크리스트 개발 - MEP를 중심으로 -)

  • The application of BIM that can manage and integrate information generated during the entire life cycle of buildings in domestic and overseas construction projects is becoming active. When BIM is utilized in the construction phase, it can shorten the construction period, reduce the occurrence of reworks and improve collaboration capability. However, there are limitations in applying BIM to the construction phase due to the insufficient definition level of domestic BIM guidelines and inadequate design standards. In this regard, this study developed BIM model requirements checklist for the application of BIM in the construction phase. To develop the checklists, 21 domestic and overseas BIM guidelines, three public construction projects and four private construction projects to which construction BIM was applied, were analyzed. Based on the guidelines and cases, a total of 62 construction BIM model requirements (31 model objects and 31 attribute rules) and proposed construction BIM model requirement checklists by dividing the 61 requirements according to the requirement and purpose for utilization were identified. It is expected that the practical applications of the checklists proposed in this study will improve the level of BIM model in construction phase. In addition, this study has its significance as a basic research that can be used in the development of standardized guidelines for BIM model in construction phase from academic aspects.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the journal of reflection of students who participated in the character improvement education program. And it is a study that suggests ways to develop the program according to the results of analysis. Then, by collecting 208 reflective journals of students who participated in Milal training at K University, After the analysis was performed in the process of transcription, coding, and subject discovery, reliability was secured by calculating the Kappa coefficient for the analysis frame and analysis suitability. According to the results of the analysis of reflection journal. Through Milal training, the Milal spirit was understood as sacrificial service (sacrifice, devotion, lowering, serving, death, decay) and Milal (reproduction). We confirmed that It will have a life attitude related to the themes of labor (hardwork, work, patience, patience, perseverance). It can be said that through Milal training, self-reflection activities can be promoted, community character and collaboration skills can be cultivated, and the spirit of sacrificial service can be acquired. Through the results of this reflection journal analysis, it is necessary to further enhance the Milal training program, and it will be possible to provide implications to the character cultivation programs of other universities.

Influence of Shared Leadership Perceived by Cooks on Self-efficacy, Collective Efficacy, and Job Performance: Focusing on Hotel Culinary Department (공유 리더십에 대한 조리사 인식이 자기효능감, 집단효능감과 직무성과에 미치는 영향 : 호텔조리부서 대상)

  • This study assumed that chef's shared leadership perceived by chefs in hotel culinary department affects self-efficacy, group efficacy, and job performance. Based on this, the causal relationship between each variable was analyzed through leadership sharing. And based on the results, we tried to suggest a manpower management plan suitable for the hotel culinary department and provide basic data. The subjects of this study were chefs working in 8 luxury hotels in Seoul and Busan. A total of 302 questionnaires were analyzed. For analysis, SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 statistical packages were used. As a result of empirical analysis, it was found that it had a positive effect on self-efficacy and job performance improvement of hotel cooks. On the other hand, it was found that the chef's shared leadership did not affect job performance through collective efficacy and collective efficacy. In conclusion, it was suggested that a differentiated and efficient manpower management plan is needed to enhance job performance by enhancing shared leadership and self-efficacy for cooks, where collaboration and division of labor are important, and individual ability is important due to the nature of their work.

Effect of YouTube Influencer Reputation and Parasocial Relationship on Marketing Effectiveness Moderated by Types of Economic Interest (경제적 이해관계 유형에 따라 유튜브 인플루언서 평판과 의사인간관계가 마케팅 효과에 미치는 영향)

  • This research aims to present effective influencer marketing strategies against a heavy blow in Korean influencer marketing industry because of the paid advertisement controversy and the reinforcement of regulations for online advertisement. By investigating the effects of influencer reputation, which is composed of communication skills, influence, authenticity and professionalism on marketing effect, as well as the mediating effect of parasocial relationship, the study provides some implications for influencer selecting. The effect of economic interests is examined under 4 experimental conditions of paid advertisements, brand collaboration, brand gifts and organic review to figure out how to arrange an appropriate sponsorship plan. According to results of PLS structural equation analysis, it shows that the influence and authenticity of an influencer have a significant positive effect on marketing effect and the mediating effect of parasocial relationship is partially proved. It seems that the effect of influencer reputation on marketing effect is significantly differentiated in different contexts, which confirms the moderating effect of economic interest. Distinguish from previous studies, this study focuses on types of economic interest rather than a simple comparison between sponsorship disclosure versus no disclosure and makes contributions to expanding reputation research. Meanwhile, findings of this study could give some practical implications for marketing practitioners in planning influencer marketing.

Types of Educational Ministry for The Post Digital Generation (포스트 디지털 세대에 대한 교육목회 유형)

  • The purpose of this article is to suggest nine types of educational ministry based on the practical theology in Christian Education. For the purpose this article emphasizes an individual dimension including church, society dimensions. An individual dimension is based on the spirit of post digital era within sociocultural area in different with personal-existential area of the philosophical and theological perspective and life cycle theology area of the developmental psychological perspective. Post digital era means the humanization of digital, digital friendly, and emotional digital cultural characteristics. Post digital generation means child, youth, young adults those who are accustomed with post digital cultural of the post digital era. The educational ministry for the post digital generations categorized into nine types according to correlation with individual, church, and society as a field of ministry and critical scientific method, critical confessional method, and critical correlational method as an interdisciplinary which are composed of Christian tradition and contemporary science. Representative key competencies of nine types in the educational ministry are media literacy, relational identity, communication, high touch, discipleship, making and using media, integrative vocation, collaboration abilities, and home, school, and social resilience in relation with multicultural generations.
