The Influence of Proactiveness, Perceived Usefulness and Learning Orientation on Work Commitment (진취성, 지각된 유용성 및 학습지향성이 업무몰입에 미치는 영향)

  • Work commitment is being studied continuously in the field of organizational behavior, this study suggests that work commitment directly affects the creativity and productivity of organizational members. The immersive attitude toward work is increasing in importance as it not only improves individual competitiveness but also improves organizational performance. From an academic point of view, we can emphasize the differentiation of this study in terms of analyzing work commitment, which is a leading factor in the current work performance, based on individual proactiveness, perceived usefulness, and learning orientation. Identifying the factors influencing work commitment is likely to provide meaningful implications for securing current and future competitiveness. For this study, we conducted an online survey of office workers, professionals, and self-employed workers. Finally, we obtained 178 valid questionnaires. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that proactiveness and learning orientation had a positive effect on work commitment.

In Conclusion, as a Prerequisite for Small Enterprises to grow, we have to Create Market Oriented and Learning Oriented Organization and at the same time we should Strive to Ensure that all Organization Members have Attachment Relationships with their Organization. It is Understood that it must be. The Results of these Studies will be Helpful for not only Individuals who Prepare for Founding and Founded but also Start-up Related Officials.

The Prediction of Mastery-Approach Goal Orientation, Task Value, and Self-Regulated Learning Strategy on Academic Satisfaction and Achievement of Cyber Engineering University Students (사이버대학교 공학계열 학생들의 숙달접근목표지향성, 과제가치, 자기조절학습전략의 학업만족도와 학업성취도 예측력 규명)

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the prediction of mastery-approach goal orientation, task value, and self-regulated learning strategy on academic satisfaction and achievement of cyber engineering university students. For this study, 219 engineering students of H cyber university who enrolled in the spring semester of 2011 was chosen and completed web surveys. A hypothetical model proposed included mastery-approach goal orientation, task value, and self-regulated learning strategy as predictors, and academic satisfaction and achievement as criteria variables. The results of this study through multiple regression analysis indicated that task value(${\beta}$=.401) and self-regulated learning strategy(${\beta}$=.401) predicted significantly on academic satisfaction. In addition, self-regulated learning strategy(${\beta}$=.301) and mastery-approach goal orientation(${\beta}$=.196) predicted significantly on academic achievement. The result of this study suggested that mastery-approach goal orientation, task value, and self-regulated learning strategy should be considered for improving academic satisfaction and achievement in cyber engineering education.

  • 조직 및 산업간의 치열한 경쟁상황에서 마케팅 개념에 대한 좀더 명확한 이해와 실천이 현대의 기업들에게 필요하다. 1990년을 기점으로 마케팅 개념의 구체적인 실체성에 대한 연구가 활발해졌고, 다양한 측면의 연구가 시도되고 있다. 이른바 시장지향성 이라고 불리는 이 실체적인 개념을 통하여 마케팅 개념의 실천에 대한 명확한 성과를 측정할 수 있게 되 었고 다양한 환경적 변수의 영향을 고려할 수 있게 되었다. 이를 통하여 학계는 물론 실무 에 있어서 시장지향성을 매개로 하는 제반적 경영성과에 대해 보다 구체적이고 정확한 접근이 가능해졌다. 이에 본 연구는 시장지향성 연구들의 기본적 배경을 살펴보고, 그 동안 연구되었던 시장지향성의 주요논제 즉, 시장지향성의 매개변수, 성과측정, 조직학습, 혁신 등과 시장지향성의 실증적 연구방법에 있어 척도개발, 매개변수, 특정업종에서의 시장지향 성을 고잘하여 앞으로의 시장지향성 연구방향을 제시하였다.

A Semantic Orientation Prediction Method of Sentiment Features Based on the General and Domain-Dependent Characteristics (일반적, 영역 의존적 특성을 반영한 감정 자질의 의미지향성 추정 방법)

  • 본 논문은 한국어 문서 감정분류를 위한 중요한 어휘 자원인 감정자질(Sentiment Feature)의 의미지향성(Semantic Orientation) 추정을 위해 일반적인 특성과 영역(Domain) 의존적인 특성을 반영하여 한국어 문서 감정분류(Sentiment Classification)의 성능 향상을 얻을 수 있는 기법을 제안한다. 감정자질의 의미지 향성은 검색 엔진을 통해 추출한 각 감정 자질의 스니핏(Snippet)과 실험 말뭉치를 이용하여 추정할 수 있다. 검색 엔진을 통해 추출된 스니핏은 감정자질의 일반적인 특성을 반영하며, 실험 말뭉치는 분류하고자 하는 영역 의존적인 특성을 반영한다. 이렇게 얻어진 감정자질의 의미지향성 수치는 각 문장의 감정강도를 추정하기 위해 이용되며, 문장의 감정 강도의 값을 TF-IDF 가중치 기법에 접목하여 감정자질의 가중치를 책정한다. 최종적으로 학습 과정에서 긍정 문서에서는 긍정 감정자질, 부정 문서에서는 부정 감정자질을 대상으로 추가 가중치를 부여하여 학습하였다. 본 논문에서는 문서 분류에 뛰어난 성능을 보여주는 지지 벡터 기계(Support Vector Machine)를 사용하여 제안한 방법의 성능을 평가한다. 평가 결과, 일반적인 정보 검색에서 사용하는 내용어(Content Word) 기반의 자질을 사용한 경우보다 3.1%의 성능향상을 보였다.

  • 정보통신기술(ICT - Information and Communications Technology)의 발달, 정부와 민간의 스타트업 발굴 및 투자 규모의 확대로 인해 혁신적인 아이디어를 기반으로 우수한 성과를 창출하는 스타트업들이 증가하고 있다. 이를 롤모델로 삼고 창업을 준비하는 예비 창업자들도 지속적으로 증가하고 있으나, 성공을 경험으로 연쇄창업을 도전하는 창업자와 달리 초기 스타트업들은 팀원 채용, 기술 개발, 자금 유치 등 다양한 문제에 직면하게 된다. 엑셀러레이터는 스타트업들이 직면하게 되는 다양한 문제 해결을 돕기 위해 교육, 멘토링, 컨설팅, 네트워크 연계, 초기 투자 등의 활동을 통해 스타트업이 성장할 수 있도록 멘토와 투자자의 역할을 동시에 수행한다. 본 연구의 목적은 스타트업의 특성과 창업성과과 어떠한 상관관계를 가지고 있는가를 조사하고, 엑셀러레이터의 역할이 스타트업의 창업성과에 매개역할을 하는지 분석 하는데 있다. 최근 국내에서는 다시 벤처 붐이 일어나고 있으며, 유니콘 기업의 양적 질적 증가, 정부 지원을 통한 초기 스타트업의 성과 등 창업생태계에서 의미 있는 지표들을 볼 수 있다. 스타트업의 성과와 관련된 지표들은 직/간접적으로 엑셀러레이터와 관련이 있으나, 그동안 국내에서 창업성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 스타트업의 창업가의 기업가정신이나 창업가의 역량을 기반으로 주로 연구하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 스타트업의 특성으로 대표되는 독립변수 혁신성, 조직 문화, 재무적 특성, 네트워크 지향성과 학습지향성이 종속변수인 창업성과에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설을 검증하며 매개변수인 엑셀러레이터의 역할의 효과를 확인하고자 한다.

  • In Korea, the survival rate of start-up of 5-year after foundation is as low as 29.6% of the country. This low survival rate is from because of insufficient resources in start-ups compared to those of mid-sized companies. Therefore, the marketing characteristics of entrepreneurship has emerged as a major cause. Therefore, In this study, because learning orientation, marketing experience, competition orientation and etc are differently owned in start-ups, marketing impact to marketing strategy in start-up companies are differently investigated. Therefore, the relationship of learning orientation, marketing experience, competition Orientation with marketing strategies was examined. Based on this, Business performance was examined to suggest contents related to eco-system of start-up companies to representative of start-up companies. For this study, Survey was conducted for 250 start-up entrepreneurs within 3 and half year since foundation from Nov. 20 to Dec. 20, 2015. In result of data-cleaning, 207 meaningful samples were gathered. Based on these, conclusion was obtained. Using SPSS 20.0 statistical program, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis were conducted. the following conclusions were drawn. First, in the impact of marketing environment of Phase 1 start-up companies on marketing strategy, product strategy, distribution strategy and promotion strategy were positively affected by learning orientation, marketing experience and competition orientation. Second, in the effect of 2nd phase marketing strategy to business performance, the financial performance and the non-financial performance. Were positively affected by product strategy, distribution strategy and promotion strategies. Third, The effect of learning orientation, marketing experience and competition orientation to financial performance was positively mediated by product strategy and distribution strategy among 3rd phase meditation strategies. the effect of learning orientation, marketing experience and competition orientation to non-financial performance was positively mediated by products strategy. In comprehensive summary, in order to increase business performance in start-up companies, marketing strategy should be applied in. Especially, the role of learning orientation and marketing experience is vital. In increasement of business performance to characteristics of star up marketing, financial performance can be increased by product strategy and distribution strategy. And, both of financial and non-financial performance can be increased by product strategy. Therefore, in conducting of marketing characteristics of start-up, to increase business performance, the apply of marketing strategy to marketing characteristics of start-up should be required.

  • Firms are becoming increasingly dependent on external resources for a competitive advantage in environmental turbulence, the requisite speed of organizational change. Therefore, they focused on an 'Open Innovation'. This study examined the relationships among entrepreneurial orientation, learning orientation, open innovation, and new product development. The results provide broad support for the following: (1) entrepreneurial orientation and learning orientation strongly drive open innovation, (2) open innovation has a significant effect on new product development, and (3) learning orientation has a positive effect on open innovation and new product development. These results provide unique insight into how firms develop new product through open innovation. This study also addresses the implications of these results and the possible limitations of the research.

Effects of Sales Training, Customer Orientation and Sales Management of Financial Planners(FP) on Sales Performance (재무설계사(FP)의 영업교육, 고객지향성 및 영업관리가 영업성과에 미치는 영향)

  • In the age of 100 years, it had become very important to prepare for unexpected dangers. This study was conducted to analyze the factors affecting the sales performance of financial planners. We analyzed the influence relationship of sales training, sales management, and customer orientation on sales performance, and furthermore, analyzed the impact of these influence relationships. To this end, sales training was subdivided into customer development, sales competency, and learning agility. Customer orientation was subdivided into the use of customer management system, SNS use, and customer service provision. Sales management was subdivided into goal orientation, manager leadership, and compensation system. The effect of these detailed variables on sales performance was empirically analyzed. To this end, a survey was conducted targeting currently active financial planners. The survey was conducted for a month in January 2023, and 250 valid samples were analyzed. The results of the empirical analysis were as follows. Customer development and learning agility had a significant positive (+) effect on sales performance. Sales competency were not tested for significance. Among customer orientations, SNS use and customer service provision had a significant positive (+) effect on sales performance. The use of the customer management system was not tested for significance. Among sales management, goal orientation and compensation system had a significant positive (+) effect on sales performance. Manager leadership was not tested for significance. The influence of variables that significantly affect sales performance was in the order of goal orientation, customer service provision, compensation system, slearning agility, customer development, and SNS use. Based on these research results, academic and practical implications were presented.

The Analysis of Relationships among Self-Handicapping Tendency, Goal Orientation, Self-Efficacy and Learning Strategies in Chemistry Education (화학교과에서 자아핸디캡경향, 목표지향성, 자기효능감 및 학습전략 사이의 관계분석)

  • The structural equation modeling techniques were used to assess a model of chemistry learning strategy based on self-handicapping tendency and goal orientation. Data were collected during chemistry lessons in two high schools. In the optimal model II-2 of this research, the self-handicapping tendency was negatively related to the use of self-efficacy. The learning goal was positively related to the use of self-efficacy and to learning strategy. The performance- approach goal was positively related to self-efficacy but presented an negative relationship to learning strategy. The performance-avoidance goal was negatively related to self-efficacy but presented an positive relationship to learning strategy. Besides affecting the learning strategy through self-efficacy indirectly, the learning goal, performance-approach goal, and performance-avoidance goal affected learning strategy directly. The self-handicapping tendency and performance- avoidance goal were a negative predictors of self-efficacy, but the learning goal and performance-approach goal were a positive predictors. And the self-efficacy affected learning strategy positively. The implications of these findings for learning strategy in chemistry are discussed. Although the paths model of relationships of the motivations to learn and learning strategies in chemistry education as mentioned above is established, the more systematic search for the higher self-efficacy and learning strategy in different courses and curriculums may be needed.
