In this paper, we propose u-learning hub site systems which are designed and implemented based on learning activities oriented components. The proposed systems are composed of component which can process the functionalities for coming into action of learning activities through various devices. Specially, each component is broken into class units by which learning activities of users can be performed on various devices. When users try to connect u-learning system in hub site, the system explores devices of users and connection program and then selects components that are fit to the activities and combines them in realtime. Through the methodology of u-learning hub site, the system proposed in this paper provides u-learning environment so that users can use the learning activity services taking no influence on time, place, devices and programs under the consistent system. That is different to traditional e-learning system which cannot support various devices of users directly.

In this thesis, a field experience activity support system is designed and implemented for improving social skills of children with developmental disabilities. The proposed system is designed to allow the students to experience various field activities around their local community. The proposed system has the following characteristics. First, it can improve effectiveness of field experience by providing very practical pre-study information to students. Second, the systems provides very practical and real-world problem-solving abilities rather than providing simple experience and superficial information. Third, the system allows students to change the contents according to their local community environments and purpose of use. Fourth, the system can be used as education for living at home as well as field experience study at schools. After applying the proposed system to students with developmental disabilities, the following positive results are obtained. First, the system have good effect on students with severe developmental disabilities when the system is used for prestudy. Specially those students are highly interested and motivated on study subjects. Second, at real field experience study place, students are well adapted and are very interested in their activities. Third, in the light of post-evaluation after field experience, it is reported that lots of study contents remain in their memory.

In this paper, the qualification process to target trainees of 200 questionnaires collected 158 call was using the SPSS 18.0 statistical program was statistical results are as follows. First, the demographic characteristics of 158 people a total of 146 people men (92.4%) were 30 and 40 adults. Second, according to gender for women than men showed high satisfaction of sayibeogang. More than a college education group showed a high level of satisfaction. Depending on the marital satisfaction of married people was higher sayibeogang. In addition, cyber-lecture on satisfaction surveys women, highly educated, married, educated in the group were satisfied. 74.5% of total variance, variance, with 88.7 percent reliability was very high reliability. Thus, students' demographic variables, motivation, learning to fit in the field of instructional design and content to support the various efforts will be.

Maker education has recently been actively practiced under strong governmental support as a nation-wide policy for innovative education, which now had to confront the unexpected challenge and crisis of 'contactless educational environments' due to COVID-19 pandemic. In this context, this study aimed to develop a checklist needed for developing 'contactless maker education program' which still continues to maintain 'maker mindsets' as the goal and direction of maker education, since maker education has been regarded as an alternative educational environment suitable for the 4th industrial revolution age. For this purpose, this study first conducted literature review related to maker education and contactless (i.e. online) education environments, from which several characteristics of the contactless maker education have been extracted. And then, 5 maker education instructors currently conducting the contactless maker education programs in various settings provided feedback on the developed checklist draft, which actually became the final version of the checklist. Considering the current COVID-19 pandemic situation, the checklist for the contactless Maker education might be helpful in preventing to diminish or reduce the educational values and active application of maker education.

ChatGPT, an interactive artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot developed by Open AI in the U.S., gaining popularity with great repercussions around the world. Some academia are concerned that ChatGPT can be used by students for plagiarism, but ChatGPT is also widely used in a positive direction, such as being used to write marketing phrases or website phrases. There is also an opinion that ChatGPT could be a new future for "search," and some analysts say that the focus should be on fostering rather than excessive regulation. This study analyzed consciousness about ChatGPT for college students through a survey of their perception of ChatGPT. And, plagiarism inspection systems were prepared to establish an education support model using ChatGPT and ChatGPT. Based on this, a university education support model using ChatGPT was constructed. The education model using ChatGPT established an education model based on text, digital, and art, and then composed of detailed strategies necessary for the era of the 4th industrial revolution below it. In addition, it was configured to guide students to use ChatGPT within the permitted range by using the ChatGPT detection function provided by the plagiarism inspection system, after the instructor of the class determined the allowable range of content generated by ChatGPT according to the learning goal. By linking and utilizing ChatGPT and the plagiarism inspection system in this way, it is expected to prevent situations in which ChatGPT's excellent ability is abused in education.

Training Curriculum Integrated Information Network is allowed to searching the all curriculums and courses related with training but also is a one stop handling integrated learning system to cover a course registration, learning and analysis of learning performance. Through developing and managing the Training Curriculum Integrated Information Network, it is available to get the various curriculum thus it is for trainers able to enforce the self oriented course choice and then high quality of training could be proposed by the diverse training curriculums and competitions. To manage Training Curriculum Integrated Information Network more effectively, active public relations marketing activities, high reliable correct information service and rich contents are required. It is essential to manage the learner and learning contents supplier, stable financial resources, personal security issue and protecting a copyright of training curriculum to be a successful network system.

Purpose: This study investigated the effects of Web-Contents Learning by nursing students on nursing knowledge, self-directed learning and clinical competence. Method: This study was a quasi-experimental, nonequivalent control group pre-post test. For the study, 146 nursing students were selected from three colleges. Seventy-six were experimental subjects and 70 were control subjects. The subjects in the experimental group studied Web-Contents along with four weeks of clinical practice. Data were collected by structured questionnaires and analyzed using the SPSS program. Result: The experimental group showed significant increase in their nursing knowledge (t=-3.866, p=.001). However, no significant differences were observed between the two groups in self-directed learning (t=-.759, p=.449) and clinical competence (F=.891, p=.347). Conclusion: From our investigation, the present study suggests some implication for learner-related variables. Elaboration of experimental design to validate the effects of Web-Contents Learning should be carried out.

This study intends to evaluate the relationships between DLS union catalog and curricula and to suggest methods for its quality control. Comprehensiveness, specificity, currentness, and location of copies were selected for evaluation criteria. And this criteria were practiced to evaluate the relationships its indicators and library-based learning topics of social subjects in Seoul DLS. The results of analyses the DLS union catalog serves users with book-based learning information and lacks specificity to evaluate quality of learning materials. Especially the DLS don't satisfy the learning community with on-line contents. Accordingly it is essential to appoint teacher librarians understanding curricula and instructional values of the catalog for its quality control.

The goal of this study is to propose a new directivity for business training based on an analysis of the learner's satisfaction, the cause of the learning effect and the cause of reenrollment in smart learning courses. The data from 878 learners of 11 companies was analyzed by ANOVA and multiple regression analysis and the following results were obtained. First of all, the satisfaction of studying by smart learning showed various results depending on the motivation, process and contents of studying. According to the results, high rates of satisfaction were observed when the people take an active part in studying, as reflected in the frequency and time of studying. Also, when the learning contents were presented in an animated manner, the satisfaction of the students was increased. Second, the motivation of the students to participate in the smart learning and study process was reflected in the frequency, time and quality of their studies, thus confirming the learning effect. Lastly, the satisfaction and effectiveness of studying by smart learning are the causes of reenrollment. Based on the analysis results, it was concluded that the corporation's support and proper compensation are needed to increase the rate of satisfaction and the effectiveness of smart learning from the corporation's perspective. Also, from the viewpoint of the smart learning system operators, it is necessary to find ways of developing the learning contents.

In Smart Education, the roles of digital textbook is very important as face-to-face media to learners. The standardization of digital textbook will promote the industrialization of digital textbook for contents providers and distributers as well as learner and instructors. In this study, the following three objectives-oriented digital textbooks are looking for ways to standardize. (1) digital textbooks should undertake the role of the media for blended learning which supports on-off classes, should be operating on common EPUB viewer without special dedicated viewer, should utilize the existing framework of the e-learning learning contents and learning management. The reason to consider the EPUB as the standard for digital textbooks is that digital textbooks don't need to specify antoher standard for the form of books, and can take advantage od industrial base with EPUB standards-rich content and distribution structure (2) digital textbooks should provide a low-cost open market service that are currently available as the standard open software (3) To provide appropriate learning feedback information to students, digital textbooks should provide a foundation which accumulates and manages all the learning activity information according to standard infrastructure for educational Big Data processing. In this study, the digital textbook in a smart education environment was referred to open digital textbook. The components of open digital textbooks service framework are (1) digital textbook terminals such as smart pad, smart TVs, smart phones, PC, etc., (2) digital textbooks platform to show and perform digital contents on digital textbook terminals, (3) learning contents repository, which exist on the cloud, maintains accredited learning, (4) App Store providing and distributing secondary learning contents and learning tools by learning contents developing companies, and (5) LMS as a learning support/management tool which on-site class teacher use for creating classroom instruction materials. In addition, locating all of the hardware and software implement a smart education service within the cloud must have take advantage of the cloud computing for efficient management and reducing expense. The open digital textbooks of smart education is consdered as providing e-book style interface of LMS to learners. In open digital textbooks, the representation of text, image, audio, video, equations, etc. is basic function. But painting, writing, problem solving, etc are beyond the capabilities of a simple e-book. The Communication of teacher-to-student, learner-to-learnert, tems-to-team is required by using the open digital textbook. To represent student demographics, portfolio information, and class information, the standard used in e-learning is desirable. To process learner tracking information about the activities of the learner for LMS(Learning Management System), open digital textbook must have the recording function and the commnincating function with LMS. DRM is a function for protecting various copyright. Currently DRMs of e-boook are controlled by the corresponding book viewer. If open digital textbook admitt DRM that is used in a variety of different DRM standards of various e-book viewer, the implementation of redundant features can be avoided. Security/privacy functions are required to protect information about the study or instruction from a third party UDL (Universal Design for Learning) is learning support function for those with disabilities have difficulty in learning courses. The open digital textbook, which is based on E-book standard EPUB 3.0, must (1) record the learning activity log information, and (2) communicate with the server to support the learning activity. While the recording function and the communication function, which is not determined on current standards, is implemented as a JavaScript and is utilized in the current EPUB 3.0 viewer, ths strategy of proposing such recording and communication functions as the next generation of e-book standard, or special standard (EPUB 3.0 for education) is needed. Future research in this study will implement open source program with the proposed open digital textbook standard and present a new educational services including Big Data analysis.
