  • 본 연구는 핵심기본간호술 학습경험과 중요도인식, 학습 자기효능감이 수행자신감에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 핵심기본간호술 수행능력 향상을 위한 학습전략 마련의 기초자료로 활용하고자 D지역 소재 일개대학 간호학과에 재학중인 학생 231명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 본 연구결과 학습경험은 학년에 따라, 학습 자기효능감과 수행자신감은 전공만족도와 실습만족도에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 핵심기본간호술 학습경험과 수행자신감, 학습 자기효능감과 수행자신감에서 긍정적 상관관계, 수행자신감에 영향을 미치는 요인은 학습 자기효능감과 학습경험순으로 나타났다. 따라서 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감을 향상시키기 위한 교육전략 수립 시 학습 자기효능감을 강화시키고, 학습경험을 증가시키는 방안이 필요하다.

  • This study utilized SPSS and AMOS program to research a process of learning satisfaction of learners, who used Ubiquitous Living English Experience Learning Center. The following results were found ; First, there was a positive correlation between learning setting and learning interest, between learning setting and learning satisfaction, between confidence and learning interest, between confidence and learning satisfaction, and between learning interest and learning satisfaction. Second, the process of the research model was meaningful in various ways: learning setting ${\rightarrow}$ confidence, learning setting ${\rightarrow}$ learning interest, learning setting ${\rightarrow}$ learning satisfaction, confidence ${\rightarrow}$ learning satisfaction, learning interest ${\rightarrow}$ learning satisfaction. Finally, learning setting had a direct influence upon learning interest and learning satisfaction.

  • The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of mathematical disposition and attitude through the foster self-confidence and learning motivation by STAD cooperative learning. For this purpose, we made up an experimental class. And then we investigated the students' change in these aspects after the foster self-confidence and learning motivation by STAD cooperative learning. As a result of the experiment, we find that significant changes on the students' mathematical disposition and attitude utilizing the foster self-confidence and learning motivation by STAD cooperative learning. Therefore, in this study, I want to solve the particular problems that follow. First, what is the reaction of utilizing the foster self-confidence and learning motivation by STAD cooperative learning mathematical program for students? Is it effective utilizing the foster self-confidence and learning motivation by STAD cooperative learning to improve students' mathematical disposition? Third, does utilizing the foster self-confidence and learning motivation by STAD cooperative learning have a positive impact on students' mathematical attitude?

  • This study is a descriptive survey research conducted to examine the influence of learning efficacy on nursing students' self-confidence. Research subjects included a total of 231 university students in D city, and the data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. The study results were as follows: Learning experience was high in the order of vital sign check, intramuscular injection, and subcutaneous injection. Recognition of importance was also high in the order of vein therapy, intramuscular injection, and vital sign check. Self-confidence was high in the order of vital sign check and wearing of protective equipment. As for the learning experience, there were significant differences depending on the students' school year. As for the correlation among all variants, 'learning experience of nursing skills', 'self-confidence', 'learning self-efficacy', and 'self-efficacy' had a positive correlation with each other. Based on these study results, it is necessary to develop an educational strategy that ensures students' education of self-efficacy and improvement of their learning experience to enhance their self-confidence.

  • This study aimed to examine the meaning of adult learners' experience in which they performed a convergence program for the self-confidence improvement of disabled persons with brain lesion who were daycare center users. For the goal, the study collected data through a 5-session profound interview with those disabled persons and then through this author's observation. This study analyzed all the data and, as a result, categorized three significant themes that best represented the above mentioned meaning, which are 'tension of beginning', 'joy of being in company with others' and 'I as the present being'. With those meaningful themes taken into serious consideration. Finally, this study suggested that field programs for social welfare practice in better connection with adult learners' major should be researched and developed.

The Influence of Recognition of Importance and Self-Directed Learning Ability on Confidence in Performance of Basic Nursing Skills among Nursing Students (간호대학생의 기본간호술 중요성 인식, 자기주도적 학습능력이 기본간호술 수행자신감에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was conducted to examine the correlations between recognition of the importance, self-directed learning ability(SDLA), and confidence in performance regarding basic nursing skills, and to identify the influencing factors on confidence in performing the basic nursing skills in nursing students. Data were collected from 171 nursing students from December 18 to 22, 2017. Data were analyzed using Pearson's correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression. Confidence in performance of basic nursing skills showed significant positive correlations with SDLA and recognition of importance. SDLA, practice attitude, and recognition of importance, and grade in last semester accounted for 32% of the variance, were significant predictors influencing confidence in performance of basic nursing skills. Thus, various educational strategies are necessary to improve SDLA, practice attitude and recognition of importance in order to increase the confidence of nursing students in performance of basic nursing.

The Comparison of Learning Experience, Recognition of Importance, Learning Self-Efficacy and Self-Confidence for Core Fundamental Nursing Skills according to the Grade of Nursing College Student (간호대학생의 학년별 핵심기본간호술에 대한 학습경험, 중요성인식, 수행자신감, 학습 자기효능감의 차이비교)

  • 본 연구는 핵심기본간호술을 중심으로 간호학생이 학년별에 따라 학습경험, 중요도 인식, 수행자신감 학습 자기효능감에 어떤 차이가 있는지를 파악하기 위해 실시한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 D지역 소재 일개대학 간호학과 재학중인 231명이었으며, 자료 수집은 2015년 5월에서 6월 까지 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 21.0 Program을 이용하여 t-test로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 대상자의 학습경험은 학년간의 유의한 차이가 있었다(t=5.009, p<.001). 핵심기본간호술 난이도에 따른 학년별 학습경험의 차이검정을 살펴보면 핵심술 상영역, 핵심술 중영역, 핵심술 하영역에서 모두 학년간에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 중요성인식은 학년간에 유의한 차이는 없었다(t=.288, p>.773). 핵심기본간호술 난이도에 따른 학년별 차이는 핵심술 상영역과 핵심술 하영역은 학년간에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 그러나 핵심술 중영역은 학년간의 유의한 차이가 없었다. 수행자신감은 학년간에 유의한 차이가 있었다(t=7.845, p<.001). 핵심기본간호술 난이도에 따른 학년별 수행자신감의 차이를 살펴보면 핵심술 상영역, 핵심술 중영역, 핵심술 하영역모두에서 학년간에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 학습 자기효능감은 학년간에 유의한 차이가 있었다(t=2.370, p<.019). 따라서 본 연구결과를 토대로 각 학년별 효율적인 실습운영 방안을 모색할 필요가 있으며, 아울러 학습경험을 높이고 중요성인식에 따른 학습경험을 높이고 수행자신감과 학습 자기효능감을 증진시킬 수 있는 교과과정 모색이 절실히 필요하다.

Development and application of Scenario-based Admission Management VR contents for nursing students

  • In this paper, I developed a scenario-based admission management virtual reality (SAM VR) content for practical training for nursing students and verified the effectiveness. The SAM VR contents used in the study was developed by the researcher using Gear VR and smartphone according to the standard practical procedure suggested by the Korea Acreditation Board of Nursing Education and Evaluation. In the 30 experimental groups who received practical training using SAM VR contents, learning flow, learning confidence, and learning satisfaction increased statistically significantly after the practical training (p<.001). In the control group, who received practical training in the traditional way, learning confidence increased after the practical training (p<.005), but there was no change in learning flow and learning satisfaction (p>.005). It was verified that the SAM VR contents are effective practical education contents for nursing students' learning flow, learning confidence and learning satisfaction.

Relationship between Self-Directed Learning Ability, Critical Thinking Disposition and Nursing Process Confidence of Nursing Students (간호대학생의 자기주도적 학습능력, 비판적 사고성향 및 간호과정 자신감과의 관계)

  • This descriptive research study identified the factors affecting the nursing process confidence of nursing students. The study's data was collected from June 13th 2017 to June 30th, 2017. Informed consent was received from 129 students who were in their second year of nursing college. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS WIN 18.0 program. The score for self-directed learning ability was 3.45, the score for a critical thinking disposition was 3.55, and the score for nursing process confidence was 3.68. There was significant positive correlation between nursing process confidence and self-directed learning ability (r=.572, p<.001) and critical thinking disposition (r=.488, p<.001). The factor affecting the confidence in the nursing process was self-directed learning ability(32.2%). Educational methods based on building the self-directed learning ability are needed to enhance the nursing process. There are limitations in discussing the results of this study due to the lack of prior research. Further study is needed to confirm the results of this research and the relationships it revealed.

Effect of Integrated-Simulation Practice Education on Nursing Students' Communication Ability, Learning Confidence, Clinical Reasoning Competence, and Clinical Performance (통합시뮬레이션 실습 교육이 간호대학생의 의사소통능력, 학습자신감, 임상추론역량, 임상수행능력에 미치는 효과)

  • This study aimed to examine the effects of integrated simulation practice education for nursing college students on their communication skills, self-efficacy in learning, clinical reasoning ability, and clinical performance through a pre-post quasi-experimental design with a single group. The participants were 41 fourth-year nursing college students from a university located in G City, and the intervention took place from September to November 2023 over a period of nine weeks. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0, and the research findings are as follows. First, after simulation practice education, significant effects were observed in self-efficacy in learning (t=-2.21, p=.033), clinical reasoning ability (t=-2.97, p=.005), and clinical performance (t=-2.84, p=.007), but no significant difference was found in communication skills (t=-.224, p=.824). Second, after simulation classes for nursing students, clinical performance showed significant positive correlations with communication skills (r=.650, p<.001), self-efficacy in learning (r=.440, p<.001), and clinical reasoning ability (r=.824, p<.001). Based on these results, integrated simulation practice education for nursing students appears to be an effective educational method for enhancing their self-efficacy in learning, clinical reasoning ability, and clinical performance. To improve nursing students' clinical performance, it is necessary to operate simulation practices with various scenarios.
