This study is conducted to propose an activation plan for fisherinas by analyzing in depth the needs for fisherina development. For this purpose, the result is derived through the analysis of literature, in-depth interviews and Delphi methods. As a result, the need for fisherina development is shown as follows: first, the saturation due to the increase of maritime recreational vessels; second, the possibility of economic development; third, the activation of the fishing village economy. Accordingly, the problems of the fisherina are derived, first, the conflicts with fishermen and recreational vessel users, second, the financial difficulties, third, the lack of infrastructure. The activation plans for fisherinas are as follows: first, forming a consultative body centered on stakeholders; second, ensuring financial soundness; third, building infrastructure by linking businesses; and fourth, systematic supplementary plans. These results will play an important role in expanding the underdeveloped domestic fisherina business and will be another step in activating the maritime leisure industry.

Illuminating Japanese Fisharena Development Policy, we tried to find out some implications on the utilization of fishing port facilities as a way to accommodate uprising marine leisure demands of Korea. The major findings of this study are concentrated in the following three points. First, Japanese Fisharena Development Policy can be functionalized in Korea as a means of policy, but for the intervening difference of demand situation, precise forecasting on the marine leisure demands has to be preceded and Fisharena should be prepared as a supply buffer. Second, in the development stage of Fisharena, Software side is important as well as Hardware side. On the development and operation, utilizing civil organizations is necessary to bring down the wharfage of Fisharena to not suppress the marine leisure demands. Third, selection of the fishing port and decision of the development scale are additional important points. In particular, preferential consideration of utilizing inner-city fishing ports as small-scale Fisherinas to address the marine leisure demands would be desirable in Korea.

This study is enabled our country to compare and analyze Korea's and Japan's marina development related fishing villages in the sea ports, sea port law's systematical research, approved permissions, and operation related ordinance enactments. Henceforth, the results of the research regarding the fisherina development model appropriate for domestic circumstances are as follows. First, the fisherina must be developed in a way to create a new source of income in the fishing villages. The initial steps must be taken in improving the fishing industry and revitalizing the marine leisure sports. Second, there must be a development of a system to reduce its development costs. Third, the existing sea port's unused equipments must be developed in a remodeled form.

해양레저보트와 마리나에 대한 관심이 몇 년 전부터 급증하고 있고 이에 따라 마리나항만 기본계획까지 수립되어 있으나, 사업비 마련이 용이하지 않아서 계획대로 추진이 되지 않고 있다. 우리나라 보다 일찍 해양레저활동을 시작한 일본의 레저선박 인프라 현황과 규모 그리고 관련 정책과 제도 등에 대한 흐름을 파악하고자 한다. 이를 바탕으로 일본 내 레저선박으로 인한 문제점을 파악하고 앞으로 해양레저 활성화를 위해서는 어떤 점이 필요한지를 생각해 보고자 한다.

The research for production of jet fuel from petroleum displacement resources such as bio-mass, coal, natural gas mainly consists of three sub-research areas; the fisrt step is the pretreatment for producing a synthetic gas, and the next step is the Fischer-Trophsh reaction process for making hydrocarbons. The last is the upgrading technology for the hydrocarbons to fit a jet fuel specification via cracking and isomerization reactions. This talk presents reaserch trends and main technologies for production of jet fuel derived from petroleum displacement resources.

Fe/$Al_2O_3$ composite granules were prepared by combining sol-gel/oil drop method. The shape of granules were mainly determined by composition and concentration of aluminum precursor. The composite granule with the lowest aluminum concentration was synthesized with 0.75M boehmite solution. The prepared granules were tested as a catalyst in the plug-flow reactor for Fischer-Tropsch synthesis. Before the reaction, catalysts were activated by hydrogen reduction and synthesis gas treatment. The activation conditions and aluminum concentration have affected catalytic performance significantly.

In digital forensics log files have been stored as a form of large data for the purpose of tracing users' past behaviors. It is difficult for investigators to manually analysis the large log data without clues. In this paper, we propose a text mining technique for extracting intrusion logs from a large log set to recommend reliable evidences to investigators. In the training stage, the proposed method extracts intrusion association words from a training log set by using Apriori algorithm after preprocessing and the probability of intrusion for association words are computed by combining support and confidence. Robinson's method of computing confidences for filtering spam mails is applied to extracting intrusion logs in the proposed method. As the results, the association word knowledge base is constructed by including the weights of the probability of intrusion for association words to improve the accuracy. In the test stage, the probability of intrusion logs and the probability of normal logs in a test log set are computed by Fisher's inverse chi-square classification algorithm based on the association word knowledge base respectively and intrusion logs are extracted from combining the results. Then, the intrusion logs are recommended to investigators. The proposed method uses a training method of clearly analyzing the meaning of data from an unstructured large log data. As the results, it complements the problem of reduction in accuracy caused by data ambiguity. In addition, the proposed method recommends intrusion logs by using Fisher's inverse chi-square classification algorithm. So, it reduces the rate of false positive(FP) and decreases in laborious effort to extract evidences manually.

The research aims to provide its results to each municipal corporation after an in-depth analysis of its optimum demand and also the significance of post-development location selection. The research results, related to the future development of Marina from the municipal corporation, are as follows: There are approximately 49 proper domestic demands after the Marina development. In further detail, there must be a development of the coastal zone Marina concept after classifying the regions to their Metropolitan areas and networking the Marina to each section. Moreover, the classification of the Marinas to small, medium, and large size is of absolute necessity. Regionally, 10 large Marinas must be developed for metropolitan area (2), Chungcheong area (1), Jeolla area (2), Gyeongsang Provinces (3), Gangwon area (1), and Jeju (1). The 17 mid-sized leisure sports Marinas must be developed for metropolitan area (3), Chungcheong area (2), Jeolla area (2), Gyeongsang Provinces (6), Gangwon area (2), and Jeju (2). The rest of 22 small Marinas must be developed for metropolitan area (2), Chungcheong area (1), Jeolla area (6), Gyeongsang Provinces (9), Gangwon area (2), and Jeju (2). In addition, there is an evident result of significant importance in the domestic positions of appropriate Marina development. A group of professionals suggested five key factors contributed to the importance including accessibility, marketability, usability, validity, and natural environment. The results, aimed to show comprehensive importance based on the five factors, ranks in the following order from highest to lowest: usability, accessibility, natural environment, marketability, and validity.

The most prominent phenomenon in performing arts in recent is the social sharing of art products. As a result of the city's reinterpretation of each local government, production of performances, activation of performances outside the theater, and performances performed in streets and specific spaces and public spaces deviate from traditional theater-based performance forms through social communication and expansion. Also, it is seen as an effort to expand the delinquency of the act. Furthermore, it can be said that this proves the publicity of contemporary performing arts. I will research the audience and learners through the Opera Estate festival, a recent exhibition in the Balsano del Grappa, Italy, which is based on the site-specific performance form that has been actively conducted several years ago.
