In the construction industry, there are so many qualitative factors affecting the performance of a project. So it is crucial to measure the factors in an effective way in order to analyze the interrelationship among the various factors. To improve the performance level of a project, it is also important to identify the most appropriate management practices which are inter-linked with the subject project. The purpose of this study is to develop a project performance management system (PPMS) to quantitatively analyze the variety of project performance data and identify the best management practice to increase the potential level of a particular performance area. Using a comparative statistical method, this study developed a quantification method and web-based computerized system to enhance the usage of the system. The system, however, is still under the validation stage because of the shortage of data set. In the future, when more and more completed project data are stored in the system, the system would play a crucial role in predicting the performance level and matching the best management practice for a subject project. In addition, the system can also be modified as a tool for a business- or industry-level system by incorporating the existing enterprise resource programs.

프로덕트 관리를 통하여 발주자에게 제공해야 하는 산출물에 대한 구체적인 특성 및 제원이 규명되면, 프로젝트 관리를 통하여 발주자에게 제공해야 하는 산출물에 대한 구체적인 작업 및 자원이 규명된다. 또한 프로젝트 관리는 설정된 공기, 공사비, 품질 등의 프로젝트 목표를 만족시킴으로써 그 역할을 수행하게 된다. 최근 국내외 프로젝트의 입찰 과정을 볼 때 발주자의 요구사항이 점점 까다로워지고 제약 조건은 더욱 강화되고 있는 추세이다. 따라서 몇몇 사람의 특화된 감각이나 과거 수행된 계획의 답습만으로는 이러한 추세에서 제대로 대응하여 프로젝트 목표를 달성하는 것은 매우 힘든 실정이다. 본 기술보고에서는 프로세스를 통하여 프로젝트 계획을 개발함으로써 과학적이며 체계적인 프로젝트 관리가 이루어질 수 있음을 보여주고자 한다.

본 연구는 건설산업 현장 프로젝트조직의 프로젝트사업 참여자 간 지식공유·활용이 조직몰입 및 협력과 현장 프로젝트 성과에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 살펴보고자 하는 실증연구이다. 본 연구에서는 건설산업 현장 프로젝트조직의 특성을 분석하고자 본사 인력을 제외한 현장 프로젝트사업 참여자를 대상으로 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 구조방정식을 이용하여 현장 프로젝트사업 참여자 간 지식공유·활용이 조직몰입 및 협력과 프로젝트 성과에 어떠한 유의한 영향을 미치는지 실증분석을 통하여 알아보고자 한다.

The main purpose of this study was to demonstrate the most common characteristics of the small and medium system integration companies in performing IT projects. In this study, 388 auditing reports on the 194 IT projects which were carried out by the small and medium size manufacturers from 2006 to 2009 were employed and surveyed. This survey revealed that the schedule management was the most neglected item in the project management area, the test planning and action was the most neglected item in the development and coding area, and the manual preparation for users and operators was the most neglected item in the operation and maintenance area. Consequently these three most neglected items were considered as the most common characteristics of the small and medium system integration companies in performing IT projects.

Due to the inherent risk factors of the remodeling projects, the remodeling project is failing frequently, and schedule delay are occurring in most remodeling projects. The risk factors that cause the delays in these remodeling projects are not common to all remodeling projects, and the likelihood of risk factors will be affected by the various characteristics of the project. In this context, based on the results of a reliable survey conducted on 29 construction managers who have performed remodeling projects, this research analyzes (1) "importance of each characteristic", which means how frequently the characteristics of the remodeling project affect the occurrence of risk factors, (2) "the likelihood of delay risk factors for remodeling projects", which assesses which risk factors are most likely to occur, and 3) "the level of effect of project characteristics that affects the occurrence of each risk factor." Through this study, the relationship between various characteristics of the office building remodeling projects and the delay risk factors was analyzed in various aspects, in further, it is expected that the owner planning the remodeling will be able to grasp the delay risk that is likely to occur according to the characteristics of the project in advance.

One of the important objects in the multimedia instruction is improvement of ability to make multimedia contents. In order to achieve this goal, instructing project based multimedia contents authoring and examining the effectiveness can be contributable to enhance the instruction strategies. In this study, we analyzed the teaming effects according to characteristics of students on project based multimedia contents authoring which has performed during one semester, at a university to enrich the purpose of multimedia instruction. As the result, differences on teaming effects according to personal characteristics such as 'ages', 'admitter or not', were found to be significant in statistics. And 'interestedness in projects', 'roles in projects' also have lead to distinct differences on students' performance.

최근의 정보시스템 업체들은 e비즈니스 분야의 IT프로젝트로 특수를 누리고 있다. 이런 새로운 분야의 IT프로젝트는 급변하는 기술의 추세와 연봉제로 활성화된 인력의 이동이라는 어려운 관리적 요인들을 접하고 있다. 즉, 단지 재무적 관점뿐만 아니라 시간적, 자원적, 품질적, 그리고 새로운 환경에 적웅해야하는 위험적 요인등 그 관리요소가 증가하고 있다. 그래서 프로젝트조직이나 관련기업의 경우 eIT분야의 프로젝트를 관리하기 위한 새로운 개념이나 방법론의 개발이 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 최근의 정보시스템 업체들이 직면하고 있는 프로젝트관리의 어려운 점을 살펴보고, e비즈니스 환경의 정보기술프로젝트의 환경적 특성을 고려한 프로젝트 관리의 새로운 접근법을 엔트로피 이론에 기반 하여 설명하였다. 그리고 마지막으로 사례에 근거한 예제를 제시하여 엔트로피에 의한 프로젝트관리의 적용가능성을 제시하였다.

본 논문에서는 학습자 중심의 학습 환경 구현에 매우 적합한 특성을 지니고 있는 웹을 통해 보다 효과적인 프로젝트 기반 학습 시스템(PBL; Project Based Learning )을 구축할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자한다. 프로젝트 목표선정, 프로젝트 계획, 프로젝트 활동, 정리 및 평가에 이르기까지 팀 구성원 모두가 책임감을 갖고 보다 적극적, 능동적인 학습을 수행할 수 잇도록 학습모듈을 구상하였다. 웹을 활용하여 프로젝트에 참여한 학습자들은 수동적 수혜적인 기존의 학습방식과는 달리 보다 적극적, 형성적, 협력적인 학습활동을 펼칠수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

The assignment of exploration on individuals provides challenging work environments, while it generates high levels of complexity. On the other hand, the assignment of exploitation on individuals offers less challenging work environments, while it makes low levels of complexity. Give the characteristics of exploration and exploitation, I argue that the assignments of both exploration and exploitation create the favorable work environments to individuals. Developed hypotheses were tested using a logit regression from a sample of 168 project managers in a R&D center. I found that a manager who experienced exploitation project(s) is positively related to higher performance in exploitation project(s). In addition, a manager who experienced both exploitation and exploration projects are found to be positively associated with higher project performance.

일반산업 분야의 프로젝트에 비해 소프트웨어 개발 분야에서의 프로젝트는 그 자체 특성상 가시적이고 계량적으로 평가하기 어려웠고 이로 인해 그 동안 국내 업계 및 정부기관에서는 프로젝트 규모 및 비용 산정에 있어서 많은 어려움이 있었다. 다행히도 최근 국제적으로 소프트웨어 프로젝트 측정기준으로 자리잡고 있는 기능점수에 관해서 국내 학계 및 업계에서도 관심을 가지게 되었고 관련된 연구결과도 계속 나오고 있다. 또한, 정부기관을 비롯하여 업계에서도 이러한 연구 결과를 기반으로 소프트웨어 개발비, 유지보수 및 재 개발비의 산정 기준으로 기능점수를 활용하려는 시도가 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 기능점수의 산정에 있어서 프로젝트의 주요 개발 요소인 하드웨어 플랫폼, 개발언어 유형, 대상업무 유형, 개발 납기 등에 따라 보정계수가 다르게 적용되고 있다. 그러나 아직 국내에서는 기능점수로 프로젝트 비용을 산정하기 위한 공감대 및 신뢰도에 대한 확산이 안된 상태이고 이에 따른 분쟁의 소지도 여전히 가지고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 본 논문은 ISBSG(International Software Benchmarking Standards Group)에서 제공하는 그 동안 축적된 해외 프로젝트 개발 결과 데이터를 기초로 기능점수와 프로젝트 개발에 투입되는 주요 개발요소간 관련성 및 프로젝트 개발 요소간의 상관관계를 분석 및 검증하여, 프로젝트 내에서의 기능점수와 관련된 개발요소간의 관련 정도에 대한 통계적 근거를 제시하여 향후 기능점수와 관련해서 이와 유사한 국내 프로젝트 수행 시 벤치마킹 자료로 활용하는데 그 목적이 있다.
