Convergence of IT and Online Security Trading : The Effects of MTS Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction & Customer Loyalty (IT와 온라인 증권거래의 융합 : MTS 서비스 품질이 고객만족도와 고객충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • The objectives of this study identify the factors that affect the quality of MTS services, to determine the effects of these service quality factors on customer's satisfaction and customer's loyalty. The results are as follows: First, The Four factors, i.e., tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance, represent statistically marginal significance in explaining the relationship between MTS service quality factors and customer's satisfaction. Second, The Five factors, i.e., rapidness, tangibles, responsiveness, empathy, and assurance represent statistically marginal significance in explaining the relationship between MTS service quality factors and customer's loyalty. Third, There are some differences in assurance/period of utilization, empathy/period of utilization in using MTS services according to social statistics. This article provides the paradigm of new convergence on IT and finance.

  • By the progress of informatization, the data which is involved in the administration and public organizations are increased the requestion of the utilization. Nevertheless most of the agencies could not actively participate in sharing and opening the data to the public because of data quality problems. The purpose of this study is to verify the relationship for data quality, managerial and organizational factors which is to derive at the level of the organization's data quality management success factors suggested in previous studies, and the acceptance of the organization's quality management. The result identify that organizational factors, organization's data quality management encouragement and support, give effect data quality through the acceptance of data quality management. However, managerial factors was no effect the data quality management acceptance. This study than managerial approach when considering the quality control for the public organizations, in the early days of the current situation of a company-wide consensus was required, as well as directly to the level of quality factors affecting the quality of acceptance is presented to derive but has significance.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the home trading system (HTS) of the security companies in order to examine the critical factors of HTS service quality and the effect of these factors on HTS customer satisfaction and loyalty. The results show : (1) the quality factors of HTS are assurance, reliability, tangible, responsiveness, and empathy, (2) and these quality factors significantly affect customer satisfaction on HTS and customer satisfaction and loyalty to the security company. (3) Also, customer satisfaction on HTS plays an important role in improving customer satisfaction and loyalty to the security company.

  • The objective of this study is to investigate the effect of ERP system quality factors on the system use satisfaction and on personal and organizational performances. For achieving this objective, we investigated the interrelationship among quality factors, use satisfaction and business performance in the companies which operate the ERP system using questionnaires, whereas many previous studies focused on general quality factors such as the relationship between system quality and use satisfaction on organizational performance. The difference between our study and previous studies is that we classified the information system quality into three categories (system quality, information quality, and service quality) before analyzing the respective relationship among three identified variables (use satisfaction, individual performance and organization performance). The result of this study proved that the system quality, information quality, and service quality considered as the ERP system quality factors have a positive effect on user satisfaction level, respectively.

A Study on the Effects of Quality of u-City Service on Customer Satisfaction in the Korea : Focusing on Public Services (한국의 u-City서비스 품질이 고객만족에 미치는 영향 : 공공서비스를 중심으로)

  • This paper aims to study the effects of quality of u-City public service on customer satisfaction in the Korea and is summarized as follows. First, we propose a model for assessing customer's satisfaction on u-City public services. The model comprises of information system (IS) quality, information quality, service quality and publicity. For verifying a model, a statistical study by SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 16.0 has been performed. Second, it is shown from the analysis that information system (IS) quality, information quality and publicity have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. while service quality does not. Last, the study shows that u-City public service enables any citizen to connect to necessary service in anytime and anywhere.

Moderating Effect of Customer Involvement on the relationship of Live-commerce quality and intention to purchase (라이브커머스 품질특성과 구매의도와의 관계: 고객 관여도의 조절효과)

  • This study aims to explore the effect of quality factors and customer involvement on users' intention to purchase in the live-commerce context. For this purpose, statistical methods such as reliability test, factor analysis, ANOVA, regression analysis were carried out using the survey data from live-commerce users. The quality factors of live-commerce were classified into contents, system, service, and show host characteristics, and customer involvement was analyzed by dividing it into product involvement and service involvement. The results showed that each quality factor of live-commerce had a significant positive effect on the intention to purchase. On the other hand, customer product involvement had a significant moderating effect on content and system quality, service involvement had a significant moderating effect on service and show host characteristics. The degree of each quality factor on intention to purchase was higher as customer involvement was higher. Theoretical and practical implications were drawn from these findings.

An Investigation on the Importance of Delivery Food Service Quality using AHP (AHP를 이용한 배달음식 서비스품질의 중요도 조사)

  • This study sought to find importance factors for the quality of delivery food service, identify the mutual importance of delivery food service quality studied in the preceding study, and derive the order of importance of each factor. To compare the priorities of factors determining the choice of quality of delivery food service, this study used a decision model using the appropriate Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and carried out the process of quantifying the mutual evaluation. This process allows us to view the relative importance and priority of the selection factors. Through a prior study, the main factors of quality of delivery food service were classified and the main people of high importance were selected. According to the results of AHP the quality of deliver service is the main factor for the quality of delivery food service, and the quality of order service and food service is the key factor of the quality of delivery food service, which should take the upper hand in importance. This study results in how important specific factors are by giving relative self-weights to the lower factors, showing that convenience and accuracy always have the first and second place weight priorities in the lower factors, despite differences such as gender age and frequency of making them more convenient and accurate.

  • The effect of restaurant cook on food quality was analyzed. Data collection was done by the self - filling questionnaire which was directly written by the restaurant cooks. 592 parts were collected and analyzed. The results of the study were as follows. First, job characteristics and organizational justice were found to have significant influence on ego-resilience. Second, job characteristics and organizational justice have a significant influence on factors affecting empowerment. Third, Job characteristics were found to have a significant influence on food quality. Fourth, organizational justice has a significant influence on food quality. Fifth, ego-resilience and empowerment were found to have a significant influence on food quality food quality.

  • This study is a exploratory research to develop standard measurement for service quality of public libraries through extracting common factors for them. It suggests that service quality of public libraries can be divided into three primary dimensions interaction of personnel, library resources and programs, physical environment and facilities and each dimensions be several sub-dimensions. It also suggests a third-order factor mode for public libraries' service quality based on the above dimensions and testifies it through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis.

  • The purpose of this research is to find the effect of the user's satisfaction according to the quality factor of the National Tax Service tax information system on the business performance of the tax officials. In this research, the quality factor of tax information system was divided into information quality, system quality, and service quality and the importance of the user's satisfaction and business performance was suggested. As the result of analysis, the suggested model showed acceptable data suitability and all of the suggested 4 hypotheses had an statistically meaningful effect. Accordingly, it could be identified that the quality factor of the tax information system had a positive effect on user's satisfaction when the tax officials conduct taxation business and that the tax officials with high satisfaction in using the tax information system showed greater business performance.
