Recently, the recycling and reusing of construction and demolition waste concrete is urgently required because waste concrete is greatly increased according to the rapid increasing of urban redevelopment project, but the problem solution for demand and supply unbalance of fine aggregate is urgently required because of the restriction of collecting sea fine aggregate. So the utilization of high quality recycled fine aggregate using construction and demolition waste concrete as new fine aggregate for construction industry is urgently. Accordingly, In this study, As recycled fine aggregate manufacturing technology with exceeding in economical efficiency, reduction efficiency of environmental load and quality improvement effect of recycled fine aggregate, it is to develop dry manufacturing system composed specific gravity separator of high-speed rotation impact type and centrifugal Force Powder Collector, etc. And it is to examine mechanism of recycled sand dry manufacturing system.

Plastic wastes generated from household waste are separated by mixed discharge with foreign substances, and recycling is relatively low. In this study, the effect of the ratio and content of mixed plastic waste coarse aggregate(MPWCA)s and mixed plastic waste fine aggregate(MPWFA)s filled with blast furnace slag fine powder on the slump and compressive strength of concrete was evaluated experimentally. The MPWCAs were found to have a similar fineness modulus, but have a single particle size distribution with a smaller particle size compared to coarse aggregates. However, the MPWFAs were found to have a single particle size distribution with a larger fineness modulus and particle size compared to fine aggregates. Meanwhile, the effect of improving the density and filling pores by the blast furnace slag fine power was found to be greater in the MPWFA compared to the MPWCA. As the amount of the mixed plastic waste aggregate(MPWA)s increased, the slump and compressive strength of concrete decreased. In particular, the lower the slump and compressive strength of concrete was found to decrease the greater the amount of MPWFA than MPWCA when the amount of MPWA was the same. This is because of the entrapped air and voids formed under the angular- and ROD-shaped aggregates among the MPWFAs. On the other hand, the addition of the admixture and the increase in the unit amount of cement were found to be effective in improving the compressive strength of the concrete with MPWAs.
In order to recycle the waste concrete from which the reproductive aggregate should be produced in-situ, the applicability of crushers and recycled aggregates, and the compliance with the specification have been evaluated comprehensively. As a result of them, the properties of recycled aggregate particles were inferior to the natural one because of the adherent mortars on the recycled one, and the mobile impact crusher and the eccentric-mounted cone and jaw were superior to the others for the graded aggregates. In the case of anti-frost layer, the recycled one was easily controlled since the dry densities, contrary to natural one, were not largely changed with the moisture contents. It was found that the lean concrete base course is not influenced by absorption as cement dust grows larger, and the 7-day compressive strengths of lean concrete were higher than 10 MPa regardless of the crushing type.

The rate of recycling of waste concrete, which represents the majority of construction-related waste, is increasing. However, a general recognition of the inferior qualify of recycled aggregates and their lower grade of compressive strength, bending strength, shear strength, frost resistance and ductility make the application of recycled aggregates to structures insufficient. Therefore, this study conducted material and member experiments by adding steel fiber for the purpose of improving the properties of recycled aggregate concrete. To synthesize the experimental results, it was found that specimens with a 30% steel fiber admixture had levels of compressive strength, tensile strength and frost resistance that were equivalent to or higher than the standard specimen, and that concrete that had a 30% replacement of recycled aggregates with steel fiber was suitable for application to actual structures.

In this study, the microstructure and gamma-ray shielding efficiency of CRT glass mortar specimen were evaluated with replacement ratio and material properties. The results show that as the replacement ratio of CRT waste glass increases, the volume of pores with diameters below 50 nm and above 400 nm is increased. Also, the half-value layer of CRT glass mortar decreased with the increasing of linear attenuation coefficient. In addition, compressive and flexural strength were reduced when CRT waste glass was replaced as the fine aggregate, but the mechanical performance of CRT mortar specimen could be obtained by substitution of the mineral admixture.

The production accounts of domestic by-product is increased after 1990's. It is worried about the life reduction of dump land, as dump land's capacity have reached to limitation and the amount of construction industrial wastes is going higher Recently, Recycling aggregates could be gained from the reconstruction works using recycle process. and the study and research of recycle concretes developed concrete application methods, It could put some outcome of studies to practical use for concrete products. The methods of crushing waste concrete are going diverse. In this study, the fundamental experiments and recycling application is investigated and analyzed with use of recycling aggregate which made of mechanical crush and underwater electrical impact crush. and the difference between underwater electrical impact crush, mechanical crush and natural aggregates is studied.

Recently, shortage of natural aggregates resources and the amount of waste concrete hsve been rapidly increased, the technique of aggregates manufacturing of waste concrete is damanded. In this study, we evaluated the performance of gutter type roll crusher. Gutter type roll crusher is showed enhanced producing manufacturing ability. The gutter type roll crusher achieved more friction energy than general roll crusher, also a mount of producing showed same results.

In recent years, various types of industrial wastes are rapidly increasing with the development of high-tech industries. Specially, high-density waste glass of CRT TV containing heavy metals are buried or disposed of due to reprocessing costs and environmental pollution problems. Thus, more basic research is needed to recycle waste such as CRT waste glass such. In this study, the fundamental properties and radiation shielding performance of mortar specimens substituted CRT waste glass as a fine aggregate were analyzed and their application to shielding materials was evaluated. According to the results, the bulk density of mortar specimen replaced with CRT waste glass was increased and the compressive strength and flexural strength were decreased. Meanwhile, the CRT waste glass substitute specimen containing a large amount of lead component showed a higher shielding performance than the general mortar specimen. Especially, the linear attenuation coefficient of CRT waste glass in $122KeV{\cdot}^{57}Co$ of the low energy field was 2.5 times higher than that of normal specimen.
