The purpose of this study is to develop a coaching model which can enhance teaching ability of lifelong educator. To achieve this purpose, this study verifies and analyzes several documentary records related with diverse teaching capabilities, operation reality and coaching method run by lifelong educator. Furthermore, an in-depth interview about teaching capability was undertaken for field experts who have worked at the institutions of lifelong education for more than 10 years. As a result, the study could develop a coaching model to identify teaching capability of lifelong educator by conducting matrix analysis. First, according to the documentary studies, the paradigm for lifelong education has been shifted to centralize learner's demand with the advent of 4th industrial revolution and it suggests coaching capability which could enhance educator's capability should come first. A lifelong educator should have capabilities including identification of vision and goal, creation of mission declaration, development of coaching skill and procedure, management of crisis and coaching capability as an expert in the lifelong education field. Second, a model which can centralize learners could be developed for lifelong teaching capability by adopting a teaching capability suggested by field experts, According to the experts, it is essential to develop a program model to acquire professional knowledge, communication capability, understanding of adult learner, personal relations capability. If there is a model which can develop such capabilities, it is able to strengthen lifelong teaching capability to focus on learner's demand, mainly adult learners, a major consumer of the field. Third, a coaching model to enhance teaching capability for an educator is to acquire and implement sufficient step-by-step teaching capability which has been suggested from a procedure comprised of entrance, progress, critique and return. This, present study suggests, after the critique, a lifelong educator oneself can newly develop and extend a teaching capability basis on pursuing teaching capability as a lifelong educator through the return process.

Among the original data on the disability survey in 2017, data on developmentally disabled people were used, and 16 variables that could affect the intention to participate in lifelong education of the developmentally disabled as independent variables were used as dependent variables. Each set was performed for logistic regression. As a result of this study, the gender, age, disability level, family support, life satisfaction, and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living of the people with developmental disabilities were found to be variables that significantly influence the intention to participate in lifelong education for the people with developmental disabilities. In order to revitalize lifelong education for people with developmental disabilities, it will be necessary to provide a way to improve the willingness of people with developmental disabilities to participate in lifelong education as well as to build infrastructure such as expanding institutions and related personnel and programs.
The purpose of this study is to confirm the components of users' shared value expectation(SVE) on lifelong education through convergent approaches. After reviewing primary data and collecting secondary data with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, the components of users' SVE on lifelong education were categorized into 10 perspectives, 27 measured variables, and 81 questions. After conducting a confirmatory factor analysis, the latent measurement model was confirmed as reasonable. Internal reliability, construct convergent discriminant validity were also confirmed as reasonable. In a viewpoint that builds interdisciplinary theory, this research may help grasp users' SVE on lifelong education with interdisciplinary approaches. In a strategic viewpoint, this study may contribute to both understanding categorized users' value expectation and planning/executing suitable programs that can meet the expectations. In a managerial viewpoint, this result may help measure the effectiveness of SVE on lifelong education quantitatively.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the actual conditions of the use of them and the moves to strengthen home economics resources for school lifelong education for parents and local residents. This study conducted a systematic random sampling. Questionnaires were distributed to home economics teachers from 285 middle schools, 123 high schools, and 130 of them were sampled as the subjects of this study. The results of this study were as follows. First, home economics teachers were active participating school lifelong educational program. But according to the result of research on the actual condition, the proportion of taking part in it was low. More than half of home economics teachers who took part in program's lecturer were in charge of computer courses. So they didn't show their ability as expert. Also they were in charge of several works than roll of lecturers. It was mentioned too great a burden. There is little in-service training for meeting specialization for school lifelong education. They wanted to take part of lecturers of program and preferred hours of being over class. More than half of them had intended to obtain a lifelong educator's license. The part of elective courses for obtaining a lifelong educator's license is similar to home economics educational contents. So, they have an advantage of obtaining it. Second, one-fifth of school that gave school life education carried out program of related home economics. Mostly they had mothers of students-oriented programs on artistic and leisure. But this is that home economics teachers mentioned less important teaching at society in the future. They importantly mentioned program on children's education in now and the future. Parents of students and local residents also extremely wanted it. For differentiated school life education, quality of programs is important greatly. Third, the actual condition of practical room relating home economics is only practice to cook mostly. So they are reluctant to be open it because of being responsible for the results from using there. It is necessary to ameliorate there's facilities and to increase there's area. Fourth, home economics teachers want to improve their specialization through in-service training, to develop and diffuse programs of superior quality, and to get extra pay for overtime from the government.

With those data, the meta-analysis was executed by CMA(Comprehensive Meta Analysis) 3.0 program. The results of this meta-analysis study are as follows. First, the overall effect size associated with Job of life-long educators was 0.767, indicating between medium and large effect size. Second, the effect sizes of dependent variables that are influenced by job of life-long educators were Organization immersion, Job performance, Job satisfaction, and Job stress in order. Third, the effect size of Individual focus variables study was almost twice as big as that of mutual relation focus variables. The implications of this study were suggested based on the analysis results to provide the directivity about how we consider life-long educators related to their job.
