The purpose of this study is to identify the antecedents and consequences of perceived fairness of assessment in an online class, such as Google classroom. Based on an extensive literature review, a research model and research questions were designed. We found that the perceived interactivity of contents and social presence were found to be antecedents of perceived fairness of assessment. Further, perceived fairness of assessment was found to have a substantial influence on class satisfaction and achievement.

An experiment was conducted to investigate the relationship between the DVEs and subtitles provided with anchor speech in TV news and the news evaluation, trust and agenda recognition. 120 university students were asked to watch four types of news that differed in the contents of their DVEs and subtitles, and then they evaluated the fairness, sensibility, and irritability of the news. The content of DVEs and subtitles were related to the irritability evaluation and trust of the news, and it was not related with the fairness and sensibility evaluation. When the DVEs and subtitles emphasizing the stimulating aspects of the issue were given, the irritability was highly evaluated and the trust was low. The evaluation on news fairness affected the news trust. The more they rated news as fair, the greater the trust in news. Unlike the assumption in this study, DVEs and subtitles were not the main factors influencing the news agenda perception, and the viewers tended to perceive the agenda based on the news content itself.

중소규모 사업장의 대부분은 회분식 반응공정을 이용하여 소량 다품종의 제품을 생산한다. 회분식 공정은 연속식 공정에 비해 수동운전의 비율이 높아서 인적오류에 의한 사고발생 가능성이 상대적으로 높으며, 사고 발생 시 인적 피해가 크게 나타날 수 있는 가능성을 내포하고 있다. 또한 대규모의 사업장에 비해 적절한 위험성평가나 안전관리가 이루어지기 어렵다. 따라서 회분식 공정에서의 위험특성을 구체적으로 규명하고, 이를 바탕으로 회분식 반응기에서의 사고를 예방하기 위한 일반적인 가이드를 제시하고자 한다. 이러한 회분식 공정의 위험성평가와 관련하여 영국 및 미국 화공학회에서는 화학반응 및 회분식 반응공정의 위험성평가 지침을 제시하고 있다.(중략)

반도체/디스플레이 공정의 설치 layout의 단순화와 전체 공정 cost의 저감을 위하여 대용량, 고진공 성능의 진공시스템 수요가 증대되고 있다. 이로써 고진공 펌프 국산화의 일환으로 터보분자 펌프와 크라이오 펌프 개발이 진행 중이다. 개발 시제품의 최종 상용화 단계에 진입하기 위한 목적으로 핵심부품의 진공, 기계적 특성평가, 운전상태 및 진공 특성평가, 신뢰성 확보/공정대응성 평가를 위한 관련 기술 및 장치가 개발되었다. 본 연구에서는 터보분자펌프의 공정별 gas load 다변화에 따른 기계적 안정성과 작동 신뢰성의 확인을 위해 내구성 평가 장치를 설계/제작하였다. 상용화 제품의 성능 테스트를 통한 RPM, 소비전력, 압력 그리고 온도 등의 패턴을 확인하여 내구성 평가시스템의 신뢰성을 확인하고 터보분자펌프의 성능 특성 변화를 고찰하고자 한다. 본 연구는 지경부 산업원천기술개발사업 중 "초고진공펌프 개발" 사업의 제 3 세부과제인 "고진공펌프 종합특성평가시스템 개발(과제번호: 11201044)" 및 "스마트형 진공 배기 진단 제어 시스템 개발(과제번호: 11201038)" 과제에서 수행된 연구결과의 일부임.

This study tried to examine the relationship between superior leadership and emotional support from co-workers on task performance through performance evaluation fairness and self-efficacy in order to find factors that affect the task performance of a company in an uncertain market environment. For this purpose, 500 copies of questionnaire data were collected from corporate employees, and the research hypothesis was verified using Smart PLS 3.0. As a result of the study, superior leadership and emotional support from co-workers showed a positive (+) effect individually on the fairness of employee performance evaluation, Performance evaluation fairness showed a positive (+) effect on self-efficacy. Through this study, it was found that the fairness and self-efficacy of the performance evaluation accepted by employees affects work performance, providing a theoretical foundation for subsequent researchers. Practical implications are suggested to inspire employees to take on a challenge by managing them properly. In future research, based on the results of this study, various studies are needed on the factors that an organization must have for task performance.

People believe that they make a rational decision. But the results of behavioral economics research show that people make a emotional decision at many times. The perception of fairness is one of the example in emotional decision. Sometimes people give up their monetary profit and revenge counterpart when they feel unfair. So the perception of fairness is very important. Two experiment was conducted. In experiment 1, researcher studied the effect of the pre-investment cost in perception of fairness. The result showed people who had pre-investment cost thought more unfair but were more likely to continue prior decision. In experiment 2, researcher studied the effect of type of CEO and message frame in perception of fairness. The results showed that people thought the proposal was more unfair when CEO was son of founder and message was gain and loss framing message.

품질보증 부분에서 대부분 통계적 수법들은 기지분포를 가정하여 데이터를 분석하고 있다. 예를 들면 공정능력에서는 정규분포를 가정하고 있고, 신뢰성 분석에서는 지수분포, 대수정규분포 또는 와이블분포 등을 가정하고 있다. 만약 이러한 것들이 가정하는 확률분포와 크게 편의될 때 도출된 결론은 그 유효성을 상실하게 된다. 따라서 공정이 정규분포를 하지 않는다면 정규분포에 기초한 공정능력지수의 사용은 부정확한 공정의 정보를 제시하게 된다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 그 사례로 소표본일 경우 정규성의 유무를 Lilliefors 검정통계량으로 검정하였다. 그리고 최우추정량(MLE), 수정적률추정량(MME), 및 적률추정량(ME)을 사용하여 모수추정을 하여 그 각각의 경우에 공정능력지수로 평가하였다. 공정능력지수의 평가는 공정이 지수분포를 하는 경우에 적합한 공정능력지수($C_{pe}$)를 제안하고, 이것의 대안으로써 Pearson 시스템, Johnson 시스템 및 Burr 시스템과도 비교평가 하였다.

Although an insurance criterion for reliance is unified, the difference in evaluation mechanism in every country is already ambiguity. In other words, the aspect of objectivity would be a little because it is true that the vulnerability evaluation include evaluator, scenario and tools (TSVES) applying in test, depth and scope of evaluation. But evaluation results can be difference in accordance with each evaluation elements. By using TSVES to evaluating network security vulnerability, first, we expected the evaluation results is impartiality, objectivity, repeatability, reproducibility, appropriateness and soundness of results. Second, it could be transferred manual ways into automation ways, and then expected easiness and safety of extension and modification in a quality of products as well as a dramatical reduction of waste of time and energy.

This study analyzed both the legal system regarding fair trade and the types of unfair trade in the construction industry. Then, it derived the factors with which to evaluate the level of fairness. These factors were classified by each type of participant in the construction industry, such as general contractors and subcontractors, and each construction stage, such as bidding, contracting, and construction. The perceived fairness level of factors was analyzed using a survey of 238 employees of general contractors and subcontractors. Next, the study developed a fairness index for the construction industry. The index showed that subcontractors perceived the level of fairness more negatively than general contractors, but both perceived the construction stage of the industry as having the lowest level of fairness. General contractors perceived the bidding and contracting stages as having the highest fairness levels, and subcontractors perceived the contracting stage as having the highest level of fairness. The developed fairness index identified the evaluation factors that need improvement and the fairness level perceived by each type of participant at each stage of construction. The results of this study can contribute to establishing measures that improve the level of fairness in the construction industry.

To ensure the reliability of the safety system so that handing large quantities of hazardous materials in chemical plant is considered basic information in chemical process design. However, the reliability of the production system may be reduced when the reliability of the safety system emphasized in order to ensure the safety of chemical process. It is necessary to balance the reliability of the production system and reliability of the safety. In this study, a quantitative risk assessment was performed by selecting the furnace process, which is widely used in the chemical plant in order to suggest a way to ensure the safety and productivity of chemical process, based on the quantitative data. Quantitative risk assessment methodology have been used directed graph analysis methodology. It is possible to evaluate the reliability of the safety system and the production system. In this study, the optimum system design requirement to improve the safety and the productivity of the furnace is two-out-of-three logic for TT and PT.
