  • 벼 재배의 생력화를 위하여 현재 국내에는 벼 직파 재배 기술이 확대 보급되고 있다. 기존 벼 직파 재배 기술은 직파유형에 따라 차이가 있지만 발아율 및 입모율, 도복, 잡초방제, 종자손실 및 유동, 포장준비 및 재배관리에 많은 문제점들이 있어 이를 획기적으로 개선할 수 있는 방안이 절실한 실정이다. 벼 펠렛 종자를 이용한 파종은 현행 직파 재배의 여러 문제점들을 해결할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 입모율 향상, 초기생육촉진 및 초기 병충해 방제, 시비기술의 혁신을 기할 수 있어 안정적 직파 재배 기술을 확립할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.   • A seeder monitoring system was developed to remove the uneasiness of mis-sowing that drop operations efficiency at sowing-work and to make reliable and stable work. The objectives of this study are to investigate that the system developed is applicable to sowing soybean seeds and scattering fertilizer and to evaluate performance of the system developed through the indoor test and the indoor test and the field test before it is propelled to put the system developed to practical use.

  • In this paper, an automatic sowing system which arranges the seeds gathered using inhaling technique, on the upper part of cells in trays, is developed to improve the sowing efficiency. In the system, the seeds in inhaled into the vacuum drum, then the seeds are exhausted and arranged on the rotating tray, resulting in rapid sowing system. Also, the velocity control algorithm for the conveyor belt transporting tray is developed to compensate the velocity error generated while the belt is carrying the tray. The velocity control algorithm controls the pulses applying to the stepper motor rotating the drum.

Development of Bokto Hill Seeder under puddled Siol in Rice Cultivation (벼 무논복토점파기 개발 연구)

  • This research was conducted to improve a hill seeding technology under puddled wet soil condition for direct seeded rice. There were severe constrains in hill sowing method under puddled wet soil such as a bird damages, dryness of seeds sown due to strong sunlight in May and buoyancy of seeds and young seedlings after raining and irrigation particular under strong wind. Thus, we have adopted a sandy type(<2mm) silicate covering method in Bokto drill seeding technology for a hill seeding method as well. The average silicate amount in order to cover seeds sown was of 840kg/ha which was evaluated to a proper volume for those problem solution and farmer's handling during sowing operation. In this experiment there was an additional problem like a precious hill drop of rice seeds, covering of silicate over hill seeded rice and seed broken during roller operation.

Comparative Analysis of Italian Ryegrass Vegetation Indices across Different Sowing Seasons Using Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (무인기를 이용한 이탈리안 라이그라스의 파종계절별 식생지수 비교)

  • Due to the recent impact of global warming, heavy rainfall and droughts have been occurring regardless of the season, affecting the growth of Italian ryegrass (IRG), a winter forage crop. Particularly, delayed sowing due to frequent heavy rainfall or autumn droughts leads to poor growth and reduced winter survival rates. Therefore, techniques to improve yield through additional sowing in spring have been implemented. In this study, the growth of IRG sown in Spring and Autumn was compared and analyzed using vegetation indices during the months of April and May. Spectral data was collected using an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) equipped with a hyperspectral sensor, and the following vegetation indices were utilized: Normalized Difference Vegetation Index; NDVI, Normalized Difference Red Edge Index; NDRE (I), Chlorophyll Index, Red Green Ratio Index; RGRI, Enhanced Vegetation Index; EVI and Carotenoid Reflectance Index 1; CRI1. Indices related to chlorophyll concentration exhibited similar trends. RGRI of IRG sown in autumn increased during the experimental period, while IRG sown in spring showed a decreasing trend. The results of RGRI in IRG indicated differences in optical characteristics by sowing seasons compared to the other vegetation indices. Our findings showed that the timing of sowing influences the optical growth characteristics of crops by the results of various vegetation indices presented in this study. Further research, including the development of optimal vegetation indices related to IRG growth, is necessary in the future.

  • 식물의 공장적 생산에 있어서 재배적인 측면에서 중요한 요소 중의 하나는 환경조절과 양액제어 그리고 종자발아기술, 녹화기술일 것이다. 그 중에서도 종자를 파종한 후의 발아기간이 일정하지 않거나 조절이 어려우면 엽채류의 공장적 생산에서 중요한 매일 정식, 매일 수확이 어렵게 된다. 일반적으로 상추의 발아적온은 18-$25^{\circ}C$이다. 그러나 작물생육에 중점을 두어 환경을 조절하는 현재의 제어온실내에서는 발아적온을 맞추기가 어렵다. 따라서 별도의 발아장치가 필요하다. (중략)
