As the environment changes rapidly and the diversity of organizational members increases in the modern organization, interest is increasingly focused on empowering leadership that gives more authority and autonomy to the individual. In this study, we demonstrate an effective process for empowering leadership that was examined by focusing on the leader acceptance of organization members. For this purpose, 293 questionnaires were collected from employees working in corporations, and the mediating effects of individual leader acceptance on the relationship between empowering leadership and individual effectiveness (individual innovative behavior, individual performance) were verified. Hypothesis testing revealed that empowering leadership had a significant influence on both individual innovative behavior and individual performance. Second, in the relationship between empowering leadership and individual innovative behavior, individual leader acceptance was completely mediated. Third, in the relationship between empowering leadership and individual performance, individual leader acceptance was completely mediated. This study suggests that individual leader acceptance is important for empowering leadership effectiveness. In order for empowering leadership to be more effective, we propose that leaders make empowering behaviors according to the organization members' level of maturity and personal values.

컴퓨팅 파워 제공의 비용분석에 있어서 슈퍼컴퓨팅센터의 가장 큰 특징은 슈퍼컴퓨터의 사용이 외부에 오픈되어 있다는 점이다. 즉, 슈퍼컴퓨팅 사업의 주된 목적이 컴퓨팅 파워의 공동활용에 있다. 반면에 민간부문의 경우 슈퍼컴퓨터의 도입 활용은 전용시스템을 기본으로 하고 있다. 따라서 슈퍼컴퓨팅 파워 공급비용의 차원에서 슈퍼컴퓨팅 사업의 효과분석은 슈퍼컴퓨터 공동활용 효과를 측정하는 것이 가장 직접적인 경제적 효과 측정 방법이 될 것이다.

This study inspected the relationship between the empowerment and the organizational immersion of professionals in community rehabilitation facilities for the disabled. And this also analyzed the mediating effect of job satisfaction. A survey of 348 professionals working in the 14 facilities of D Metropolitan City and C Province was conducted. The analysis results of this paper are as follows : the professionals' empowerment influenced the organizational immersion positively and the job satisfaction mediated between the two variables. According to the analysis results, several countermeasures were proposed to increase the professionals' organizational immersion. We need to provide decision making rights, various training opportunities, and appropriate supervision to advance their empowerment. To improve their job satisfaction, the education of professional ethics, the activation of successful case presentation, and the management of emotional labor are required.

The purpose of this study was to examine the mechanism through which Senior Center User's services satisfaction impacts quality of life. We were particularly interested in the mediating effect of empowering Senior Center users. bootstraping method based on structural equation modeling were used. The partial and full mediation model were compared and X² difference test was conducted between the two models. The result showed that the mediating effect of empowering senior center user was statistically significant and accounted for the relationship between the senior center user's services satisfaction and quality of life. Empowering senior center user mediated fully the effect of senior center user's services satisfaction on quality of life. Practice and policy implications as well as further research topics were discussed to aid the search for highly effective interventions.

The purposes of this study were to investigate the effects of professional soldiers' family healthiness on the organizational effectiveness of the military and test for any differences in the structural modeling path caused by the mediating effects of empowerment depending on whether they lived with their families or not. Data were collected with a self-administered survey distributed to 480 professional soldiers after the approval of the Ministry of National Defense. The data collected were then analyzed using descriptive statistics, structural equation modeling, and multi-group analysis. The analysis results show that the family healthiness of all of the professional soldiers had direct or indirect effects on their organizational effectiveness via empowerment and that family healthiness was a variable with a very large explanatory power for organizational effectiveness. Both family healthiness and empowerment had effects on the organizational effectiveness of the solders that were living with their families and those who lived separately from their families. The levels of family healthiness, empowerment, and organizational effectiveness were all high among the professional soldiers that were living with their families and all low among those who were not. Increasing the family healthiness and empowerment was found to enhance the organizational effectiveness in all of the models, and a higher organizational effectiveness would be expected from professional soldiers living with their families. These findings led to a proposal that various plans should be prepared to help professional soldiers live with their families and provide them with family welfare support.

This research investigated the relationship between the parent's positive perception of parenting children with disabilities and family adaptation, and the mediating effect of empowerment on the relationship. For this research, data from 189 parents of children with disabilities who had used social service facilities and a school for the disability. There are the research results. First, the level of empowerment and positive perception are both high and were different between father and mother. The level of Self-efficacy is highest among sub-factors of empowerment. The parent's positive perception of parenting children with disabilities was positively correlated with empowerment. The empowerment and parent's positive perception had an direct effect on the family adaptation. On the verification of the effect of empowerment as the mediator, the empowerment variable revealed possessing the partial mediating effect. Therefore, this study suggest for the practical promotion about empowerment and parent's positive perception of parenting children with disabilities.

In this study, 200 social workers in Seoul and Gyeonggi area were surveyed using convenience extraction method. Data were analyzed by frequency, reliability, correlation, and regression analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 20, and Sobel test was performed. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of empowerment on the relationship between exhaustion and organizational effectiveness of social workers and to provide basic data for improving organizational effectiveness. The results of the study are as follows. Empowerment was found to be mediated in the relationship between exhaustion and job satisfaction, which is a sub - area of organizational effectiveness. Empowerment was found to be mediated in the relationship between exhaustion and turnover intention, which is a sub - domain of organizational effectiveness. Therefore, it is necessary to have a resting place that gives a sense of security to the exhausted social worker rather than granting authority for the social welfare organization.

This study attempted to provide basic data for efficient advertising model strategies of companies and advertising agencies by verifying the effectiveness of advertising star power of retired sports athletes in Korea. Therefore, retired domestic sports athletes selected those who were aware of advertisements selected as advertising models as samples, and 206 copies of data were applied to the final analysis. Data processing used the SPSS (ver. 21.0) program to analyze frequency and verify reliability. In addition, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis were performed with the AMOS (ver. 20.0) program, and the significance of effectiveness was verified. As a result of the study, first, star power had a positive effect on favorability. Second, favorability had a positive effect on advertisement consumption behavior. Third, star power had a positive effect on advertising consumption behavior. Finally, star power was found to have a greater direct effect on advertising consumption behavior, and favorability was verified to have a partial mediating effect.

파워흐름해석법은 진동에너지 흐름 형태에 따른 에너지지배방정식을 이용하는 방법으로서, 진동에너지의 공간적인 분포와 전달 경로 등을 제시할 수 있는 방법이다. 이러한 파워흐름해석법은 고주파수 대역의 진동을 해석하기 위하여 효과적으로 적용될 수 있다. 본 연구에 서는 평판 구조물 진동에 대한 파워흐름해석법의 예측 결과를 실험 결과와 비교하여 분석하였다. 분석할 진동 특성들은 손실계수, 주파수 응답함수 등을 포함한다. 그리고 이러한 분석 결과로부터 파워흐름해석법이 고주파수 진동에 효과적으로 적용될 수 있음을 보였다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the moderating effect of intrapersonal empowerment between subjective well-being and smartphone addiction. It was conducted to measure research variables from 242 university students. The moderating effect according to intrapersonal empowerment was analyzed through hierarchical regression analysis. As a result of analysis, first, there were significant relationship, among subjective well-being, intrapersonal empowerment, and smartphone addiction. Second, subjective well-being and intrapersonal empowerment had a significant negative effect on the smartphone addiction. Third, intrapersonal empowerment had moderating effect within the relationship of subjective well-being and smartphone addiction. In other words, the higher level of intrapersonal empowerment showed that subjective well-being more strongly negative effect on the smartphone addiction. Implications of these results were explored in relation to the importance of empowerment that could be taken to reduce smartphone addiction.
