지난 60년간 일본, 한국, 중국은 물론이고 아시아에서의 공정 산업은 크게 성장했다. 그 발전과정에서 다양한 사고들을 겪고 극복해내는 과정이 있었으며, 최근 한국의 화학물질관리법을 포함하여 안전 기술 및 안전 관리에 많은 진전 또한 있었다. 이 발표의 서두에서는 한국의 공정산업의 역사적 발전에 대해 뒤돌아보며 당면 과제들에 대한 논의를 전개하고자 한다. 장기적인 경제발전의 일환으로 중화학공업 육성을 표방하며, 초기 단계에 정부주도의 적극적인 산업 발전 계획을 수립해 산업의 성장을 주도하였으며, 1990년대에는 어려움을 극복하기 위해 시장 중심의 구조 조정이 도입되었다. 지난 30년 동안 한국사회에서는 가스 폭발, 건물 붕괴, 화물 및 여객선의 사고를 비롯한 치명적인 사고들이 있었다. 이러한 사고 후에는 필연적으로 안전 정책 및 법률에 중요한 발전이 있었는데, 가장 최근의 것은 2012년 유독 가스 배출 사고 이후 화학물질관리법(Chemical Control Act)을 시행한 것이다. 또한 앞으로 20년간 (2036 년까지) 다양한 구성요소의 수준을 정량화할 수 있는 지속 가능성 개념에 대한 강한 요구가 있음은 주지의 사실이다. 지속 가능성의 새로운 패러다임은 에너지, 경제 및 환경의 전통적인 구성 요소로 구성된다. 더불어 지속 가능성은 안전, 보안 및 세계화(globalization)를 다루어야 한다. 미래의 지속 가능성 개념은 이러한 6가지 구성 요소 모두를 하나의 기능으로 정량적으로 통합할 것이다. 특히 이 작업에 대한 강력한 리더십은 화학 공정 산업에서 절대적으로 부족한 현실이기에, 이러한 기능의 통합과 특화된 교육 및 훈련에 대해 한국의 사례와 해외에서의 글로벌 응용 프로그램에 대란 논의를 통해 본 발표는 향후의 발전방향과 비전에 대해 논의하고자 한다.

스마트폰의 보급에 따라 사용자간에 공유되는 정보가 점점 늘어나고 있다. 시간표 관리 시스템의 경우 과거에는 개별 사용자의 시간표를 관리하는 것이 주요 기능이었으나, 사용자간의 시간표를 비교함으로써 공통으로 가능한 비어있는 시간을 찾는 등 공유 기능에 대한 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이화여대 학생들에게 특화된 편의성과 공유기능을 제공하는 시간표 관리 어플리케이션과 서버 프로그램을 설계하고 개발한다. 제공되는 편의성으로는 사용자가 자신의 시간표를 직접 입력하는 것이 아니라 이화 포탈(eportal.ewha.ac.kr)에서 내 시간표 정보를 자동으로 바로 받아 볼 수 있는 기능과 관련 교과목의 담당교수와 강의실 등의 추가적인 정보가 같이 저장되도록 하여 시간표 작성 시간이 획기적으로 줄일 수 있도록 한다. 또한 모든 사용자가 계정을 등록하여 타 사용자와 함께 듣는 수업과 공강 시간을 자동으로 계산해서 보여주는 공유 기능을 제공한다. 사용자 피드백을 통한 본 논문에서 개발된 시스템을 평가한 결과 편의성과 공유 기능에 만족함을 확인하였다.

With the development of ICT, research on smart farms is steadily progressing in the agricultural field for the modernization of cultivation facilities. However, most of the current smart farms are not specific crops, but general-purpose systems that can be used in various fields. In this paper, an environmental control device and an integrated control system capable of creating a aseptic growing environment required for mushroom cultivation were proposed, and the system was designed, manufactured, and programmed. Through this, it is possible to build a smart farm optimized for crops that is needed to maintain a precise growing environment.

OWASP에서 발표한 2007년 웹 애플리케이션 취약점 중 하나인 XSS 공격이 사용자 브라우저에서 스크립트를 실행하게 함으로써 사용자의 세션을 가로채거나 웜을 업로드하여 악성코드를 삽입하는 공격이다[2]. 하지만 많은 XSS 방어 기법에서는 단순 스크립트 우회기법과 강제적인 스크립트 차단 방법을 채택하고 있다. 또한 강제적인 XSS 필터 적용으로 과탐지로 인한 정상적인 웹 페이지가 출력 되지 않는 사례가 나타나고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 효율적인 정규식을 이용하여 XSS 공격 특징을 분석하여 특징점들을 추출하고 이 특징점들을 기반으로 특정한 규칙을 가진 문자열들을 모든 문자가 유효한지 확인할 수 있는 정규식 표현 방법을 이용하여 다양한 응용프로그램에 적용할 수 있는 기술을 연구하고자 한다. 또한 이를 기반으로 포털 사이트와 브라우저에서 제공하는 XSS 필터들과 비교하여 과탐지율 및 오탐지율 서로 비교하여 본 연구가 효율성 면에서 효과가 있는지 우위를 둘 것이며, 브라우저 벤더, 포털 사이트, 개인 PC 등 충분한 시험 평가와 수정을 통해서 응용할 수 있는 계기를 마련할 것이다

In this paper we introduce a system that assists news reporters to easily edit source video anywhere, and transfer the result from a remote site to the station. Presently reporters are bothered to edit source materials, compress and transfer using several separate tools. Moreover such tools have lots of too complicated features to use only for news production. We have integrated file sending and video editing functions together for seamless workflow. News programs usually need promptness in production. For this reason our system is designed to make it possible the one-stop production of news items outside the TV station. Also the system reflects the demands of field workers, that is, easy usage for the beginner and features for speedy news production. One of the most focused is that the reliability of the system is guaranteed in the process of transfer. To achieve this end, we have implemented several error-resilient schemes for unexpected network errors. Our system consists of remote laptop editing terminals and a newsgathering server. DV-format based editing and analog-to-DV converting device are adopted to capture video from not only lightweight DV camcorders but also old-fashioned ENG cameras into laptop computers. We expect that news reporters and cameramen can take terminals anywhere the Internet is available and both editing and sending will be done on the spot. This will help increase the competitive power of our news production.

The library tour program is a new type of cultural program that was first introduced and operated by J City, and library tourists travel to specialized libraries in the city according to a set course and experience various experiences. This study aims to build a customized course recommendation model that considers the characteristics of individual participants in addition to the existing fixed group travel format so that more users can enjoy the opportunity to participate in library tours. To this end, the characteristics of library travelers were categorized to establish traveler personas, and library evaluation items and evaluation criteria were established accordingly. We selected 22 libraries targeted by the library travel program and measured library data through actual visits. Based on the collected data, we derived the characteristics of suitable libraries and developed a persona-based library tour course recommendation model using a decision tree algorithm. To demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed recommendation model, we build a mobile application mockup, and conducted user evaluations with actual library users to identify satisfaction and improvements to the developed model.

This study is to analyze Gwangju's trade structures with China, Japan and the United Sates, and to contribute, through clarification of product competitiveness, to minimizing free-trade-induced costs as well as maximizing profits from free trade. To obtain this study purpose, two export competitiveness indicators are used; they are Trade Specialization Index (TSI) and Grubel & Lloyd(GL) Index. Intra-industry trade is examined to see if there exists a technological gap between nations. Intra-industry trade is divided into two; Low Quality Vertical Intra-Industry Trade (LQVIIT) and High Quality Vertical Intra-Industry Trade (HQVIIT). Gwangju's trade with China is HQVIIT; Gwangju exports high-quality and high-priced items to China, and imports low-quality and low-priced ones. On the other hand, Gwangu's trade with Japan is mainly LQVIIT; Gwangju exports low-quality and low-priced processed stuffs to Japan, and imports high-quality and high-priced ones from Japan. While Korea-US is mainly of both high-quality and low-quality Vertical Intra-Industry Trade; Gwangju exports low-quality and low-priced items as well as high-quality and high-priced items to the USA. Based on the analysis result, export marketing strategies are presented as follows: the transition to high value-added export system, the local entry networking, government support for trade exhibition, offer of special program on local small businesses.

BPEL is used in various domains since it can describe the flow of works according to conditions and rules, and it can call web services in service-oriented computing environments. However, new functions that are not provided by BPEL grammar are required in specific domains. Generally, when new functions are required, the domain-specific language should be newly defined and developed, which requires high development cost. In this regard, a new function needs to be defined and added instead of developing domain-specific language with the new functions added. However, such methods only allow an addition of a single function, and it is difficult to design and add new functions according to the needs. This paper defines XAS4B document, which extends the BPEL grammar function through XML schema in order to add new functions, and proposes BPEL engine generator that generates BPEL engine with the new functions added by processing the document. The XAS4B document enables the creation of a new grammar added to BPEL using XML schema. It also shows the process of adding new functions to BPEL engine using AspectJ, JAVA implementation of aspect-oriented programming. The proposed system can add new functions using AspectJ without modifying BPEL engine. This allows the provision of new functions at low cost in various domains.

In this paper, we present an efficient way of implementing OpenGL ES 1.1 standard for the environments with hardware-supported OpenGL API, such as desktop PCs. Although OpenGL ES was started from the existing OpenGL features, it becomes a new three-dimensional graphics library customized for embedded systems through introducing fixed-point arithmetic operations, buffer management with fixed-point data type supports, completely new texture mapping functionalities and others. Currently, it is the official three dimensional graphics library for Google Android, Apple iPhone, PlayStation3, etc. In this paper, we achieved improvements on the arithmetic operations for the fixed-point number representation, which is the most characteristic data type for OpenGL ES. For the conversion of fixed-point data types to the floating-point number representations for the underlying OpenGL, we show the way of efficient conversion processes even with satisfying OpenGL ES standard requirements. We also introduced a simple memory management scheme to mange the converted data for the buffer containing fixed-point numbers. In the case of texture processing, the requirements in both standards are quite different and thus we used completely new software-implementations. Our final implementation result of OpenGL ES library provides all of over than 200 functions in OpenGL ES 1.1 standard and completely passed its conformance test, to show its compliance with the standard. From the efficiency viewpoint, we measured its execution times for several OpenGL ES-specific application programs and achieved at most 33.147 times improvements, to become the fastest one among the OpenGL ES implementations in the same category.

Amid the recent growing social demand for wellness culture and healing tourism, I, through a literature survey and case study, reviewed the conditions of healing tourism in Gangwon-do as a destination of healing tourism, and examined the development project of Gangwon-do type healing tourism and commercialization of the wellness perspective. According to the survey, it was found that the Yeongdong area in Gangwon Province had excellent healing-based conditions in virtue of abundant natural resources, but it was found that it was necessary for local governments to cooperate in order to prevent overlapping investments and create synergy effects by connecting with one another as development contents or business items of healing tourism projects overlap or remain in the planning stage. In the case of Goseong-gun, which was reviewed as the main site, it has high potential as a silver-healing tour and if the County seeks a wellness merchandising strategy for each healing tourism target based on a therapy program linked with local specialized resources, and effectively links and specializes regional strengths in Gangwon-do's Yeongdong region, it is expected to become a regional success story of operating the development of the local tourism for silver and health-oriented tourists.
