The study aims to propose plans to give credit approval to those who obtain authorized civil qualifications, in accordance with the enforcement regulations under the Clause 7, Article 4 of $\ulcorner$the law on credit approval and others$\lrcorner$. Preceding studies on the grounds and principles of credit approval, analyses on the related references and materials, and surveys asking the managers of authorized civil qualifications their opinion over giving credit approval to authorized civil qualifications were conducted as the methodology of this study. Besides, a conference inviting experts from the relevant fields was held to specifically overview the contents and levels to be examined by qualification items, to conduct a face-to-face survey on directions to take in the credit approval of authorized civil qualifications, and to analyze the level and the degree of the difficulty of questions in the examinations of authorized civil qualifications. The contents and the level of credit approval in this study are as follows. For the authorized civil qualification items unable to formulate criteria in accordance with the principles of credit approval taken in the national technique qualification and other national qualifications, two factors were put under consideration for setting the level of the credit approval. First, the level and scope of work were investigated. Second, the content of qualification was compared with the course work of college. The degree of difficulty in the scope and performance of work was reviewed by specialized qualification and general qualification, respectively. Specialized qualification indicates whether or not the required knowledge and technique are acquired for performing duty in specific work fields. It falls into service fields and qualification items except qualification items on general clerical work of the national technique qualification and other national qualifications. To the contrary, general qualification is to prove the degree of acquisition of knowledge and technique for improving the basic competencies throughout diverse types of occupations. It includes competencies to verify language proficiency, mathematical and statistical capacity, problem settlement, negotiation and communication skills. When the authorized civil qualification came under the specialized qualification, the level of qualification was determined in comparison with the level of work of national qualifications. In the case of the general qualification, the credit to be approved was settled by conducting a comparative analysis on the course work of college.

By age group, those who were in their 50s (54.0%) visited dental clinics the most, and the workers in their 30s (67.9%) paid a visit the least. The gap between the age groups was statistically significant (p < 0.001). 2. In regard to the time for toothbrushing by age group, the workers in their 20s (64.6%) made up the largest group that brushed their teeth before breakfast, and those who were in their 60s and up constituted the greatest group that did toothbrushing after breakfast. The workers in their 20s brushed their teeth the least, as the rates of the workers of this age group who did toothbrushing after breakfast and dinner respectively stood at 64.0 percent and 54.5 percent. The disparities between the age groups were statistically significant (p < 0.001). 3. As for scaling experience for the past year, 302(46.0%) out of the workers who got their teeth scaled in the past year had periodontal diseases, and 1,600(80.6%) out of those who didn't suffered from periodontal diseases. The gap between them was statistically significant (p < 0.001). 4. Regarding the relationship of subjective oral health state to dental caries among the workers without dental caries, the largest group that numbered 327(54.1%) considered themselves to be in good oral health. In the event of the workers with dental caries, the greatest group that numbered 708(75.5%) found themselves to have one or more carious tooth(teeth). The disparity between them was statistically significant (p < 0.001). 5. As for connections between dietary habits and dental caries, those who had dental caries (2.29) showed a greater preference for snack than the others who hadn't (2.21). This study aims to examine the knowledge level of culinary staff members regarding the restaurant country- oforigin labeling system by developing a scale to investigate and evaluate such knowledge levels. The empirical study targeted culinary staff members with over 7 years of experience in 10 luxury hotels in Seoul who were approached through the convenience sampling method, which was conducted for 14 days from November 14th to 27th, 2014. A total of 192 self-administered questionnaires were collected, of which 186 questionnaires(93%) were used for the final analysis. For investigation and analysis, a frequency analysis was carried out to look into population statistics and the level of knowledge using the SPSS 18.0 statistics program. One-way ANOVA and t-test were carried out to investigate differences in knowledge levels of restaurant country-of-origin labeling system with reference to academic background, job position, and hotel management type. As the result, the average correct answer rate of the culinary staff members for a total of 21 questions was 39.85% and there were no significant differences based on the academic background. However, the correct answer rate was higher for respondents that held high positions and had independently managed hotels, suggesting that knowledge varied depending on job position and management type. In conclusion, it is suggested that in order to improve the level of knowledge of the restaurant country-of-origin labeling system among culinary staff members there is a need to enhance training and continuous supervision to apply the knowledge to work in future. In addition to this, this study discussed the limits of the study and the orientation of further research.
This research tried to find out the influence of organization nature on management outcome in security companies. First, in the relation between organization nature and management outcome (inside viewpoint) in security companies, factors of organization culture (t=2.534, p<.05) and job nature (t=6.425, p<.001), in organization nature, were shown to give statistically meaningful positive (+) influence on inside viewpoint, and the relative influence of independent variables measured in terms of beta coefficient was ${\beta}$=.226 for organization culture and ${\beta}$=.576 for job nature. Second, in the relation between organization nature and management outcome (study growth viewpoint) in security companies, factors of organization culture (t=2.070, p<.05) and job nature (t=10.507, p<.001), in organization nature, were shown to give statistically meaningful positive (+) influence on study growth viewpoint, and the relative influence of independent variables measured in terms of beta coefficient was ${\beta}$=.145 for organization culture and ${\beta}$=.741 for job nature. It may be concluded that the nature of security service organization affects organization culture relatively, with the implication that systematic educational practice system and organizational study should be accompanied for achievement of ultimate purpose of the organization. It is also implied that field support will be needed considering the job nature, because organization nature has a causal relationship with the specialty of security service job.
