  • 본 논문에서는 교육 훈련생의 교육 상태에 맞는 콘텐츠를 추천해주는 교육 콘텐츠 추천시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 데이터베이스에 저장되어 있는 콘텐츠의 텍스트를 활용하여 콘텐츠를 등급별로 분류하는 콘텐츠 분류 기능부분과 교육 훈련생의 등급 및 교관 등에 의해 설정되는 필터링 정보를 활용하여 교육 훈련생에 맞는 콘텐츠 추천리스트를 생성하는 콘텐츠 추천 기능으로 구성되어있다. 실험에서는 콘텐츠 분류기능에 대한 정확도 평가를 수행하였고, ANN 평가모델로 평균 65%의 정확도를 보였다.

  • 다양하게 개발되는 정보시스템은 지속가능경영을 위한 서비스 인프라로 그 중요성이 날로 높아지고 있다. 이에 따라 새롭게 개발된 시스템을 얼마나 신속하게 전파하고 공유하여 조직 경쟁력을 향상시킬 것인가가 생존의 기본 조건이 된 것이다. 그러나, 전파 및 공유 도구로서의 콘텐츠 수준은 단순한 매뉴얼 또는 Help 메뉴 형태로 획일적으로 제공되어 단기간 내 조직 확산에는 한계가 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 콘텐츠의 활용도를 극대화 할 수 있는 새로운 콘텐츠 개발 요구 정의 방법이 제시되어야 할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 개발된 정보 시스템의 조직 전개를 위해 필요한 콘텐츠를 개발함에 있어 업계에 널리 활용되고 있는 스토리 기반 또는 전통적 콘텐츠 개발 방법의 한계를 극복하기 위하여 요구분석 시 Blue Ocean 전략과 6 Sigma 방법론을 결합한 시스템 개발 BORE Process를 콘텐츠 개발에 적합하게 변경한 Value innovative Requirements Engineering for Contents 프로세스로 제안하고, 콘텐츠 개발에 적용한 후, 그 결과의 유효성을 입증하기 위하여 공인된 기관의 콘텐츠 평가 결과를 제시한다.

  • With the emergence of smart media and devices which are able to continuous data monitor, the usage patterns of access and acquire health information are changed. Health contents should be provided to promote intrinsic motivation considering the way of cognizing and processing data in human information interaction. For this, planning for prevention centered health contents is required to utilize personal information and medical big data for engagement with the contents. Therefore, this paper reviews previous studies of health communication dealing with users' information literacy like e-health literacy. In addition, the paper classifies ways of communication when mediate IT as immediacy, interaction and data capturing. In conclusion, strategies of health contents for promoting users' intrinsic motivation are explored and its implications are discussed.

Application of B-Grade Cultural Contents to Small City Marketing Strategy: Focused on the Case of Chungju City, Korea (B급 문화콘텐츠의 활용을 통한 소도시 마케팅 전략: 충주시의 사례를 중심으로)

  • This study aims to understand the possibility of small city marketing strategies using B-grade cultural contents. This research focused on the case of Chungju City which applied B-grade cultural contents to city marketing. The process using B-grade cultural contents to small city marketing was investigated and hash-tags and comments on social media were coded and analyzed based on grounded theory. Also, the details were examined through in-depth interviews with the local government official in charge. The result has shown the characteristics of B-grade cultural contents describing the differences from the original B-grade culture as subcuture. First, publicity materials showed the characteristics of general B-grade culture such as retro, puns, and escape, showing the process of communication/participation/empathy. Second, improbability, intertextuality, extensibility, subversiveness, and authenticity were the five main factors for responses and empathy from the audience. Third, the ripple effect was formed through the simple narrative structure of 'intro-conclusion'. Finally B-grade cultural contents of Chungju showed new possibilities for sustainable small city marketing through the formation of new cultural assets.

  • In these days, tourism contents development has been continuously increases due to the appearance of online contents generation, development of cultural contents industry and the spreads of leisure life among the ordinary people's life and it needs more significant research and development for the tourism product's varieties. Story telling means that the explanation or interpretation of tour guide or guide book of the tourist spots, they role as important pull factor which can determine the image of tourism destination. And it make tourist discover the identification its own specific contents. The purpose of this study is on to examine methods tourism contents development through storytelling.

  • This study aims to propose the exhibition contents by utilizing the technique for 3D VR using the presidential archives that are provided on the web-site. Especially, this study proposed requirements and a method to develop exhibition contents based on 3D VR technique. To accomplish it, this study analyzed literature review and cases of the online exhibition in presidential archives and then classified contents to find out how to apply 3D VR for exhibition contents effectively. With the results of the analysis, this study selected the type of records and proposed the effective 3D VR model as displaying contents. Then, this study developed an implementation case.

Comparison Study Between Landline and Mobile VOD (유무선 모바일 VOD 인터넷간 차이 연구)

  • This study compares choice of contents genre between mobile VOD service users and landline internet VOD service users. Overall, males showed a higher rate of VOD usage than females and a variety of contents were used for entertainment, programs and mood alteration. In addition, a higher frequency of VOD usage showed a higher rate of VOD usage and also resulted in higher level of satisfaction. Also, the quality of landline internet VOD service showed to be higher than mobile VOD service. This suggests that programs for mobile VOD needs to be developed as well as a more open and simple rate system. In addition, subjects of this study showed to use VOD services mainly for entertainment purposes, suggesting that a variety of programs need to be developed in order to higher the level of satisfaction of its users.

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the possibility of using game character Maengseung in game content and to present the method. At first we made a study on the Maengseung's history and cultural status of Korean folklore. Based on this, we reviewed the value and utilization of the character as a cultural prototype in the game content and proposed the basic components of character creation according to the folk cultural characteristics of the character.

  • A board-game is the genre which is the oldest among various game genres. Reflecting the issues, aspects & trend of the era, It contains social & cultural sources. For family activity, socializing & human networking, It is regarded such a good alternative leisure replacing on-line video game causing negative infection. In this research, for city marketing usage, we develop a specifically designed board-game with the source of historical people, must-see sights & local products. Also educational & commercial purposes are seriously considered.

  • The hand carry digital media appliances is going to use widely, because the machines became to be small size and light weight for easy carry. Also the demand of various contents was increased for small personal media player:PMP. Now a day PMP was used as a private leisure instruments and will be used as active digital tools like a space culture guiding tools. In this research we will study on the development of user interface for space culture guide contents. Especially we proposed checking tools to be used in test and development phase of UI design for small display appliances.
