유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 정서코칭 평가도구 타당화 (Validation of the Maternal Emotion Coaching Questionnaire for Mothers of Preschool Children)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study is to test the psychometric properties of the Maternal Emotion Coaching Questionnaire (MECQ, Lim et al., 2018) in order to measure emotion coaching in mothers of preschoolers. Methods: A total of 316 preschoolers and their mothers participated in this study. Maternal emotion coaching was assessed by self-report and child emotion regulation ability was evaluated by the teacher. Data were analyzed with chi-square tests, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, latent profile analysis, and F-test. Results: Each item of the MECQ showed proper discriminative power. The MECQ and each subscale demonstrated adequate internal consistency and split-half reliability. Evidence of construct validity was provided by confirmatory factor analysis. The five-factor model including maternal attention, awareness, acceptance, empathy, and guidance showed a good fit. Results of the latent profile analysis revealed three profiles of emotion coaching: excellent, good, and poor. Preschoolers with mothers in the poor coaching profile showed significantly lower emotion regulation ability compared to those in the excellent or good coaching profiles, which suggested discriminative validity of the MECQ. Conclusion/Implications: The MECQ presents a reliable and valid tool to assess emotion coaching in mothers of preschool children and can thus be effectively used for mothers of preschoolers.

상사의 코칭리더십이 조직구성원의 긍정심리자본과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Supervisor's Coaching Leadership on Positive Psychological Capital and Organizational Commitment of Organizational Members)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of supervisor's coaching leadership on positive psychological capital and organizational commitment of organizational members in order to investigate the effect of supervisor's coaching leadership on organizational effectiveness in modern organizations. Methods: In this study, a survey was conducted on members of the organization in the company, and the hypothesis was verified using statistical analysis methods. Results: The results of this study are as follows. First, it was found that promotion and guide as coaching leadership of supervisors had a positive effect on positive psychological capital. Second, it was found that the supervisor's guide had a positive effect on the employee's organizational commitment. Third, it was found that positive psychological capital had a positive effect on organizational commitment. Finally, it was found that the guide had a significant effect on organizational commitment through positive psychological capital. Conclusion: This study suggested that it is necessary to enhance organizational effectiveness by effectively demonstrating the coaching leadership of superiors at the organizational level.

건설현장 근로자의 안전사고 예방 경험에 대한 근거이론적 연구 (A Grounded Theoretical Study on the Experience of Preventing Safety Accidents of Workers at Construction Sites)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out how construction sites workers experience adaptation processes in relation to the prevention of safety accidents in the workplace through the method of grounded theory. In order to understand the experience of preventing safety accidents of workers at construction sites, a grounded theory analysis method was chosen. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the first questionnaire was sent to 17 people working in the construction site by e-mail, and the participants of the study were met one by one for in-depth interviews. As a result of this study, the paradigm model of the experience of preventing safety accidents of workers at construction sites was classified into causal conditions, contextual conditions, central phenomena, intervening conditions, action/interactions, and outcomes. The conclusions of this study are as follows. First, forming a safety culture that can improve the safety awareness of construction sites is a priority. Second, it is necessary to improve self-management capabilities so that construction workers can accurately diagnose their current state such as their own body, emotion, and cognition and provide appropriate safety education. Third, providing safety education for construction workers with negative thoughts or distorted beliefs about safety accidents needs to include psychological treatment and counseling, such as methods of emotional purification, methods of relieving and managing stress, and methods of removing trauma.

'메타버스' 교수법 적용, 문제점 및 활용방안 (Application of 'Metaverse' teaching method, problems and usage plan)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 메타버스 교수법 적용을 통해 문제점을 파악하고 활용방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 교수법을 효율적으로 달성하기 위해 각각 전공이 다른 교수자가 참여하여 학습법을 공유하였다. 대부분 메타버스 활용으로 흥미로운 학습법이 이루어진 반면에 다양한 문제점도 나타났다. 활용방안으로 게임, 토론, 대화 등을 통해 사전에 충분히 숙달될 수 있도록 하고, 정규수업이 아닌 비정규 교과목에서 우선 적용, 아바타 꾸미기 활용으로 보다 즐겁게 수업 참여 유도, 가상현실속에서 예의범절 지키기 등 학습 환경 이해, 학생들의 가상공간을 통해 자신들의 언어로 수업을 이끌어 흥미 유발, 젭 스페이스에서 나만의 강의실 만들기, 친구와 대화 및 상호작용 시행, 이론 교과목 수업 메타버스 플랫폼을 활용, 모의토론 및 발표 자유롭게 유도, 자신만의 케릭터 꾸미기, 진로코칭 및 상담 적용, 수업 종료후 학생만의 추가 활동 유도 등 활용방안이 제시되었다.

메타버스 공간을 활용한 대학생 코칭 프로그램 개발과 효과 (Development and Effectiveness of a University Student Coaching Program Using Metaverse Space)

  • This study aims to develop and implement a coaching program in the metaverse space to address issues faced by university students during their life stage and verify their effectiveness. The overall program consists of four sessions: "Opening," "Metaverse-based Coaching Clinic (2 sessions)," and "Coaching Clinic Reflection and Feedback." A total of 20 participants were selected through S University's extracurricular program system. To assess the effectiveness of the program, surveys, as well as focus group interviews (FGIs) were conducted. Using SPSS 26.0, significant differences were observed in the participants' career decision self-efficacy and resilience. The FGIs were conducted with a total of four participants divided into two groups, with each group lasting for one hour. The analysis revealed key phases, including the introductory phase comprising participants' motivation and expectations, the main phases consisting of program operation, coaching perception and outcomes, metaverse environment, and metaverse coaching perception and outcomes, as well as the concluding phase in which recommendations are suggested for subsequent programs. The study confirmed the significant impact of coaching in the metaverse space and highlighted the maximization of coaching effectiveness through mutual anonymity facilitated by avatars. This research holds significance as an exploratory study that practically verifies the potential expansion of the metaverse environment in the coaching field.

안전 코칭 프로그램이 안전행동과 안전 분위기에 미치는 효과 -고속도로 안전순찰원을 중심으로- (An Effect of Safety Coaching Program on Safety Behavior and Climate -Focusing on Expressway Safety Patrol-)

  • This study investigated the impact of a safety coaching program on the safety behavior and safety climate among expressway safety patrols. Four to seven patrols from each of the three branches participated in this study. The safety coaching program was developed based on the GROW model, with main contents including recognizing individual differences, exploring safety values, communicating near-misses, providing effective and efficient feedback, employing non-violent communication, and fostering commitment toward safety behaviors. Additionally, each session included self-monitoring and peer review of each item based on a critical behavior checklist developed for this study, with challenging goals set based on the monitoring and review. The safety coaching program comprised six sessions in three branches, while three other branches were assigned as a control group. A non-equivalent control group experimental design was applied. Dependent variables included observed and perceived safety behavior, safety climate, psychological safety, and feedback. The results indicated that the safety coaching program effectively increased patrols' safety behavior and safety climate. Furthermore, psychological safety and feedback improved. These findings suggest that the developed safety coaching program could serve as an alternative method to enhance safety management for expressway safety patrols. Finally, the implications, limitations, and directions for future research are discussed.

의과대학 소그룹 지도 프로그램 운영의 사례연구: SNU 학습멘토링, 피어튜터링, 학습코칭, 의학연구 멘토링 프로그램을 중심으로 (A Case Study on Small Group Teaching Programs in Medical School: SNU Mentoring, Peer Tutoring, Coaching, and Research Mentoring Programs)

  • This paper will discuss the issues in four different small group teaching programs administered by the Seoul National University Medical School, and will address and propose solutions to those issues for improving the effectiveness of the programs. Medical school has a particular educational environment that differs from the rest of the university. Therefore, program managers should develop better models to fit medical school needs by reviewing our practices and planning for improvement. As managers of these programs, the authors interviewed students applying to participate. If our responsibilities for these programs continue for a sufficient period of time and we have a sufficient number of participants hereafter, we will do a survey and generate more reliable conclusions from quantifiable data. However, given that these programs are in their early stages, we present here some introductory remarks on the theory behind the programs and the outcomes we expect. The discussion will define and explain the different needs and roles of each participant (professor, student, and manager) in the program, and will suggest some practical ways for the managers in the programs to make improvements to the existing model so that the enhanced programs can better suit the needs of the medical school.

정부출연 연구기관 종사자의 역량수준 진단 : K연구원 사례를 중심으로 (Competencies Evaluation of the Government Funded Research Institute's Employee : Focused on the K-institute case)

  • 본 연구는 정부출연 연구기관의 핵심역량 강화의 일환으로서 K연구원의 사례를 들어 핵심역량을 발굴하고 수준진단을 수행한 실증적 연구이다. 연구 결과, 총 27개의 핵심 역량을 발굴하였으며, 크게 4개 역량군인 공통역량군, 팀워크 형성역량군, 정보처리 및 분석역량군, 자원관리 및 활용역량군으로 범주화하였다. 역량의 수준진단 결과, 27개의 역량에 대해 모두 필요로 하는 수준이 현재 보유한 수준보다 높게 나타나 전체적으로 역량수준을 제고할 필요가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 필요수준에 비해 현재수준이 현저히 낮게 나타난 세부 역량들로서 연구성과 분석역량, 후배육성/지도코칭, 기회포착/주도적 행동역량으로 교육적 개선책이 마련되어야 할 것으로 보인다. 추가적인 직급/직종별 수준진단 결과, 독립변인별 역량수준차가 유의한 수준으로 나타나 직급별, 직종별로 차별화된 교육을 제공할 필요가 있겠다.

u-Campus 환경에서 교수능력 향상을 위한 교수평가시스템 설계 및 개발 (Design and Development of a Teaching Assessment System for Improving Teaching Skill in u-Campus)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 u-Campus 환경에서 교수능력(teaching skill)을 향상시키기 위한 평가시스템을 설계 개발하는데 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 수업효율성과 교수평가에 관한 이론을 고찰 분석하여 시스템에 포함되어야 할 효율적인 교수능력향상 평가 요소를 추출하였다. 추출된 평가요소를 바탕으로 u-Campus 환경에서 교수능력 향상을 위한 교수평가, 코칭, 자기성찰, 포트폴리오, 평가자 선정 및 포트폴리오 공유에 대한 교수자 권한, 유비쿼터스기술 등을 반영하여 시스템을 설계하고 프로토타입(prototype)을 개발하였다. 프로토타입의 개발은 기존의 평가 방법과 달리 교수 자신의 평가에서 시작하여 본인의 의지에 따라 평가자를 확대하기 때문에 평가에 대한 부담을 덜며 교수능력을 향상시킬 수 있다. 포트폴리오와 유비쿼터스 기술을 적용한 교수평가 시스템은 u-Campus 환경에서 진정한 교수능력 향상을 위한 새로운 평가 방법의 대안이 될 것이며 대학교육의 질적인 발전에 도움이 될 것이다.

비즈니스용 웹 사이트 개발에서의 실시간 발성사고법 사용성 테스트 사례 연구 (Research on Usability Test for Business Web Site Development using Concurrent Think Aloud Protocol)

  • 본 연구는 비즈니스용 웹 사이트 개발에 있어 비용효과적인 사용성 테스트 모델을 제시할 목적으로 수행되었다. 본 연구에서는 실시간 발성사고법(Concurrent Think Aloud), 성능 측정, 코칭 방법, 원격 테스트 방법을 혼합한 사용성 테스트 모델을 제시하였다. 테스트 대상은 연구진이 운영하는 전자정보 공동구매 컨소시엄 웹 사이트로 하였다. 테스트 참가자는 실제 사용자로 하였으며 업무 역할과 숙련도별로 차이를 두어 구성하였다. 사용성 테스트 분석 결과를 반영하여 시스템을 개선하였고, 동일한 태스크를 수행하여 소요시간과 마우스 궤적 복잡도를 비교한 결과 모든 참가자의 사용성이 개선된 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 사용성 테스트 모델을 활용하여 비즈니스용 웹 사이트를 비용 효과적으로 평가하여 분석하는데 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다. 웹 사이트들은 목적별, 분야별로 특성이 있으므로 향후에는 특성화된 사용성 테스트 모델 연구가 필요하다고 본다.
