This study aims to confirm the effects of the practical work-oriented educational program applied to the nursing students prior to the commencement of their employment on the ability of the newly recruited nurses in execution of clinical competency, critical thinking and turnover rates. It is a single-group pre-post design and non-equivalent control group design. As for the results of the research, nurses who participated in the practical work-oriented educational program prior to employment displayed an increase in their ability to execute clinical competency and critical thinking capabilities along with the reduction in their turnover rate within 1month after their employment. The results indicate that practical work-oriented educational program form the stage of nursing school years prior to employment at hospital in important and the practical work-oriented educational program attempted as a new means of management of human resources for new nurses can be used as a beneficial program at the time of the development of education programs at the hospitals ans nursing schools.

The purpose of this study was trying to figure out the effective employment guidance plan through employment preparation of graduating senior in department affiliated with physical education and recent situation. This study was compared to 2013 Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey(GOMS). Data were collected from 164 graduating seniors in the department affiliated with physical education from 5 institutions of a 4-year university located in Gyeonggi-do, Seoul, and ChungChong-do by convenience sampling. For the data analysis, a descriptive statistic, frequency analysis, and one-samples t-test were conducted. Graduating seniors participating in school employment programs had a lower rate but the average rate of participation in career & employment classes and vocational test was more than 50%. They were satisfied with university education and career support but employment program and welfare facilities are in need of improvement. Furthermore, graduating seniors have national and private certificates related to major. Finally, they have very low participation rates in youth employment policies of government. Based on the results, the effective job placement guideline for the department affiliated with physical education is needed.

Wornen's lahor market participation as well as the policy concern for wider utilization of married women, have continuously grown up. However, research efforts on the determinants of women's labor market participation, in the context of the relationship hetween life courses and active entry into lahor market, has been far behind the growing interest in this field. This study has conducted an event histoiry analysis of women's labor market transition utilizing personal occupational history data collected by the Korea Institute for Women's Development in 1991. The analysis is divided into tow parts: First part introduces logit regression to analyze the determinants of women's labor market participation and exit. The second part employs Cox regression to see the variation of transition rate between employment and non-employment. The result shows that there is a wide variation in women's labor market participation according to age, cohort, and family formation. Special note is needed for the significantly negative effect of marriage and child birth on labor market participation. The transition pattern of lower class women with less education fits well to the prediction of neo-classical economics; but the tendency of highly educated women's regression to non-employment reveals the strong influence of the unfavorable labor market structure, which can be better explained by the neo-structuralist perspective. There is a strong trade-off between productive and reproductive labor of women, which can only be corrected by strong policy implementation, such as extended child care facilities, abolition of discriminatory employment practices, and expansion of flexible part-time employment.

본 논문은 우리나라 청소년 인구의 장기적 경제활동참여율 변동추이와 고용(실업)구조에 있어서의 변화에 관한 연구이다. 청소년층의 경제활동참여와 취업은 학교교육의 이수, 군복무, 결혼·출산을 통한 자신의 가족형성 등 일련의 생애전이과정(life-course transitin)과의 긴밀한 연계속에서 이루어지며 따라서 집단적으로는 연령단계에 따라서 큰 변화를 보인다. 본 논문에서는 먼저 지난 20여년간(1980년대-1990대) 청소년층의 연령단계별 경제활동참여 및 취업률이 어떻게 변화해 왔는가를 살펴본다. 청소년기에는 학교에서 노동시장으로의 진입과정(school-to-work transition)을 포함하고 있기 때문에 청소년층의 경제활동참여율 및 취업률은 무엇보다 동 연령집단의 취학률 및 진학률의 변화와 직접적으로 연결되어 있다. 본 논문에서 제시되는 자료에 의하면 지난 20여년간 우리나라 청소년층의 고등학교 및 대학진학률은 지속적이고 급격하게 상승하고 있었던 것으로 나타나고 있으며, 따라서 이러한 변화가 그들의 경제활동참여율 및 고용구조에 있어서의 변화에 미친 영향을 경험적 자료를 통하여 살펴본다. 1980년대 초반이후 우리나라 학교교육체제에 있어서의 변화가 청소년층의 취업구조에 미친 가장 주요한 영향 중의 하나는 높은 대학진학률에 따른 청소년 노동력의 고학력화와 그에 따른 고(高)실업의 문제이다. 본 논문에서는 사회구조적 요인과 고실업을 낳는 노동시장에 있어서의 불평등한 기회구조에 관한 이론적 논의와 경험적 증거들을 제시한다.

사회경제구조의 변화에 따라 여성의 사회참여가 크게 증가되는 추세이다. 가정주부의 취업여부에 따른 식생활 양상을 파악하기 위해 2001 국민건강ㆍ영양조사-영양조사부문의 결과를 심층 분석하였다. 2001 국민건강ㆍ영양조사는 2001년 11월 1일부터 12월 31일까지 전국 200개 지역에서 약 4,000가구, 14,000명을 대상으로 실시되었으며, 본 연구에서는 전업주부가정의 3,482명과 취업주부가정의 2,731명의 가족에 대한 식품 및 영양소 섭취량 자료가 분석에 활용되었다.(중략)

This study utilized Q methodology to analyze subjectivity and understand the various factors contributing to the employment difficulties faced by college students majoring in digital content, particularly focusing on practical education. The original data was obtained by administering a Q sample, designed around employment stress and job anxiety, to a purposively selected P sample of 31 individuals, who sorted and classified the statements. The analysis yielded four distinct types: 'lack of practical experience,' 'lack of employment and practical skills,' 'impaired career decision-making and weak will,' and 'lack of mentors and employment information.' Based on these types, the study suggests several implications and solutions, including facilitating student participation in internship programs, offering induction and non-curricular program education, conducting career exploration workshops, and expanding senior mentoring opportunities.

This study confirmed the effect of the employment support program on college students' grit and employment preparation behavior, and confirmed the post-program experience, change, and need for employment support. Data from a total of 39 people who participated in the employment support program were analyzed. The employment support program was conducted for 8 weeks starting August 29, 2022. A survey were conducted before and after the program, and interviews were conducted with 8 people afterwards. Descriptive statistics and t-test were used for data analysis, and interview content was analyzed. As a result of the study, the participants' employment preparation behavior significantly increased after the employment support program was implemented. Also, the employment support program helped prepare for realistic employment and set a direction, and improved confidence in employment. Therefore, expansion of employment support programs and customized employment support to improve college students' employment capabilities are necessary.

This study was conducted with 92 people who participated in the online self-introduction consulting program operated for 3 weeks in August, 2020 at a university. This is a study to find out whether the application of the online self-introduction consulting program helped prepare for employment. As a result of the study, there was not enough self-introduction to be written in advance or the employment target organization was not clear. After participating in the online self-introduction consulting program, it was very helpful in preparing for employment, and the service utilization of the related self-introduction program was high. They responded that a series of questions about the templates in the program helped to write the self-introduction letter. It was said that the interview preparation process is necessary as a necessary job support education

In this paper, we propose a analyses the big data of students who are willing to find employment and thus presents strategy for their higher success rate of employment. The experiment covered in this paper is based on female two-year community college students who are yet unsure about their future employment. The primary flaw of pervious employment strategy was job opportunity was only based on simple factors such as student's grade, appearance, and personality due to employers and firms's demand. Therefore, students were less satisfied and often resign. In order to prevent these failures, this paper plans a strategy by analyzing the big data. Furthermore, this is proven by the comparison between 2014 employment statistics and those of previous years, and employment request has been 21.3 percent increased along with 81.4 percent increase in match rate between firms and graduating students. Most importantly, the final success rate of employment presented 63.1 percent increase compared to the previous year.
