Because of the stagnancy of business activity and an excessive competition, the number of the people who quitting of one's business is increasing rapidly. Especially, government is further efforts on the upbringing for the small and micro business. But the ratio of cessation of business is increased gradually due to the influence of saturated market, consumer confidence shrinking, lack of funding and appearance of super supermarket. The another characteristic of growth rate for the cessation of business is the increase of the second foundation of business desire to succeed. But government's business transformation policy is inadequate. So, this study is willing to give an improvement of the government's support system through extraction actually and dependable data about business transformation and analysis to found a various gain model that continuous growth in small and micro business.

In today's rapidly growing contemporary society, there is a tendency for demand to automate production processes by utilizing the vision system. In general, image recognition is mainly concerned with embossed characters such as license plates, and research on recognition of intaglio characters is very limited. Especially, intaglio characters, which are marked on rubber related products such as tire surfaces, have difficulty in recognizing characters or numbers through image because the difference in brightness with surrounding is not so large. In this paper, we propose a system to improve the recognition rate of characters marked on intaglio rubber products such as tire surfaces. Also, it can be applied flexibly according to the lighting environment. Through the proposed system, production and inventory management and defect detection can be processed quickly by applying to the production process of tire and rubber products.

Infinite failure NHPP models presented in the literature exhibit either constant, monotonic increasing or monotonic decreasing failure occurrence rates per fault. In this paper, exponential distribution and Rayleigh distribution model was reviewed, proposes the mixture reliability model, which made out efficiency substituted for situation for failure time Algorithm to estimate the parameters used to maximum likelihood estimator and bisection method, model selection based on SSE and Kolmogorov distance, for the sake of efficient model, was employed. Analysis of failure using S27 data set for the sake of proposing shape parameter of the mixture distribution was employed. This analysis of failure data compared with the mixture distribution model and the existing model(using arithmetic and Laplace trend tests, bias tests) is presented.

The use of internet is expanding globally in a rapid way. The situation is similar in Korea. The growth of internet affects the various aspects of a social system. Such an impact is not an exception in the field of survey data-collection. The internet survey method has gained a recognition as an important survey approach in the U.S and Europe. A number of Korean research organizations have already started implementing the new survey method, too. The time is quite ripe for the internet survey in Korea. However, it is hard to find ever a good literature review on the subject. This study intends to review the results of the past studies about the question of what factors influence the response rate, speed, and quality. The influencing factors incorporated in this review include six elements: personalization, the survey sponsorship, incentives, the questionaire format, prenotification, and follow-ups. Regarding there sis factors, the results of the past studies relating to the internet survey response are reviewed in a systematic way.

In modern society the population of disabled goes on increasing rapidly not only in congenital deformities but also in acquired handicapped persons due to various factors such as car accidents and industrial disaster. And the number of disabled passengers in airports is growing every year with economic growth and globalization in Korea as well. That is the reason why the effort to the convenient facilities for the disabled in airports is needed more. The real situation in airports which are the public buildings is that the effort to install the facilities for the disabled is only perfunctory to meet the legal standard and cannot answer to the expectation of the facilities for e disabled. In this investigation I would like to give the airport operators the guide line to expand the facilities and the disabled an opportunity to use airports more freely and conveniently through the presentation on the problems and solutions with the current situation of the facilities for the disabled and the satisfaction of users in all airports in Korea.

Countries in the world make a strategic effort to develop their own ports into hub ports and lure transshipment cargoes. Likewise, the Busan Port tries to become a container hub port in Northeast Asia, but there is lately a gradual decline in the number of transshipment cargoes. The purpose of this study was to examine the influential factors of port transshipment traffic in an effort to identify the determinants of transshipments in the Busan Port. In existing studies, harbor infrastructure, maritime transshipment cost, port cost and port service were primarily presented as the determinants of transshipment traffic after surveys were conducted by experts. In this study, the transshipment traffic in the Busan Port was selected as a dependent variable, and the container traffic and transshipment traffic of ports in adjacent countries and each country's amount of trade and economic growth rate were selected as explanatory variables to analyze what factors determined the transshipment traffic in the port.

This paper deals with a longitudinal time series study on the viewing behavior of digital media service. After holdback of terrestrial broadcasting VOD service was extended in 2013, viewers' terrestrial broadcasting VOD viewing went down sharply. Researcher assumed that there was driven by watching alternative products such as movies, kids, etc. as the cause of the decline of the terrestrial broadcasting VOD viewing. In addition, researcher assumed that the decline of terrestrial broadcasting VOD viewing had an influence on the viewing rate of the terrestrial real-time broadcasting, and confirmed the cause of the decreasing of the terrestrial real-time broadcasting viewing rate. In order for terrestrial broadcasters to retrieve real-time broadcasting and VOD viewing, it is necessary to shorten the VOD holdback and reacquire viewers away from terrestrial broadcasting.

Improvement of service quality and to be caused by with high re-use result expandability, the importance of SOA softwares to be coming to be high recently, according to the [thu] your (Gartner) group from 2006 until 2011 CAGR (yearly average complex growth rate: Compound it is a tendency where in Annual Growth Rate) these 35% the domestic and foreign SOA software markets are increasing suddenly at this degree. It follows hereupon and in about quality rating of SOA softwares the demand is augmented in about development of the quality rating method which it follows international standard. In order to evaluate the use characteristic quality of SOA softwares a quality and about the use frost requirement from the research which it sees and escape with the scale box it examined it measured and in about the method which it decides and an evaluation instance a research the result according to the standard which is appropriate it accomplished it presented. The research which it sees it leads and it induces strategic engineering development it leads and with the fact that it will be the possibility of raising an objectivity and an application degree it expects the use characteristic quality increase of SOA softwares.
