The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among customer orientation, customer satisfaction, customer trust and loyalty of fitness center. The subjects were sport center customer and 250 data were collected and 237 of them were chosen as for final data analysis. Data processing was done for frequency analysis using SPSS 22.0, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation mode analysis using AMOS 22.0. Based on the above study method and procedures and the result are as follows. First, customer orientation had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Second, customer orientation had a positive effect on customer trust. Third, customer satisfaction and customer trust had a positive effect on loyalty.

A Meta-analysis refers to a statistical literature synthesis method from the quantitative results of many known empirical studies. Recently, the convergence of knowledge-based society and e-commerce, information telecommunication technologies has a rapid impact on politics, economics and various fields. We conducted a meta-analysis and review of between satisfaction, trust and loyalty on e-commerce researches. This study focused a total of 57 research papers that established causal relationships in between satisfaction, trust and loyalty on e-commerce published in Korean academic journals during 2002 and 2013. The result of the meta-analysis might be summarized that the highest effect size in the path from the satisfaction to the trust with the effect size(0.591). Based on these findings, several theoretical and practical implications were suggested and discussed with the difference from previous researches.

This research was conducted to investigate the influence of affective events, affect, and job satisfaction on clinical nurse's turnover intention and to provide guidelines for interventions and strategies to decrease turnover intention. The participants consisted of 296 nurses recruited from three general hospitals in South Korea. Data was collected by a structured self-report questionnaire, and were analyzed using SPSS Statistics 24.0 and AMOS 24.0. The final path model was a good fit for the data based on the model fit indices. In the path analysis, positive events, negative events, positive affect, negative affect, and job satisfaction had statistically significant effects on turnover intention, explaining 37.0% of the variance. This research provided evidence identifying factors influencing turnover intention in clinical nurses. Therefore, findings from this research can be used to design appropriate strategies to decrease the clinical nurse's turnover intention.

The purpose of this study was to identify factors influencing nursing performance of nurses in general hospitals. The participants were 251 nurses working in general hospitals in B city. SPSS/WIN 23.0 was used for analysis with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression. The result of the multiple regression indicates self-leadership(${\beta}=.43$, p<.001), total clinical career(${\beta}=.26$, p<.001), job satisfaction(${\beta}=.14$, p=.010), and annual self-development activity count(${\beta}=.10$, p=.049) were associated with nursing performance. These factors accounted for 38.5% of the total variance in nursing performance. Considering the results of this study, multi-dimensional programs to improve self-leadership and job satisfaction should be developed and implemented in order to foster nursing performance in clinical practice.

With the proliferation of information technology communication and smart device, the environment where contents are produced and distributed is changing. People can use the contents quickly and easily, and the content industry is attracting attention and creating newly added value by converging with other industries. Accordingly, there is a need for content-related companies to understand the quality of content perceived by users in order to succeed in content, and to use it strategically. Therefore, this study aims to examine the relationship between content quality factors, user satisfaction, and recommendation intention through empirical analysis based on an IS success model. The analysis was conducted using smartPLS3.0 based on a total of 301 survey responses. As a result of the study, it was found that content usefulness, accessible system quality, convenient system quality, service provider trust, and interaction had a significant effect on user's satisfaction. Perceived privacy protection had a significant effect on user satisfaction and recommendation intention. Lastly, it was found that user satisfaction had a significant effect on recommendation intention. The results of this study are expected to provide useful information and therefore content companies can understand about the quality perceived by users.

The purpose of this study is to examined the relationship between social support, self-rated health status and life satisfaction among elderlies with chronic disease. For this study, 228 respondents suffered from chronic diseases and 75 healthy elderlies aged over 65 were analyzed. For the data analysis, a structural equation analysis and multi-group analysis were performed. As a result, higher levels of social support for elderlies with chronic diseases showed a higher level of life satisfaction, and the self-rated health status was found to be a significant mediator. The social support of the elderlies with chronic diseases significantly impacted their self-rated health status differently on healthy elderlies. To improve the self-rated health status and life satisfaction of elderlies with chronic disease, social services should be offered with social support providers. This study is meaningful in suggesting selective implications for elderlies with chronic disease.

This study was conducted to confirm the effect of noise generated by military training on the life satisfaction of residents living near military facilities. In 2017, an interview survey was conducted on 904 adult residents living near military facilities. The life satisfaction score of the survey subjects was analyzed to be 3.17 out of a total of 5 points, which was confirmed to be lower than that of previous studies on adults. Factors influencing the life satisfaction of residents around military facilities were analyzed. Life satisfaction as dependent variables, demographic factors and physical damage experience factors, and mental damage experience factors were selected as independent variables. As a result of regression analysis, it was analyzed that monthly average household income (coef.=0.09, p<0.001), emotional anxiety (coef.=-0.34, p<0.001), and stress (coef.=-0.05, p<0.001) affected life satisfaction. This study is expected to be used as basic data for establishing policies to improve the life satisfaction of residents living in areas around military facilities.

Though school leaders play a crucial role in encouraging the creative school environment, culture, and system that might improve the creative competencies of teachers, there has been little attention to the creative leadership of school supervisors. In this paper, we provide the satisfaction and view of elementary and secondary school leaders who were involved in professional development training for enhancing creative leadership. Using one-way ANOVA and qualitative data coding, we analyze the survey responses from the 67 in-service principals and vice-principals during three different training periods as 2020-I, 2020-II, and 2021-I. We present and compare the result on their satisfaction in terms of satisfaction regarding the process, administrative supports, and optional programs among the training. Next, we explore how the school administrators think the creative leadership training and proposal for its improvement. Based on the feedback for these stakeholders, further studies need to steadily enhance the professional development training for creative leadership and practical program contents.

This study investigated the situations and satisfaction of home-based occupational therapy service for children under eighteen residing in Suncheon and Gwangyang. Arithmetic statistics were conducted by dividing the general facts of home-based occupational therapy service, the kinds of service used in home-based therapy, the satisfaction of home-based occupational therapy service, facts helpful for children, and facts helpful for parents or home. As a result, the most common source of home-based occupational therapy information was the association for children with disabilities and its satisfaction was high. This study will provide basic materials to build up systematic, stable, and continuous rehabilitation therapy support projects by the government.

The Ministry for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries has been designating as Fishery village from 2001 to revitalize economy of fishery villages. But a few of the Fishery villages have been operated as general visiting tourist places or decreased the number of the tourists. In this study, a survey about some status of usage and satisfaction level with Fishery village, the preference for fishery village stay programs was conducted at 21 villages designated in Young-nam area. As a result, three revitalization plans were suggested to improve the fishery village stay program and to promote economic growth of the fishery villages.
