A new clock skew optimization for clock routing using link-edge insertion is proposed in this paper. It satisfies the given skew bound and prevent the total wire length from increasing. As the clock skew is the major constraint for high speed synchronous ICs, it must be minimized in order to obtain high performance. But clock skew minimization can increase total wire length, therefore clock routing is performed within the given skew bound which can not induce the malfunction. Clock routing under the specified skew bound can decrease total wire length Not only total wire length and delay time minimization algorithm using merging point relocation method but also clock skew reduction algorithm using link-edge insertion technique between two nodes whose delay difference is large is proposed. The proposed algorithm construct a new clock routing topology which is generalized graph model while previous methods uses only tree-structured routing topology. A new cost function is designed in order to select two nodes which constitute link-edge. Using this cost function, delay difference or clock skew is reduced by connecting two nodes whose delay difference is large and distance difference is short. Furthermore, routing topology construction and wire sizing algorithm is developed to reduce clock delay. The proposed algorithm is implemented in C programming language. From the experimental results, we can get the delay reduction under the given skew bound.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among physical self-concept, leisure sport participation satisfaction, and leisure sport participation level. By analysing a total of 353 university students participating in leisure sport with structural equation modeling through AMOS 20.0 statistics program, this study found the followings. First, the physical self-concept has a positive influence on leisure sport participation satisfaction. Second, leisure sport participation level has a positive influence on leisure sport participation satisfaction. Third, there was no significant mediating effect of leisure sport participation level on the relationship between physical self-concept and leisure sport participation satisfaction.

This study is to suggest that the Effects of job satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on the Level of Organizational Learning for the Private Security Guards. in Seoul and in the sales launch of the eight companies selected by the wireless, Companies under the cooperation of managers throughout the visit and the subjects of this study was good enough for the purpose described by the following stratified cluster random sampling 2009 September to 10 October to call a total of 320 questionnaires distributed 51 copies unfaithful 259 copies were used except for analysis. I used SPSSWIN 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 to reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, independent-sample t-test, analysis of variance, stepwise multiple regression analysis and path analysis. The level of statistical significance was set to .05. The following are conclusions. the business aspect and human aspect in the Level of Organizational Learning has an effect on the Organizational Commitment. and the Organizational Commitment has an effect on the Job Satisfaction.

This study examined the effect of insecure attachments, depression, life satisfaction on SNS addiction tendency. Participants were recruited from 3 universities in Seoul, Daejeon and Kyungbook Province. Participants were given the survey including instruments that measured adult attachment, depression, life satisfaction, and SNS addiction tendency. Total 310 participants' data were used for analysis. Multiple regression revealed that SNS addiction tendency was predicted by anxious attachment(${\beta}=.32$, p<.001), depression(${\beta}=.17$, p=.003), and gender(${\beta}=-.25$, p<.001), except life satisfaction, and 26% of the variance was explained by these variables. These findings can help to expand the understanding and the development of the effective prevention/intervention programs of SNS addiction tendency for university students.

When a berth is built close to a fairway, a moored vessel will be affected by the ship waves generated by navigating vessels. In this study, a portable measurement system was developed to measure the roll motion of an actual vessel, and the results were compared with simulation results. The simulation results showed that the roll motion satisfies the loading safety criteria. However, the actual results of the vessel, did not satisfy the criteria in some cases. In this study, 18 cases that did not satisfy the loading safety criteria were analyzed. Among these cases, three cases were affected by a different time zone of the remaining 15 cases, 11 cases (73.3%) were observed to be consistent with arrival times of passenger ships of more than 10,000GT sailing between in Mokpo and Jeju. The results of this study can be used to reflect marine traffic characteristics in the assessment of loading safety, which can increase the reliability of results of the loading safety assessment of ships.

This study was to confirm the mechanism through which the career preparation behaviors are determined by identifying the structural relationship between influential variables on the career preparation behaviors of college students majoring in security service, and to offer proposals for promoting their career preparation behaviors based on the research results. With this aim, the study analyzes the effect of career decision-making autonomy, satisfaction with a major, and satisfaction with martial arts training on career identity, as well as the influential relationship concerning the effect of career identity on career preparation behaviors. For this, the study set as a population college students majoring in security service in the Gyeonggi region. As a subsequent sampling method, the study selected 300 students through purposive sampling. Then, excluding 13 copies of which the answers were insincere, 263 copies were used for data analysis. The detailed results include the following. First, regarding career decision-making autonomy, it was discovered to have a positive (+) effect on career decision-making self-efficacy. Second, whereas satisfaction with a major had no significant effect on career decision-making self-efficacy, it had a negative (-) effect on career preparation behaviors. Third, satisfaction with martial arts training was found to have a positive (+) effect on career decision-making self-efficacy. Fourth, career decision-making self-efficacy had a positive (+) effect on career preparation behaviors. Fifth, career identity had a negative (-) effect on career preparation behaviors.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effects of job satisfaction on the relationship between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation of individual and creative behavior and to investigate the relationship between job satisfaction and creative behaviors. For this purpose, a total of 300 questionnaires were distributed to public officials working in three local governments (GGun, KGun and HGun) in Jeollanam-do, and 213 surveys (71%) were used. The results of the study are as follows. First, It was shown that intrinsic and extrinsic motivation has a positive effect on creative behavior. The effect of extrinsic motivation on creative behavior is the same as the recent research flow. Second, intrinsic motivation positively affects job satisfaction, but extrinsic motivation has no statistically significant effect on job satisfaction about intrinsic and extrinsic motivation and job satisfaction. Third, in the relationship between job satisfaction and creative behavior, it was shown that job satisfaction has a positive effect on creative behavior. Fourth, as a result of verifying the mediating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation and creative behavior, intrinsic motivation has a significant influence on creative behavior through the mediation of job satisfaction. On the other hand, there was no mediating effect of job satisfaction between extrinsic motivation and creative behavior.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the mindfulness based art therapy on clinical nurses' job stress, self-efficacy, satisfaction with life, and life satisfaction expectancy. 26 clinical nurses were selected and 13 were randomly assigned to an experimental group and the other 13 were to a control one. The art therapy was conducted to the experimental group for about 90 minutes a session every week, for a total of 12 sessions. Both groups were measured with pre- and post-tests of job stress, mindfulness, self-efficacy, satisfaction with life, and life satisfaction expectation scales. The results demonstrated that the experimental group were lower in job stress, and higher in mindfulness, self-efficacy, satisfaction with life, and life satisfaction expectation than the control one significantly. Moreover, the experimental group showed that significant positive changes in every post measure. In sum, the effects of the mindfulness based art therapy on the clinical nurses' job stress, mindfulness, self-efficacy, satisfaction with life, and life satisfaction expectancy were proved. Lastly, some limitations of the study were discussed.

The demand of using educational applications for 'smart' devices has recently increased. Accordingly, this study analyzed the satisfaction of educational applications and the factors which affect to purchase intention suggesting optimal development and use for the future. Based on searching for the theoretical background, the research model for the study was set: Appropriateness, interactivity, amusement and ubiquity were designated as independent variables, consumer satisfaction as parameter variable, and purchase intention as dependent variable. Through conducting structural equation modeling with the variables, the results showed that appropriateness, amusement and ubiquity had significant impacts on consumer satisfaction and purchase intention of educational applications. The results were expected to give suggestions as presenting guideline for educational application, improving mobile learning and vitalizing mobile contents.

The purpose of this study is to find out the mediating effects of positive communication on the relationship between level of forgiveness and marital satisfaction of married men and women. For this purpose, a total of 300 married men and women were surveyed using the Rye forgiveness level, positive communication scale, and marital satisfaction scale. The collected data were analyzed through structural equation modeling. First, there was a correlation between the level of forgiveness of married men and women, positive communication, positive communication, marital satisfaction, forgiveness and marital satisfaction. Second, forgiveness of married men and women affects marital satisfaction through fully mediating effect of positive communication. This suggests that the higher the level of forgiveness of married men and women, the higher the positive communication and the higher the marital satisfaction. Based on these results, the implications and limitations of this study and suggestions for future research were suggested.
