A Study on the Authentic Leadership Influencing on Innovative Behavior: Focusing on Mediating Effect of Employee's Silence (진성리더십이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 구성원 침묵의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • It is believed that there will be changes in the behavior of members according to the characteristics of the organization's leader. The purpose of this study is to find out the factors that induce changes in the behavior of employees of the organization through empirical research. In order to accomplish the research aims, we developed and verify the research model using authentic leadership as an independent variable and the innovative behavior as a criterion variable. In addition, by using the silent phenomenon of the members as a mediating variable, we also tried to find out how it affects the behavior of the employees. Empirical results of the study showed that authentic leadership as an independent variable had a direct influence on the innovation behavior of employees, and the mediating effect of silence also had a partial mediating effect. These findings suggest that leadership and Silence factors which are internal motivational factors leading to behavior of employees are affected innovative behavior. There are some expectations as follow. Based on this study, it would be an important issue that the study on the necessity of silence management of employees through research on the causes of silence felt by members of the organization and the influence.

  • 21세기 정보화 시대에는 알고 있는 지식의 대부분이 짧은 생성 주기를 가지게 되어, 다양한 변화의 시대가 될 것으로 예상하며 우리는 이것을 체험하고 있다. 열린수업에 대한 연구가 끝나기도 전에 수준별수업, 이번에는 멀티미디어 수업, 올해는 수행평가와 체험수업 등으로 다양한 변화를 권장받고 있다. 그리고 변화는 더욱 가속될 것이며, 또 다른 새로운 이름의 학습모형이 계속해서 나올 것이지만 그래도 일관된 방향성을 찾는다면, 가르친다는 것이 '지식의 전달'에 근거한 권위적인 모델로부터 '배움의 자극'을 제공하는 학생중심의 수업으로, 개별적인 학습활동과 더불어 소집단 공동학습활동을 중시하여, 발표${\cdot}$토의 활동과 관찰, 조사 등의 자기주도적인 학습능력과 협력 학습능력을 배양하는 쪽으로 바뀌어 가는 것이다. 다음의 예는 구서여자중학교 중심 MathPower 교과연구회에서 수행하고 있는 수학적 힘을 기르는 몇 가지 방법으로, 수학적 개념을 가르치는데 가장 적절한 예는 아닐 수도 있지만, ${\cdot}$ 학습수준을 고려한 교양으로서의 수학. ${\cdot}$ 협동적으로 사고하고 문제를 해결하는 의사소통 수단으로서의 수학. ${\cdot}$ 창의성과 인재에 중점을 둔 수학. 교육으로, 다양한 학습자료의 제작 및 활용으로 교실이 다른 사람과 협동적으로 사고하며, 수학적인 아이디어를 나누는 장소가 되어, 가슴이 따뜻하며, 재기발랄한 아이들이 IQ와 EQ, 그리고 창의력을 두루 맛볼 수 있었으면 하는 바램으로 정리한 것입니다.

  • We need education program and contents that satisfy on-off line's education maximize an initiative spirit development in an absence of UI design for infants and elementary students. For the multiplicity of inflection of these initiative spirit development education program, we need development of contents and teaching materials(Cre-kids) that can educate both in on-line and in off-line. Cre-kids are divided of four areas that are increased fluency, flexibility, originality and delicacy. Four areas are ideas of language, visual, making and computer. Through each area, we can develop children's systematic modeling idea ability. And we divide of fluency, flexibility, originality and delicacy each four areas and evaluate each aspect and mark for index. That is CDQ(Creativity Design Quotient). Through the evaluation result, we will be able to study about a modeling initiative spirit index.

  • Edutainment is the one of important factors to study interactive TV for children, and it is a big portion in kid's marketing and education market as well. The aim of this study is to design interactive TV for children to maximize edutainment effects by researching children's behaviors. The analysis of children's behaviors with educational effects should be focused to apply designing user experience to propose new ideas of interactive TV. Through observing children's behaviors and interaction with other media, such as books, CD players, digital camera, and so on, TV can be reanalyzed as reliable media, which is creative interactive TV for children with proposals of user experience structure and interaction solution. TV has been changed from analog TV to IPTV and it will be different with network and interactive solution.

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a convergence software teaching and learning model based on flipped learning through multidisciplinary integration of the subject matter curriculum and content elements of software education so as to facilitate students' self-directed learning utilizing computers and smart devices and to apply the model to the elementary classroom and examine the effects on students' EPL interest and achievement levels. The teaching and learning model consists of four stages: content convergence, problem presentation, creative idea design, and product sharing. The results of the analyses indicated that students' EPL interest was enhanced and achievement levels were increased. The implications of the results of the study and expected effects were discussed.

  • This paper tried to produce the abstract nail designs using the colors expressed in the works by the artist Chun Kyung-ja. The approach in this paper aimed to prepare the basis for realizing the creative idea on the nail design and to help to expand the expression field of nail design. The works expressing the artistic features of the artist Chun Kyung-ja well were selected for the empirical research and color data was analyzed using NCS(Natural Color System). Finally, 5 kinds of representative works on the works by the artist Chun Kyung-ja were selected and applied to nail designs for creating nail designs as well as application of colors. In conclusion, the nail design of this research is convergence of nail design and the modern Korean painting. Based on such convergence, this paper expressed the nail design by recreating the of beauty design by various viewpoints.

A Study on the influence of R&D Organizational Culture to Technology Innovation in Small and Medium Enterprises (중소기업의 R&D조직문화가 기술혁신에 미치는 영향)

  • This paper alms to examine the impact of R&D organization culture to Technology Innovation in Small and Medium Enterprises. Hypotheses were tested by surveying 250 employees at R&D Gumi Industrial Complex. We conducted exploratory factor analysis for four constructs (diversity, autonomy, connectivity and flexibility) using oblique rotation method that did not assume independence among the factors and main factors of organizational culture in R&D organization were grouped together by four factors. The results of this study are as followings; First, three factors of R&D organizational culture had a significant positive effect on the product innovation and except autonomy. Second, two factors of R&D organizational culture had a significant positive effect on the process innovation except autonomy and flexibility. it is shown reliable criterion to effective organizational management for successful Technology Innovation in small and medium enterprises.

Development of Web-Based VE Supporting System for Effective Workshop (효율적인 VE워크숍을 위한 웹기반 VE지원시스템 개발에 대한 기초연구)

  • Value Engineering methodology was introduced about 30years ago and has significant achievement in Korea. However, many of workshop still focus on cost down process and do not spend enough time on function analysis and expert cooperation. As a result, limited range of creative ideas were produced. To improve effectiveness of VE workshop, this study developed web-based value engineering process and system. And this study applied it to real case study to evaluate effectiveness of proposed system. Developed VE system also provides automated FAST diagram function and decision-making supporting tools. The authors found that this developed web-based VE system can significantly help to save cost and improve performance of VE workshop by using the appropriate VE process, and quick cooperation between experts. In addition, this study shows an example of a VE case study that applies the web-based VE system process, which led to a very innovative and effective way to lead workshop.

  • The purpose of this study is to perform spatial restructuring by user participation design as one of the school space innovation projects. The contents of this study were conducted through the process of deriving and applying various requirements and specific ideas while communicating through the user participation process targeting Y Elementary School in Busan. As a result of the study, the space design was pursued in various ways, away from the uniform educational space of grades 1-6. This study focuses on the development of various space designs that reflect the characteristics of each grade level, and it is characterized by a built-in cabinet for each person to secure a personal space. For a space created by innovation, It can be seen that for a space created by innovation, it is essential to design based on the user participation of various people who use the space.

The Influence of Voice Endorsement on Outcomes for the Workers in China: Focused on the Mediating Effect of Perceived Organizational Support (채택된 발언행동이 중국 기업의 직원 업무 성과에 미치는 영향: 조직지원 인식의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • In China, enterprises are increasingly shifting the focus of their reforms toward stimulating the development of organizational effectiveness under the guidance of the long-term planning system. Innovative ideas and constructive suggestions originating internally are likely to inject new vitality into their ongoing development, allowing them to better face new global opportunities and challenges. Therefore, this study verifies the impact of voice endorsement and outcomes for the workers in china and selected perceived organizational support as a mediator variable. Based on theoretical research, this study proposes and tests 6 key research hypotheses using structural equation modeling(SEM). Data were collected from employees in China by the survey method. The analysis results reveal that perceived organizational support plays a mediating role in the relationship between voice endorsement and the outcomes of job satisfaction, job commitment, and job performance except for job stress.
