A Study on Recognition for Foundation Before and After Foundation Education -Focused on the case of senior foundation education in M university- (창업교육 전후 창업인식에 관한 연구 -M대학교 시니어창업교육 사례를 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the differences in recognition for foundation before and after foundation education for preliminary senior founder' demographic characteristics, and to verify the effects of the characteristics on the foundation interest and foundation confidence. For this, questionnaire survey was carried out for 103 preliminary senior founders who participated in the foundation education program implemented by government. The statistical significance was verified with SPSS 18.0 program. On the basis of empirical study results, the main results were withdrawn as follows. First, there was a significant difference in foundation interest between before and after foundation education. Second, there was no significant difference in foundation interest with foundation motivation at before and after foundation education. Third, there was no significant difference in foundation confidence between before and after foundation education. Fourth, there was no significant difference in foundation confidence with foundation motivation at before and after foundation education. In conclusion, this study recommends an alternative for education curriculum development and operation for improving the actual performance of the curriculums targeting the senior generation through reliable research.

  • In this study, the objective of the study was to verify how college students' entourage and transformational leadership can affect employment and entrepreneurship perception. In addition, with the coronavirus infection, which has a widespread global impact over the past few months, we want to see how the social issue of pandemic affects the personal characteristics of college students and their perceptions of employment and entrepreneurship. Research Results University students with high entrepreneurship and transformational leadership perceived the social issue of the Corona 19 pandemic as a crisis, which is comparable to the economic crisis, and rather than cringe, adapting to the shift of a new paradigm, new job opportunities or opportunities for entrepreneurship It was found to be an opportunity to recognize as. As the untact society is expected to become a new normal, securing new employment and entrepreneurship opportunities is emerging as an important factor through cultivation of entrustment and transformational leadership. The results of this study are based on the need for practical education on entrepreneurship and transformational leadership, such as creating a business model to strengthen the ability to'explore opportunities' to explore opportunities in crisis for potential entrepreneurs and college students with potential employment potential. Exploratory study on Perceived Critical Sucess Factors for Young Entrepreneurs in the Early Startup Stage (예비 청년창업가들의 핵심성공요인 인식에 대한 탐색적 연구)

  • This study explored how early stage entrepreneurs think about key success factors of startup and its impact factors. Previous research on key success factors of startup focused on high technology industry or explored retrospectively main reason of their startup success. However, preparatory entrepreneur who lacks career and social experience has different point of view of startup success, because of their situation which they overcome various problem of entrepreneurial process. This research surveyed key success factors and impact factors of entrepreneurial success based on 905 preparatory entrepreneur. We witnessed that preparatory entrepreneur recognizes various key success factors and found different key success factors according to the attribute of preparatory entrepreneur. We found that man, team startup and non technology related startup in 20s age emphasized procuring superior manpower. But solitary startup and previous career related busienss and long preparation term in 30s age recognized importantly about the entrepreneur's ability. Also, preparatory entrepreneur who considered importantly sales promotion and thorough preparation has different attribute. We can find a unique point that Funding capability was not significant attribute. Finally we suggested implication and further research agenda to foster young entrepreneur based on major findings.

사회적 기업 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

  • 우리나라는 외환위기 이후 경제가 급속도로로 발전했으나 변화하는 과정에서 여러 사회문제들이 발생했다. 저 출산 및 고령화, 환경오염, 실업률 증가, 지역 사회 붕괴, 사회적 가치 창출 및 공유 미흡등 사회적인 약자가 증가하고 그들에 대한 배려가 부족해지면서 사회적 서비스가 중요한 시대가 되었다. 사회적 기업은 영리기업과 비영리 기업의 중간 형태로, 사회적 목적을 우선적으로 추구하면서 재화/서비스의 생산 및 판매 등 영업활동을 수행하는 조직을 말한다.(사회적기업진흥원, 2017) 사회 전반적으로 사회 문제에 대한 관심과 사회적 기업에 대한 창의적인 아이디어, 도전들은 많다. 하지만 사회문제를 해결하기 위한 사회적 기업 창업을 하는 사람은 그리 많지 않는 것이 현실이다. 이러한 현실을 통해 본 논문에서는 현재 대학생, 대학원생들의 사회적 기업 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 관하여 고찰하였다. 사회적 기업 창업과 벤처 창업 의지에 관한 선행 연구들을 바탕으로 연구를 진행 하였다. 사회적 기업 창업 의지에 영향을 미치는 영향으로는 개인적 특성(위험 감수성, 혁신 추구성, 진취성, 사회가치지향성), 사회문제 상황인식(문제인식, 관여도), 대학의 사회적 기업 정보등을 선정하였다. 이러한 요인을 바탕으로 국내 대학생과 대학원생들에게 설문조사를 진행하였으며, 설문조사 결과에 대한 신뢰성, 요인분석, 상관관계 분석 등을 통해 본 연구에서 설계한 가설을 검증해 보았다. 본 연구 결과는 향후 사회적 기업을 창업? 잠재적인 대학생 및 대학원생들의 창업을 도와주기 위한 정책적 지원을 만드는데 도움이 되며, 사회적 기업 창업에 관한 연구 확산에도 기여 할 수 있을 것이다.

  • The entrepreneurship is a key success factor of industrial development in global competitive environments. but there is no entrepreneurship index/indicator which gives comprehensive advantages for monitoring and forecasting entrepreneur environments in Korea. The purpose of the study is developing Entrepreneurship Survey Index(ESI) which considering various significant entrepreneur factors. The suggested ESI in this exploratory study consists of entrepreneurship business index(EBI), entrepreneurship environment index(EEI) and entrepreneurship preparation index(EPI). The EBI is composed of overall business factors which revised from practical studies and expert reviews. The EEI is mainly retrieved Global Entrepreneurship Monitor(GEM) and partially modified by an expert advisor to identify entrepreneur environments. The EPI is developed for evaluating and confirming the capability, plan and intention of the pre-entrepreneurship. The practical survey of using the proposed ESI will enhance the power of forecasting the entrepreneurship environment changes and provide effective entrepreneurship policy making for stakeholder.

Effects of Entrepreneurship Motivation on Entrepreneurial Opportunity Competence in Preliminary Young Entrepreneurs: Focusing on Mediating Effects Of Entrepreneurial Efficacy and Entrepreneurial Orientation (예비청년창업가의 창업동기가 창업기회역량에 미치는 영향: 창업효능감과 기업가지향성의 매개변수의 효과 중심으로)

  • In young entrepreneurs, the individual situation of opportunity discovery is very important. It is very important that the opportunities that are created for a particular individual entrepreneur are also recognized and assessed through the process. The need for the development of entrepreneurial opportunity competencies, which have a low proportion of opportunistic entrepreneurship, is low in the entrepreneurship education. In particular, young entrepreneurs are in desperate need of opportunistic entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of entrepreneurship motivation on entrepreneurial opportunity competence, using entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurship orientation as mediation variables for preliminary young entrepreneurs (19-39 old). In the case of young entrepreneurs, there is a tendency to study entrepreneurship policies and education through the system of youth entrepreneurship schools, mainly on college students and youths, and on the effects of institutional support on entrepreneurship. There is little research on the effect of a entrepreneurial motivation on the entrepreneurial opportunity competence needed to promote an entrepreneurial venture in a model with multiple mediators. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of start - up motivation on the entrepreneurial opportunity competence. To do this we analyzed 374 questionnaires collected from preliminary young entrepreneurs in Seoul and Gyeonggi provinces. The results of the analysis using SPSS v22.0 and Process macro v3.0 showed that the motivation of start - up had a significant effect on both opportunity recognition and opportunity evaluation of entrepreneurial opportunity competence. Second, motivation of entrepreneurs has a significant effect on entrepreneurial efficacy. Third, entrepreneurial efficacy has a significant effect on entrepreneurial orientation. Fourth, entrepreneurial orientation has a significant effect on entrepreneurial opportunity competence. Fifth, there is a significant indirect effect between entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition when passing through entrepreneurial orientation, entrepreneurial efficacy and entrepreneurial orientation at the same time, But indirect effects was insignificant when only entrepreneurship efficacy is passed. There is a significant indirect effect on all mediators between entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial opportunity valuation. It is suggested that strengthening education on entrepreneurship is necessary to cultivate awareness of entrepreneurship opportunities and strengthening education on both entrepreneurial efficacy and entrepreneurship is necessary to cultivate evaluation of entrepreneurship opportunities by type of entrepreneurial motivation.

A Study on Influential Factors of Self-leadership on Start-up Intention (셀프리더십이 창업의지에 미치는 영향 요인에 관한 연구)

  • As an origin and a starting point of business start-up, this start-up intention is believed to be the driving force of economic growth. Being aware of the importance of the start-up intention, the study looked into cause-and-effect relationships of variables focusing on intermediate roles of start-up self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation in self-leadership and start-up intention of business founders. In order to achieve the research goal, the study conducted both a survey targeting a total of 195 business founders registered at a business incubation center and an empirical analysis on the results of the survey. According to the findings from the analysis, the study first learned that the self-leadership would have a positive effect on the start-up self-efficacy and the intrinsic motivation which eventually proved that the self-leadership is a leading variable of the start-up self-efficacy and the intrinsic motivation. Second, both the start-up self-efficacy and the intrinsic motivation were observed to be positively related to the start-up intention. That finding signified that roles of the start-up self-efficacy and the intrinsic motivation are important to increase the start-up intention. Third, intermediate effects of the start-up self-efficacy and the start-up intention were discovered from the self-leadership and the start-up intention, the main topics of the research. Hence, in order to improve the start-up intention, the importance of the start-up self-efficacy and the intrinsic motivation should be recognized and promoted as well and for this goal to be achieved, the business founders should understand the idea that the self-leadership has to come first than anything else in this case. Based on the results of the research, the study offers theoretical and practical implications.

창업가가 인식한 창업지원사업의 중요도: 만족도 분석

  • 본 연구는 창업지원사업의 효과성을 높이기 위해 창업지원사업의 분야 및 창업지원사업의 기대충족도와 경영성과와의 인과관계를 규명하고 창업기업의 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지를 검증하는 것에 목적이 있다. 이에 따라 우리나라 창업지원사업의 분야별 인지도, 중요도, 만족도를 살펴보고, 이러한 인식도의 차이인 기대충족도를 비교분석하여 이에 근거한 문제점을 파악함으로서 현 시대에 맞는 발전방향을 도출하여 우리나라 창업지원사업의 발전방안들을 제시하며, 합리적이고 효과적인 정책방향을 탐색하고자한다. 조사대상은 충청남도와 충청북도의 창업보육센터에 위치하며, 중소기업창업지원법에 의해 사업을 개시하고 7년이 지나지 않은 개인사업자 및 법인 사업자로 한정하였다. 자료수집 방법은 창업보육 매니저에게 요청하여 10개의 창업보육센터를 대상으로 총 150개의 입주기업에 이메일 설문지가 발송되었고, 자기보고식 작성방법에 따라 설문회수된 123개의 설문지 중 불성실 하게 응답한 설문지 1부를 제외한 총 122개를 최종 설문지로 사용하였다. 연구를 위한 자료의 수집은 2017년 10월 10일부터 2017년 10월 25일까지 2주간 실시하였다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위해 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0을 활용하여 분석하였다. 창업지원사업 분야별로 창업자들이 상대적으로 중요하게 생각하는 정도와 실제 만족하는 정도의 평균값과 그 차이에 대한 검정을 한 결과는 다음과 같다. 창업지원사업 중 가장 중요하게 인지하고 있는 분야는 자금지원(4.44점), 시설 공간(4.25점), 컨설팅(3.80점), 창업교육(3.76점) 순으로 나타났고, 자금지원과 시설 공간은 4점 이상의 높은 점수를 보였다. 창업지원사업의 만족도는 창업교육(3.39점), 시설 공간(3.48점), 자금지원(3.36점), 컨설팅(3.33점)순으로 나타났다. 창업지원사업의 창업교육, 시설 공간, 컨설팅, 자금지원 각각 분야의 중요도와 만족도의 차이에 대한 통계적 유의성을 검정한 결과 모든 분야에서 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  • The purpose of this study is to grasp the correlation between network and firm's performance by analyzing the perception and characteristics of network of business founder and investor from the perspective of the network. We selected a TIPS support program which is evaluated to be a best practice as a research target for empirical analysis. The empirical results using social network and statistical analysis, shows that the stronger the investor's network connectivity, the more likely it is that the investor's start - up succeeds in attracting subsequent investment. In addition, both the entrepreneurial team and the management think that the internal human network between the enterprise and the investor plays an important role in inducing investment or exploring the company, and recognizes that the value of the human network will have a significant influence on the enterprise value evaluation or investment decision.

창업준비와 창업실패 부담감이 창업성과에 미치는 영향 연구: 사회적지지의 조절효과를 중심으로

  • 본 연구의 목적은 첫째 창업자가 창업을 함에 있어 창업준비를 통해 창업성과에 미치는 영향관계와 본질적으로 항상 내재되어 있는 실패에 대한 두려움 요인이 창업성과에 미치는 영향 관계를 실증 검증하고자 한다. 두 번째로 상반된 개념의 독립변수가 동시에 종속변수에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 이에 따라 변수간의 상관관계를 분석하고, 사회적지지를 조절변수로 하여 창업준비와 창업실패에 대한 부담감에 조절효과가 있는지 검증하고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구의 의의는 창업준비와 창업실패 부담감이 창업성과에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 규명하고 사회적지지의 조절효과 요인을 분석하는데 있다. 연구의 학문적 함의점은 주요 많은 국내문헌에서 창업실패감과 창업의지에 관한 연구중심에서 벗어나 창업준비와 실패에 대한 부담감이 창업성과에 미치는 영향을 직접적으로 검증하는데 있다. 또한 창업자들이 인식하고 있는 창업준비와 창업실패에 대한 부담감이 창업성과와의 영향관계를 파악하여 구체적인 실무적 시사점을 제공할 수 있다.
