This research examined to seek managing the way of effectiveness for training through the teachers' perceptions and the current status of in-service training for the gifted in arts. Conclusions based on the results of the analysis are as follow. First, it is analyzed that about 49.4 percent of respondents do not have any experiences of in-service training related to the gifted education in arts and there are also teachers who teach with no experiences of in-service training. Moreover, it is also analyzed that in-service training is generally being conducted with revolving to basic courses and the opportunities that teachers are able to develop programs for themselves are offered insufficiently. Second, in terms of management of in-service training, it is implied that accessibility to the training site and the active promotion of program, as well as sufficient provision of information, have to be considered in advance. Third, teachers have recognition that it is important to secure the diversification of training types, professionalism of instructors and managing directors for the effectiveness of in-service training. Forth, in terms of program, teachers show that the provision of educational programs, the diversification of training contents and the differentiated opportunities for developing programs according to basic, advanced courses, which can be applied to the field of gifted education in arts are most important. Furthermore, the convenience of transportation and the amenity of training facility are said to be important elements. Therefore, we suggest that, for increasing the effectiveness of in-service training for teachers of the gifted in arts, not only differentiated in-service training model and curriculum which can be applicable to the field, but also efficient environment suitable for the characteristics of the gifted education in arts.

설악산 국립공원은 우리나라에서 유일하게 천연보호구역과 생물권보전지역이 중복되어 지정되어 있으며, 자연공원법 상 자연보존지구도 가장 넓은 구역이 지정되어 있다. 이와 같이, 보전적 측면에서 특히 강조되고 있는데, 그것은 그만큼 다양한 자원이 분포하고 있으며 가치 또한 높다는 것을 반증하고 있다는 것이다. 따라서 자연관찰로는 다양한 자원에 대한 이해와 보전을 통한 환경교육의 장으로서 매우 중요한 역할을 한다고 볼 수 있다. 그러나 현행 조성된 자연관찰로는 기존한 등산로에 조성되어 있고. 해설안내판 역시 타 국립공원과 차별화되어 있지 못하여 이용자의 인지도나 매력도가 매우 저하되어 있는 상태이다. 이에 본고에서는 설악산 국립공원의 적절한 자연관찰로에 대한 조성안을 제안하였으며, 이에 따라 향후 흥미로우며, 환경교육의 장으로서 그 역할이 기대된다.

The goal of this study is to suggest a scheme to vitalize the National Archives of Korea's education programs for children. For this we researched the cases in Korea and abroad operating education programs for children actively. Through analysis we suggested a course of improvement to vitalize the National Archives of Korea's education programs, policy, organization, staff for children. For an area of policy we suggested a stipulation of education program and an exclusive organization and staff placement for an area of organization and staff, an education program which is different from other cultural organization for a program.

At present, educational serious games which are designed for educational purpose including funny element have been developed in korea. This paper proposes a history educational game and describes how to make history educational game using OGRE engine. The OGRE engine is public, and widely used in many universities. Methods of the proposed game's development include development environment, desired plan, game scenario, game interface, method to cooperate with physics engine and so on. The proposed game is played in performing a mission that is based on historical event of our country in itself. And discrimination of the proposed game is to set a quest with actual historical events, in order to learn history beyond the simple fun in the existing history educational games. This paper should be helpful to discrimination of history educational serious game and developers to create history educational serious game with OGRE engine.

Customer relationship management skills seeking to increase profits through an elevation in customer loyalty. Education sites are not structured, and are not able to provide the customers with needed services. As the company-customer relationship is not much different from the education portal site-student relationship, CRM can be utilized in educational environments as well. This paper looked into the CRM theory, and through analyses of CRM-applied commercial sites and well-known education portal sites and school homepages, aims to present which individualized services are needed and how school homepages should be designed for effective student relation management. On the basis of school homepage design, we implemented partly sign-up form, admin's menu, and personalization design.

현대 지식 정보화 사회에서 컴퓨터 기술을 활용한 창의적 사고(思考)가 매우 중요한다. 다양한 정보기술을 어떤 방법으로 도출하고 활용하느냐에 따라 경제적, 사회적, 문화적으로 윤택한 생활을 영위할 수 있다. 광대역 종합정보통신네트워크의 발달과 더불어 온라인(On-line)에서 새로운 아이디어 프로그램은 다양한 산업분야에 활용될 수 있으며, 네트워크상의 상호작용으로 인한 시너지 효과는 멀티미디어정보서비스 산업을 더욱 발전시킬 수 있다. 본 논문은 지식 정보화 사회의 통합교육(장애인, 비장애인 대학생)에서 집단적 아이디어 발상을 통하여 문제해결 능력을 키우기 위하여 네트워크상에서 상호간의 창의적 사고 과정을 진행함으로서 오프라인(Off-line)에서의 산업디자인 개발에 대한 문제점들을 보안하고 해결하고자 한다. 첫째로, 온 오프라인에서의 통합교육학생들의 창의적 집단 아이디어 발상에 대한 방법을 비교 분석한다. 둘째로, 온 오프라인에서 아이디어 발상량을 분석하여 팀원간의 의사소통과 정보전달의 수단으로 이용하는 어플리케이션에 대한 발상적 사고요인을 연구한다. 이와 같은 연구를 통해서 IT(Information Technology) 기반의 창의적 집단 발상 교육이 통합교육에 차별화된 콘텐츠로 활용할 수 있도록 한다.

본 연구는 우리나라가 글로벌 시장에서 4차 산업혁명 시대를 주도하는데 필요한 4차 산업혁명 전문가 양성에 초점을 두고, 4차산업혁명전문대학원 설립방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 국내 타특수대학원인 창업대학원과 컨설팅대학원을 비교고찰하였고, 해외 타전문대학원인 일본 회계전문대학원과 일본 법학전문대학원을 비교고찰하였다. 그 결과, 4차 산업혁명 전문가 양성을 위하여 4차산업혁명전문대학원 설립방안을 다음과 같이 제시하고자 한다. 첫째, 4차산업혁명전문대학원은 4차 산업혁명 전문가 양성을 위한 차별화되고 융합화된 교과과정으로 2~3년제 전문대학원 석박사과정으로 운영될 필요가 있다. 둘째, 4차산업혁명전문대학원은 전문석(박)사 학위과정이므로 교육의 내실화를 위하여 야간보다는 주간과정으로 운영될 필요가 있으며, 트랙제를 적극 활용하여 경영학, 회계학, 법학, 창업학, 공학 등 학제간 융합적 교과과정으로 설계되어야 한다. 또한 이론교육과 실무교육의 균형적 교과과정으로 실무교육이 전체 교육과정에 30% 이상이 되도록 해야 한다. 셋째, 4차산업혁명전문대학원은 정부(중소벤처기업부)의 전략적인 재정 지원이 필수적이며, 재정 지원과 함께 교육의 질에 대한 평가인증을 지속적으로 받아야 할 것이다. 또한 장기적으로는 중소벤처기업부의 창업대학원 및 컨설팅대학원이 4차산업혁명전문대학원으로 통합될 필요가 있다.

The current trends in engineering education have been examined in order to address the situation of educating engineering workforce. It was found that the decline in the supply of manpower in engineering education had not been a serious problem since 2003. However, a large number of students who graduated engineering colleges intended to enter medical schools. Engineering colleges may consider developing high school exposure programs making students to explore engineering. Also policies are required for engineering program to be competitive for attracting and retaining strong workforce into an engineering career.

목적: 산업장 안전보건교육에서 근로자의 자발적인 참여는 그 효과와 관련된 핵심적인 도전과제이다. 본 연구는 PRECEDE 모델을 중심으로 일부 제조업 사업장 근로자의 안전보건교육 참여도와 관련된 요인을 규명하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 방법: 전국 133개 제조업체의 450명(50인 미만 사업장 근로자 160명, 50인 이상 사업장 근로자 290명)의 근로자를 대상으로 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문지는 일반적 특성과 함께 산업재해 및 안전보건교육과 관련된 역학적, 교육적, 생태학적 특성에 관한 문항으로 구성되었다. 결과: PRECEDE 특성 중 대규모 사업장 근로자의 사내 안전보건교육 관련 교육.생태학적 여건이 소규모 사업장 근로자보다 나은 것으로 나타났다. 근로자의 사내 안전보건교육 참여도와 관련된 PRECEDE 특성은 소규모 사업장에서는 안전보건교육 담당자에게 필요한 연수교육요구도, 안전보건교육을 위한 사회적 지지, 전체적인 사내 안전보건관리 수준이었는데, 사업장 규모 50인 이상의 사업장에서는 근로자의 연령, 사내안전보건교육 효능감, 사내교육을 위한 사회적 지지도, 사내 안전보건교육담당자의 교육역량이었다. 결론: 소규모 사업장 근로자의 사내 안전보건교육 참여도와 관련된 요인은 주로 조직 수준의 특성이었는데 반해(사내교육을 위한 환경적, 사회적 지지), 50인 이상 사업장에서 유의미한 특성은 주로 개인 수준의 특성으로(안전보건교육 효능감, 사내교육담당자의 교육역량) 사업장 규모에 따라 다른 양상을 보였다. 이를 기반으로 사업장 규모에 따라 차별화된 사내 안전보건교육 지원이 이루어져야 하겠다.

사육단계에 HACCP 인증이 실시된 이후, 용인시 농업기술센터의 주도로 용인에 소재한 육계농장들은 HACCP 인증을 받기 위해 발 빠른 행보를 보였다. 그 결과 육계농가 중 첫 번째로 인증을 받은 농장도 용인이고, 인증 받은 농장이 가장 많은 곳도 마찬가지로 용인이다. 이렇게 HACCP 인증 교육을 위해 모인 농가들은 정보공유와 친목도모를 위해 '용인시육계 HACCP 동호회'를 만들었다. 이번 달에는 이 모임을 이끌고 있는 김진선 회장이 운영하는 선진농장을 찾아가 보았다.
