In this study, we conducted in - depth interviews of young entrepreneurs who are currently in the process of establishing new entrepreneurs management diagnosis and consulting for young entrepreneurs, and found the common difficulties experienced in young entrepreneurs' perception of entrepreneurship, In addition, through a case study, we verified product suitability through customer issue / solution suitability, idea marketability verification and MVP (Minimum Viable Product) using Lean Canvas according to the structure of Lean Start-up It is aimed at voluntary management diagnosis and consulting of small business owners, activation of young entrepreneurs' entrepreneurship, and reduction of startup failure rate. The purpose of this study is to examine the items of five young entrepreneurs from the perspective of the customer for about 10 months, focusing on the case of small entrepreneurs in the small entrepreneurs support project. Or we could provide the customer's problem or solution based on Lean Start-up. This study was conducted as a case - based qualitative study due to the limited sample and it is hoped that this study will be used as a basic research to verify the effectiveness of the lean start-up methodology for small business owners through quantitative research.

Most of designers use applied software of computer programs instead of traditional tools such as brushes, poster colors, etc. for drawing and designing. For example applied software programs for design are applied the workings printing, presentation, movie, animation, character design as well as industrial design. Especially, quality of applied software programs in the field of visual communication design influence on the design results in future. Therefore, many college attempt to invest budget to inhrence the quality of software program in design education. However, effectiveness of investment is lowered due to the professional lack of software knowledge. This study tries to explore how the investment for software program in visual communication design becomes more effective, and to suggest how the order of software program, design curriculum through the affective computer usage in design education will be more useful than now. By comparing and contrasting the different cases in the computer environments of the colleges, this study was processing, the result of this study will contribute to the design education of visual communication.

This research intends to look into how mathematically gifted 6th graders (age12) who have not learned conditional probability before solve conditional probability problems. In this research, 9 conditional probability problems were given to 3 gifted students, and their problem solving approaches were analysed through the observation of their problem solving processes and interviews. The approaches the gifted students made in solving conditional probability problems were categorized, and characteristics revealed in their approaches were analysed. As a result of this research, the gifted students' problem solving approaches were classified into three categories and it was confirmed that their approaches depend on the context included in the problem.

The aim of this study was to elucidate characteristics of ongoing and progressive gambling addiction. So a researcher reviewed existing studies on the gambling addiction and reflected the epistemological assumptions behind it. In this study, 4 men gamblers were participated and in-depth interviews were conducted, the data were analyzed using case studies. The results of this study were as followings; the process of gambling addiction was conducted based on a particular stage. In particular, we could find that the phenomenon of gambling addiction has 'concurrency' in each phase. Phenomenons often seen in each step and each other extraneous event were interpreted as mutually complementary meaning. Also they affected the transmission to next steps of gambling addiction.

This study is mixed design to measure the effects of case-based learning and the Cornell notes-taking system in human anatomy course, the basic course in nursing, on self-directed learning ability, critical thinking dispositon, and teamwork of nursing students. Among those who completed anatomy course, 34 underachieving students were targeted and surveyed before and after classes, and interviewed on case-based learning and Cornell notes-taking system. For quantitative analysis, SPSS/WIN 21.0 was used for frequency analysis, paired t-test, and Pearson's correlation coefficients. For qualitative research, content analysis was performed. The results showed significant increases in self-directed learning ability(t=-9.69, p<.001), critical thinking dispositon(t=-7.75, p<.001), and teamwork (t=-12.43, p<.001) in underachieving nursing students. In addition, there was a significant correlation between self-directed learning ability, critical thinking dispositon, and teamwork. In conclusion, case-based and Cornell notes learning methods were effective in helping underachieving students enrolled in human anatomy course. There is a need for continuous research on the use of case-based and Cornell notes in other courses.

This study was carried out to evaluate the job implementation of in-service training on career education & guidance teacher's career education in the National Education Training Institute. To accomplish this purpose, pre-survey & pre-survey, sucess case method, and return on expectation were investigated after 3 months completing in-service teacher training. The populations of this study were conducted for 136 career education & guidance teachers who completed in-service teacher training at the National Education Training Institute in July, 2018, and it was conducted by survey research and qualitative content analysis of job implementation. Among the 136 trainees who completed the training, 75 responded to the job implementation survey and 4 people participated in the successful case technique. As a result, the average value of job implementation was 4.17 out of 5 points, which was relatively high. The success case technique was analyzed by interviewing success cases and failure cases. Behavior change according to job implementation was the biggest role of Planner, followed by role of Instructor, role of Career educator, role of Learner. In addition, the case analysis provided the opinions of the interviewers in terms of motivation, competence, and environment for job implementation. In terms of the return on expectation, 85.3% of the respondents were positive, and the net promoter score was .85, indicating that the participants were satisfied with their willingness to participate in the training again. Based on the results of this study, we suggest that it will be required to study about new training methods and extra factor analysis.

The purpose of this research is to explore the selection attributes that the director of a taekwondo gym places importance on when purchasing a work of taekwon gymnastics for the competition. We conducted in-depth interviews with 6 participants using qualitative case study techniques, and analyzed data using Creswell's (2015) spiral analysis method. The data analysis results show music, trainees, characteristics of the work, criteria for evaluating the competition, producer competence, and price factors. As a result of the research, music should be produced around diverse and differentiated genres and music preferred by the trainees, and the appropriate theme should be selected considering the expressiveness and level of the trainees. The work should be considered creative works that harmonize the movement ratio of Taekwondo movements and dance, and the length of the work should be adjusted according to the purpose of the buyer, and the construction of the work should be based on the regulations of the competition. The manufacturer should ensure smooth communication with the buyer, including coaching ability and experience at the convention site. Prices will be affordable and affordable, and prices will need to be calculated based on special prices or mentoring periods for a small number of buyers.

This investigation engaged elementary and middle school pre-service teachers in a task of modeling and explaining the magnitude of $0.14m^2$ and examined their responses. The study analyzed both successful and unsuccessful responses in order to reflect on the patterns of misconceptions relative to pre-service teachers' prior knowledge. The findings suggest a need to promote opportunities for pre-service teachers to make connections between different domains through meaningful tasks, to reason abstractly and quantitatively, to use proper language, and to refine conceptual understanding. While mathematics teacher educators (MTEs) could use such mathematical tasks to identify the mathematical content needs of pre-service teachers, MTEs generally use instructional time to connect content and pedagogy. More importantly, an early and consistent exposure to a combined experience of mathematics and pedagogy that connects and deepens key concepts in the program's curriculum is critical in defining the important content knowledge for K-8 mathematics teachers.

This study conducted a systematic review of mathematics teacher learning communities, especially the characteristics of teacher collaboration in community activities. Our review includes 14 research papers published in national academic journals indexed in KCI and 24 research papers in international academic journals indexed in SSCI from 2003 to 2019. Results show that the literature varied in research design, research topics, and patterns relating to teacher collaboration. While both international and national papers report teacher community activities concerning the organization, management, and participation, there were different levels of involvement, visions, and activities across the communities of practice. For example, research in national journals has presented teacher community as professional development while papers in international journals have focused on documenting teacher community becoming a reflective community of practice. This study contributes to understanding the interplay of context, conflicting epistemic culture, and professional agency in fostering collaboration in teacher communities. This paper also discusses relevant research methods to investigate mathematics teacher communities and insights into the policy and practice of mathematics teacher education.

They say the 21 Century is the culture-centered age. As the income is increased. the concern about human culture will cause the elevation of life quality and the growth of culture needs. For that reason library service to meet their user's need for culture will be needed. The purpose of this study is to improve the university library service to suggest the solution for successful developmental strategy on cultural program of university library with the positive approach of analysis and evaluation. For specific instance, the cultural services of S women's university library was analyzed and evaluated. The point of the evaluation are five aspects: 1) the recognition of the users for the overall cultural services 2) the satisfaction index for the contents(topics) of the cultural services 3) the satisfaction index for the way of managing 4) the participation index of users. As the result of the analysis, the specific solution for the strategy of university library's cultural services for the future would be suggested.
