This study aims to propose the future direction of research of the Nuri-Curriculum, a national level curriculum, analyzing the subjects, the research methods, and the contents of Nuri-Curriculum studies, and current research trends. For these purposes, 102 Nuri-Curriculum articles in major child care-related journals from 2012-2015 are reviewed. PASW 18.0 program was used to calculate frequency and percentage rate. The major findings are as follows. First, a considerable amount of research has been carried out despite a relatively short implementation period. Second, many research topics dealt with include curriculum-related material. Third, 74.5 percent of the articles used quantitative methods, and content-analysis was the most widely used method among them. On the contrary, there was relatively less research which used the experimental method applying the curriculum to real practice, observational or qualitative method. Fourth, most of the research contents focus on the direction of making of the curriculum. Therefore, this paper proposes the necessity of supplementary research including its application to real practice as the research approaches on the Nuri-Curriculum performed so far have been limited.

This study is a qualitative study in which a focus group interview is applied to explore nursing students' perception of blended learning. 21 students in the 4th grade of nursing department were divided into 4 groups to collect data through interviews and content analysis was conducted. As a result of the study, it was categorized into four topics: 'Application and operation that are not thoroughly prepared', 'Loss of direction and departure from learning', 'One-way listening', and 'Convenience'. Students were satisfied with blended learning which is free from time and space constraints and repetitive, but felt inadequacy and unsatisfactoriness about quality of online contents, system, and preparation for applying blended learning. In order to apply blended learning in the future nursing classes, high-quality online content should be developed based on the effective design of online and offline classes considering the curriculum, and a systematic, administrative, financial, and institutional foundation to support online course should be prepared. In addition, a support system should be created to guide students' self-directed learning activities in online classes of blended learning.

In this study, we focused on the experience of interpersonal trauma among university students majoring in counseling psychology to understand the meaning of the trauma they experienced, and analyzed the process of their growth as counselors. To that end, we conducted a survey on interpersonal trauma and post-traumatic growth, and interviewed final six students in a face-to-face interview, and analyzed the collected data using the method of qualitative case study. As a result, the trauma and subsequent growth experience have been categorized into 38 semantic units, 15 subcategories and 5 categories, including 'Times of pain', 'A life of dealing with complex emotions alone', 'An experience of understanding and being understood', 'Attempts to change and new meanings' and 'Worries and expectations of growth as a counselor'. The results of this study are meaningful in providing basic information and educational materials needed for the intervention of students majoring in counseling psychology who have experienced trauma.

The purpose of the study was to compare the outplacement programs for the retiring employees in Korea corporations. We expect that this study will make contributions for increasing the quality of outplacement programs. We conducted the expert interviews and literature review and set a comparing criteria in terms of goal, target audience, program process and contents, operation process. We selected 6 different programs, which were KT, Samsung Electrounic, A consultancy firm specialized in outplacement, Korea labor foundation, and Korea international trade association. In results, we suggested the necessity of programs revision, the decrease of service recipient per a consultant, recommendation of alternative career path, and update of the programs for the service recipients who lacks of motivation. We also suggested that human resource department and chief executive officers made attentions for the outplacement programs as well as the government input more budget on the programs and consulting for the retirng employees.

News plays a similar role with myths in modern society. Myths provide the framework from which people understand and experience the world, and news media plays an important role in constructing these myths. In this context, this study examined how female and male business leaders have been represented in newspaper photographs through quantitative and qualitative textual analyses. Photographs of female business leaders which appeared in news interviews and profile news stories from 1990 to 2011 were analyzed, and photographs of male leaders corresponding to the total number of female photographs were also investigated. As a result, gender perspectives were found. While male business leaders were portrayed as active and serious figures in connection with their professional work places, mostly in bust shots, female business leaders were represented as passive objects artificially posed for the news in a context separated from their business, and often in full length shots.

There have been a number of studies on ports and they have made great contributions to the development of ports. However, there have been no research that classified and organized the results comprehensively. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the results of studies related to Korean port economics. For the purpose, we carried out a meta-analysis targeting 659 articles published in Journal of Korea Port Economic Association from 1991 to 2010. For the meta-analysis on themes of port economics and methods, the study presented a total of three items to be analysed: First, we analysed characteristics of researchers, discussed themes and identified contents by analysing research methods used for the studies. As a result, port economics have shown great growth in volume and recently, more attentions have been paid to ports along with increase of researchers, and themes and methods of research have been sub-categorized and diversified. Therefore, based on the results of the study, comparative studies should be added.

This triangulation study was performed in order to analyze the team competency effect of a capstone design nursing research course, and to appraise the content of team activity experiences. Subjects were 99 nursing students who were educated in the capstone design nursing research at D university. The teamwork competency of nursing students was compared before and after class, and the team activity experiences in the capstone design nursing research class was analyzed through narrative data. Our results show significant increases after class in task performance competency (t=-2.166, p=0.033), which includes goal execution competency (t=-2,224, p=0.028). In the interpersonal competency category, leadership was significantly increased after class (t=-2.085, p=0.040). The 5 categories evaluated were 'difficulties in managing resources', 'aware of the importance of personal effort and competency', 'efforts to effectively distribute roles', 'to realize the importance of communication', and 'strengthen the competency needed for clinical practice'. Through this research, we confirm that the capstone design nursing research course is effective for improving teamwork competency, and it provides a positive team activity experience to nursing students. Taken together, our findings indicate that the capstone design nursing research course can be applied to improve the nursing research competency by strengthening teamwork competency.

The purposes of this study were to development and verify the effect of educational program apply on STEAM for the mathematical prodigy. To accomplish these purposes literature review on development of the program and qualitative study were conducted. The mixed-model design was applied for this qualitative experimental study. The conclusions of this study were as follows. First, the program for mathematical prodigy education applied on the conceptual model of STEAM integration approach was developed. Second, a learning satisfaction about constitution of the workbook was lowly. Third, principal of STEAM was the best interest and difficult of the program applied on STEAM. Fourth, the creativity and problem solving ability was founded about angle and velocity of mathematical domain and making the Angrybirds Game on GeoGebra environment. In spite of difficulty about principal of the Angrybirds Game, confidence and satisfaction were founded about a result product.

Objectives: In the past, latent dreams were emphasized in the psychiatric field, but these days the interest in manifest dreams is increasing as ego psychology develops. Hall and Nordby proposed that there are similarities between manifest dreams and real life. The Hall/Van de Castle System is a method of dream content analysis, which considers both the quantitive and qualitive analytic aspects of manifest dreams. Methods: The dreams of 232 males and females (M：F=127：105；mean age=21.02.7) were collected through the Most Recent Dream Method. Collected data were analyzed using the Hall/Van de Castle System. Results: Female subjects tended to be more detailed and meticulous in reporting their dreams. The dreams of male subjects showed a higher percentage in self-negativity (2=6.64, df=1, p=0.004), and the dreams of female subjects showed a higher percentage in group character (2=6.64, df=1, p=0.0099), dreamer-involved success (2=3.12, df=1, p=0.048), and good fortune (2=4.52, df=1, p=0.034). Conclusion: This study suggests the norm of dream content of Korean college students, and it presents the differences between Korean males and females, and between Korean college students and American college students. This study may contribute to further studies on dream content analysis.
