The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference of career barriers, career attitude maturity, and career competency based on gender, grade, and major fields of university students. 320 students responded the survey and the data were analyzed through MANOVA. There were significant differences in a sub-components of career barriers and career attitude maturity according to gender. Female students were higher in 'lack of self-clarity' and 'interpersonal difficulty' while male students were higher in the 'independency'. Lastly, there were significant differences in sub-components of career competencies according to gender, grades, and fields of majors. Female students were higher in 'career exploration'. Also, sophomore students showed the lowest scores and senior year students showed highest scores in 'career exploration' and 'career performance'. Students in the field of the social science showed highest scores in the 'career design' and 'career performance'. Suggestions and ideas to develop employability of students were discussed.

The object of this study is to compare and analyze mathematically gifted and non-gifted elementary students in the family system and career attitude maturity, understand the characteristics of the former, and provide assistance for career education for both groups. The subjects include 145 mathematically gifted elementary students (73 fifth graders, 72 sixth graders) and 167 non-gifted students (78 fifth graders, 89 sixth graders) in G educational agencies. Materials for the experiment include amended family system test and career attitude maturity test. While t-test was conducted to solve the first research question, Pearson's correlation analysis was performed to solve the other one. The research findings were as follows: First, mathematically gifted elementary students, compared to non-gifted students, turned out to have higher rates of the family system and career attitude maturity rate and showed statistically meaningful positive relationship. Second, the lower components of the family system and career attitude maturity, there seems to be no relationship between family-flexibility and finality. However, among other components, there was a level of significance at 5% which shows statistically meaningful positive relationship. In summary, this found that the family system is able to have an effect on the career attitude maturity for both mathematically gifted elementary students and non-gifted students. Hence, it need to be considered the components of family system when the teacher guides mathematically gifted elementary students and non-gifted students associated with their career.

The purpose of this study was to explore the academic achievements, learning attitudes, and career compromising processes for successful undergraduate students in the College of Engineering. To achieve this goal, research was conducted to analyze whether there was a strong major-career connection among Engineering students of Seoul National University. Afterwards, differences in levels of academic achievement, learning attitude, and academic aspiration were analyzed between students who had achieved a major-career match and students who had not. As a result, it was found that the level of major-career connection was highly correlated to the level of academic achievement; furthermore, learning attitudes were strongly related to the level of motivation towards a high academic achievement, and influenced future learning attitudes as well. These findings suggest that further academic support, career guidance, and major switching policies are needed for undergraduate students in Colleges of Engineering.

본 연구의 목적은 보건계열 대학생들의 소명의식, 일의 의미, 진로태도성숙도 및 대학생활적응과의 관계를 탐색하고자 하였다. D대학 보건계열 학생 261명을 대상으로 2014년 10월 4일부터 일주일간 편의추출하였다. 대상자들의 일반적 특성에 따라 소명의식은 전공, 지난 학기 성적, 학과지원동기, 아르바이트 형태에서 차이가 있었으며 일의 의미는 전공, 학과지원동기, 진로태도성숙도는 전공, 학과지원동기, 대학생활적응은 성별, 전공, 학년, 지난학기 성적, 학과지원동기, 가정형편, 아르바이트 형태에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. 주요 변수들과의 상관관계에서는 소명의식과 일의 의미, 대학생활적응, 일의 의미와 진로태도성숙도와 대학생활적응이 양의 상관관계를 나타낸 반면, 진로태도성숙도와 대학생활적응은 음의 상관관계를 나타내었다.

This study analysis effect of social support and career maturity on readiness for independent living of run away youths using drop in center. This result peer support had more influence on preparing for independent living than in supporting the working class and career maturity had a huge impact on all the low-variables of preparing for independent living. Career maturity level for run away youths paly an important role in preparing for independent living just like general youths. On the base this study propose supporting system preparing for independent living, worker empowerment, drop in center's role establish for independent living.

This study was conducted to analyze the influences of older volunteer activity. In detail, Administered on girl's maddle school students with the program's purpose on encouragement of positive career development. The study sample was taken from 30 students attending Y girl's middle school in Gyeonggi province, all of whom were regular volunteers at a near by rest home. The contents of the study and apparatus alike incorporated the use of a CAMI and CDS employed as a means of observing the changes before and after older volunteer activity experience in relation to five sub factors and career decision level. The data were analyzed by t-test using the SPSS Program. The results were as follows: First, it appears that older volunteer activity, in general, partial effect of improving a girl's middle school students' career attitude maturity. Second, it appears that older volunteer activity, improving effect a girl's middle school students' career decision level. Third, a girl's middle school students' career attitude maturity and career decision level had positive to advance more in particular in cases where the students' family also participated in older volunteer activity. As observed by the above results, a older volunteer activity experience should be an integral to a girl's middle school students' career education program plan as an effective means of enhancing their career attitude maturity and career decision level.

이 연구의 목적은 성격 5 요인(외향성, 친화성, 성실성, 신경증, 지적 개방성) 조절효과를 통한 창업가정신이 중학생의 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 효율적인 창업가정신 교육과 진로교육 방안을 모색하는데 있다. 이 목적을 달성하기 위해 대전에 있는 중학생 500명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하여 얻어진 연구 결과를 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 창업가정신(혁신 진취성, 위험감수성)이 높을수록 중학생의 진로태도 및 진로탐색능력은 높아지나, 진로준비행동에 있어서는 창업가정신의 하위요소 중 혁신 진취성만 진로준비행동에 유의한 영향을 준다. 둘째, 성격 5 요인은 창업가정신과 중학생의 진로성숙도의 하위요소인 진로태도에만 유의한 조절영향을 준다. 따라서 성격 5 요인에 따라 창업가정신을 함양할 수 있는 다양한 진로교육 프로그램을 제시하고, 개인의 성격특성 차이를 고려하여 지도한다면 중학생의 진로성숙도가 높아질 것으로 생각된다. 또한 현재 중학생의 진로성숙도를 키우기 위한 프로그램의 일환으로 자유학기제가 전면 실시되어 획일적인 프로그램을 운영하는 학교가 많은데 성격 5 요인에 따라 창업가정신을 함양할 수 있는 다양한 프로그램을 운영한다면 진로상담 뿐만 아니라 자유학기제 프로그램이 질적으로나 양적으로나 수준이 높아질 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between college students' work hope, career attitude maturity and career decision-making self-efficacy. For this, correlation analysis, variance analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted using 299 data collected from 8 universities in the metropolitan area, Yeongnam, Honam, Gangwon and Chungcheong provinces. As a result of correlation analysis between work hope and career variables, there was a positive correlation between r=.64 and .73 in each sub-factor. After performing a variance analysis to explore the differences in work hope between gender, grades and major fields, there were no gender and grade differences found, but there were significant differences between major fields. Also, as a result of multiple regression analysis, it was found that work hope affecting career attitude maturity was pathways, and in career decision-making self-efficacy, agency, pathways thinking, and goal were influenced. On the analysis result, the limitations and implications of this study were discussed using college students' work hope scale.

The purpose of this study was to confirm the determination of the career attitude of multicultural youth, which will be the growth engine of Korean society in the future, and to determine the effect of parental support for multicultural youth on career attitude determination. Multicultural adolescents experience more difficulties in parental support and career attitude determination than ordinary adolescents due to confusion over biculturalism exposed at birth. Therefore, this study confirmed the effect of parental support of multicultural adolescents on career attitude determination and verified the effect of bicultural acceptance attitude. To this end, data from the 8th year of the Multicultural Youth Panel (MAPS) conducted by the Korea Youth Policy Institute were used, and a total of 1,229 multicultural teenagers in the 2nd year of high school participated in the study. For data analysis, frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, path model suitability verification, path model coefficient, and mediating effect verification were conducted. Based on the results of these studies, it was intended to provide basic data for developing an integrated program that improves parental support and career attitude determination of multicultural adolescents.

The objective of the study was to examine the factors affecting the life satisfaction of multicultural adolescents and to verify the mediating effects of school adjustment and career attitude between depression and life satisfaction of multicultural adolescents.. For the purpose, 1079 subjects were selected from the 7th (2017) data of the Multicultural Adolescents Panel Study (MAPS), and the data collected were verified through analysis methods such as structural equation and Bootstrapping analysis. The results founded are as follows. First, the depression of multicultural adolescents was shown to decrease their life satisfaction. Second, school adjustment played a partial mediating role in the causal relationship between depression and life satisfaction of multicultural adolescents. Third, the effect of depression of multicultural adolescents on the life satisfaction was partly mediated by their career attitude. On the basis of the findings, practical programs and policy alternatives to enhance life satisfaction of multicultural adolescents were discussed.
