The purpose of this study to investigate the effects of self-efficacy and clinical practice satisfaction among nursing students and to provide counseling and guidance for nursing. There are 121 nursing students 4th grade students who accomplished all clinical practices cited one specific location. Collected data were analyzed using Pearson's correlation and Multiple regression. The results shown by the study were shown to be positively correlated. The results of the study were clinical practice satisfaction 13.3%(${\beta}=.248$) and self-efficacy 38.6%(${\beta}=.570$), respectively. A total of 44% were the factors affecting the career attitude maturity. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a curriculum to enhance the self-efficacy of nursing students and to improve the satisfaction of clinical practice.
This study was conducted to contribute to career counseling and career guidance for universities students majoring in social welfare by examining how the career decision level and the career preparation behavior of the students are and the relationship between social work self-efficacy and the career decision level and the career preparation behavior of the respondents. For this study, the social work self-efficacy, the levels of career decision making and career preparation-related behavior of 502 students of social welfare in five universities were measured. The frequency analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis were used for collected data analysis. The research findings are as follows. Firstly, the levels of career decision making and career preparation-related behavior were slightly lower than mid-point on 5 point scale respectively. Secondly, social work self-efficacy was not correlated to their career decision levels while social work self-efficacy positively affected to the career-related behavioral levels. In particular, the client support self-efficacy of the three sub-factors in social work efficacy had a negative influence on the levels of career preparation behavior. Consequently, social work self-efficacy of the participants intensively was correlated with their career preparation-related behavioral levels.

Establishing career goals and making a career choice is the most crucial task for college students. This study aims to identify the motive of college students' career choices and analyze the relationship between career capabilities and career decision-making in order to provide basic materials that can assist college students in the career decision-making process. To do this, a survey was conducted among college students attending a D university in Busan. A total of 326 survey responses were selected for analysis, and path analysis was conducted using SPSS 25 and AMOS 25. The results of the study are as follows. First, intrinsic motivation for career choice and extrinsic motivation for career choice were found to affect career consideration and career management capabilities, respectively, with statistical significance. Second, career consideration and career path management capabilities influenced both concreteness and confidence, which are elements of career decision-making with statistical significance. Intrinsic motivation for career choice and extrinsic motivation for career choice affected concreteness and confidence in career decision-making with career consideration and career management capabilities as parameters. These findings imply that in order to increase the concreteness and confidence in the career decision-making of undergraduate students, it is necessary to strengthen their career consideration and career management capabilities. As the unemployment rate of youths rises and the types and specialization of jobs increase amid uncertainty in the future employment conditions, undergraduate students face increasing difficulties in career decision-making. The results of this research are expected to be used as basic materials for the career decision-making of undergraduate students, which will assists in career path consultation and guidance in universities.
This article examines actions of the department of a university according to Higher Education Evaluation Policy as a case on the department of Christian education of A University. This article consists of background and policy Higher Education Evaluation and actions of the department of Christian education. Specialization, curriculum, management of instructional quality, educational achievement, student support and cooperation of local community as category of trends of the department of Christian education are discussed. Aim of education, model of human resource, educational objects, and key-competency as the specialization of department of Christian education are discussed. Curriculum of department suggests students career track which is related to their career. Positive guidance counseling are implemented for rate of recruit related to educational achievement. Non-subject matter program of University and Department are introduced for students's support. 60 hours of educational service and other educational activities are carried out for local community. Principal, chaplain of school and teachers are invited for educational practical affairs of education. The result of this article can be used as a basic reference for the direction of the higher education.
This study is intended to present effective career guidance and direction by identifying the various factors involved in the career preparation behavior for the improvement of the employment rate of culinary and foodservice management major field students. This study was established on the hypothesis of a structural relationship that career decision-making self-efficacy develops career maturity and career preparation behavior on the basis of social cognitive career theory, which was verified through empirical analysis. Out of 450 survey responses from by Culinary and Foodservice Management Major Students, a total of 302 questionnaires were used for the final analysis due to missing values and biased responses(response rate: 83.6%). Collected data were identified using SPSS 16.0 and AMOS 5.0. A higher-order factor model was employed (High-order model) before a confirmatory factor analysis, and this study examined its reliability and validity analysis for hypothesis testing. Career decision-making self-efficacy had positive effects on career maturity(t=6.86, p<0.001) and career preparation behavior(t=3.83, p<0.001), and career maturity had positive effects on career preparation behavior (t=2.79, p<0.01). As a result, all hypotheses were accepted. These results confirmed that strengthening students' faith in themselves with competencies is core competencies with career-related issue can be the driving force that can enable students to develop into mature professionals. Therefore, this study suggests an awareness of the importance of career decision-making self efficacy and proposes a need for a systematic and integrated career counseling program that can improve it.

This study examined differences in beauty majors' career maturity and career decision-making depending on the grade and analyzed the relationship between the career maturity with the career decision-making to present basic data for guidelines that would help any relevant field with their career consultations and education targeting those students majoring in beauty at college. A total of 336 beauty majors in the metropolitan area were selected as the research subjects. The study confirmed that the higher the grade, the greater the career maturity. The students who had a higher level of career maturity tended to be included in the reasonable career decision-making category while those students with a lower level of career maturity were determined to conduct dependent decision-making. In terms of the career decision, the students in the higher grades were reasonable enough to make decisions logically because they collect various information through systematic stages but when it comes to the students in the lower grades, they were divided into the intuitive type that would reach a decision through emotional self-recognition depending on how one feels at this moment or what situation one is going through as well as the dependent type that would let people or environments influence one's decision-making. The grades of the students tended to cause differences in the career maturity and the career decision-making, and the significance between the two variables was proven. If the relevant fields carry out systematic grade-focused programs and career guidance not only to improve the career maturity of even the lower graders but also to encourage the students to make reasonable decisions, such programs and career guidance will be a help when the students try to determine a career.

Korean society believes that graduating from university is essential but even though choosing a career is important because of this social phenomenon, teenagers or the younger generation lack many aspects to choose or take responsibility of their career. Therefore, they are affected by others and this study explores how university students' career identity affects their self-career control and major satisfaction. The subjects of this research were 300 students of M college ranging from freshmen to juniors. The research period was 2015.09.30~10.07. Among the study results, the results of career identity affecting self-career control are career environment setting 18%, career commitment will 27%, planning and examining 18%, career feedback 12%, positive thinking 22% and study shows that career commitment will has a large impact on career identity. Second, the results of how career identity affects major satisfaction revealed that recognition satisfaction, relation satisfaction, and normal satisfaction have a large influence on career decision. This analysis result concludes that a college student's career identity lowers the conflict of choosing a major or job and with a higher satisfaction of their major, can obtain self-confidence of choosing a job, searching for a job, and setting a life goal. Therefore, in order to raise career identity, colleges need to research and develop career guidance programs and career counseling.
The purpose of this study was to explore differences in styles of perfectionism, stress, and career decision-making of gifted musicians by their grade level and examine the effect of perfectionism and stress of gifted musicians on their rational career decision-making. The participants of this study were 88 gifted musicians attending in the middle school of arts. The results indicated that there were significant differences in dimensions of perfectionism by the grade level of gifted musicians. The tendency of self-oriented, other-oriented, and socially prescribed perfectionism was higher with grade level. There were significant differences by grade level in stresses that gifted musicians experienced. The higher a grade level was, the more gifted musicians got stresses in self-development, parent-child relationship, peer relationship, and school life. The effect of grade level on career decision-making was significant in the rational and the transitional career decision-making. The higher a grade level was, the more rational decision-making was but the less transitional decision-making was. Meanwhile, when the effect of perfectionism and stress of gifted musicians on the rational career decision-making was examined, the rational career decision-making was predicted by self oriented perfectionism and self-development stress.
This study examined the mediating role of collective self-esteem in the relationship between personal self-esteem and career aspiration, and the mediating effects of personal self-esteem and collective self-esteem on the link between social support and career aspiration. Also, This study explored whether the development of career aspiration differs by gender. A total of 316 undergraduate students(155 male and 161 female) completed measures of social support, personal self-esteem, collective self-esteem and career aspiration. Structural equation modeling results provided support for the mediating effects of personal self-esteem and collective self-esteem, In addition, the relationship model differed by gender. The results showed that the full mediation model fit of collective self-esteem in the relationship between individual self-esteem and career aspiration was better than the partial mediation model fit. Next, in the relation of social support and career aspiration, the partial mediating effect of individual self-esteem and collective self esteem was significant. Lastly, when the model of social support, individual self-esteem, and collective self-esteem, and career aspiration was tested to examine gender differences, the relations among these variables were found to be different according to gender-difference. These results suggest that evaluations and perceptions on the individual's social group as well as the individual influedced to career aspiration, interacting with the environmental factors. Also, the gender-difference of relationship model indicates that it might be different from men and women in psychological mechanism in the career aspiration formation.
The purposes of this study are to develop the standardized tests of career preparation behavior of career preparation behavior for college students. For these, the 'Career Preparation Behavior Scale for College Students' which was developed in 2011 was reviewed and revised. After 609 students were involved and analyzed for the pretest, 1,244 subjects were collected by taking into account gender, grade, major, and location of colleges for developing a standardized test. The Career Preparation Behavior Scale consisted of 3 subareas and 30 items: 11 items for learning area, 12 items for counseling and information collecting area, 7 items for employment action area. The levels of reliabilities, construct validity, discriminant validity, and the concurrent validity were relatively high. Also, the suitability index of the structural model was analyzed to check the structural significance. The degree of career reparation behavior among norm groups was increased in general according to the grades. Scores of students majoring in humanities and social sciences received significantly high scores compared with those of majoring in science and technology or in art and music. But the levels of satisfaction on career preparation behavior were no difference according to gender, grade, and major. 'The Standardized Career Preparation Behavior Scale for College Students' would be used for conducting career education or programs for college students in the future.
