Specialized Job Drama's Traits and Aspects of Development in 2000's (2000년대 전문직 드라마의 특징과 발전 양상)

  • The terrestrial television broadcasting has increased the number of the specialized job drama in the programming in 2000's, for overcoming the limit of the materials and reflecting the new sociocultural phenomenon valuing the specialized job. This drama benefits from good audience and huge fans, while the low average rate of audience shows the limit of competitiveness of this new genre. The text analysis clarifies three traits of the specialized job drama. At first, this genre is characterized by the variety of materials and the attempt of realistic description. Then, its narrative structure is organized so as to develop a story based rather on the success of career than on the relation of love. Finally, its last trait lives in the character of the heroes which is a creation based on the narrative structure.

Validation of the Korean Version of the Student Career Construct Inventory(K-SCCI) (한국판 학생진로구성검사 타당화 연구)

  • This study verified the reliability and validity of the Korean version of the Student Career Construct Inventory(K-SCCI) that was translated into Korean language from the Student Career Construct Inventory (SCCI) developed by Savickas et al.(2018). To achieve this, this study conducted item content analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and criterion-related validity in 530 university students. As a result of item content analysis and exploratory factor analysis, it was found that 4 factor models and 18 items were the most appropriate in K-SCCI. The 4 factors were named as crystallizing a vocational self-concept, exploring to gather information about occupations, deciding to commit to an occupational choic, and preparing to implement that choice. As a result of confirmatory factor analysis to verify the goodness-of-fit of the 4 factor models, it appeared to be appropriate. As a result of analyzing the correlation with related measures to verify the criterion-related validity of measures, it was found that student career construct was negatively correlated with employment anxiety but positively correlated with career adaptability.

실직근로자의 직업탐색과 재취업-광주지역 근로자를 중심으로-

  • 한국은 지난 1960년대 이후 실업률이 추세적으로 하락하여왔기 때문에 실업구조, 직업탐색에 대한 관심이 비교적 적었으나 최근의 고 실업률은 이에 대한 연구의 필요성을 제고시키고 있다. 기존의 연구들은 저 실업률 시기의 자료를 사용한 것이므로 1998년의 고 실업률 자료를 활용한 연구는 다른 연구결과를 가져올 것이다. 이 글은 고 실업률 시기로 진입한 지 1년이 되는 98년 11월말 광주광역시에서 실시된 상시고 실직자에 대한 설문조사자료를 이용하여 고 실업률 시기의 실직자의 직업탐색과 실업기간을 분석하였다. 본 연구결과는 기존의 연구결과와 많은 부분에서 일치하지만 한국에서 대량실업은 처음 겪는 상황이므로 이전의 연구결과와 다르거나 새로 확인된 사실들도 몇 가지 있다. 연구결과를 요약 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 비자발적 이유에 의한 실직자가 약 70%를 차지하고 구인배율이 아주 낮아 최근의 실업은 수요부족에서 발생한 것이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 임금을 낮추고 희망하지 않는 직종 산업 종사상 지위로 하향 구직을 하고 있었다. 둘째, 고실업률이 장기화되면서 나타난 현상으로는 구직경로가 다양해졌고, 유보 임금 및 수락임금이 전직임금보다 약 20% 하락함으로써 임금이 신축적임을 보여 주었다. 그러나 고실업 사태를 급작스럽게 맞이하면서 이전임금에 대한 집착이 강하여 하락폭은 충분히 신축적이었다고 보기는 어렵다. 셋째, 실업보험수급자는 유보임금 하락률이 높았고 실업 탈출률도 높았다. 이것은 직업탐색이론과 상반된 결과로 노동수요부족사태를 처음 겪으면서 노동시장에 대한 정보가 모든 실업자에게 동일하지 않고, 실업보험수급자가 보다 완전한 정보를 가지고 있으며, 실업보험지급에 따른 구직독려 때문인 것으로 생각된다. 넷째, 기존 연구들과 마찬가지로 유보임금은 전직 임금에 크게 의존하였으며 실업기간에 대한 해자드 분석에 의하면 유보임금의 대리변수인 전직임금이 낮을수록, 구직을 적극적으로 할수록 탈출률일 높았다. 인적속성으로는 인적자본축적이 많고 다양한 취업정보를 접할 수 있는 고학력자의 탈출률이 높았다. 다른 나라에 대한 기존 연구의 근속기간이 긴 남성 실업자는 실업기간이 길었지만 여기서는 반대의 결과가 나왔다. 그것은 기업의 도산 등에 따른 실직자의 경우 유용한 인적자본 보유자가 많고 축적된 자산으로 자영업으로 탈출할 확률이 높기 때문인 것으로 해석된다.

노동력수요의 중장기 전망-지식기반경제로의 이행-

  • 세계화 추세의 가속, 급속한 기술진보 및 정보화의 확산 등은 국제간의 분업구조 뿐만 아니라 국내의 산업구조 및 취업구조를 급격히 변화시키고 있다. 국내 취업구조의 변화는 산업간 직업간 취업비중을 모두 변화시키고 있어 고용의 양적 측면은 물론이고 질적 측면에서도 큰 변화가 예상된다. 그러므로 중장기적인 노동력수요 예측은 향후 인력양성의 방향과 체계를 결정하는 데 중요한 지표가 될 뿐만 아니라 노동시장 정책에 있어서도 반드시 필요한 자료가 되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 향후 노동력에 대한 중장기 수요를 일반균형적인 접근을 통하여 산업별 직업별로 예측하고 이 예측결과에 따른 향후 노동시장 및 인력정책의 방향을 제시하는 데 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 연구들이 사용한 방법의 이론적 약점을 보완하면서 실증 결과의 예측성을 높일 수 있는 개선된 방법을 사용하였다. 산업별 취업자를 전망하는데 있어 기존 연구결과들은 주로 노동시장의 단일방정식만을 추정함으로써 생산요소의 수요가 비탄력적이지 않음에도 불구하고 생산요소간의 대체가능성을 무시하고 있으며, 인력수요에 중요한 결정 요인인 기술변화를 고려하지 못하고 있거나, 취업계수의 변화를 통해 기술진보의 효과를 고려한다고 하여도 기술진보가 생산요소간에 비중립적(factor non-neutral technology changes)으로 일어날 경우 요소간 대체가능성을 간과하고있다. 이러한 단점을 보완하기 위해 본 연구에서는 산업별 취업자 전망에서 노동시장의 단일방정식 추정이 아닌 일반균형에 입각한 경제 모형을 사용하였다. 또한 직종별 취업자 전망을 위해서는 일반적으로 이용되는 필요 인력량에 대한 고정계수(fixed coefficient manpower requirement)를 추정할 때 이중비례행렬모형(二重比例行列模型)을 이용하여, 산업구조의 변화로 인한 직업별 인력수요 변화가 충분히 고려되도록 하였다. 전망의 결과에 따르면 향후 우리 경제는 지식기반경제(knowledge-based economy)로 이행하고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 우선 산업구조면에서 지식집약적산업으로의 구조조정이 일어나게 되고 이에 따라 산업별 취업구조에서도 고기술산업의 취업준비중이 급속히 증가하게 된다. 직업별 취업분포에 있어서도 전문기술직 행정관리직 등의 고숙련 사무직의 비중은 크게 증가하는 반면 생산관련직과 농림어업직의 비중은 감소하게 된다. 이처럼 경제가 지식집약화되어 감에 따라 고학력자에 대한 수요는 지속적으로 증가하지만 현재 적절한 인력양성과 공급이 이루어지지 않고 있어 향후 기술이나 기능에 따른 수급부일정(需給不一政)(skill mismatch)현상이 매우 심해질 것으로 보인다. 따라서 앞으로의 인력정책에서 가장 주안점을 두어야 할 부분은 첨단기술산업과 관련된 인력의 양성에 있다고 하겠다.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of the emotional quotient of emotional laborers working in a social space on their vocational emotional satisfaction, including job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Research subjects were 58 registered nurses in care units at a University hospital located in K city of Korea and 48 Secondary schoolteachers. Data were collected from June 15 throughout June 22, 2014. Data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 program, using statistical methods including Pearson's correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression. It was found that there was a significant correlation between emotional quotient of emotional laborers, vocational emotional satisfaction, job satisfaction, organizational commitment. That is, the higher the emotional quotient of emotional laborers, the better the vocational emotional satisfaction, job satisfaction and the organizational commitment was. It could be the baseline data for providing working conditions and efficient system of emotional laborer.

The Influence of Career-barrier of the disabled upon dysfunctional Career-thought (장애인의 진로장벽이 역기능적 진로사고에 미치는 영향)

  • This study is for finding out Career-barrier of the disabled, and for analyzing the effect of Career-barrier on the dysfunctional career-thought. For this study, 180 disabled people were surveyed. The results are as follows; First, the career-barriers that the disabled people perceive are in order; lack of occupational information, lack of social support, low self-concept clarity, low self-efficiency, and conflict with significant-others. Secondly, difference of career-barrier, caused by the traits of the disabled, has influenced the lack of self clarity and occupational information. In addition, among the types of the disabilities, it is proven that the psychological disability highly correlated to the social support, unlikely to gender difference and job experience. Thirdly, the most influential reason on the decision-making confusion for finding job among the sub-variables of dysfunctional career-thought were; low self-concept clarity, conflict with significant-others, and low self-efficiency. While it turned out that the most influential career-barrier on the performance anxiety for disabled people were low self-efficiency and conflict with significant-others.

The Analysis of the Film Cooperation Mode of "One text, two productions" in China and South Korea - Take Extreme Job and Lobster cop as Examples - (중국 한국 "하나의 시나리오로 두개를 찍는" 협력방식분석 - <극한직업>과 <랍스타 캅>을 중심으로 -)

  • With the deepening cooperation between China and South Korea in the field of film, the ways of cooperation between China and South Korea are becoming more and more diversified. "One text, two productions" film cooperation mode refers to the filmmakers of two countries sharing script resources, using the same script to create films separately. South Korean Extreme Job(극한직업) and Chinese Lobster cop(龙虾刑警) are the products of this cooperation model. The scripts of the two films originated from the China and South Korea story joint development plan(중한시나리오공통개발프로젝트) in 2015. After winning the award, the script were filmed by Korean and Chinese filmmakers. Filmmakers in two countries adapted the script to different degrees according to their respective cultural backgrounds and aesthetic characteristics. The film cooperation mode of "One text, two productions" promotes the development of transnational cooperation and opens up a new way of film cooperation.

Burnout among Clinical Dental Hygienists and Its Coping Behaviors (임상치과위생사들의 직무소진과 대처행동)

  • This study, to investigate the job burnout and coping behaviors that clinical dental hygienists feel in the work process, has collected 322 clinical dental hygienists working in Daegu, Kyungbuk province, and Ulsan and had a conclusion as follows. 1. The average of area job burnout and coping behaviors were as follows; emotional burnout, 3.26, cynical manners, 2.63, the declination of job efficiency, 2.58, the total average, 2.82. 2. The average of area were as follows; active coping, 3.36, passive coping, 2.95, and the total average, 3.19. 3. The difference of job burnout relating to general characteristics was shown that the lower education level and age they were in, the significantly higher the declination of job efficiency and burnout area were. The unmarried had significantly higher points at cynical manners, the declination of job efficiency and burnout. Besides, the introspective had significantly higher points at emotional exhaustion, cynical manners, and burnout area. 4. The difference of job burnout related to working circumstance was shown that those with short working experience and those in charge of the general treatment showed significantly high points at the declination of job efficiency. And the less annual salary, the significantly higher points at cynical manners, the declination of job efficiency and burnout area. 5. In the correlation between job burnout and coping method, burnout area has a significantly normal correlation with active coping and coping area, whereas, it has significantly abnormal correlation with passive coping. 6. As for the difference of area burnout relating to coping behaviors, in coping area A group(under average) had significantly higher points than B group(over average) at the declination of job efficiency and burnout area. From the above results, it was proved that the clinical dental hygienists in younger age, with shorter work experience and less annual salary, no marital spouse had higher points at burnout and passive coping.

A Study on the Influential Factors of the Dental Hygienist's Professionalism (치과위생사의 전문직업성에 관한 영향요인 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the professionalism of dental hygienists in dental institutions and the influential factors for their professionalism in an attempt to seek ways of enhancing the professionalism of dental hygienists. The subjects in this study were 172 dental hygienists who worked in dental institutions in Busan and Gimhae. A self-administered survey was conducted to gather data, and an experimental analysis was carried out to analyze the collected data. The major findings of the study were as follows: First, concerning professionalism, self-regulation belief(3.70) ranked highest(3.42), followed by service belief(3.65), autonomy belief(3.31), a sense of vocational calling(3.30) and utilization of the professional organization as a standard(3.12). Second, the professionalism of the dental hygienists was significantly better when their title was higher, when they were older, when they got a larger monthly pay and when they intended to work for a longer time. Third, as for the influential factors for their professionalism, age, marital status, the estimated term of working at the workplace and opinion on reemployment were also identified as the significant variables that were up to the standard level of significance(p=0.05). The findings of the study suggest that in order to boost the professionalism of dental hygienists, it's required to take institutional measures to give them more responsibility, autonomy and authority, and how to improve personnel administration by providing strong motivation for them to look at their workplaces more favorably and keep on working for a long time should discreetly be considered.

  • It is very important for rehabilitation to deal with psychological aspects of persons with disabilities, as well as efforts improving the institutional and environmental conditions. A majority of persons with severe disabilities in the situation of Korea have difficulty in having and maintaining a job. Work should and would be a source of self-respect and material well-being in this modern society. Therefore, Vocational rehabilitation services are measures in restoration of family functions and social participation of persons with disabilities. This study aims at investigating linguistic characteristics and the validity of constructional concepts of picture interest test Inventories that have been utilized for the segregated groups of people such as persons with developmental disabilities. Picture interest test inventories seemed to be valid for measuring psychological traits and characteristics of people with mental retardation, and this finding can be extended to the group of other developmental disabilities, such as learning disabilities and mild/moderate behavioral deficits. The Holland classification system seemed to be best fitted for developing a comprehensive and accurate vocational interest inventory.
