A Study on the Improvement of NCS for Cadastral Field (지적분야 NCS 개선에 관한 연구)

  • The Korean government strives to transform the society from one that stresses academic and qualification to one that stresses individual competencies. National Competency Standards(NCS) has been adopted to this end. However, NCS classifies cadastre into a group with survey and spatial information collection. Such classification limits cadastre to encompass cadastral administration, cadastral survey, geospatial survey, etc. This study reviews current status and implications of NCS, and proposes few solutions: improvement of classification system, introduction of cadastral industry cooperation model, curriculum development based on competency level, unification between NCS developer and learning module writing group, etc.

  • 이 연구는 컴퓨터 포인팅 게임이 중도(重度) 지적장애아동의 시지각 능력에 미치는 효과를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해, 시지각 능력에 효과적인 컴퓨터 포인팅 게임을 난이도 수준에 따라 3단계로 설계 및 개발하였다. 효과를 최대로 이끌기 위해, 1, 2주와 3주에 적용할 교수 학습 모형을 다르게 설계하였다. 그 효과를 알아보기 위해, 성남의 지적장애 H학교 초등부 재학생 중, 중도 지적장애아동이면서 낮은 시지각 능력을 보이지만, 교정시력과 손가락 사용에 어려움이 없는 4명의 아동을 대상으로 3주간 1회에 15분씩, 15회 실험을 실시하였다. 양적인 평가를 위해, 표준화 검사 도구인 한국판 시지각 발달검사(K-DTVP-2)를 4차에 걸쳐 진행하였고, 질적 평가를 위해, 관찰평가일지를 매주 실험이 끝난 후 작성하였다. 연구결과, 컴퓨터 포인팅 게임은 지적장애아동의 시지각 능력을 양적 질적 측면에서 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다.

A Study on the Improvement of the Cadastral Field Process Evaluation-type Qualification System (지적분야 과정평가형 자격제도 개선에 관한 연구)

  • The government is operating a course evaluation-type qualification system for the purpose of overcoming the limitations of the test-type qualification system and cultivating talents with practical skills applicable to related industries. However, there is a part that does not match the purpose of the course evaluation qualification system by educating competency units in the field of surveying rather than the field of cadastral field in the education and training course of the course evaluation qualification. Therefore, this study closely analyzed the course evaluation qualification system in the cadastral field and suggested improvement plans accordingly. First, NCS in the cadastral field has not been supplemented or developed since its development in 2014, and there are many parts that do not conform to the current laws, so supplementary development is necessary. Second, It was proposed to improve the optional competency unit in the field of surveying to the NCS competency unit in the cadastral field. In addition, if the 12 competency units of the current NCS in the cadastral field are designated as essential competency units and education and training are operated, it will be possible to foster working-level talents with sufficient competency at the cadastral engineer level. However, for practical system operation and application, supplementation and development of NCS in the cadastral field, which is used for education and training of the course evaluation qualification system, must be preceded.

간학문적 접근을 통한 영재교육프로그램 개발에 관한 연구

  • 영재의 특성은 다양한 분야에 대한 관심과 재능을 가지고 있으며 지적 호기심에 대한 도전의식이 강하다. 영재교육프로그램은 이러한 영재들의 지적호기심을 자극하여 영재로서 갖추어야할 제반 능력들을 균형 있게 길러 줄 수 있어야한다. 그러나 현재까지 개발된 대부분의 영재교육프로그램들은 여전히 논리와 이론을 중시하여 수리능력, 창의적 문제해결력 등 대부분 지적 능력신장에 치중하는 경향이 있다. 이러한 프로그램만으로는 교과별 학습을 통하여 얻게 되는 개념과 원리들을 생활과 관련지어 이해하거나 다양한 분야에 적용하는 능력을 길러주는데는 한계가 있다. 따라서, 영재아들의 잠재능력을 계발하고, 교과간의 연결능력을 길러 새로운 분야를 창의적으로 개척할 수 있는 능력을 신장하기 위해서는 수학분야에 집중된 주제를 다루기보다는 개방적인 주제를 다루는 간학문형 프로그램 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 수학분야나 지적영역에만 국한되는 편협성을 탈피하여 보다 창의적인 역량(creative competency)을 신장할 수 있는 수학과 관련성이 있는 간학문형(間學文型, inter-disciplinary)프로그램 개발 방안과 그 사례를 제시하고자한다.

Factors Influencing Self-regulated Strategies: On Autonomy Support and Beliefs of Intelligence Ability of Gifted and Non-gifted Students (영재와 평재의 자기조절 전략에 미치는 요인: 자율성 지지와 지적 능력에 대한 신념을 중심으로)

  • This Study was to examine whether high school students' autonomy support and beliefs of intelligence ability influence their self-regulated strategies. Of the 600 high school students surveyed from 3 high schools in two metropolitan cities, Korea, 478 completed and returned the questionnaires yielding a total response rate of 79.7%. Among the final sample consisted of 109 gifted students (22.8%), 190 high-achieving non-gifted students (39.7%), and low-achieving non-gifted students (37.4%). Measures of students' perceived autonomy support (i.e. from parents, teacher, peer), beliefs of intelligence ability (i.e. incremental, entity) and self-regulated strategies (i.e. managing environment and behavior, seeking and learning information, maladaptive regulatory behavior). Spearman's rho(${\rho}$) indicated that students' achieving level was positively associated with autonomy support (i.e. parents, teacher), beliefs of intelligence ability (i.e. incremental) and self-regulated strategies (i.e. managing environment and behavior, seeking and learning information). However, students' achieving level was negatively associated with beliefs of intelligence ability (i.e. entity) and self-regulated strategies (i.e. maladaptive regulatory behavior). Hierarchical multiple regression analyses showed that students' perceived autonomy support (i.e. from teacher) and beliefs of intelligence ability (i.e. incremental) were the crucial contributors for enhancing students' self-regulated strategies. Results are discussed in relation to theoretical implications and school settings.

과학영재 초등학생들의 지적 배경 조사

  • This study investigated the background of the intellectual ability that consists of family environment, intellectual priority, career aims, intellectual extracurricular activities of the students who were selected for the Science Gifted Education Center. We performed a survey and analysis of the students at the Science Gifted Education Center in order to explore their learning attitudes and intellectual ability, as well as the elements that represent their attitudes. As a result of the study, I found that the students in the Science Gifted Education Center generally had good economic and family backgrounds that showed no significant hardship in supporting the students. The families were also highly educated intellectually. In case the talented students in Science desired to be pure scientists, they liked the Science subjects and enjoyed reading science books. It was mostly the male students that took part. As for the attitude toward intellectual ability, they expected to improve their abilities as they gained knowledge and increased their intelligence through learning, although they didn't confide with us on their intelligence quotients.   • The aim of this study is to suggest the change of behavior and motor skill of children with intellectual disabilities participating functional games using virtual reality. For this purpose, 5 children with intellectual disabilities completed a 16-week functional game program twice a week. The result was as following; the application of functional games using virtual reality has positive effect on behavior and motor skill -static coordination, hand motion coordination, normal motion coordination, motor speed, simultaneous spontaneous motion, single motion competency. The application and utilization of functional games using virtual reality systematically of children with intellectual disabilities can bring an improvement on their overall development.

The Study of Sensory Processing Skills in People with Intellectual Disabilities (지적 장애인의 감각처리능력에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the sensory processing of adults with intellectual disabilities by Adolescent/Adult Sensory Profile(AASP). AASP was executed for 98 adults with intellectual disabilities residing in nursing home. The score of sensory processing ability expressed the conditions of being 'Less Than Most People' and 'Much Less Than Most People' in the all sensory processing areas of Low Registration, Sensory Sensitivity, Sensory Seeking, Sensory Avoiding. There was not significant difference in the sex. The score of sensory processing ability between teenagers(11 years to 17 years) and adult(above 18 years), teenagers statistically showed lower scores in the three sensory processing areas of Low Registration, Sensory Seeking, and Sensory Sensitivity. In addition, there was significant difference in the sensory processing areas of Low Registration and Sensory Avoiding according to the disability grading. In the future research, it is suggested to examine the sensory processing within residual setting and it need a study comparing sensory processing skills according to the disability grading by increasing subjects.

  • 제논이 내세운 역설에서 시작한 톰슨과 베나세라프의 초능력 작업 논의는 이제 그 논의 자체가 독립된 논의가 된 듯하다. 이 글에서는 그 초능력 작업이 톰슨이 말한 대로 불가능한가를 논의한다. 그래서 이 논의가 해결되기 위해서는 열린 문제 하나가 해결되어야 함을 지적한다. 따라서 이 논의가 제논의 역설을 충실히 반영하고 있는가 하는 점은 관심 밖이다.
