This study analyzed the effects of situational factors and perceived uncertainty on purchase delay behaviors of internet consumers. The survey was conducted from internet consumers in the Seoul Metropolitan areas, and 394 responses were used in the data analysis. The results of this study were as follows. First, the negative experience and avoid regrets of the situational factors had a positive impact on overall purchase delay. The time pressure, changeability about purchase, negative experience and avoid regrets had a positive impact on payment stage delay. Also, the time pressure, negative experience and avoid regrets had a positive impact on shopping cart abandonment. Second, all factors of perceived uncertainty had a positive impact on overall purchase delay and payment stage delay. In addition, the information uncertainty and psychological uncertainty had a positive impact on shopping cart abandonment. Therefore, this study is contributing to the diversification of internet study, and it is provide useful information on the customer management and marketing strategy of internet shopping malls.

Large-scaled hospital information system projects are often delayed than originally planned. Regarding project management, it is necessary to examine main factors triggering the schedule delay and to analyze the causality of such delay. This study tries to find the delay factors and causal relationship between them based on the case of the hospital information system development project by using the grounded theory method. It turned out that 'unrealistic scheduling' affects overall schedule delays like domino phenomenon, and 'poor analysis of existing systems' leads to poor quality of work analysis while 'poor subsystem integrated interface' triggers poor design quality. This study found out the factors affecting the delay of a project, analyzing cause-and-effect relationships between them in the academic side. From the practical view, it shows a solution to minimize delays in the project schedule for each of SI companies, hospitals and project managers.

There have been frequent reports of schedule delays due to various risks of remodeling projects, which are different from new construction. Therefore, this study was carried out to analyze the risk factors inherent in the remodeling project and the likelihood of schedule delay occurrence in the remodeling construction work. To analyze the relationship between the risk factors and the likelihood of schedule delays of remodeling projects, (1) a prototype of the office building remodeling work was developed through the analysis of existing case and literature, (2) a questionnaire survey was conducted on 29 construction managers who have been or are currently conducting remodeling projects, and (3) after evaluating the reliability of the collected questionnaire results, the relationship between the two elements, which denotes (i) likelihood of schedule delays per each work, (ii) importance of risk factors, and (iii) risk factors affecting schedule delay in remodeling work, was suggested. Using the results of this study, it is expected to develop a plan for preventing the schedule delay of the office building remodeling work through control the risk factors that may cause schedule delays.

In airlines, on-time performance (OTP) is a measure of an airline's reliability and can be used as an important indicator when compared to other airlines. This study analyzed the effects and strength of delay factors on airline punctuality by analyzing the data of domestic K airlines for one year before and after March 2020, when the number of flights drastically decreased due to the corona virus. In addition, delays caused by seasonal weather effects were analyzed, and how the number of passengers who plummeted due to the corona situation had an effect on delay factors was studied. As for the delay factors, the delay codes of K airline which added its own codes to the delay codes of IATA, were applied. Based on the results of the analysis, we would like to suggest a method to minimize the delay.

The factors of uncertainty such as work delay could cause many problems, for example, increase of construction cost and terms of work, and the deterioration of quality. Because of these, the uncertainty risk is regarded as an important management factor to obtain the success of construction project. So, the systematic management plan about the uncertainty factors is needed because it plays an important role in the completion of entire project. And also analysis of some factors which can cause the work delay can be one way of improving construction project's certainty and making it competitive. In this reason, we have to make an effort to set a priority based on analysis of quantitatively numerical value about work delay factors to manage them effectively. Thus, this study aims to suggest the basic data for the effective management and prevention of work delay in steel-frame work which is progressive actively now, along with increasing of demand of high-rise buildings by analyzing each reasons of work delay factors and also by suggesting important management factors that are coded according to each construction work using FMEA method which could give a data about the importance of work delay factors through quantitatively numerical value.

Due to the inherent risk factors of the remodeling projects, the remodeling project is failing frequently, and schedule delay are occurring in most remodeling projects. The risk factors that cause the delays in these remodeling projects are not common to all remodeling projects, and the likelihood of risk factors will be affected by the various characteristics of the project. In this context, based on the results of a reliable survey conducted on 29 construction managers who have performed remodeling projects, this research analyzes (1) "importance of each characteristic", which means how frequently the characteristics of the remodeling project affect the occurrence of risk factors, (2) "the likelihood of delay risk factors for remodeling projects", which assesses which risk factors are most likely to occur, and 3) "the level of effect of project characteristics that affects the occurrence of each risk factor." Through this study, the relationship between various characteristics of the office building remodeling projects and the delay risk factors was analyzed in various aspects, in further, it is expected that the owner planning the remodeling will be able to grasp the delay risk that is likely to occur according to the characteristics of the project in advance.

자율운항선박 원격제어시스템 구현을 위해서는 통신네트워크의 활용은 필수적이다. 하지만 현재 VSAT, LTE, WIFI를 활용한 통신네트워크의 방해요인중 하나는 시간지연이다. 다양한 연구를 통해 시간지연의 측정과 감소를 위한 연구가 진행중에 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 시간지연에 따라 항해사의 제어형태를 파악하기 위한 준비단계로 해양사고 재결서를 통해 분석한 결과를 바탕으로 시나리오를 개발하여 시뮬레이션을 통한 선박조종성능 만족도 평가를 시행하였다. 향후 이를 바탕으로 시간지연에 따라 원격제어자에게 선박조종성능을 저해하는 요인을 식별하고 이를 제거 및 방지하기 위한 방법에 대해 제안하고자 한다.

The sum of each work duration are entire period in construction project. Each work occurs to be late, the total period of construction project will delays. Therefore, the total period of construction project will not be delayed if probability of working progress makes higher. Finding each work's constraints performs constraints analysis in process of construction for checking probability of working progress. Grasp work's constraints through the constraints analysis and removes. This research will show preventing delay of consruction project, through constraints analysis process.

Project delay is one of the most crucial impact factors in the construction process from a schedule and cost management perspective. This study focused on analyzing the causes of concrete frame work delay in the apartment construction project. According to the analysis of project cost composition, the direct cost of concrete works was highest in most samples. Actual delays of concrete works were analyzed for the six different construction components. Causes of delay were grouped into two categories; preconstruction and construction phases and these two groups were further divided into sub-groups. Analysis results revealed that the most significant delay was occurred in the 1st. floor concrete skeleton work. For each delay factor, implications of delay as well as suggestion(s) for reducing the possibility of schedule delay are provided.
