웹 2.0을 적용한 블로그, 위젯, RSS 등의 여러 가지 기술들의 발전은 계속적으로 변화하는 교육에 필요한 다양한 툴을 제공해 주고 있다. 현재의 초등학교 교육은 단순히 지식을 전달하고 그것을 학습하는 과정뿐만 아니라 교수자와 학습자, 학습자와 학습자 사이의 상호작용을 통한 교수.학습과정이 이루어지고 있다. 따라서 앞으로의 교육은 교수자와 학습자 모두가 참여하는 형태로 발전하게 될 것임에 분명하다. 그러나 이러한 상호작용에만 국한될 경우 학습자들이 기본적으로 알아야 할 핵심지식에 대한 교육이 소홀해 질 수 있다. 따라서, 교수자와 학습자가 원활한 상호작용을 이루어 질 수 있는 새로운 형태의 학습 환경이 필요함과 동시에, 핵심지식의 전달이 원활하게 이루어질 수 있는 툴이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 웹 2.0의 여러 가지 기술들을 통해 교수자와 학습자가 원활한 상호작용을 이룰 수 있는 환경에 대한 분석을 통하여 핵심지식의 전달이 원활하게 이루어질 수 있는 교육용 위젯을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 교육용 위젯을 활용한다면 교수자와 학습자의 상호작용을 통한 교육에서 다루지 못하는 부분의 핵심지식 교육을 보충함으로써 학습자들의 핵심지식의 습득 및 학습효과를 증진시키는데 기여하게 될 것이다.

This study investigates how learners extract their implicit knowledge into explicit form of the knowledge. The process of implicit-explicit transfer is known to help learners to reconstruct and refine their knowledge which was constructed before in some ways. Also we investigate which types of explicit form are more effective when it is delivered to other learners. In a classroom-based learning environment, students take educational content that is delivered by instructor and go through the process in which they try to fit the content into their cognitive structure by reconstructing the knowledge into their cognitive model. When they try to deliver their own cognitive model for the knowledge to other learners, they have to transform it into explicit form, and through the process, they reconstruct and refine the cognitive model of the knowledge, and find effective and appropriate way to express it. In this research, we experimented the process on a group of 77 college students and analyzed the results. We also did peer evaluated experiments to see which types of explicit format and factors are more effective than others. The results indicate that the types of explicit form of implicit knowledge play an important role in effectiveness of learning.

수학 학습에서 컴퓨터와 계산기의 활용은 시각화의 강화로부터 직관력과 사고력의 향상을 가져왔다. 컴퓨터 대수체계(Computer Algebra System)가 탑재된 수학 학습용 컴퓨터 프로그램과 계산기가 활발히 사용되고 있으며, 교수매체로서의 활용은 지식 정보전달 체계와 학습자의 지식 구성방법에 새로운 패러다임을 형성하였다. 특히 수학학습용 그래픽 계산기(Graphing Calculator)는 휴대형(Hand-held Technology)으로 학습공간의 이동(Mobil Education)이 가능하며, 수학학습 전용기라는데 의미를 둘 수 있다. Symbolic Graphing Calculator를 활용한 수업에서 학습자는 계산기를 가지고, 기호연산 실행 조작을 통해 자신의 사고과정을 표현하고, Symbolic Graphing Calculator는 실행 조작에 즉각적으로 과정과 결과를 제공하며, 다른 표상과 상호작용을 함으로써 학습자 스스로의 규제가 강화된 과정을 통해 지식을 구성하게 된다. 이때 교사는 지식 정보전달 체계인 대화형 실행매체(IMTs)를 작성하여 학습자의 지식 형성에 안내자의 역할을 하게 된다. 이번 워크샵에서는 CASIO fx 2.0을 활용한 교실 수업모형을 그래프 표상과 연계한 방정식의 풀이과정을 통해 알아본다.

습자가 원하는 학습자원을 컴퓨터가 스스로 찾아내서 학습자에게 전달해주고, 더 나아가 새로운 지식까지 추론해서 제공해 줄 수는 없을까? 의미의 웹이라 불리고 있는 시멘틱 웹(Semantic Web)은 의미적으로 연결돼 있는 학습 정보를 컴퓨터가 의미를 이해해서 학습자가 원하는, 학습자 수준에 맞는 정보를 제공해주고 더 나아가 지식까지도 추론해서 학습자에게 가장 적합한 형태로 전달해 줄 수 있는 강력한 메커니즘으로 부각되고 있다. 이에 필자는 살이 있는 e러닝이 되기 위해서는 시멘틱 웹과의 통합이 필요하다고 생각해 2회에 걸쳐 시멘틱 웹과, 시멘틱 웹을 e러닝에 어떻게 적용할 것인지에 대해 진단해 보고자 한다.

인터넷의 자유로운 접근을 통해 웹기반의 가상 교육이 널리 퍼지게 되었고, 웹에서의 교육이 하나의 교육의 형태로 자리잡게 되었다. 따라서 가상 교육을 통한 새로운 지식창조를 위한 인재양성을 위하여 정보 인프라와 정보서비스의 활용이 중요시되는 지식기반사호로 진입하고 있다는 점에서 종래의 단순한 지식 전달에만 중요시되었던 가상교육의 학습형태에서 벗어나 새로운 지식의 창출을 도와주는 바람직한 지식정보화 방향정립이 필요하다. 이를 통해 본 논문은 학습 정보를 구조적으로 구성하고 관리하여 학습자에게 빠른 피드백과 적응적인 학습물을 제공한다. 또한, 능동적인 학습내용의 체계화로 학습자 스스로 학습에 대한 주도적인 역할하며 전달받은 정보를 자신의 내면적 지식으로 바꿀 수 있는 빠른 학습효과를 가져올 수 있다.

플립러닝의 핵심 성공요인은 변화된 교수자의 조력자 역할을 통해 학습자가 주도적으로 학습하고 문제를 해결할 수 있도록 유도하는 것이다. 이와 동시에, 공과대학 수업에서는 교수자의 지식전달자 역할과도 균형을 이루어 학습자의 학습내용 이해를 촉진해야 한다. 이에 대한 심층 분석을 위해 교수자 관점의 질적 분석이 진행되고 있는 가운데, 본 연구에서는 학습자의 인식에 기반하여 교수자의 역할을 탐색하였다. A전문대학에서 비대면 환경에서 운영된 공과대학의 플립러닝 기반 수업에서 교수자의 지원 및 역할을 조사한 후 키워드 네트워크 분석을 수행하였다. 연구 결과, '질의응답'과 '설명' 키워드에 대한 분석을 통해 변화하는 조력자로서의 역할이 주효한 동시에 학습내용의 이해도를 향상시키는 전달자로서의 역할도 확인하였으며 이를 바탕으로 제언하였다.

지식경영의 기본적인 목적은 조직 구성원간에 효과적으로 지식을 공유 하도록 하는 것이다. 지식 경영에 관련된 많은 연구들은 지식 공유가 필요한 상황 및 지식 공유를 촉진시키는 조직 환경에 집중해왔다. 그러나 조직에 속한 개인들이 누구와 어떻게 지식을 공유하는 것이 가장 효과적인지에 대해서는 충분한 연구가 이루어지지 않았다. 본 연구의 첫 번째 주제는 지식 전달자와 지식 수용자간에 지식을 주고 받을 때 전달되는 지식 속성의 질을 결정하는 요인을 규명하는 것이다. 특히 본 연구는 프로젝트를 수행하는 개인간의 지식 공유에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 본 연구의 두 번째 주제는 지식 속성의 구성과 지식 속성이 지식 효용 및 업무 결과의 물리적 그리고 심리적 측면에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 규명하는 것이다. 본 연구는 기존 연구와 달리 지식 속성의 질을 지식 공유의 성공 여부를 결정짓는 중요 요소로 인지한다.

Companies' efforts to secure and sustain a competitive advantage in the market may also appear in the form of new product development. This has increased the importance of leveraging knowledge from other companies in a global competition that is accelerating with an accelerating product life cycle and the development of transportation and communications. In order to create valuable knowledge through the exchange and combination of knowledge, the absorptive capacity of the recipient of the knowledge should be considered as important, but also the knowledge protection tendency, which is characteristic of the knowledge transferor, should be considered. However, studies that considered these factors at the same time were very limited. This study examines the effect of suppliers 'absorptive capacity and buyer' s knowledge protection on new product development performance during the joint development of new products. In addition, we investigated the interaction effect between supplier's absorption capacity and buyer's knowledge protection tendency. For this purpose, data were collected for automobile industry, electronics industry and defense industry, where joint development of new products occurred frequently, and statistical verification was performed by regression analysis. The results showed that the absorptive capacity of the supplier was positively correlated with the performance of the new product development, and the buyer 's knowledge protection tendency had a negative relationship with the new product development performance. In addition, the absorptive capacity of the supplier and the buyer 's knowledge protection tendency have an interaction effect on the new product development result. These results suggest that suppliers' absorption capacity is an important factor in the joint development of new products, but suppliers with superior absorption capacity may have a negative impact on new product development performance if buyers have a negative attitude toward knowledge transfer.

I studied in this paper on the comparative study between the constructivism and the structuralism as the educational methods. On the constructivism in educational methods they say that knowledge is constructed subjectively by person individually(cognitive constructivism) or by persons reciprocally in the society(social constructivism). On the structuralism in educational methods they say that knowledge(structure) is in the closed-end text objectively and person pursue and identify this objective knowledge in the closed-end text. But on the post-structuralism(neostructuralism) they say that the text is not closed-ended but open-ended. So constructivism is consistent with post-structuralism. Education include application of knowledge and awareness of knowledge on my opinion. Education on application of knowledge is more important in this knowledge based society. Constructivism connote the application of knowledge in the education. School library media center and media specialist(teather-librarian) are essential elements of this application of knowledge in the education.
