한국과 인도 간 관계(이후 한국-인도 관계)는 오랜 역사를 통해 정치, 사회, 경제 및 전략적 측면에서 지속적으로 발전되었다. 특히 인도의 "동방정책(Look East Policy)" 채택과 한국의 "중견국 외교(Middle-power diplomacy)" 선언 간 동질성을 모색하는 차원에서 최근에 더욱 긴밀히 발전되고 있다. 즉 최근에 이르러 갑자기 발전된 관계가 아니라는 논지이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 한국과 인도 간 관계를 역사적 시각, 탈냉전 이후 시각, 경제적 시각 및 교육 및 문화적 그리고 지정학적 시각에서 평가하고자 한다. 특히 역내 중견국(middle power) 대표적 국가를 활용한 긴밀한 전략적 협력을 강조하고자 한다. 이를 위해 2004년 노무현 대통령의 인도 공식 방문 이후 2015년 1월 박근혜 대통령의 방문까지의 양국 간 전략적 협력 관계를 조명해 본다. 이에 따라 양국 관계는 이미 공개된 바와 같이 이는 사이버, 방산, 군사협력 및 정보교환 등의 분야로 구체화되고 있다. 일부는 이를 중국을 견제하는 양국 간의 협력이라고 평가하나, 본 논문은 특정 국가를 지목하기보다, 역내 중견국으로서의 전략적 관계 증진을 통한 역내 이익 보호에 있다고 평가한다. 특히 양국 간을 지리적으로 연결하는 해양을 통한 해양협력에 대한 논의를 추가한다. 예를 들면 역내 자연재난 구조작전(DR operation) 및 인도주의 지원작전(HA operation) 해양협력과 현재 진행되고 있는 아덴만 해적퇴치작전(Anti-piracy naval operation)이다.

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport carried out a pilot project for data maintenance in 2011 to ensure the accuracy of cadastral records nationwide, and now trying to reduce the errors such as omission of the cadastral book, inconsistency of land category between cadastral account book and cadastral map, etc. and the boundary between the map boundary, scale, and administrative areas. In this study, we looked at the currents status and problems of the cadastral research, improving the cadastral map, which has been promoted by the government and the cadastral office. In order to revitalize the cadastral map data maintenance project, it is necessary to re-establish the plan for each step for challenging the limitation of current data maintenance, and the master plan for promotion system, and develop manuals to maintain consistency and secure accuracy of cadastral map maintenance, such as "Coverage and Maintenance Guidelines for Cadastral Maps", and secure the national budget for error correction in cadastral map led by government.

Recently, use frequency for traffic information which provides shortest paths and traffic condition is increasing. Specially, in the survey, it is shown that users prefer internet portal sites which can be used the most easily among traffic information media. But, there are not many verification systems for traffic information contents of internet portal sites which collect and provide information than traffic information contents which are provided by public service. The purpose of this study is to investigate real accuracy and accuracy felt by users about information provided by portal sites. Therefore, in this research we verified accuracy of information by portal site with real field data and investigate real usage about contents and experienced accuracy by users through survey. Also, users' expectation and satisfaction were surveyed and the contents to be improved were selected by using IPA technique. By the result of accuracy verification by field data using portable DSRC(Dedicated Short Range Communication) devices, it is shown that average error was 14~32% and sometimes very high rate. Also, it is shown that 28.3 % of total respondents prefers the information by portal sites and 50 % of total respondents felt that contents of traffic information by portal sites are not accurate. Real-time traffic condition was selected as the most inaccurate one among all contents of traffic information and it was analyzed that intensive efforts for improving information about real-time traffic condition are needed.

This study aims at exploring the Eco-generation's perception on public libraries depending on the use of cultural programs. For this purpose, a series of in-depth interviews was conducted with public library users in the Eco-generation in order to investigated the current status of the cultural programs in public libraries and their underlying identity. The results identifies that user experience of library cultural programs did not make a meaningful difference in users' perceptions on public libraries. Furthermore, there was no meaningful difference in the perceptions on cultural programs between public libraries and other cultural organizations. A possible explaining factor to the results based on the interviews and existing research reports was identified as the lack of identity in the library cultural programs. Consequently, further studies on public libraries' identity, cooperation between research and practice in public libraries, discussion with cultural organizations in the library district, and considerations in public policy are suggested in order to strengthen the identity in the library cultural programs.

Big data analysis is a technique for effectively analyzing unstructured data such as the Internet, social network services, web documents generated in the mobile environment, e-mail, and social data, as well as well formed structured data in a database. The most big data analysis techniques are data mining, machine learning, natural language processing, and pattern recognition, which were used in existing statistics and computer science. Global research institutes have identified analysis of big data as the most noteworthy new technology since 2011. Therefore, companies in most industries are making efforts to create new value through the application of big data. In this study, we analyzed using the Social Matrics which a big data analysis tool of Daum communications. We analyzed public perceptions of "Artificial Intelligence" keyword, one month as of May 19, 2018. The results of the big data analysis are as follows. First, the 1st related search keyword of the keyword of the "Artificial Intelligence" has been found to be technology (4,122). This study suggests theoretical implications based on the results.

This study examined how the three major newspapers covered the press reform movement in Korea. Despite that the NGOs and Korean government keep trying to reform the market and structure of the newspapers, the targeted newspapers argue that they are unjustly accused of the dominance of the press market made by the readers' choice. Using frame analysis and discourse analysis, this study analyzed the news coverage on the press reform for 6 months and revealed that these major newspapers presumed to be targeted were totally challenging against the press reform by means of flaming of news and using news discourse. The ways of challenge were, firstly they appealed to the readers that the press reform is the press suppress so that they have to fight against this unacceptable pressure. And secondly, they report the news selectively for their own interests by elaborating, magnifying, or reducing the facts. Thirdly, they attack the government policies and major figures leading the press reform by letting the outside columnists favorable to their own standing point. And finally, they conduct the poll on and off and report what they want according to their self interests.

This study aims to identify spatio-temporal land price change pattern in Gongju city including the area incorporated and surrounding area depending on the Multifunctional Administrative City Construction. For this, GIS data was built by calculating the average land price each 209 Dong and Ri by the time of the year 2000, 2005 and 2010 based on. The first, the change in the land price was to identify in the 5-year intervals through a kriging interpolation as a kind of geostatistical techniques. The second, a trend analysis was conducted to know directional change pattern of the east-west axis and the north-south axis. Finally, the weighted mean center was calculated by the land price at a weight to examine moving direction on the center point of land price, point of view. The result is that the land price change pattern appeared visible higher growth on the eastern built in the Multifunctional Administrative City, moving direction on the center point of the land price appeared that the phenomenon was concentrated in the northeastern area.

In hosting outdoor activities and school trips, safety issues are gaining serious attention lately. In addition to Sewol ferry tragedy and an incident at Kyungjoo Mauna Resort, there have been grown problems related to this crucial factor. This research analyzes negligent accidents occurred from domestic and foreign schools and aims to provide effective safety education and policy through comparative analysis between domestic and foreign cases. We mainly relied on documents such as newspapers, internet articles and legal papers to investigate cases and cooperated with relevant government departments for collecting references and setting agenda for safety supervision. The analysis on both domestic and foreign cases revealed that students abroad receive opportunities for first-hand experience regarding safety and systematic education, as safety maintenance is prioritized. Based on this culture, safety education should be habituated domestically, while participatory safety programs that students can actively involve must also be devised. Moreover, through preparation of entertaining contents such as SNS game programs, skits and activities employing multiple facilities and vehicles at school safety education, we must induce students to actively participate in the program with interests.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect that consumption patterns of human affect the ecosystem using analysis of ecological footprint(EF) and assessment of ecosystem service value in Daegu Metropolitan Area. The data for analysis were constructed from statistical yearbook of each city and average of public land price on land category. According to the EF analysis on city, total EF of Goryeong was showed the highest by 3.3052gha in 2007. However, total EF of Daegu was assessed the lowest by 2.0134gha among 8 cities. In the results of ecological deficit, 7 cities except Gunwi were assessed by condition of ecological deficit and had exceeded environmental capacity until 2007. Specially, it was analyzed that Daegu may need additional area more than about 30 times to maintain the present consumption patterns. On the one side, the results of analysis of ecosystem service value in Daegu were assessed that citizens of Daegu have borrowed about 1,078.6 million wons to ecosystem per year and one person.
