Predicting users' intention to continue mobile internet services usage : The integration of habit into the Expectation-Confirmation Model (모바일 인터넷 서비스 이용자의 지속적인 이용의도에 대한 영향요인 탐색 : 습관과 기대일치모형의 통합)

  • 기대일치이론에 기초한 기대일치모형은 정보시스템 연구 분야에서 정보시스템의 지속적인 사용 혹은 사용의도를 설명하는 핵심 이론으로 언급되어 왔다. 이러한 기대일치모형과 더불어 최근에 정보시스템 분야에서 주목을 받고 있는 또 다른 개념은 자동화된 행동 경향을 의미하는 ‘습관’이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 두 가지 개념들을 기초로 모바일 인터넷 서비스에 대한 지속적인 이용 상황에서 습관과 기대일치모형을 통합하는 시도를 하였다. 이에 일치, 지각된 유용성, 지각된 사용 용이성, 습관 등의 수용후 신념, 이용자 만족, 지속적 이용의도로 구성된 연구모형을 구성하고 이를 검증하였다. J도내 250명의 대학생들을 대상으로 설문자료를 수집하여 분석한 결과, 기대일치와 지각된 유용성이 모바일 인터넷 서비스의 이용자 만족에 대한 주요 요인으로서 나타났다. 또한 지각된 유용성, 이용자 만족, 습관은 모바일 인터넷 서비스에 대한 지속적 이용의도를 결정하는 주요 요인으로 나타났다. 반면에 지각된 이용 용이성은 이용자 만족과 지속적 이용의도 모두에 대하여 아무런 관련성이 없는 것으로 나타났다.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of task value and perceived usefulness on learning outcomes. This study also examined the mediating effects of teaching presence in their relationships. As a result, task value and perceived usefulness significantly predicted learning outcomes (learning flow and learning persistence). In addition, teaching presence mediated between task value, perceived usefulness and learning outcome. This findings imply that task value, perceived usefulness, and teaching presence should be valued to enhance learning outcomes in Cyber university.

  • The purpose of this study is to confirm how perception of user to e-government have an effect on the intention to use. Field research method using questionnaires was employed to investigate the effects between the variables. Findings of the study can be summarized as follows. Perceived information security and usefulness have a positive effect on trust to e-government. And perceived risk have a negative effect on trust. And only perceived usefulness have a positive effect on the intention to use significantly.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the causal relationships among knowledge management system(KMS) quality, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude, and continuance use of KMS. The results of data analysis by structured equation model(SEM) indicate that KMS quality significantly influences individual's perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. Perceived ease of use affects individual's perceived usefulness on KMS. Individual's perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness affect on the creation of a positive attitude, and attitude affects continuance use of KMS. Based on the results, theoretical and practical implications of this study are discussed.

A Study on the Use Factors of YouTube-based Home Training Content (유튜브 기반 홈 트레이닝 콘텐츠 이용요인에 관한 연구)

  • This study examined the factors that influence the use of YouTube-based home training contents by integrating and applying the technology acceptance model and health belief model. The main results are as follows. First of all, it was found that personal innovativeness had a positive (+) effect on perceived ease and perceived usefulness. Perceived susceptibility did not have a significant effect on perceived usefulness, and perceived benefit had a positive (+) effect on perceived usefulness. Finally, it was found that perceived ease had a positive (+) effect on perceived usefulness, Both perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness were found to have a positive (+) effect on continuous intention to use. This study will be meaningful in that it partially reconfirmed the possibility of integrating the technology acceptance model and the health belief model.

  • This study is designed to test the effects of innovativeness, information dependency, informative sufficiency, and review reliability on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and eventually continuous use in mobile bakery applications and to provide useful information for the bakery industry. A total of 500 questionnaires were distributed for data collection from September $1^{st}$ to $30^{th}$ in 2014. Out of 455 returned questionnaires, 441 were useable. Statistical techniques utilized in the study were a factor analysis, reliability tests, and a covariance structure analysis using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The results were as follows: first, innovativeness had significant effects on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Second, information dependency had significant effects on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Third, informative sufficiency had significant effects on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Fourth, review reliability had significant effects on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Fifth, perceived ease of use had a significant effect on perceived usefulness. Finally, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use had significant effects on the continuous use of a mobile bakery application.

A Study on User Willingness of Intelligent Music Platform Based on TAM Model

  • In this paper, we propose to study the factors affecting the user's intention to use smart music platform, and on the basis of studying the impact of service quality on the user's intention to use, such as perceived usability, perceived ease, perceived entertainment and perceived cost, respectively. Based on this, the impact factors model on the usage intention of smart music platform users was presented, and 398 questionnaires were collected through a survey of university students majoring in Chinese music, and the collected data were obtained by conducting frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis using spss20.0 and amos20.0. The results show that: Quality of service has a positive effect on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived entertainment and perceived cost. A study found that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived entertainment have a positive effect on users' intention of use and perceived cost has a negative effect on their intention of use. Through this conclusion, the entrepreneur presented an important meaning in promoting sustainable development of smart music platforms by improving the operation and profit model of smart music platforms.

Antecedents and consequences of perceived usefulness of team project-based learning (팀프로젝트 기반 학습법에 대해 지각된 유용성의 선행요인과 결과요인에 대한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to suggest strategies of team project based learning for undergraduate students by exploring the effects of perceived usefulness on satisfaction in team project-based learning. Also, this study investigated the effects of autonomy support, self-efficacy for group work, and perceived interaction on perceived usefulness. The findings of this study revealed that perceived usefulness affects satisfaction in team project-based learning. Moreover, the results showed that autonomy support and self-efficacy for group work influence perceived usefulness. The findings of this study imply that perceived usefulness is critical team project-based learning is critical to successful learning. Additionally, autonomy support and self-efficacy for group work enables users to perceive usefulness in team project-based learning.

  • In this study, the factors affecting consumers' intention to use AI speakers were focused on the perceived value of the product and the perceived necessity of the product. Factors affectationist consumers' perceived value of the product were divided into benefits and costs. Reflecting the characteristics of information technology products, I included perceptions of usefulness of products. Empirical results show that consumers' perceptions of perceived benefits and usefulness of AI speaker products have a positive effect on perceived value and perceived necessity. Perception of necessity had a positive (+) significant effect on perception of value. Perception of necessity and perception of value had a positive(+) and positive effect on each intention of use. However, the cost perceived by consumers did not have a significant effect on perception of value.

A Study on the Factors Affecting the Characteristics of Mobile App for Disabled Libraries' Full-text Service on User's Satisfaction and Reuse Intention (장애인도서관 원문서비스 모바일 앱의 특성이 사용자의 만족도 및 재사용 의도에 미치는 영향요인 연구)

  • This study analyzed the effect of app characteristics of the handicapped library on user satisfaction and intention to reuse using the technology acceptance model. As a result, the app's accessibility, convenience, innovation, and reliability have a significant effect on perceived usefulness, and instant accessibility, accuracy, and interactivity have no significant effect. The characteristics of all apps were analyzed to have a significant effect on perceived ease of use. The regression model for perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness was statistically significant. It was found that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness had a positive effect on user satisfaction and satisfaction was intended to be reused.
