Using technology acceptance model, this study investigates the factors affecting N-screen service adoption. We collected 435 available answers from potential users through systematic online survey. Results show that self-efficacy and perceived interactivity factors had positive effects on perceived ease of use. In addition, service variety, perceived interactivity, perceived ease of use factors had positive effects on perceived usefulness. Yet social effect factor had negative effect on perceived usefulness. On the other hand, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness had positive effect on the intention of use. In conclusion, to improve the intention to use N-screen service, it is necessary to make users convinced that N-screen service can give customized contents and interactive information regardless of time and place.
The primary purpose of the study is to investigate museum visitors' intention to use of smart tourism contents by applying the extended technology acceptance model. The study conducted an online survey of a convenience sampling of individuals who visited the National Museum of Korea, and it conducted confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modelling to test hypotheses of the study. The results showed that information quality of immersive digital gallery in the National Museum of Korea had a significant regression weight on both perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use had a significant regression weight on perceived usefulness. Moreover, both perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness had a significant regression weight on intention to use. The findings indicate that it is necessary to develop smart tourism contents with easily accessible and usable digital applications for promoting smart tourism in the museum.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the determinants of preventive behavior intention to the particulate matter. The results based on the survey of 280 university students showed that the perceived susceptibility and barriers to the particulate matter do not have statistically significant effects on the preventive behavior intention. However, perceived severity and benefits, subjective norm, and self-efficacy to the particulate matter had statistically significant positive effects on the preventive behavior intention. The results of this study suggested that communication strategies to increase perceived severity and benefits, subjective norm and self-efficacy should be required to improve the degree of preventive behavior intention to the particulate matter of college students. It is expected to contribute explaining preventive actions against environmental hazards such as air pollution in the future.
The purpose of this study is to The exhibition's service quality was divided into three factors: event content, publicity, and empathy. First, the exhibition's service quality had positive effects on visitors' perceived value and overall satisfaction. Visitors' perceived value also showed a positive effect on their overall satisfaction. Second, each of visitors' perceived value and overall satisfaction had positive effects on their loyalty. Third, in effect decomposition, the total effect of the exhibition's service quality on visitors' perceived value was largest, followed by the service quality's total effect on their overall satisfaction and the service quality's total effect on their loyalty in order. In addition, statistically significant total effects were found between visitors' perceived value and overall satisfaction, as well as between visitors' perceived value and loyalty. As a result, mediating effects such as visitors' overall satisfaction had a positive contribution. Accordingly, statistically significant effects were confirmed in the relationships between all endogenous and exogenous variables.
This study was performed to research the influencing factor of COVID-19 preventive behavior focused on people in their 20s and 30s who recently have a high infection rate of COVID-19. The online survey was conducted through structural questionnaire aimed at 210 people in their 20s and 30s of metropolitan area from July 10th to 19th in 2021. The results are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the relation between health belief and COVID-19 preventive behavior, as perceived seriousness, perceived vulnerability, perceived disability and perceived benefit, COVID-19 preventive behavior is well conducted. Second, as perceived benefit of health belief get higher, the subjective norm is well observed. Third, as subjective norm and perceived behavioral control become higher, COVID-19 preventive behavior is well conducted. Fourth, the subjective norm and perceived behavioral control have a mediating effect in the relation between subjective norm.
We investigated the role of product-influencer congruence between social distance, perceived authenticity and attitude toward ads. In particular, we focused on the mediating effect of perceived authenticity on the relationship between social distance and attitude toward ads. Also, we interested in the conditional indirect effect of product-influencer congruence on the mediation process. For our purposes, data were collected from a convenience sample of 340 undergraduate students at a large university in South Korea. Our results indicated that social distance is directly related to the perceived authenticity and, consequently, affects attitude toward ads. Also, an indirect effect of the perceived authenticity was significant on the low level of product-influencer congruence and not in the high level. Our findings suggest that marketing managers should consider the social media influencer's authenticity and congruence between the product and the influencer.
The purpose of this study was to provide instructional implications for synchronous online learning at universities by examining variables that influence the outcome of synchronous online learning and investigating the relationships of the variables. To achieve the purpose, self-regulated learning, social presence, learning engagement and perceived academic achievement were measured by 123 university students who had taken synchronous online learning for spring semester in 2020. The collected data were analyzed through SPSS and SPSS PROCESS macro. The results were as follows. First, self-regulated learning and learning engagement significantly predicted perceived academic achievement while social presence did not. Second, self-regulated learning had a direct effect on perceived academic achievement and had an indirect effect on perceived academic achievement through learning engagement. Third, social presence did not have a direct effect on perceived academic achievement, but had an indirect effect on perceived academic achievement through learning engagement. The implications based on the results were suggested.
The purpose of this study was to examine the dual mediating effects of self-compassion and gratitude between perceived stress and insomnia in college students. For this study, 330 undergraduate students from Gyeongsang-do and Jeolla-do were surveyed about perceived stress, insomnia severity, self compassion, and gratitude. Regression, SPSS Macros, and bootstrapping methods were applied to verify the dual mediation effects. The results of this study were as follows. First, the positive effect of the perceived stress on the insomnia was observed to be significant. Second, self-compassion partially mediated the relationship between perceived stress and insomnia. Third, gratitude partially mediated the relationship between perceived stress and insomnia. Lastly, the perceived stress indirectly influenced insomnia through the dual mediation effect of self-compassion and gratitude. Focusing on these results, we discussed that stress management is important to prevent and alliviate insomnia of undergraduates and that intervention to promote self compassion and gratitude is needed.

The purpose of this study is to examine the factors influencing the intention to use the Metaverse from various angles based on the Extended Technology Acceptance Model and Value-based Adoption Model. Specifically, we examined whether there is a difference in perception of the Metaverse and in factors affecting the intention to use the Metaverse between the Metaverse experienced and non-experienced. For this purpose, the variables were classified into the technical characteristics of the Metaverse (interactivity, content quality), perceived benefits (perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment), and perceived sacrifices (perceived risk, perceived complexity) and a survey was conducted with university students. The findings of this study indicate that the perceived interactivity, usefulness, and enjoyment of the Metaverse had a major impact on the intention to use the Metaverse for those without Metaverse experience, whereas enjoyment of the Metaverse had the greatest impact on the intention to use the Metaverse for those with Metaverse experience. Based on the study results, we provided marketing strategy implications for continuous growth and development of the Metaverse industry.
