Internet is taking up as a new culture on the cyber-space beyond a simple hobby as its utilization ratio is rapidly being spread throughout the world. However most education for internet media has been focused on cyber ethics education and internet addiction. Therefore it arises to need to educate internet literacy for positive and desirable usage of internet media raises. Previous research on media eduction doesn't have been analyzed the outcome of media education. In this study, we show the result of internet media education which performed for fostering internet literacy. For the analysis of education result we observed emotional attitude about internet, internet media recognition, efficacy of using internet, and consciousness of internet ethics for middle school student. As a result, there are many changes for emotional attitude about internet, ability of using internet media, and consciousness of internet ethics.

The purpose of the study was to examine the effects of the lesson using Multiple Intelligence on self-esteem in the unit of Resources management and environment in Technology${\cdot}$Home Economics of middle school. In this study, the lesson using Multiple Intelligence theory for six hours was developed and applied to a class of 37 students of middle school as an experimental group. Lecture-style lesson was applied to the other class of 37 students as a control group. Significant differences between pre-test and post-test scores of self-esteem were found in the experimental group. Post-test scores of self-esteem were higher than pre-test scores of self-esteem in the experimental group. There were no significant differences between pre-test and post-test scores of self-esteem in the control group. It was found that the lesson using Multiple Intelligence theory was effective in improving self-esteem of middle school students.

The aim of the present study was to analyze the factors that affects the peer attachment in Korean youth. Subjects were 419 middle school students (210 male, 209 female). Dependent variable was defined as peer attachment. Explanatory variables were included as gender, academic achievement satisfaction, subjective household economy level, parent - child dialogue frequency, subjective health status, depression symptom, self - esteem, subjective life satisfaction, and mobile phone dependency. In the multi-layer perceptron artificial neural network algorithm analysis, depression symptoms, gender, parent-child dialogue level for school life, subjective household economy level, subjective health status were significantly associated with peer attachment in Korean youth. Based on this result, systematic programs are required in order to prevention of peer attachment in Korean youth.

This study was performed to compare and to analyze the contents validity on the unit related in computer of practical arts education text of the 7th national curriculum, to look deep into the problem on contents and to propose the strategy of reformation, to suggest in strategies for development of subject for the 8th national curriculum in our society on current IT-based. And this thesis suggests the revised operating guide of ICT education according to 2009 curriculum and new IT-environment.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of learner's characteristics on the student's achievement in Information Communication Technology (ICT) teaching-learning environment. The subjects of this study were a total of 140 8th students in middle school in Taejeon province. The methods of teaching were the ICT teaching-learning, Academic achievement test. the learning style inventory. self-concept test and cognitive style test were used as the instruments to determine the effect. Such statistical analyses as the pearson co-relation, multi regression and t-test through SPSS WIN version 11.0 were used to determine the relationship between learner's characteristics and student's achievement. The results of this study were as follows: first, learner's emotional and social factor of learning style influenced positively the student's academic achievement in ICT teaching-learning environment. Second. learner's academic factor of self-concept had an positive influence on the student's academic achievement in ICT teaching-learning environment. Third, there were differences of student's academic achievements according to the student's cognitive style in ICT teaching-learning environment.

The purpose of this study is to examine segmenting the effect on the school resilience of the poor children by children's satisfaction in using Community Child Center. For this purpose, we conducted a questionnaire survey with 275 elementary school students on the 3rd-6th graders, using Community Child Center in Cheongju City. As a result, User Satisfaction of Community Child Center gave meaningful affection to school life among school resilience. Children using Community Child Center who are satisfied with friendships and cognitive activity program gave meaningful affection of study and school grade by statistics. Also, it shows According to School Resilience(interest and attitude), Children using Community Child Center should be divided to 4groups, and providing services need to concern the characteristics of each children group.

The OECD launched the Education 2030 project to develop a learning framework and to conduct the international comparative study on curriculum. As a part of the OECD international curriculum analysis, Korea Institute for Curriculum and Evaluation(KICE) conducted a main study of Curriculum Content Mapping (hereafter, CCM) in the 7 learning areas/subject areas such as national languages, mathematics, humanities/social sciences, natural science, physical education/health, arts, and technologies. The CCM study aimed to identify how the competencies on CCM framework were reflected in the Korea curriculum. For this purpose, KICE identified the competencies on CCM framework, revised the coding framework, and undertook the mapping process. In this study, we gathered the CCM data as an evidence of how competencies on CCM framework were embedded in the 2015 revised mathematics curriculum. For this purpose, experts in mathematics education undertook the mapping process, we summarized the results of CCM main study in mathematics. As the results, numeracy, critical thinking, problem solving, anticipation, action, reflection were perfectly embedded in the 2015 revised mathematics curriculum. the competencies on CCM framework were embedded in the 2015 revised mathematics curriculum, and but literacy, physical/health literacy, trust, learning to learn, reconciling tension and dilemmas, literacy for sustainable development, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship/enterprising were not clearly related to mathematics curriculum. The mapping results should help the Korea Ministry of Education and KICE for preparing the future curriculum revision and development.

The purpose of this study is to establish the social support system for social integration by analyzing the effect of multicultural experiences on multicultural perception and stereotype and the meditating effect of multicultural perception. The research result is summarized as follow : First, multicultural perception is differently influenced according to multicultural experiences. That is, multicultural experiences have found to have the positive effect on multicultural acceptance and the negative effect on rejection about other cultures or prejudice about other cultures. Second, the result which analyzed the effect of multicultural perception on stereotype has found that acceptance about other cultures doesn't have any effect on stereotype. However, it can be found that the prejudice and rejection about other cultures are verified to be the variables which have the positive effect on stereotype. Third, the result which analyzed the direct effect of multicultural experiences on stereotype and the indirect effect through multicultural perception has found that multicultural experiences don't have any direct effect on stereotype, but do have the indirect effect through multicultural perception. With the help of information technology.

The purpose of this study was to analyze STEAM learning/teaching program that relates robots and to develop and redesign STEAM teaching/learning program with a robot for elementary and secondary schools. 'Learning with a robot' is considered as one of the best candidates for STEAM education. This article mainly concerns a robot that can be helpful to improve students' interests in learning science and mathematics in schools. As the results of the STEAM learning/teaching program analyzing, the program for elementary schools contained more contents of liberal arts and fine arts, and the program for secondary schools contained more contents of science, technology, and math. In the middle school program, context for learning, class activities of creative design and emotional touch, evaluation, and job and career information were evenly implemented. In the elementary and high school program, there were few information about robotics career. We extracted all robot utilizable subjects and units from school curriculums, and redesigned contents which can be applicable to regular classes for schools. As the result of this study, we conclude that 'learning with a robot' can encourage students' interests in STEM area.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the developmental strategies of information literacy program based on the integrated topics to promote inquiry abilities of middle school students who take part in the free semester system. To that end, the content of the 2015 revised curriculum on a national level was analyzed to develop 6 inquiry themes that incorporate Korean, Social Studies, Music and Art. The instruction and learning guide were consisted of three stages of forming a background knowledge, researching and creating and evaluating the conclusion of the research. The detailed activities for research step were consisted of the four steps of recognition of the problem, information analysis and interpretation, compilation of information and evaluation for each activity. Among the themes "environment" and "appreciation" were applied to a public library and a middle school library as a trial. The trial application saw that students took an interest in programs that subject themes are link with various topics. They were also very satisfied with such programs.
