영상인식은 최근 시각정보의 중요성과 영상을 취득장비의 발달, 처리기술의 향상으로 여러 분야에서 그 중요성과 활용도가 급격히 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 도심지 항공 영상에서 자동표적인식에 관한 문제에서 탐색 물체 주변에 건물들이 밀집되어 있고, 배경이 존재하는 경우에서 fused 분할 방법을 이용하여 기존의 에지 기준 방법인 허프 변환, 에지연결 등에서 발생하는 군집화 문제점을 해결하다. 취득환경의 차이에 다른 농도치 차이를 BCT 방법으로 정규화하여 유사도 기준치로 편차오차를 계산하여 인식하였다. 실험에서는 다양한 탐색물체를 대상으로 회전, 이동, 신축 등의 복합적인 변형에 대하여 불변적으로 인식한 결과를 보였으며, 영상 정합, 컴퓨터 비전, 영상 분석, 영상 이해등의 분야에 적용 가능성을 제시하였다.

This study was conducted to identify the recognition for nursing competency importance, nursing competency level, and their influencing factors of nurses in the long-term care hospitals. Participants were 243 nurses who were working in the 11 long-term care hospitals. Data were collected from August 25 to September 3, 2014. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and multiple regression by SPSS 19.0. Mean scores of the recognition for nursing competency importance and nursing competency level were $4.21{\pm}0.48$ and $3.47{\pm}0.46$ respectively. Nursing competency level was significantly lower than the recognition for nursing competency importance. The variable influencing the recognition for nursing competency importance was the position(${\beta}=.19$). The variables influencing the nursing competency level were the recognition of nursing competency importance (${\beta}=.37$), age (${\beta}=.20$), current work experience (${\beta}=.13$), health status (${\beta}=.13$). The results suggest the need of developing measurement tool and nursing competency enhancement programs which can well reflect the characteristics of nursing competency required in the long-term care hospital.

This study aims to investigate cultural contents planning model by 'The Relation-Approach'. For this, I established conceptual framework of cultural contents, and suggested the General Model of Cultural Sentence Contents Planning: Concept Planning Model(CPM), Signifier Development & Choice Planning Model(SDCPM), Signifier Arrangement Planning Model(SAPM). The importance of culture is found in the importance of perceiving culture derived from the perception of importance of life. As culture is represented way of life constituted in the order of life, perceiving culture is regarded as perception of life in the view of that of cultural contents. Thus, cultural contents planning has not only its necessity and importance but also the meaning of existence in the aspect of being situated at the healthy order of life. Accordingly, A Study on the Cultural Contents Planning Model has usefulness in theory and practice, further more the possibility of attempting for the legitimacy and value contribution to the study of this realm will be accomplished.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of attribute agenda-setting and priming through content analysis and a survey about Particulate Matter($PM_{10}$ & $PM_{2.5}$) using both promotional news and general news. The study results were as follows. First, promotional news and general news were found to showcase similar cognitive attributes. Second, the results did not show a significant relationship between highlighted attributes in media coverage and the public's salient attributes, but media attributes had been generally reflected in the public's perception because the public was highly aware of the importance of all media attributes. Third, the recognition of the public's attribute importance affected the direction of public opinion, which resulted in the acceptance of priming effects. Meanwhile, the recognition of the public's attribute importance towards economic damage, international cooperation, individual response, and the recognition of promotional news had affected risk perception. Furthermore, the recognition of promotional news and involvement appeared to have an interaction effect on risk perception.

[$\Diamond$]B$\cdot$C 1400년 인간이 닭(Gal lus domesticus)을 기르기 시작하면서부터 닭을 기르는 작업 중 가장 힘이 드는 것은 육추라 일컬어 왔다. $\lceil$병아리에 성공하면 양계에 성공한다$\rfloor$는 격언이 단적으로 표현하드시 양계에 있어서 육추는 가장 중요한 것이다. 그러나 많은 양계가들은 가끔 육추의 중요성을 인식하지 않고 지나쳐 버린다. 육추는 양계의 과정 중에서 꼭 한번은 거쳐야 할 과정이기 때문에 너무나 당연한 것으로 여기고 무심히 지나쳐 버리기 쉬운 것이다. 그것은 마치 우리가 매일 공기를 호흡하면서도 공기가 없으면 살수 없다는 것을 인식하지 못하고 있는 것과 같다. 여기서 약간 다른 각도에서의 육추문제를 특집으로 실어 보았다. 성공하는 양계가가 되기 위하여 육추의 어려움과 중요성을 재인식하여야 하겠다.

본 연구는 중대재해처벌법 시행 이후 1년 8개월이 지난 현재까지 사업장의 안전 문제에 대한 사회적 인식 부족을 확인하였다. 2023년 사업장 위험성 평가 지침 개정에도 불구하고, 안전 문화 인식과 참여율 저조가 주요 원인으로 확인되었다. 이를 해결하기 위한 방안으로, 안전 리더십의 강조와 개개인의 셀프 리더십을 통한 자기효능감 향상 방법을 제시하였다. 사업장의 안전 문화 확산을 위한 캠페인의 중요성 또한 강조하였으며, 이를 기반으로 한 안전 문화 확산 전략의 재정립이 요구된다는 결론을 도출하였다.

This purpose of the study is to investigate the influence of perception of importance of communication, self-esteem and communication skill on patient safety attitude of nursing students. Subjects were 164 associate nursing students associate nursing students(3·4rd). The data were collected using self -report questionnaire from May 17 to June 14, 2019. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation and hierarchical multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 23.0. Mean point of perception of importance of communication(5 point scale) was 3.75. self-esteem(4 point scale) was 3.64, and communication skill(5 point scale) was 3.60 and patient safety attitude(5 point scale) was 4.44. Patient safety attitude were positively correlated with perception of importance of communication (r=.57, p<.001), self-esteem(r=.32. p <.001) and communication skill(r=.34. p <.001) of nursing students. Perception of importance of communication(β=.520, p<.001), self-esteem(β=.165, p=.039) explained 34.76% of total variance of patient safety attitude of nursing students. Therefore, To increase patient safety attitude of nursing students, it is necessary to develop and test the program for improving perception of importance of communication and self-esteem of nursing students.

4차 산업혁명 시대에 접어 들어 불확실성이 높아지고 변동성의 상시화로 세계 경제가 급변하면서, 기업가정신 교육의 중요성은 점점 더 높아지고 있다. 이러한 시대의 흐름에 따라 최근 청소년 기업가정신 교육이 확산되었다. 지속가능한 청소년 기업가정신 교육이 이루어지기 위해서는 시대의 변화와 함께 부모들의 인식과 태도도 함께 변화해야 한다. 부모는 새로운 지식과 그 시대가 요구하는 바람직한 자녀관을 형성해야 하며, 사회 전반적인 변화에 따른 학교에서의 기업가정신 교육이 가정에서도 일관성 있게 유지되어야 한다. 이에 본 연구는 부모교육의 중요성을 확인하고, 교육을 통해 부모의 인식을 변화시키기 위해 필요한 역량 도출하기 위해 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 기업가정신 교육 전문가와 청소년 교육 전문가로 구성된 전문가 패널들을 대상으로 3회에 걸쳐 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 델파이 조사 분석 결과, 부모 인식 전환을 위해 필요한 최종 8가지 역량(환경의 변화, 도전정신, 주체성/자울성, 창업에 대한 이해, 직업의 다양성, 기업가정신에 대한 이해, 개인의 다양성, 팀/협업에 대한 가치)을 도출하였다. 향후 후속 연구를 통해 도출된 역량을 함양할 수 있는 부모 기업가정신 교육 모델 및 프로그램을 설계하고자 한다.

In the recent, the importance of ubiquitous-related technique is increased as many companies and researchers make an effort to create a new service model using ubiquitous computing and network technologies. Especially, the research of indoor location recognition has gained a lot of interest because it is a critical component for supporting ubiquitous services. Nevertheless, the simulation tool for indoor location recognition hardly has studied compared to their importance. In this paper, we propose a Ptolemy-based simulator over UWB channel that provides short-range and high-bandwidth communication. Finally, we conduct experiments using the proposed simulator and analyze the performance of various location recognition algorithms.
