This study set up a study model through a previous study and aims to determine the control effect by organizational support in the effect relationship between consulting performance which is an independent variable and organizational performance which is a dependent variable. To do that, the hypothesis was verified by using statistical programs such as SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0 which can be statistically useful with 511 copies except for the copies which cannot be utilized, over 4 weeks from February $25^{th}$ to March $24^{th}$, 2015, focusing companies located in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon. The hypothesis testing result of the study model set by this study shows that firstly, this study has contributed to establishing an additional theory in the research between consulting performance and organizational performance while it has not been enough for consulting performance and organizational performance in previous studies. Second, although the moderating variable of organizational support in the effect relationship between consulting performance and organizational performance didn't show a partial positive (+) role in the hypothesis testing, more detailed analysis in the survey process and the variety on questionnaire configuration were provided in the variable selection. Third, as consulting performance shows a positive effect on organizational performance, a higher consulting performance gives a direct impact on organizational performance so that a realistic action plan on internalizing and enhancing consulting execution result into organizational performance is aggressively required.

It takes a relatively long time for construction companies that lack the ability to finance to adapt to construction policy in the construction industry. However, financial institutions rarely provide financial products to construction companies, particularly small and medium-sized construction companies, because their security capacity and credit rating are low. This study investigates the financial products needed for small and medium construction companies to adapt to policy changes. The demand of small and medium construction companies for financial products is analyzed by experts' advise and survey. And, when the investigated financial products for the construction industry are introduced, the legal systems in need of revision are analyzed. Based on the analyzed demand and the number of legal systems needing revision, the priority for the introduction of financial products to the construction industry is analyzed. Among the financial products investigated, the priority of "Expert consultation, such as accountant, tax accountant, lawyer, etc." is the highest. In future studies, the criteria and method of financial product development for high-priority financial products could be researched.

본 연구는 창업지원사업의 효과성을 높이기 위해 창업지원사업의 분야 및 창업지원사업의 기대충족도와 경영성과와의 인과관계를 규명하고 창업기업의 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지를 검증하는 것에 목적이 있다. 이에 따라 우리나라 창업지원사업의 분야별 인지도, 중요도, 만족도를 살펴보고, 이러한 인식도의 차이인 기대충족도를 비교분석하여 이에 근거한 문제점을 파악함으로서 현 시대에 맞는 발전방향을 도출하여 우리나라 창업지원사업의 발전방안들을 제시하며, 합리적이고 효과적인 정책방향을 탐색하고자한다. 조사대상은 충청남도와 충청북도의 창업보육센터에 위치하며, 중소기업창업지원법에 의해 사업을 개시하고 7년이 지나지 않은 개인사업자 및 법인 사업자로 한정하였다. 자료수집 방법은 창업보육 매니저에게 요청하여 10개의 창업보육센터를 대상으로 총 150개의 입주기업에 이메일 설문지가 발송되었고, 자기보고식 작성방법에 따라 설문회수된 123개의 설문지 중 불성실 하게 응답한 설문지 1부를 제외한 총 122개를 최종 설문지로 사용하였다. 연구를 위한 자료의 수집은 2017년 10월 10일부터 2017년 10월 25일까지 2주간 실시하였다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위해 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0을 활용하여 분석하였다. 창업지원사업 분야별로 창업자들이 상대적으로 중요하게 생각하는 정도와 실제 만족하는 정도의 평균값과 그 차이에 대한 검정을 한 결과는 다음과 같다. 창업지원사업 중 가장 중요하게 인지하고 있는 분야는 자금지원(4.44점), 시설 공간(4.25점), 컨설팅(3.80점), 창업교육(3.76점) 순으로 나타났고, 자금지원과 시설 공간은 4점 이상의 높은 점수를 보였다. 창업지원사업의 만족도는 창업교육(3.39점), 시설 공간(3.48점), 자금지원(3.36점), 컨설팅(3.33점)순으로 나타났다. 창업지원사업의 창업교육, 시설 공간, 컨설팅, 자금지원 각각 분야의 중요도와 만족도의 차이에 대한 통계적 유의성을 검정한 결과 모든 분야에서 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

This paper investigated and studied the influence of consultant's competence on CEO's values. There are many studies about relation between consultant's competence and company's accomplishment, but there are lack of research about how consultant's competence effected CEO's Value. The data source used in this study is a questionnaire survey involving 177 CEOs of SME who have experience in consulting. Based on this collected data, we conducted factor analysis, reliability and validity analysis, and hypotheses were verified through correlation analysis and regression analysis. This study shows that consultant's competence affected CEO's values in some ways, and also contributes to both academic and practical implications about corporate management that related sustainable growth between consultant and client.

Recently, the domestic e-commerce market has achieved remarkable growth through the spread of e-commerce throughout the industry. Nevertheless, the ratio of e-commerce use by our small and medium-sized enterprises has turned out to be very low. The reason for this low participation rate of SMEs in B2B e-commerce market is due to various reasons, but also the lack of empirical performance measurement and evaluation considering the characteristics of B2B e-commerce market in which SMEs participate. Therefore, this study was intended to analyze the effectiveness of B2B e-commerce use of B2B e-commerce to companies that are provided in conjunction with e-Marketplace by public credit guarantee agencies with experience in use. To this end, 14 items related to finance derived through prior research were used to conduct management performance analysis and hypothesis verification from a financial perspective. The implications of this study are expected to be that an empirical performance analysis from the financial perspective of a B2B e-commerce guarantee Utilized company can be used as a basis for policymaking for the activation of the B2B e-commerce guarantee in the future, thus contributing to the establishment of a stable business environment by supporting the expansion of e-commerce by small and medium-sized businesses.

This study tries to examine the impact relationship between the organizational justice perceived by the employees and the information system quality on the decision quality through absorption capabilities in order to find the factors that influences the corporate decision making in the rapidly changing market environment. With regards to this, 239 copies of survey data were collected subjecting the employees of the SMEs, and the hypothesis of this study was verified using SPSS 22.0 and PLS 3.0. As the result of the study, the organizational justice and information system quality has individually shown a positive (+) effect on the absorption capability, and the absorption capability has shown positive (+) effect on the decision quality. Through this study, a theological foundation for the organizational justice and information system quality was prepared as a prerequisite for the absorption capacity, and this study targets to suggest a theological and practical implications which secures the competitiveness by increasing the decision quality of the SMEs through comprehensive analysis of the organizational justice and information system quality which motivates the human resource. Future study requires additional research regarding the information system quality and finds various studies on the performance part due to necesssary decision quality.

According to the enforcement of the Cloud Computing Development and User Protection Act, a new paradigm called as Cloud Computing is coming to the fore among public and private domestic enterprises. Therefore, domestic companies should develop SaaS products specialized for the domestic market and try to preempt the IaaS market ahead of global companies. Now we are facing a necessity to combine all the cloud systems in Korean government to operate seamlessly in a harmony. In this paper, we will look at the prospect of future development of related industry through cloud computing concept and G-cloud's cloud management system (G-CMS). G-CMS can be seen as the first system to comprehensively manage heterogeneous Unix virtualization systems. G-CMS can also save costs by managing heterogeneous virtualization systems in data centers.

This study through theoretical investigation connected with business consulting quality of service and pre-study, actual proof was analyzed on the basis of research hypothesis about domestic consulting's element of qualify of service. Analyzed interrelation degree because do result that is customer satisfaction measurement classifying roughly quality of service and expense quality in actual proof analysis by a representation measurement tool. By first if summarize this study finding, was construed by thing which relativity is very high mutually relation about service quality and satisfaction of customer satisfaction. Therefore, was assumed by leading recognition that is very positive in service quality and customer relation. Secondly, expense quality of service and recycling of customer satisfaction measurement inside synonymy confirm. Hereafter, We can had assumption information consulting and business consulting from medium and small enterprises to very important competition factor.

This study sought to examine the impact relationship of the mediated effects of organizational justice on the effects of workplace bullying on turnover intentions. The research hypothesis was verified using SPSS 24 and smartPLS 3 by analyzing 400 surveys of small and medium enterprise workers. Studies have shown that increasing bullying in the workplace also increases emotional depletion and turnover intentions. Emotional depletion has been shown to significantly mediate the impact relationship between workplace bullying and turnover intentions, and organizational justice has laid a theoretical foundation for significantly moderating the impact relationship between workplace bullying and emotional depletion. Therefore, it presented practical implications to increase competitiveness through the well-being and growth of individuals and businesses by increasing respect and sensitivity for workers through compulsory bullying prevention education and various programs. Future research requires research using various variables to prevent bullying.

As the 4^th industrial revolution has been an emerging issue, the government and industry has paid increasing interest to smart factory. The Korean government has made efforts to establish smart manufacturing capabilities of small-to-medium sized firms by providing supports for smart factory. However, the effectiveness of the supports and satisfaction of firms have hardly been analyzed. This study aims to analyze firms' satisfaction by attributes of policy suuports for smart factory and identify priorities for government supports. The results show that 8 out of 11 attributes were one-dimensional and 3 were attractive attributes. Among the 11 attributes, funding support was the top priority. The attributes such as dispatching external experts, consulting for sophistication of smart-factory, and consulting for maintenance and repair were also high priorities. These results imply that firms prefer supports for maintenance and sophistication to adoption or initial establishment of smart factory.
