  • This study focus on analyzing the factors which influence the customer satisfaction of food delivery application and its degree of the influence on the quality satisfaction both with Korean and Chinese customers. For this purpose, the model of hypothetical structure was established through the mobile internet service quality measurement was called as MOBISQUAL. As a result, the Korean customers was confirmed that the fulfillment and playfulness as the subdimension of outcome quality both have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. And the Chinese customer was confirmed that the playfulness of outcome quality, personalization of contextual interaction, design, ease of use and security of servicescape quality affected customer satisfaction positively.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine how perceived service quality influences perceived uncertainty, customer satisfaction, relation quality and loyalty, and in turn, provides insight for Korean banks when they penetrate into the Chinese marketplace. The findings are as followed. First, Perceived uncertainty has an important mediating role in the relation between perceived service quality and customer satisfaction. Second, perceived service quality has a direct effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has an important mediating role in the relationship between perceived service quality and relationship quality. Third, perceived uncertainty has a direct effect on customer satisfaction, but is significantly negative. Customer satisfaction has an important mediating role in the relationship between perceived uncertainty and relationship quality. Fourth, relationship quality has a direct effect on attitudinal loyalty and behavioral loyalty.

  • China's huge population and industrial diversification have driven increased demand for IoT, and in a social environment where IoT technology is changing all aspects of personal and family life, including smart shopping, this study was conducted in Changchun, China. The study aimed to find ways to meet the Fashion needs of female college students living in the country and promote the development of the fashion product industry by improving the service quality of Chinese fashion product live commerce. The analysis results are as follows. First, the service quality characteristics of Chinese fashion product live commerce had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Second, the service quality characteristics of Chinese fashion product live commerce had a positive effect on reuse intention. Third, customer satisfaction had a positive effect on reuse intention. Based on these results, it can be concluded that improving the service quality of live commerce can directly promote product sales and create direct economic benefits. In addition, based on the results of the study, which show that the service quality of fashion product live commerce affects customer satisfaction and reuse intention, it is judged that it will provide useful information in establishing marketing strategies for live commerce platforms by region and target.

The Effect of Global Retailer's Service Marketing Mix on Local Customers' Satisfaction and Loyalty Behaviors (글로벌 소매상의 서비스 마케팅믹스 요인이 고객만족 및 충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • This paper attempts to analyze the influences of Korean global retailer's service marketing mix on local customers' satisfaction and their loyalty behaviors. Based on a literature review, three hypotheses are putting forward. The data from 139 customers in Weihai, China were used to test these hypotheses. This paper used Structural Equation Modeling to identify the relationship among the service marketing mix, the customer satisfaction and the customer loyalty behaviors. According to the empirical analysis, this study showed satisfactory data-fit of the proposed model and supported two of the three hypotheses. The empirical results indicated that the service marketing mix factors except the promotion factor take significant effect on the local customer satisfaction, and this in turn have influence on the customer loyalty behaviors. The result shows that Korean global retailers will need to leverage service marketing mix strategically when entering China. Practical implications of these findings needs to be considered for the global retailer to establish an effective marketing strategy.

A comparative study of switching intention of Smartphone users: Korean and Chinese (스마트폰 이용자의 전환의도에 관한 비교연구: 한국과 중국)

  • This study investigates factors, which affect subjective judgment of Smartphone users when they switch to a new product or other mobile carrier, and examine a relationship between switching intention and switching expected performance through users of in Korea and China. The results of the study showed that switching intention is positively associated with switching expected performance in both Korean and Chinese users. Brand reliability, functional quality, and general climate for Smartphone business have a significant impact on switching intention in both countries. In addition, personal innovation has a significant impact on switching intention of Korean users but Chinese. However, content quality has the effect on switching intention of Chinese user but Korean. This study provides useful strategies for switching behavior of Smartphone users of two different countries in the mobile industry.

Customized Service Evaluation by Preference Clarity and Customer Participation in Korean and Chinese Culture (한국과 중국문화권 소비자들의 선호명확성과 고객참여수준에 따른 맞춤서비스 평가)

  • This study examines how preference clarity and customer participation levels affect evaluation of fit toward customized services and also analyzes the effects of cultural difference between Korea and China that may cause variance in the evaluation of fit in the course of interaction with the prior two factors, preference clarity and customer participation level. It conducted a $2{\times}2{\times}2$ between-subjects factorial design adopting preference clarity, customer participation level, and difference of culture. The subjects were composed of 200 Korean and 200 Chinese. According to the analysis results, it is revealed that Korean consumers highly perceived fit toward customized services when their preference is clear and participation level is high, and they evaluate fit more favorably as participation level increased, while Chinese consumers' evaluation for fit deteriorated as participation level increased. The result shows that fit evaluation became more positive through participation when preference clarity is high in Koreans but not in Chinese.

  • Recently, China has expanded enormously its economic trade exchange bilaterally with other nations and developed as the second largest aviation market in the world. While open skies bilateral agreements were signed between China and other countries, the agreement processes influenced the aviation market structure and market sharing heavily. This paper analyzed the Chinese aviation market by such three angles as market scale, competitive situation, and market concentration. It is concluded that the Chinese aviation market is the oligopolistic market structure tested by the Herfindahl-Hirschman Index. Finally, suggestions are given to the airlines operating in China such as joining the air alliance, paying attention to a different frequent flyer program (FFP) etc.

  • The purpose of this paper is to study the effects of the competitiveness of intermediate goods and enterprise's core competency on customer value and enterprise performance. And it is the first time to investigate the intermediate product competitiveness with the variable of interest to recent corporate values and corporate customers with business performance by exploring their relationships. Intermediate products, which the competitiveness of products that target structure is introduced for the first time, and the relationships between intermediate goods competitive and product reliability, intermediate goods competitive and product innovation are studied in this paper. Further research on integral, modular, valuable, durability, by measuring parameters such as product innovation and product reliability are also conducted. Eight hypotheses are introduced for statistical hypothesis testing. Employees and typical intermediate products in electronic companies in China and South Korea are investigated. SPSS and AMOS models are applied to perform the statistical analysis. Analysis of the proposed models is fit to an acceptable level. Research results and limitations are discussed, and useful conclusions are drawn.

A Study on Comparison between Korean.Chinese Consumers In the Relationship between Domestic Open Market Brand personality, Customer Satisfaction and Brand Loyalty (국내 오픈마켓 브랜드개성과 고객만족, 애호도와의 관계에서 한.중 소비자간 비교에 관한 연구)

  • At this point in time when the percentage of foreign consumers as well as domestic consumers are being increased in domestic open market users due to the recent interest and promotion on the open market, the purposes of this study are as follows. First, the relationship between open market brand personality, satisfaction and brand loyalty will be clarified targeting all Korean consumers and Chinese consumers using domestic open market. Second, whether there is difference in the effect of domestic open market brand personality on customer satisfaction and brand loyalty between Korean consumers and Chinese consumers will be compared. The results are as follows. First, as a result of testing the study hypothesis targeting the open market users, in other words targeting all Korean consumers and Chinese consumers, only the ability among brand personality dimensions did not have positive effect on the satisfaction toward open market. Other than that, it could be confirmed that the reliability, sincerity and familiarity, etc are important influence factors in forming satisfaction toward open market. Next, as a result of testing whether there is difference in the effect of domestic open market brand personality on customer satisfaction and brand loyalty between Korean consumers and Chinese consumers, it was shown as having difference. In other words, the Korean consumers were shown as not having positive significant effect in the relationship between the ability among brand personality and satisfaction toward open market while all other brand personality dimensions were shown as having positive effect on the satisfaction toward open market. It could be found that if the satisfaction toward open market is high, the brand loyalty toward open market also gets high.
